I took a passport photos at Walmart. The photos were obviously not sharp, but the employee insisted that they are good enough and he gave me a certificate. Passport Canada's employee rejected it and even laughed at it as I expected and she told me this certificate means nothing and I had to go get another one from a nearby studio. To my surprise, Walmart photo employee and her manager said they won't reimburse me and offer to take another photo which I rejected as there is no need for it and eventually escalated to customer service who agreed to reimburse me. When I asked for the branch manager to launch a complaint, they told me to try another time and I might find her. Very bad customer service. If you need photos, avoid the Walmart and if you need to complain, my advice is to go to social media.

Walmart+ should be renamed Walmart MINUS. Their software is buggy and will cost you a lot of extra work, and in my case I had to lift a microwave oven that I expected to "drop off" at the store: I expected at least some help since I am a 76 year old woman with a bad back. I managed to get the microwave into a shopping cart and go stand in line for over 5 minutes to return the item. I immediately cancelled the service when I got home. GOOD RIDDANCE to Walmart MINUS!!!

My experience during shopping at the Tacoma Walmart Supercenter store in Tacoma on 4 different occasions since 2024 off and on. The bullying, stalking & harassment by certain employees and staff has made me feel sad, depressed & feeling like I had no rights as an ** woman to shop in Walmart with dignity, respect and peace. Without Tacoma Walmart employees following me around inside the store while I shop. I've spent $1000's of dollars at Walmart in Tacoma since they've opened for years. By **female staff of Walmart Tacoma store. Who falsely accused my on May 03, 2025 of possibly walking out the store with items that I had the cashier clerk void on my receipt. Because it went over my budget.
A female store Supervisor was very rude, disrespectful and judgmental towards me. Treated me like I was a thief and a criminal. She slandered me to the Walmart employees. The Walmart store manager act like they don't know which employee she is! They're not being helpful! On 4 different occasions I've filed a complaint with Walmart customer care concerning the Tacoma Supercenter Walmart employees. The managers has taken their side. Or act like they don't know which employee involvement in the harassment and bullying against me! I'm tired of being retaliated against by the Walmart employees. They have Police as their security guard. My name is being slandered to cover up the harassment against me. I am not happy with Walmart management resolution. Because I've been harassed and bullied 4 times already in the past! And retaliated against by manager and employees for reporting the harassment to customer care!

Walmart is using tariffs as an excuse to raise their prices. I noticed even before the tariffs started on any country anywhere that Walmart raised the price of coffee a dollar and now it's gone up again. Walmart is just using the word tariff as another excuse to raise prices. I checked on an item this morning and even Ace Hardware one of the most expensive stores in history it's cheaper than Walmart.

I ordered online for delivery in 3 hours or less for my son's birthday. When the delivery arrived 1 minute late I received a message that my delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. I was standing outside looking at the driver because I was tracking the delivery. He didn't speak English, just said 1 minute and called someone. I'm already on the phone with Walmart as soon as I got the text about my delivery. The Walmart associate asked to speak with the person on the phone who was refusing to allow the driver to give me my items I already paid for. I paid extra to have it delivered on time and now you are basically stealing my groceries.
Mind you this is not the first time I've paid for expedited delivery and it's been late and get the message that they tried to deliver and couldn't but it's the first time I was looking at the delivery when I got the message and then to be denied my items that were already paid for. This has to be illegal. Orders are basically canceled or returned to the store because someone is trying to ensure numbers for on time deliveries are met. If not they are lying to people making it seem as though someone actually tried to deliver my items and I wasn't available. On top of everything they hold more than my order was for and it takes 2 weeks to get my money back even if it's canceled.

