I researched refinancing and InterContinental reached out to me. I liked the guy that I dealt with. I don’t like to drag things out. In dealing with InterContinental, I liked that it was like, “Okay. I need this, this, this, this and this." I got it to the guy and he got back to me. It was very easy to work with him. My whole purpose in refinancing was to lower my monthly payment and get rid of PMI. It was a situation where there was so much new building that there was no growth in our equity in our own home. I have a good job and good credit, but I didn’t think that I would end up with an FHA loan. I worked with InterContinental and both my experiences with them were positive.

Robert ** was a fast talker and refused to answer detailed questions. When questions were repeated, he was condescending and rude. I requested to cancel my application immediately but he continued to text and email and even called me up as if nothing happened! Do not do business with this fraudulent company!!!

We've been working with a realtor who's very well-known in the Milford, Connecticut area. He's been in the business for a very long time. Ever since we've been doing work with him in terms of retouching homes, I got the vibe that he was a very trustworthy, hardworking, and genuine person so when he gave us the recommendations to reach out to ICG, I felt good about it.
Once we started working with ICG, they were very awesome, polite and friendly. They were on top of communication and made me feel convinced that they were out there to help me. I even had to go to their office because this is my first time getting a mortgage and there were a lot of terms and stuff that I didn't quite understand. They always open up their time for me.
It's only been two months since we've closed on the house but I know for a fact that if anything comes up, I'm more than welcome to give them a call and make inquiries, which is a good thing because they're making me feel comfortable enough to come back to them even after we've already finished working on the mortgage. I have nothing but an amazing experience with them and everything seems to be going good so far. I even have a couple of friends who recently got married. They're looking for a mortgage and into the idea of buying a house so I've recommended ICG to them.

InterContinental Group was the first to contact me and they had the options of lowering my payment and interest rate so I jumped at it. I talked with Tiffany and we walked through it as a process. She asked me a number of questions about my current situation and opened up to the few options that I had through them. She was also incredible every single time I talked to her even if it was out of business hours. Not only did she listen and address any issues or questions that I had, but she was always quick to get back to me at least to touch base even if she had meetings throughout the day.
But after my initial signing and everything was completed, I was a little confused about when I would get more information if they sold my refinance in package or who I would give the payment to. A month went by and I hadn't gotten anything in the mail. An email saying they were processing everything, that at that point it was not processed or that they're either looking to sell my refinance or they were keeping it in-house was pretty much all I was looking to find out. But that was a minor hiccup and everything else was great. It was easy and concise and they were very knowledgeable.

I signed up for a mortgage somewhere else in a local area where I lived. Someone from InterContinental called me and I started talking with them about trying to get a loan because of the situation I was in. Darlene, Ronnie and Vincent were the best, especially the loan officer, Vincent who did more of the encouraging. They made things possible where I didn't think it would be. The process took nine months and when I might have given up, they stuck and worked with me with the mortgage and everything worked out fine. My experience was great, and I would definitely recommend them.

I dealt with InterContinental Capital Group to refinance my home because of a reduced private mortgage insurance through FHA. The original guy Charles, the senior account executive, was my contact through the whole process and everything worked great until a month after. They reduced my loan amount so my monthly payments for the house has gone down but the out of pocket expense that they promised me they somehow messed up on. It was only supposed to save me money but it has put me in a financial bind and I have to pay money that I can't afford. They sent me a letter saying I owe them $1,400 because of some escrow fees that they paid during the process.
Now I have to pay them back monthly out of my monthly social security money and I can't afford to fail once. I'm not happy at all. They didn't disclose what was going to happen and told me the exact opposite of the whole process. Also it wasn't the original guy I dealt with who contacted me to say I owe them money. It really hurts the whole process. Everything went great until they blew it towards the end.

We had a friend that was going to try to do our mortgage but she didn't end up getting her mortgage license so she referred us to another friend who works for InterContinental Capital Group. She was very helpful, very pleasant and answered questions promptly and to the best of her knowledge. She was always available through email or phone calls whenever I needed her.
The only issue I had was we were asked to supply different information at different times. The process of getting all the documents took longer and it was getting closer to our deadline. It was a little stressful. If we were given all of the information upfront and what we needed, especially for an FHA loan, it probably would have been a little bit easier. But overall, they were very helpful. I even spoke with the underwriter or processor and she was wonderful. Everybody answered my questions appropriately.

