ShopSolar is a good company. They took care of us, and we haven’t had any issues with them. We wanted to go solar because of high electric bills, and it took us a while to do it, but since then, we’ve been very happy with ShopSolar. We’ve ordered quite a bit of equipment from them, and they've always delivered on time and in good shape. We’ve installed them ourselves, and they’re all functioning well. Hooking up the equipment was easy, and it didn’t take long to do it once we got the hang of programming through the inverters to match everything up. We’re running the swimming pool and hot tub, and the pump in the pond with no electricity from the grid.

I found out about ShopSolar from watching YouTube videos where different people that used it said they were good. I only bought one kit, and it was really easy to use and set up. ShopSolar is a good company.

I bought an off-grid 6000XP kit, and since then I’ve actually purchased more solar panels and equipment. ShopSolar has done an excellent job. They’ve absolutely been on the money.

I've been dealing with ShopSolar for a couple of years. Working with them was fabulous. They answered all the questions that I had.

I liked ShopSolar’s product selection. The customer service I received when I went with them was excellent. Everything got delivered as promised and I was satisfied in my experience with them.

Somebody had looked ShopSolar up and gave me the website, and I ordered what they told me to. We bought it for the city of Akron in Ohio, and they are installing it somewhere. I was in charge of ordering and making sure we received it. They did a great job. Everything went very well. They got back with me, and the experience was easier than I thought. They provided good communication too. I would do it again. If I needed one myself personally, I would shop there.

ShopSolar has very good inventory. I was able to search through a lot of stuff on their website and I tried to make my decision that way. I purchased during the 4th of July sale and got a discount. I received the panels, the cable, and some of the other brackets about a week and a half ago, which is great, but I did not get a follow-up email until I inquired about the inverter and the Wi-Fi dongle to get an estimate of when these will be here or the lead time. That was okay though. I've still got grid power and I'm not in a big hurry.

ShopSolar's prices came up as a little better than the others. I only really plugged it in, but then, it's good to have it rather than to need it and not have it. It seems to be working fine. I got my Jackery 5000 from them. That thing ended up in New Mexico. It came from Grand Prairie, Dallas, which is a three hours' drive from me. FedEx sent this over to New Mexico and then to Arizona, and then it looped back. I called FedEx seven times and, finally, they came back. I did contact ShopSolar and they said that they followed up with FedEx and they were able to give me even more information, which was good. I appreciated that they did. I finally got it.

I bought a ShopSolar Kit online and it was easy. I live in the country and I like having renewable energy. I'm not using it much right now because our power hasn't gone out. I’m satisfied with it and I have already recommended them.

I saw ShopSolar online on YouTube. I found their site, and they had what I needed. I got 20-foot expansion cables for my solar panels’ extension set. The price was about average with what I could get elsewhere. I received what I ordered quickly, and it all works perfectly. I actually went back to ShopSolar and ordered a 30-foot cable. I’ve already used them twice and would definitely use them again. I have nothing but good things to say.

I’ve done business with ShopSolar before, and my experiences have always been very good. Their website is great, the customer service is fantastic, and the people are very professional and knowledgeable. I recently bought an inline fuse, and the product quality was fantastic as well.

I bought two inverters with ShopSolar. I got a 6,000, and then I recently purchased a 12,000 because lightning had hit my other one. And so, it burned it out. They got it shipped to me and I'm in the middle of them getting it installed. I just received my battery today. It takes four batteries instead of the three that I had. But they already sent me back a replacement for my 6000 because it was still under warranty. And I'm finishing to ship their other one that went bad on me. I'm going to ship it back to them, see if they can fix it, and maybe help somebody else.

I bought a complete off-grid system from ShopSolar. I looked at other options in my area and ShopSolar was 40% cheaper for a similar system. I put my order online, but I also spoke to Mike. He was very responsive. He actually gave me a lot of good advice on what to get.

The off-grid solar system I purchased from ShopSolar looks beautiful. It’s for my hunting cabin, and while I’m still working on getting it installed, I’m thoroughly happy with it. My experience enrolling with them was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought an EG4 air conditioner, a little 12,000 BTU one, from ShopSolar. I’ve had this for not quite a year yet. It’s a Growatt inverter and it burned on me. The tech said the room got too hot but the room stays at about 80-90 degrees. In the directions, it says that it’ll go up to 140 degrees. The tech was telling me he’s not gonna warranty it so I’m pissed off. He’s gonna take a month and a half to two months to get it fixed for me.

