I am sharing my recent experience with Walmart because I believe other customers should be aware of what happened and take extra care when receiving their orders. Within a very short period of time, I experienced multiple order issues involving both delivery and warehouse fulfillment. While Walmart ultimately provided refunds in some cases, my primary concern is not the refund itself but the apparent lack of investigation into the root causes of these problems.

One issue involved a package that was marked as delivered by the carrier, yet no package was received. The shipment required signature confirmation, but no signature or delivery evidence was ever provided to me. Initially, I was told that delivery had been confirmed. However, when I requested documentation or proof supporting that conclusion, none was provided. The matter was eventually resolved with a refund, but I was left wondering what investigation had actually taken place before the original conclusion was reached.

More concerning were several warehouse fulfillment errors that occurred shortly afterward. In multiple orders, the items received did not match what was ordered. I carefully documented the issues with photographs, videos, shipping labels, and box measurements. For example, one order was supposed to contain two large gaming laptops. The package I received was physically too small to contain two laptops of the dimensions listed on the product specifications. Another order involved a laptop that could not have fit inside the box dimensions shown on the package received. These were not minor discrepancies but situations where the measurements themselves raised serious questions about the fulfillment process.

I repeatedly provided this evidence to customer service and asked that it be reviewed as part of a meaningful investigation. Unfortunately, I often felt that the information was not carefully reviewed. In several responses, it appeared that evidence from different orders may have been mixed together or misunderstood. I was also repeatedly encouraged to dispute the charges with my bank, which I did not believe was an appropriate solution when the issues appeared to originate from Walmart’s fulfillment or delivery process.

As a customer, my expectation is simple: either deliver the correct item and quantity ordered or issue a refund when that does not happen. Walmart did eventually resolve some of the financial losses, but refunds alone do not address the underlying causes of repeated fulfillment and delivery problems. What concerns me most is the pattern. Mistakes can happen in any business. However, when multiple fulfillment and delivery issues occur within a short timeframe, customers deserve confidence that the company is thoroughly reviewing what went wrong and taking steps to prevent similar incidents from happening again.

I am posting this review not because of a single mistake, but because of the overall experience. I encourage customers to keep detailed records, photograph packages upon arrival, save shipping labels, and document any discrepancies immediately. Those records were essential in demonstrating the issues I encountered. I hope Walmart will continue improving its fulfillment processes and customer service investigations so that future customers do not have to spend significant time and effort proving what should have been obvious from the evidence provided.

These incidents occurred at the Walmart Supercenter #3253 located at 108 Washington Towne Blvd N, Edinboro, PA 16412. Over a period of 3 days from June 10th through June 12th, my grocery delivery order was repeatedly delayed, then rescheduled, then canceled and reordered again. This pattern repeated itself over & over for THREE DAYS until finally my groceries were delivered on the afternoon of June 13, 2026. I had multiple calls with your distribution center & their service was professional & they tried their best to get my deliveries, filing complaints & contacting the store directly but the Walmart store in Edinboro kept providing the excuse that no drivers were available. Was no one in their customer area getting deliveries over this 3 day period or was I the only one for some reason?

Then I would get emails stating that I can always cancel the order or come to the store & pick it up. I did not pay for a Walmart+ Membership to drive to the store for my order. I could do that without the membership fee. I find this level of non-service unacceptable. I paid for a Walmart+ membership in order to get my groceries delivered. There is no excuse not to have a driver arranged especially since my orders are typically placed 12 hours in advance. I am in my 70s & rely on the delivery service for food & medicine. For 3 days I was denied my groceries.

I bought a hose at one Walmart. They had a huge display. It was not the correct hose. I lost the receipt. I returned it the next day still in the package and unopened. I asked if I could exchange it for the one I was supposed to get which was more expensive. They said since the hose I bought was more than 25 dollars I could not do this. I went to another Walmart and they said since it was more than 50 dollars I could not. I went to a third Walmart and they were very friendly and told me to go get the one I wanted. I ended up buying 2 of them. I couldn’t understand why the first two stores were so different and had different price constrictions. They weren’t even nice people.

I ordered online a flash deal for a cordless vacuum cleaner. I received a notice that it had been delivered. It was not. The photo the delivery driver took was not of a home or apartment. It was a long distance view of a building nowhere near my condo complex. After 4 phone calls, I was told that it could not be replaced nor would they give me a comparable one for the same price. All they will do is issue a refund. Do not buy from Walmart. Customer Service is a bad joke.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but this one is well deserved. Unfortunately, my insurance company they have where you get fresh value items and stuff and this is the second month in a row that I've ordered from my insurance company for their fresh values and unfortunately, they go through Walmart, of course. Walmart has to be one of the most incompetent delivery places there is. They'll tell you that your product is on the way after 4 days and then they send you an email because that's the only way they communicate with you, that they attempted to deliver it, and that they couldn't get into the building, which is bull.

