Tech to Us solved my Microsoft update. Tech to Us is always very responsive to my issues when I call in. The hold times when calling in are never too long. They solve my issues 100% of the time. I refer Tech to Us to my friends and anyone seeking technical support.

There have been several instances where after losing 3 to 5 hours of time while trying to set up a vendor product Tech to Us has come in and in matter of minutes overcome all the obstacles and got me back in business. They literally go out of their way to clean up my messes which are far too technical for my skills and have saved me many times over the past 7 years. This relates to communication with software, annual cleanups on my computer. and the installation of new software.

I had EXCELLENT service today! I had a unique issue and my tech was extremely knowledgeable and clearly cared a lot about getting my situation resolved, which he did - thankfully!!! Really appreciated the assistance, so happy to have Tech to Us! I highly recommend these guys, they are the very best!

Tech to Us helped me discover apps that can keep my phone safe. I discovered that many of the recently installed games could have caused viruses and tech to Us help me remove them. Would recommend them to anyone who might need help keeping their phone or computer safe.

I started getting service from Tech to Us in Sept. 2024. I could not be more satisfied with their service. They started by giving me an overview of my then-current system and ultimately spent the time to provide me with a great recommendation for a new computer and associated accessories. Before them, my computer was very unreliable and sluggish. Now, I have no fear when I get on my new set-up. Each technician has been patient and extremely knowledgeable. I love having this service at my fingertips.

Tech to Us has been extremely helpful and their abilities to show me and instruct me what to do far surpass than what other companies can do. He got me through a situation which required a lot of patience. Their service is much appreciated especially if you are an elderly person.

I was a little apprehensive at first, but then after a few days with Tech to Us, I felt very comfortable. I knew the Tech to Us technicians knew what they were doing. I finally felt and was thankful for having somebody on my side. I was not able to get anywhere with Drake and Tech to Us finally found the solution. I had trouble with the printing and then the internet access wasn't working. Both critical to performance. Steve helped me last night and the Jeff worked another 2 hours today and we are now connected. Jeff attached something to help out when I am online and might access something that will affect the performance of the computer. I will gladly let you publish the review. I have Tech to Us because I need the assistance from the technicians. I am working through several brokerage accounts and want the excellent protection provided in the Tech to Us Diamond plan. I have been a client for many years and would absolutely recommend Tech to Us to anyone else needing assistance. Another fact that I like is that they are located in Hartford, Connecticut. There are no language barriers with Tech to Us.

Tech to Us was extremely helpful and solved my problem with updating from office to Microsoft 365. Very happy with the work! Today I could not solve a problem with Microsoft Office myself. I just couldn't get it uninstalled and 365 installed. My technician was great and helped me in what otherwise may not have gotten resolved.

I just went on the internet and I was so tired of calling my ISP. They continued to connect me overseas with someone who has a script. Every other sentence was thank you and they never could help me solve my problem. At that point I was done, I gave up. This loyal customer of 25 years said. "That's it. I need a service to help me" and I searched on the internet. They were US based and that was appealing to me. Everything they offered I needed. The technician at Tech to Us, was friendly and patient and kind. I don't want to learn how to fix problems, I just want them fixed. I've been a Tech to Us customer going on 4 years, and I have only been very very very pleased with the service I have gotten.

Tech to Us is the best support service I have ever had access to. Problems that are very difficult are easy to Tech to Us's trained technicians. The technicians are friendly and thorough. They make sure the problem is resolved prior to disconnecting. All of this is so much better than when Microsoft provided help.

As a small business owner and someone who is technology inept, Tech to Us is a vital source to my company. Without Tech to Us I would be dealing with another company, and I cannot do this. I have developed relationships with each technician and last week when I called in Mitch did something on my computer no other technician thought of, that finally solved the problem! While small businesses are cutting costs, Tech to Us is one that I cannot part ways with. As a business owner, that is something I know nothing about. I trust you with computers the way I trust a doctor.

I have been a Tech to Us customer for 3 months now. So far my experience has been Excellent. I don't have to worry about any trash or garbage inside the computer. They cleared out malware with their PC Tune Up. I would recommend Tech to Us to a friend or family member. It's worth the monthly fee for peace of mind to me.

Considerate, professional, and instinctive, he was able to "walk" me through all the necessary steps (in "plain English"), helping me to address, not one, but two separate issues. I'd lost access to my browser when I disconnected a second monitor -- Windows shoved it all the way to the left (I guess it had been between screens when I pulled the cord?). Anyway, there was no way to grab the top without closing the window... It was just dumb design. AND Tech to Us Fixed it in minutes. Less than, probably like one minute. I call upon them quite frequently when Microsoft has built something to screw itself and does so.

I had an alert about virus which told me not to turn off the computer. Tech to Us discovered a scam and made the fix. Great work by tech that resolved this. Very satisfied.