I did a refinancing and InterContinental was the only one that would work with my credit scores. They’ve all been very positive and straightforward with me. I’ve done three loans with them now. They called me up and said, “You want to do another refinancing? Rates have dropped.” They gave me some quick numbers about what my current payment is and if I’m going to pay some things off. Then they basically say, “Okay. If we get your okay we’ll send you a document. Pick that up.” They were right on with the rates and I recommend them to anybody.

InterContinental Capital Group reached out to me via their email. I thought it was from HUD, so I filled out the paperwork and then they called me. So their paperwork is a little misleading. Also, when I asked what the closing cost would be, the person I talked to said a few hundred dollars. A few hundred dollars is $300 to $400 and not more than $500. However, I had to bring $1,400 to the table. I was frustrated and considered not signing those papers specifically for that reason, but I ran some numbers and I figured it was better for me to go ahead with them.
I have an FHA loan and they dropped the interest rate half a point and it was worth it. The people at InterContinental have great personalities and they were very attentive as well. They, however, need to provide more clarification. If they're going to quote a price, they should make sure to give a little more accurate price. A couple of hundred dollars and $1,400 was a huge gap. Nevertheless, my experience with InterContinental Capital was pleasant and they did what they said they were going to do.

I wanted to do refinancing to have a lower interest rate. I went with InterContinental and their reps were pleasant. Miguel was pushy though, but Robert was very nice and helpful. The boss guy was very professional and I would most definitely do business with him again given the opportunity. The only disadvantage is that I’m in California and they’re all the way in New York City. But other than that, I would definitely use them again.

I got a thing in a mail that looked like a Federal Express envelope, so I opened it and the info about InterContinental Group was there. It talked about my PMI, and I had an old one. It just seemed like the right time to do it, so I called them through the mail. I didn’t look around for other mortgage companies because I thought it was going to be a lot more difficult than it was so the InterContinental Group was the first and the only one I contacted. The interactions I had with the people working there were mostly very good.
My only complaint is that the rep exaggerated a bit about how much the house is worth. He said the house is worth 650 when it was actually 625. Then he said I was going to knock my house payments down $500 dollars, but it was $450. But he was very understanding and he handled it all. I work at a hospital and it’s hard for me to take personal phone calls during the day, and then, him being in New York. He was pretty gracious about me calling him later on in the evening and he was firm about not calling him after a certain time unless it’s an emergency, which is cool. The InterContinental team was very helpful and they got right on the job. I called them one evening and the ball started rolling, and it went pretty smoothly. The inspection wasn’t too brutal of the house. I’ve forgotten that there would be one and I got a favorable inspection evaluation. Overall, I was very happy with the service I got.

About six weeks ago, we did refinancing with InterContinental. We have reverse mortgage and we don't have to worry about no insurance and no taxes 'cause it's all included. We learned about them through our broker. The loan officer was very good and professional. He explained everything and were patient with my mom, who is 82 now and a little slow. Mom and Dad already had a reverse mortgage from Financial Freedom but we were not happy with them at all. So, when my dad passed away, I told her to refinance and change everything. So, she did.

I just finished a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I tried to apply for a mortgage with a normal a bank but they wanted more time between bankruptcy. I went to a website and filled in information. They called me and they gave InterContinental Capital Group's information to contact so I got an FHA mortgage from them. What made it funny was that I worked for Bank of America and they wouldn't work with me but ICG would.
I worked with Jason and Lauren. They were very thorough and they followed up with me constantly. Jason told me multiple times to reach out to him if I had any question going through the process. It was the first time I bought a house myself and they tried to guide me through some decision-making. We ended up buying a house that wasn't on the market. We bought it directly from the seller.
Jason told me that they would try to negotiate on my behalf to have them pay the closing cost but that didn't happen because it was typical in New York state that the buyers pay closing cost. It's more typical in some states that a seller pays the closing cost but in the New York state that's unheard of. It wasn't even something that would be entertained by most attorneys. But it's still nice that he was advising in my corner in a lot of the decisions that I made. He was buying a house at the same time as me. I was a wreck so I can only imagine that he was going through the same and still able to be supportive of me through the whole process. I was very pleased with their service. It has been convenient and I would not have been able to get the house without their support. So I was very happy.