So it's a fob entry. All they have to do is call me when they get here. They don't. I don't want to sit outside all day waiting for them, so they have a phone number to call me as soon as they arrive, which they refuse to do, so I call my insurance company and ask him what's up. I'm told that their delivery driver had a family emergency and that I would have to reorder my items. Imagine that. I'm not reordering anything. They need to deliver the product. They said they were a half hour away and all the sudden it never came. What is up with Walmart. Now, when I call back today, because they were supposed to deliver today, they took my orders, split in half is what they did so another box was supposed to come.

Today, well I didn't get the one yesterday, and they didn't even contact me today, so I called my insurance again. I'm told that they are going to deliver the second item, the second half of my order, in other words but the first half they don't have a truck to deliver it so they recommended I cancel it which means I'm going to have to pay shipping. That's the reason I ordered so much. Canceling is only going to cost me more money because of shipping to order it again, the combined order together made up enough where it didn't cost me anything for shipping.

I can't understand Walmart. Get out of the delivery business if you can't handle it just because it's a fob entry that doesn't mean that you cannot deliver. You can, people live here, you can't leave it on the porch. People will steal it. I am tired of this. This has happened 2 months in a row, and I've had it. I'm going to see if my insurance company will change to a different store or let me order from a different store. Walmart sucks, we'll see what happens tomorrow if I actually get my package, which I really doubt cause they're incompetent. Just saying. I'm pissed!! Very pissed!

Over a year ago I lost my Walmart+ account. It was unceremoniously disabled them telling me I misused the "item not as described" regarding a return. I selected that on the advice of a customer service rep I was speaking with while I was filing the return. In the process Walmart kept the online credit amount I had and a cash back balance I had accrued. The least they could have done was issue me a card with store credit in that amount but they would not. They were very surprised when I told them that because of that I would never shop with them again.

I have had a Walmart+ account for a little over 2 years. Walmart has never been that good. But they were, until recently, passable. About a week ago, I placed a delivery order for groceries. The order was delivered to an unknown address. Walmart eventually gave a full refund but refused to redeliver to the correct address. I had to go elsewhere to get my groceries. As of today (05/22/26) Walmart refuses to deliver to me at all. It would seem they have chosen to blame me for their employee's inability to read an address. I have canceled my Walmart+ membership and will have to get my groceries elsewhere from now on.

I did not agree to these charges and did not know about it, never used membership benefits because I was completely unaware. They refuse to refund. Do not enter card information into their app, and make sure you monitor charges closely. This app is not safe.

Very disappointed with Walmart.com customer service and account support. For weeks, every online order I place has been automatically canceled due to a “verification process,” even though my payment methods, billing information, and account details are all valid and correct. I have called customer service multiple times, been told the issue was escalated, and even received emails from Walmart stating that their Fraud team made “adjustments” to my account and that I should be “all set for new orders.” Unfortunately, the orders continued to cancel anyway. I was later told they would escalate the issue again to Fraud leadership, but the problem still has not been fixed.

I also went to my local store multiple times asking to speak with management, only to be told the manager was unavailable and to call the same 1-800 number again. To make matters worse, my BBB complaint was closed because Walmart stated that all steps had been taken, yet the actual issue remains unresolved and my orders are still being canceled.

The most frustrating part is that no one can explain exactly why the orders are being flagged or provide a real solution. Customers should not be sent in circles between online support, fraud departments, store management, and complaint departments without any resolution. I use Walmart for both personal purchases and purchases for a nonprofit organization where I work, so this ongoing issue has created unnecessary delays and problems. Walmart seriously needs a better process for handling account verification issues and helping legitimate customers.

I wouldn't have wrote this review had Walmart had an online address that I could have sent my concern with pictures. They ask for a UPC code from the Walmart receipt from the purchase. Who saves receipts from groceries a month or more after the purchase? This is probably tailor-made to keep people from posting those exact experiences. Without that UPC code, I cannot send the email. Luckily, this site accepts pics, and I can let those know what prizes are in the boxes of Great Value Oatmeal. Ate most of the two packets I made and found a Tick near the bottom of the bowl. I thought Cracker Jack was the only item that had a surprise in the box. Wrong. This would be easier to address if Walmart allowed feedback or addressing an issue without needing that BS UPC number.

We have found that the product choices have gone down considerably. We used to have a choice of dairy-free products. Now they have gone to what I can only assume is their own brand. However, for cheese, they use cashews, not taking into consideration people who can't eat that. No dairy-free sour cream options were available. What we used to like about them was the fact that they actually had options, which is something we didn't find often in OK stores. And now losing the ability to order from Kroger has made it even more critical to be able to find products that used to be carried by Walmart. We are very disappointed.