I recently placed an order for a Lenovo idea pad. I was told that it would be delivered by 10PM the following day. No updates (have had this experience before with other orders). Three days later the "track your order" site states that the order is scheduled to be delivered three days ago. I have spent time on the phone and on chat every day (at least 3 hours so far) with no additional information. The only option I am offered is to cancel the order and reorder it. No explanation as to why that would get me my item any faster. Of course they have significantly raised the price since I placed the order - hmmm could that be why? I thought we were in the technology age, why would a large organization like Walmart not be able to provide accurate delivery and status updates?

WALMART 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, California 94066. RE: WALMART STEALING MONEY. REQUEST FOR PUNITIVE DAMAGES / REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT for the hours lost (5.2) from speaking on the phone with WALMART representatives who lied to me/gave me runaround plus refund of monies taken without my permission and not returned to me.
BACKSTORY: On April 6, 2025, I received an email from Paypal indicating a withdrawal from WALMART. Not having made any recent purchases in that amount at the Shawline WALMART nor the National City WALMART, I was baffled; therefore, I called WALMART at 1(800) 925-6278. I spoke to three reps on April 6, 2025: Shade, Jedidiah, and Ahmed, all of whom lied to me.
Ahmed investigated the situation and told me that the $105.60 charge was for a WALMART MEMBERSHIP. I explained that I didn't have a membership. After both he and I researched and shared our individual findings, he concluded that the membership was created by mistake, and he said, "This happens to customers sometimes unbeknownst to them," a statement I found shocking! Ahmed went on to inform me that when this happens, the customer is refunded. Ahmed went ahead and gave me a refund for the $105.60 that was charged to me on April 6, 2025. Note: This WALMART MEMBERSHIP was made using an old email address that I no longer use because that platform is no longer in use.
Ahmed informed me that I had been billed for the WALMART MEMBERSHIP in the amount of $105.60 on April 6, 2024, the year before. I was shocked to hear this because I was not aware of that charge. I pulled up my bank account online and I could see that I was, in fact, billed $105.60 on April 6, 2024. Ahmed told me he was unable to give me a refund for the charge from 2024, but he could escalate the issue to the billing department who will investigate the situation and refund me either in full or partially. Ahmed said it could take a couple of weeks for this to happen, and he asked for my patience. Ahmed also told me that I could expect an email regarding the refund and to keep an eye out for it. I was on the phone with Walmart/Ahmed for 1.5 hours.
Three weeks passed and I never received any contact from WALMART about this situation. I then called WALMART to inquire at 1(800) 925-6278 and was on the phone for 1 hour. I got a woman on the phone who lied to me, stating she sees the escalation and that she spoke to billing and billing is back-logged and will call me in 24 hours. Five days later I heard nothing from WALMART. On Saturday, April 26, 2025, I called WALMART at 1(800) 925-6278 and I was on the phone for 3 hours this time. I got yet another rep on the phone who lied to me. I then asked for a supervisor or manager. I was put on hold for a very long time, then Supervisor AngelMicah got on the line and lied to me repeatedly, stating she escalated the claim and billing would get back to me in 30 days and at that time I will get my refund. THIS was completely unacceptable. I was not given proper information and advice from AngelMicah. AngelMicah hung up on me.
On Saturday, April 26, 2025, after AngelMicah hung up on me, I called WALMART at 1(800) 925-6278 and spoke to Zain. I was on the phone with Zain for 40 minutes. I explained the entire membership situation/debacle to Zain. Zain informed me that I had been lied to and he apologized to me, which I had suspected all along. Zain told me that ALL the WALMART reps, including Supervisor AngelMicah, lied to me and were simply trying to get me off the phone so they wouldn't have to deal with the situation. Zain said the reps should have never told me that the Billing Department was going to call me because that never happens. Zain then told me what to do. He told me to contact my bank and put in a dispute for the charge, and that by doing that, the Billing Department by law will have to then reach out to me and give me a refund. Zain apologized for the behaviors of all involved, to include WALMART.
SMOKE AND MIRRORS: Based on my experience, it is my 100% belief that WALMART has purposely put systems in place that prevent their employees from properly taking care of customers, such as not allowing the reps to contact other departments through the system, telling their reps to lie to customers about what is going to happen, and all in an effort to exhaust customers, wear them down to the point they give up the fight of trying to get their money back, which then allows WALMART to keep that customer's money. WALMART SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF ITSELF. AMAZON would NEVER treat its customers this way -- NEVER! What WALMART did to me in total:
1) Stole my money.2) Wasted hours of my precious time, taking me away from my family and my work.
3) Caused me to fall behind in my work.
4) Caused tremendous stress and anxiety which made me very ill and I'm still trying to recover.

