They forced a simulated power outage from the breaker box which broke 2 breakers, fried my stove and oven which are no longer functioning, and now outlets in 3 rooms of my home no longer work. They closed the work order, stating that everything is fine. I have called sunnova every day for 2 weeks but they refuse to let me speak with any managers or people that can help. They are ghosting me and now I have to get a lawyer to get my house fixed. I am so upset and angry and just want the damage repaired.
