Yafet was very responsive and made sure the project kept moving smoothly. This was a home energy project for my property in Riverside. Helios Energy Global did a great job servicing my home with solar and batteries. I can understand why people are comfortable referring this team. I had a fear of going solar because of things I heard but these guys made my experience very enjoyable!

Very easy company to work with from start to finish. The team at Helios Energy Global was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Whenever I had a question, they were quick to answer and made everything easy to understand. The whole experience was smooth and straightforward, and I never felt like I was being left in the dark. I really appreciated how organized and helpful everyone was. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Helios Energy Global to anyone looking for a reliable solar company.

I had my solar installed last year and it’s working as intended. Helios did a fantastic job with the installation, the guys were friendly, they walked me through how the app works for my Tesla Powerwalls and it’s honestly so cool. I check that thing multiple times a day. We live in the future and now I am too 🤩 There’s nothing like running my AC guilt-free and I just got my wife a Tesla so now she’s not paying for gas anymore either. Go solar!!!

We had solar and got three Franklin batteries from Helios. The state was offering an incentive program to get batteries, so we hopped on board. I got referred to by a friend to Helios so I called them, and they came out. They said all the right things and gave me the right numbers. The install was great and the products work great too. It's so expensive, but I don't have an electric bill and I'm selling back energy every day. However, I was making more money when I just had solar, and I would sell them my extra than I am now with the batteries. They pay you next to nothing for the energy they buy back once you have the batteries because they gave you the incentive.

I liked the salesperson with Helios. I received very good education of the process and the products, and I was given public information that was on the IRS website around the tax incentives. I financed the solar panels and setting up for that part was easy. The installation went very smooth as well. They did a great job. Having the solar panels, we're paying less overall in our energy bills, so that's good. The process was difficult and long, but they did a good job of walking me through. It took a long time with the permits, but a lot of that's out of their hands.

Helios Energy Global did my battery install. Everybody did a good job. The rep was very helpful and gave me options and suggestions, which helped a lot. The paperwork was all handled by the people who were taking care of me. The cost was minimal, and the people doing the job were nice. Also, the installation was quick. It was discussed between myself and the experts who know what they're doing before they started. So, I had the placement right. And they told me what we would get as far as materials. They went ahead and did the job. I've got solar panels that I've had for the last 15 years, and now I have a battery backup system that takes care of outages. It runs in the morning and saves me electricity there because it does the cheaper electricity usage.

I received tremendous coordination of rebates from Helios, which meant the battery was free. The customer service rep was very helpful and walked me through all the steps. I was somewhat leery because “free”, while being my favorite word too, is also one of those giant fish lures that get people into things that they may not understand and turn out not to be free. But it actually worked. From Helios' side, the process went pretty well. But with the permitting and Edison and all of their foibles, it was less than spectacular. The good news is I've got friends in high places, so I was able to get some help on this. But it was a pain.