Me and my fiancé went to Monticello Indiana last night to the Walmart to pick up a patio furniture. The young man that was assisting us was very rude. Told us to go get it ourselves finally after being asked where the carts were. He said he would get one. When he got one just took off without us time we got up there. He finally asked what color. He grabbed it, pulled it and hit the floor so I’m hoping it’s not broken when we open it. He seemed he hurt his arm when he pulled it down. When asked if he was all right he completely ignored us, walked away with the cart to the register, did not say a word, told us how much it was. We paid. He pushed it right out the door. Without us stood there, waited for us to tell him which vehicle. Very rude young man. Other than that, we shop at Walmart in Monticello all the time. Great employees. Never had any other issues with that Walmart. Great location.

First, I always have great interactions when I do pickup. I have never had a problem with the employees, they are always friendly. Sometimes as a Walmart+ member and when I’m not able to pickup, I get groceries delivered. My order was not delivered on time. I was told by customer support to give it until 8 pm for it to be delivered, which was fine with me. Things happen. That’s understandable. An hour later, I open up the door and my delivery is there, but I got no notification from the app or the driver that it was there. The delivery picture wasn’t even an image of the delivery at my door. The driver named Courtney took a picture from her car of the building with people in front of it. 30 minutes later, I finally got a notification that said the driver was on the way and it was delivered. Somehow the app now says the order was delivered at 2:53 pm. So which is it? I am not happy in the slightest.

Walmart online shipping falsely advertising arrives in 3 days. I ordered a doughnut pillow. Said arrives in 3 days. Then after I ordered it says it will arrive late which will be 15 days. I spoke with customer service and he admitted that they know about the issue and would be working to fix the misleading advertising. First he tried saying it says it will ship in 3 days then said 3 days means to different facilities. Then when I said false advertising he said they knew it's misleading and they were going to try and fix the issue. I've been ordering from there 3 yrs. It always says 3 day arrival. So this isn't a mistake. It's false advertising to get your money.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I ordered two $200 Vanilla Visa eGift cards from Walmart.com, and weeks later, they are still stuck in processing purgatory. Spoiler alert: I already got my money back because the payment processor canceled the order on their end LAST WEEK. It is now April 14th and Walmart is still clutching this phantom order like it’s the last lifeboat on the Titanic.
I’ve contacted customer service more times than I’ve blinked this week—we’re talking upwards of 60 different agents, including managers, supervisors, and people who probably lied about their job titles. Every single one gave me a different fairytale timeframe: 48 hours, then another 48 hours, then five days, then surprise! another 48. Not a single one of those deadlines was honored. Not one. They blamed multiple issues, almost all of which were flat-out lies, except maybe the one where they admitted this is a known issue with these cards. So let me get this straight: they know it’s broken and are still selling it like everything’s fine? Cool cool cool.
Oh, and just to sprinkle a little extra insult on the injury: when I was finally pushed past my limit and agreed to cancel the order—after being offered that option repeatedly—I was told they actually couldn’t cancel it. Amazing. Love that for me. And for the cherry on this customer service sundae? I was threatened with having my Walmart.com account deleted just for being (rightfully!) upset. This was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Zero accountability. Zero competence. Zero stars. Avoid purchasing any eGift cards from Walmart.com unless you enjoy rage, regret, and being gaslit by an entire call center.