InterContinental had an appropriate mortgage for my situation, rate and down payment. I was buying a house and got a regular mortgage. The guidance I was given was helpful. I talked with one rep who told me all the requirements and documents I needed, and we worked through all that. In the end, we went under writing and there were some problems because they wanted us to put more down. It was an interesting process because we're on short sale. It took us six months, but it was more the lenders who were selling it on a short sale that took all the time and not necessarily InterContinental. Also, we worked that out and ended up closing the mortgage. If a friend asks about InterContinental, I'd tell them that they could probably work with them. They were accommodating and got the job done.

InterContinental Capital Group gave me the best offer for refinancing. Sometimes I felt rushed during the interaction with the loan officer. He was busy. He tried to give us details on every single step of the process but he talked so fast. I wasn’t rushed to finish the process but there are a lot of details that not many people understand when you apply for a loan. With all these points in each section in the loan agreement, sometimes you’re not able to read everything, so we have questions. And then he has to go back and forth. He laid out for us that we are going to have to pay a specific amount of money at the end when we sign up which was fine. We already decided on the APR in the beginning and it's the same. But adding up the fees, cost at the end and the monthly payment was more than I thought it would be. I should have paid more attention to the details that he provided us.
There is an issue also about the escrow account because there is another title holder group. The new investor that has the loan now is going to be paying the escrow payment. There is another group that has the title or had the title before the new investor takes over. They’re already going to another escrow payment and I was sent a check by the initial investor for the amount of the money that was in the old escrow account.
ICG called me and they told to forward the check and authorize it to them because it’s in my name. I told them I already cashed the check and I’m going to send it to the new investor because they now have the loan. They need to make the escrow payment, so I deposited the check in my escrow account. Now there are two payments going to go out according to ICG, one from the new investor and one from this title holder group. When the payment is returned, it’s going to be reimbursed to the other group. It’s all settled now so we’ll see.

The application process was totally easy and I closed within three weeks. They sent a notary out to my house within the first few days to do all the application work, took it back with them, I did one DocuSign on the website and then within two and a half weeks the notary came out with the loan documents.
The loan officer was awesome. Everybody always says how they have to send the documents over and over again and I never had to. I submitted the documents to the loan officer once, he had them and we did everything by either email and phone calls. And as soon as he'd email me something, he'd call to explain it and we didn't have to do too much. He was very pleasant and straightforward. I did a refinance with InterContinental because of the offer of lower payment and my wife. I initially got a letter in the mail from them and it sounded like the best rates. The application was easy, except I didn't realize that I was basically buying the house again. So I didn't know that it would be that much paperwork. The entire process took a week and it seemed quick. There was a lot of information that I probably could have gotten together faster on my end but everything moved really fast. The mortgage broker was really on it.
The loan officer was professional and courteous. He gave me his office and cellphone numbers and anytime I needed to get a hold of him, he was there. He answered all my questions although he kept using his metaphor of bringing less to the table though and it kept throwing me off. Then I would just keep asking him what he meant. He also talked super fast and everything was really confusing. I would ask him to explain something and it was hard for me to understand.
In summary, it was surprisingly fast. It went from just something we're talking about to actually happening. Everything went smoothly, even with the notaries that they provided. It was convenient and I never had to do anything out of the house. The loan officer said we could back out at any time and I asked if he was sure because we've already had a notary but then, it was done. They said I had a few days to change my mind, but all I had to was sign. All in all, it worked out and it actually helped us get on top of some of our bills by not having to pay mortgage for that month.

But their rep, Doug, was very nice and told me it's not going to cost me anything, so I said I wanted to try that. I applied for a regular mortgage and everything was done over the phone. They asked me for whatever they needed to know and I don't do too much things on the computer but my son helped me. They printed, faxed and sent some papers through the internet and we looked at them. Doug explained everything, I was in touch with him all the time and I was satisfied.
But when the time came for the closing and they said the notary public will come to my house to sign up the closing papers, they did not tell me in advance that I had to have money ready for that. A day or two before, Doug told me that I got to have a check for a hundred and some dollars and the name of the check was to the lawyer’s firm name. When the guy came in for signing the papers, I called Doug again and asked what the check was for and he said it was part of my escrow. I gave the check then everything was okay. I was very happy with InterContinental and they were very nice with me. But I don’t know why they sold my loan to Wells Fargo a few days after securing it. Then Wells Fargo sent me a letter saying I was with them now, that I didn’t have to worry about anything and that I had to send the check to them.