I've bought from ShopSolar several times now. I only found out about them after I'd already bought two of the solar generators and 400-watt solar panels directly through EcoFlow. The last item was some cables. I wish that I had bought everything from them because they were so knowledgeable and so helpful. Ever since I discovered them, now everything comes from them. I take the time to leave them positive feedback and a good review every time I purchase from them. I've never ever not have them be able to answer a question and get me to the exact product I need. Honestly, I can't say that about any other place. I'm just so impressed with them.

I’m building a new barndominium that is going to be totally off-grid. I have 16 520-watt bifacial panels. The 10 panels will run a lithium-ion phosphate 5100 watts with 48-volt battery. I also have six panels on the new F2800 Plus solar power station, and they are going to have another array running that. I some 400-amp lithium phosphates that I will run some small stuff on with another array of panels too. I got very courteous and professional advice. Ordering was no problem, and delivery has been very prompt. Overall, I am happy with the experience with ShopSolar.

I spoke with four different individuals on different phone calls asking about what my needs were for my cabin, because I'm off-grid. They responded very quickly with a schematic of what my energy needs are and different options that I had to provide that need, like get my bare minimum, build for growth. And I decided to build for growth.

I watched The Solar Lab presentation and checked out the C300 on other YouTube sites and it sounded very, very good. I went to the the ShopSolar site, and purchased it. It was very easy.

We started living in a bus that I built myself, and we travel everywhere, which made me look into solar energy. I found ShopSolar online, did some research on them, and it appeared that they had good gear. It turned out I was right. This is the best stuff I've ever heard of. It’s working so good, and I've got other people out there calling me a liar about how well it works.

I watched a whole bunch of videos in researching solar, and a fairly reputable YouTuber had a video that included a review of ShopSolar. Some footage of them making a cold call to ShopSolar support influenced my decision to use them. Customer service was good. They answered the questions, they thought about what I was asking, and they seemed to have credible information.

Price is king and ShopSolar had cheaper prices than Signature here in Texas. I did everything online and it was real simple moving through the website. Shipping came in and everything came in as they said it did. The quality is good. It’s not their brand. They're affiliated with the manufacturer. But I’m very happy so far.

My interest for solar was created by the rising price of energy. I found out about ShopSolar and then I started comparing the information and prices to other sites. They clearly set themselves above other companies in the similar space.

I'm building an off-grid cabin in the mountains and there are no power services within miles of where I'm building, so I needed an off-grid system. Price was a big one and a system that would do what I needed to do. I got it down to two companies and ShopSolar had better technical sales, could talk with me, and I was more comfortable with them than I was with the other one. I received the whole kit from ShopSolar, and I was able to put it together and install it relatively easy. I just finished the outside of the cabin, I’m not living there yet, and there’s nothing inside of it that's drawing power, so I don't know how long it's going to last, if what I have is sufficient. But I did get a system where I can double the battery capacity and solar capacity and still upgrade it quite a bit. I like that there's still a lot of room for upgrade in case I need a bigger system in the future.

I ordered 410W bi-facial, however the website defaults it back to standard 410W panels. Please see the attached screenshots to prove this fact. The price for 410W Bi-facial panels according to their site is $199, however after you pay $650 for shipping, they send you the WRONG panels (they sent 410W, claiming that is what I ordered) and then when you ask for the correct panels, they want you to pay the shipping cost back to them, and another shipping cost to have them send the correct panels.

I bought a solar system through ShopSolar, but I don’t have it hooked up yet. I had an excellent experience. They met my expectations.

I saw on a Facebook ad that ShopSolarKits had Anker and EcoFlow, two of the units I was interested in. They seemed to have the best price, too. I also have a gas generator that I use for some intermittent outages, and it's a pain. It has come a long way since I bought it, so I decided to give the ShopSolar kit a try. It's for emergencies when the power goes out for any extended period of time. I've had it for a couple of weeks now. I had a transfer switch wired into my breaker panel for eight circuits, so I have a cable, a cord that will run from the solar unit to the transfer switch. My expectations are it's gonna work fine based on everything I've read and watched on YouTube.

I’m old and slow but ShopSolarKits have a good and simple service. The enrollment process was smooth. Everything arrived as I was hoping for and it installed wonderfully. I’ve recommended them to some relativces.

Enrolling with ShopSolar was fine, and the quote compared to the final cost was dead on. Getting it installed was a breeze. Having solar has greatly increased my energy conservation.

Everything went really well with ShopSolar when I enrolled for my kit and had the installation done. The representative was great and helped me out. Everything worked out fine. I had no problems.