My experience with Walmart.com has been beyond disappointing and frustrating regarding an order that arrived with a missing part and a defective hood. As a long-time customer who has spent a significant amount of money with Walmart over the years, I expected better customer service and accountability in resolving this issue. After discovering the problems with my order, I contacted Walmart customer service multiple times seeking assistance. During one of the calls, a representative informed me that my issue would be escalated and that a request for a $200 refund would be submitted because the manufacturer advised that it would cost approximately $200 to correct Walmart’s error by purchasing the necessary replacement parts directly from them.

Unfortunately, despite these assurances, the issue was never properly handled. One representative even hung up on me during the call and never called back. After another call attempt, I received an email stating that a return had been initiated — a return that I never requested or authorized. It appears Walmart chose to initiate a return instead of honoring the refund request needed for me to obtain the required replacement parts from the manufacturer. What has made this situation even more frustrating is the repeated pattern of misinformation and lack of documentation from Walmart representatives.

I have spent hours on the phone explaining the same issue repeatedly. Each time I contacted Walmart, I found that there were no notes, no escalation, and no record of the promises made by the previous representative. I was repeatedly assured that the issue would finally be documented and resolved while I remained on the phone. This issue had caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a complete loss of confidence in Walmart’s customer service process.

They said the order might not be able to be canceled because it is in the middle of processing which is a lie because I just push paid so they decided they were gonna send the jeans anyway then they end up canceling the order because the packaging was damaged and they sent it back to wherever God knows Walmart warehouse is so when I contacted them to tell them that I had canceled the order they told me they canceled it due to damage packaging.

Only because I have gone through this with Walmart before, I check my bank account every single day to make sure they refund my money. They only refunded me $29 of $35. The people that do the chat tell me, please wait for the entire 10 days if you withdraw $35 out of my account for an order, then I would suspect that you would replenish my account with the entire amount that you withdrew. So the chat people tell me or show me where the money was deposited. I verified the $29 ask, where the seven dollars and change was, they said I needed to get with my bank, as if they messed up. Walmart should be audited for all the extra money they have over their sales intake. Honestly, the feds should look into this company. They really need to.

This is not the first time this is happened. Walmart probably owes me a couple hundred dollars over the past 25 to 30 years that they have five and dimmed me. I know for a fact, raising four kids eight grandchildren, my husband and I, and everything in between, I have spent well over a couple of hundred thousand dollars over the past 30 years with this stupid company.

Save yourself some time and hassle and shop at Target. The people are extremely friendly and very quick to resolve an issue without any excuses and Target has not stolen from me yet. Walmart is nothing but a bunch of thieves. Lord knows they have to be in cahoots with the government. I’m only one person and million shop with Walmart. If I’m only one person, how many millions of dollars do you think they have stolen from customers by doing exactly what they’ve done to me. Shop at Publix, shop at Target, even order Amazon, but stay away from Walmart. Where’s my money, Walmart quit stealing from people.

Another reason I HATE Walmart. I go buy a TV for the garage. It just happens to be a Vizio. I had not purchased a TV for some time and I guess I am behind the times. You have to have a Walmart account to set up previously mentioned TV. No this is where it takes a BIG turn into utter BULLSHIT... I had a WalMart account (Who Doesn't) that was tied to a old ass e-mail that I never used. I had reason to believe it had been compromised, so I went through the process of trying to find my password for this account and finally after many windows, questions, pointing out bicycles in pictures and if I would ever have children the first one Yahoo Corporation will proudly be the recipient of. Good thing I am past the age of having to any kids. How do you explain to your loved one that, "YES let's build a loving family but the first child we have to give to Yahoo." I really needed to delete my account.

So I setting up this TV and I could not get into my lovely WalMART account and I suspect is because I have deleted previously mentioned Yahoo account tied to my WalMART account. I call WalMART, I take my time, explain the whole situation. They say delete your account. To be fair, I can't explain it on here but if you do put in enough information it does look like you can delete that account. THey said when that account is deleted just simply go in and create a new account. Sounds simple, I'm happy, I really am easy to please. I understand everyone has a job to do, someone may have a bad day. Do don't get upset at absolutely anything anymore and I did you would never know it. I am a pretty smart man I feel, I for sure can create an account. Work on computers all my life. Anyone can create an account with WalMART.

Here I am in the garage for the next 1.5 hrs trying to create my Walmart account. I no matter what try it will not work. I try everything from resting my computer, trying on my phone, trying on my work phone, trying on a browser that is NO CHROME. Well to put this as delicately as I can I am now frustrated. I call WalMART. They proceed to tell me that I can not Create an account with a phone number that was on a previous account for the last six months or something. I responded, "You mean to tell me to set up my TV and get this have a new Walmart account you expect me to change my phone number???" I am speechless and that is a rarity in this world..