I ended up buying a single-family home but when I first started looking, I was interested in buying a multi-family home. InterContinental was more lenient on giving me an FHA loan on a multi-family which is why I initially chose them, and then I liked the representative too so I stuck with them. The application process wasn’t difficult. They were also very helpful for me to understand everything, and answered all my questions. My attorney wasn’t so great, and he was very helpful to pick up the slack to help me understand everything that my lawyer really should have been helping me understand. And my lawyer went radio silent for a couple of weeks, and he helped advised me to push it along on my own since my attorney was non-existent. They were helpful through the whole process in helping me understand my options and all the terminology and what everything was.
The closing got prolonged because the first appraisal came in low and some repair stuff, but no fault of the mortgage company. It took quite a bit longer than it was originally supposed to but that was out of everyone’s control. And he was able to help me find a second appraiser and advised me on negotiating the price down to get the appraisal value. The experience was very helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to help me out as this is my first time purchasing a home.

He sent us emails and if we got questions, he was very able to answer all. We speak Spanish and he does, too, so it was very easy. Their customer service was perfect but I felt that my application took a little long because of the problems that I was running into. My credit was not dead but I sold the house back in 2012 and I didn’t want to build up any credit anymore. But I had no choice and I had to get out the credit again.
InterContinental also needed some papers in the bank. I had saved $1,000 and they wanted to know where it came from. I get paid $60 and I hand it to my wife but it so happened that my father had given me $1,000 as Christmas present prior to that month. It was a struggle and it took months for everything to go through. But it got done and that’s what counts. Ms. Dafty, one of the ladies I dealt with, was wonderful, and Ashok, the first gentleman I spoke with, was awesome. So, I wanted to get out from underneath them but it wasn’t necessary and I wasn’t in a rush. But InterContinental responded, gave me interest rates and saved me a couple of $100 a month, so I went with them. The refinancing process was fairly easy. They run a credit, but it’s not like when you buy a house initially, and then they sent somebody out to my house to give us the paperwork. I didn’t have to go anywhere and do anything and it was nice.
Tina was one of the managers and she was very nice, friendly, courteous, helpful and I could always get a hold of her which is kinda strange because usually you can't get a hold of anybody and they don’t call you back till days later. But the people were very nice and it’s the one reason I went ahead with them. I had them for a month and they sold me off as soon as they got me. I haven’t even made my first payment on this mortgage yet. I was a little disappointed but I've also had some preliminary contact with the new mortgage people and they were just as nice. Their rep Michael started the loan. Scott took over and then Michael came back in on the phone because I said, “No, we're not going to go that way because it's taking way too long. Just send me the appraisal.” Michael talked me into it and said, “Well, you're getting two months no payments.” Michael also told me that he would pay the appraisal in six months if we decided to redo the mortgage. He sent that through email for me because I said I want that in writing if he's going to do that. But that’s all he did. He said ICG could get it cheaper in six months too.
I made May payment and then we were supposed to have June and July off. But then ICG started calling. The two months off didn’t happen, so I sent the payment off for July. ICG should stay with their word about the two months no payments because when they tell somebody that they would get that, that’s what the customer is expecting. Their rep Jason has been a big help, though. He had called and he said the late payment wouldn’t count against our credit because of the misunderstanding of what we were told. It's a little disturbing on how much stuff they ask for nowadays as opposed to 20 years ago, even with a house with a lot of equity in it. Other than that, it was fine and I just had to gather up all the stuff on my end. It's not every day I do a mortgage but it was easier to buy a house when I was 20 than to refi at 45. I received a document through the mail from InterContinental Capital Group about reducing PMI. I was interested in refinancing my property and wanted to get rid of my Property Mortgage Insurance all together. I faxed them a copy of my documentation and they called me back about a week later and that's where we started the whole process. I spoke to Mike and he was excellent in his customer service and demeanor. He extended the courtesy of a phone call and didn't sound like a used car salesman. He took the time to speak to me very thoroughly, addressed all my concerns and questions and I decided to do it with him because most of the other people that I spoke to on the phone seemed like they were out to make a buck.
There's a difference between addressing a client and speaking to a client about business. There's a right and wrong way and I felt Mike addressed me in the right way. Mike would let me talk, which was very important because the second gentleman that I worked with, Robert, would cut me off every two seconds and he wasn't efficient. He tried to explain over the top of my head, but didn't understand that when dealing with the general public he has to let the client speak because a lot of times, the client would not know specifics and he would just assume that he knew. He's also very quick in his dialogue and a very fast talker. He would have to slow down a little bit because the client would be more receptive to want to do business with him.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed that they were not able to get me out of PMI, based on the streamline program that they had. I was $4,000 away from being at the 80-20 mark, where I have 20 percent invested in my home, that's why they couldn't do it. But if within a year, f I'll be able to pay off that $4,000 and be over the 20 percent mark, and, God-willing, I'll be able to refinance again so that way I can save $230 a month. But I got 100 bucks less and I got to skip one month on mortgage payment when I refinanced. I also have a fixed 4 percent interest rate vs. 6 percent, so that was great. Overall, they're knowledgeable and efficient.