Next the D1 address had a Ring doorbell and got video of the girl who delivered the package, put it down, took the photo then pick the package up, stole it and walk away and I've tried to give it to Walmart. Walmart. Every time I go in the Pima Rd location everyone (except for Stephen B) are rude and act like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. This time I arrived at the service entrance and 6 Walmart Employees were in the service bay. I went in and got my product and returned to the counter to pay. No one was there. The 6 Walmart Employees were still out in the service bay. I could see them through the window but no one was even looking back at the customer counter. So I waited a few minutes.
After a while I went to go out to the service bay, but the door was locked. So I knocked on the window. In came an untrained register person. They could not ring up my order. So they went back to the bay and one of the rudest ladies came in and ask me why I didn't acknowledge her earlier when I first walked in the store. I guess she yelled at me from the bay and asked me if I needed service. It confused me, because all I was there to buy was tire cleaner. I said it was poor customer service to have all employees in the bay when a customer(me) was waiting to purchase. I had poor service from her before, and I also mentioned that. Her response was, go shop somewhere else. And walked off.
I then approached MANNIE the Manager and he was upset I knocked on his window. I was upset and just wanted to buy my tire cleaner. Well MANNIE THE MANAGER was only concerned about being RIGHT and defending his employee's attitude and power trip. I got pissed and said a few things I shouldn't. And that's when MANNIE said he was going to trespass me from the store. At that time I just left the store. I will never do business there again. I believe this employee attitude of always being right and power tripping is a direct result of the Manager Mannie. He is the worst! He has ZERO PERSONALITY and does nothing to improve the customer service. He and his staff are on a POWER TRIP to only prove that they are always right. Even to the point that they will refuse you service if you EVEN QUESTION their rude and slow service.
This MANNIE character acted as if he could dictate who could purchase from Walmart. He and his staff really need to be investigated and be responsible for the LOST REVENUE that Walmart suffers based on these EMPLOYEES power trip-like attitudes. I hope this complaint is taken VERY SERIOUSLY! And that some changes are made at the Walmart Auto Center Pima Rd. Scottsdale. The poor customer service is something I experience every time I go there. And I can't imagine I am the first to complain. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. AND WILL TAKE THIS COMPLAINT TO THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF WALMART MANAGEMENT.

Beware of Walmart! I am stunned by its indifference to customer service. In December, I purchased a wall oven and paid for installation and haul away at the same time. Cost was over $3200. It was delivered early January. I noticed the box and also the oven inside were both damaged, so I refused delivery. The following day, I called Walmart and requested a refund. After a couple of days, I received an email from Empire Appliances, the third party provider with whom Walmart contracts on this item. They offered me a discount of 20%. I declined their offer and again, requested a full refund. A day or two later, I received a refund for the oven itself but not for the installation, and haul away cost which I had paid up front, $261.
I called Walmart again, and they said Empire Appliances owed the refund, and that they would contact them again. After a few days, I received an email from Empire Appliances to say the full refund had been made. This rotation of my calls to Walmart, their emails to Empire Appliances, and Empire Appliances refusal to refund continued for the next two months. Neither side would accept responsibility.
I wrote to Walmart headquarters and received no response. Finally, I called Paypal through whom I had paid. They put in a claim for me which has a 10 day limit for the company to respond. A few days before the 10 days, I checked the status of the claim and Walmart had not responded. The 19 days ran its course and Paypal found in my favor and refunded the $261. They, I believe, hold a debit against Walmart’s account with them, and recoup the money from that. This was over 2 months of frustration for me, and indifference from Walmart. Be warned! NOTE that the original payment was made to Walmart, which makes them responsible for the refund. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The only option I was given from the chat rep was for it to be refunded to my card-in 10 days. Online, it can be added to my account. I don't understand why a care agent can't do the same thing and I really don't understand why I have to wait 10 days for a refund on a product I never received.