I had Intercontinental Capital Group help me with a streamline refinance. They sent me a letter in the mail about a streamline mortgage and how I was eligible for it. I didn’t like the idea of paying so much PMI. When I purchased my property, the mortgage company told me that I needed to make a deadline to have the PMI taken off our property once the value got into 80% to 20% value to what we owed. They misled me at that time, and I think they just didn't know that it had to be from the original purchase price, and not the value of the property. So, even though our property went up about $70,000 in value, they still went off the original purchase price for the 80-20. It was a big factor to have my PMI reduced.
Intercontinental Capital Group told me they could do it. I asked them if I would get the same interest rate and they told me that they were not allowed to do that if they can't keep the original rate. It sounded good and I asked them for more information. We talked back and forth and I sent things like access to credit reports. I was with one man first and he was really good. He was a nice guy and explained everything. He then ended up referring me to the main mortgage counselor who took over from that point and he was also very good and knowledgeable. I had a few questions, called them and they were able to answer it right there on the spot.
My PMI was reduced more than half and I didn’t have to show value or any appraisal. And I still kept the same interest rate. Also, I did not have to pay July mortgage because the new mortgage didn’t start until August 1st. That was a benefit which helped to defray some of the costs of closing. My mortgage payments also have gone down considerably starting in August over what I was paying before.
But I noticed that my mortgage reverted back to 30 years, when I only had 26 years left. They explained that from the beginning and told me how that should not affect me because I probably won’t be here for another 30 years. It’s still was beneficial to go this route. One thing I was surprised with was that I never made my first payment to them. It got sold to another company before I even made my first payment.

I sent the letter back to them thinking that there was something really wrong but what it was was a door opened so they could talk to me about my reverse mortgage. It made me mad for a while but I continued with them because they told me there would be no closing cost, which is not necessarily true, and no brokerage fees. The house however would have to be appraised. Now they're helping me, though after I found out who they were and what they were trying to do, I started shopping alone.
The rep from InterContinental that I worked with pushed me a few times because I stalled on my reverse mortgage. I wanted to know how much I was going to get out of it and how much it was going to cost me to do it. When I did my first reverse mortgage, I got $1,500 out of a $130,000 home. This time, I had to paint the patio, which I have no idea why it needs to be painted, as well as the door and the window frame of the shed where I store the lawnmower. Then they told me after it was all over that that could have been put on or set aside. Again, I shopped that loan too.
This latest mortgage with InterContinental went a bit smoother but I still don't know why I had to do the retooling. When the appraiser came out, she found a couple of pieces of raw wood on the gable into the house, which I can't get up to. She thinks I had to have a smoke alarm in each bedroom, one in the living room, and then I had to have the carbon monoxide, which I thought was ridiculous. My house is brick and it's going to take one good heavy fire for it to burn.

I first heard of InterContinental through something they mailed me, and when they contacted me, it was the right timing for a refinance. They also made it a simple process. The rep was good, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The guidance they provided was good and helpful as well.

I talked with another mortgage company but they just seemed to drag it out and won't return calls. But Jason from InterContinental was very good at returning phone calls and answering questions which other mortgage lenders didn't seem as willing to do. He was very helpful and informative. He walked me through things every step of the way, like what would be needed and what to expect. He did an excellent job explaining things and I got a fixed rate FHA. The house-buying process can be tedious but working with InterContinental was very pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

I was purchasing a home and a friend of mine in real estate told me about InterContinental. It was my first time applying for a loan and I was a little bit overwhelmed. I didn't know what to expect but Tod and Nicole were very nice and professional. The application process was very good and smooth. Nicole was lovely, polite and prompt. She was so well educated and knew her stuff. Then Tod explained the interest to me and being my first time, I felt that it was fair for the amount of money that I have to put down and how everything else was. I started with them around April and then we closed the deal in June. I was able to get the FHA deal thanks to them. It was a great experience and I've recommended InterContinental to a couple of people.

I've contacted several companies for refinancing and InterContinental had the best deal. I even contacted the company that I currently financed with but my mortgage payment would have still been higher than what InterContinental quoted. I had to fill out the application form and I emailed them several other things that they needed copies of, like my driver's license and social security card. Then I also talked to their rep on several occasions and when I had questions about numbers. He cleared the whole thing up as far as the refinance process. He got back to me very quickly and it was a smooth process. It went very quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and I will recommend them.

After I signed everything with InterContinental, they sold the note to a larger bank. It's the same way I did when I first bought the house. All the proceedings and everything took place through PrimeWest Mortgage. And PrimeWest sold my note to Bank of Oklahoma. So, I'm not currently financed with InterContinental. But I was well pleased with the overall experience. I like the fineness and honesty of the guy that I dealt with. He did everything he said he was going to do and they got the refinance done quickly.

I got a letter in the mail about refinancing from the InterContinental Group so I called them. I decided to do a refinancing to consolidate bills and get a lower rate. And they quoted a rate that was half a point lower. They also included all my credit cards and did all that in a reasonable time. They came back very quickly with a positive decision, and we went forward with it. Also, if I checked or emailed or called them, they usually answered promptly and responded to my texts. The guidance from them was very good. It was a pleasurable and satisfying experience. I would recommend InterContinental Capital Group.

I got a new mortgage from InterContinental after a recommendation from both of my brothers-in-law and one of my coworkers who have worked with Evan in the past. Evan was the best part of the process and I have nothing but amazing things to say about him. He's topnotch. He was the only one who was helpful and has guided me through. He made sure to explain things to me and his guidance during the whole mortgage process was perfect. He was also able to help me handle some issues from my lawyer. I want to say thank you to Evan and I'll be recommending him to everybody in the future.

I refinanced my FHA loan with InterContinental Capital. They mailed me some info and it was one of the first offers and a streamlined program so I went ahead. I asked my realtor if it was a good call and he said yes. The application process was a little bit difficult but not all that bad. They gave me most of the information ahead of time and the rep was excellent. Everything was good.

I was buying a home, filled something out on the internet, and then somebody contacted me about a mortgage. They put me in contact with InterContinental Group. I started working with Jason who went above and beyond. He made himself accessible all the time and would always answer the phone. He stayed in contact with me for a long time. He texted me last week to see if everything was going okay. He told me what I needed to do and how I needed to do it, so they could everything approved. He even called to follow up which he really didn't have to do because his job was done, but he did.
We've been moved in for two and a half months now. If it were not for him, I wouldn't have gotten what we got. I also worked with Laura from the processing department. She even contacted me when she was on vacation and told me what was going on. They were really helpful. It took about nine months for the process to take but that was because the home we bought was a short sale. There were also two other banks involved with the previous owner's mortgage and those banks had to approve everything. One bank would approve something, then something would expire and we had to go back and get re-approval, so it was the previous owner's banks that held that process up. I would recommend InterContinental to anyone. They were great, very personable, and they took the time to treat you like a person, and not just a number.

I met ICG through a friend of mine and got four mortgages through them in the last year and a half. They’ve all been conventional 20% down typical property mortgage and the interest rates have always been great. I have rental properties so when I get rentals, I use ICG. Everything is extremely easy with them. They keep in touch with me the whole time from start to finish and the interactions are always pleasant. I can pop up in their office at any time and not even tell them I’m coming because sometimes I don’t even know I’m going. Sometimes I’ll be in the area and drop by. They’ll stop whatever they’re doing and sit and talk with me. It’s been a great experience with ICG and I’ll never use anybody else. I’d recommend everybody to them.
