I just ordered the same sweater I purchased years ago because of how amazing the quality was. I was so disappointed to find they had changed the cut to a thong, and made the material quality very poor by comparison. It is a thin, thong cut body suit and it was advertised as the same thick, swimsuit cut as I had before. They did not offer returns on this order. I bought 3 because I liked them so much. $30 waste of money. I’ll never buy here again. Their quality has gone down so much.

I have had one of the most horrible experiences ordering from Forever21. I always order from SHEIN. SHEIN is very clear with shipping communication unlike Forever21. Forever21 didn’t even have their delivery date mentioned so how on earth a person would understand when it would be delivered! Absolutely useless customer service and not helpful at all.

On June 1st I placed an order for store pick up but 24 hrs later I’m still waiting for the email confirming that my order was ready. I called the store and I was told that my order was delayed because the person that puts the order together forgot to fill my order. I was not happy with that answer so I decided to not pick up the order. Two days later I finally got an email stating that my order was ready for pickup, I ignored it. On June 9th I got an email saying “final day to pick up my order”, I ignored it again. Now I’m waiting for my order cancel out and get my refund, on June 15th I got another email saying thank you for picking up your order.
I called customer service and I was told that they need to investigate and escalate the situation, because they needed to reach out to the store. Week and a half and I’m still waiting so I called back and asked for a supervisor, I was told once again that they needed to reach out to the store. Now today is July 5th and I still have no refund because the investigation was done and the store is saying that the order was picked up on June 2nd so there will be no refund. I’m so disappointed in the store and the customer service team. I’m out of my money and no clothes. The only thing I can do is call my bank and have them fight the situation.

I will never ever order online purchases from Forever 21, I have received three delivery dates! Ordering early due to events, is useless! My advice to anyone who has a special occasion to order at least a month ahead for delivery, it's like it's coming from another country!

Forever 21 has been overtaken by a Chinese company called Shein. I just bought a bunch of clothes on F21's online store which strangely did not allow me to opt for in store pick up! Fraud 3rd party shipper asked 10x if I had a gate code. I said no. So they thought they could lie about delivery! I have a security guard and no delivery trucks came in that day. Shipper posted an empty delivery photo! Put a fake dot on map and lied saying they delivered it to my porch when they never even came into my club! Calling F21 was useless & the girl would not help me and would not let me speak to a manager. I told her that I would call back and ask to speak to a manager. She said when I called back she would answer every time. And she did. How does a billion dollar multinational corporation have only one person working phones?
The F21 chatbot was more useless and creepy. Sreeparna says they'll look into the claim and that I can call them back in 8-10 days... On 7/11. Only 7/11 is 18 days from now! 2 hours later I realized she has not sent me a confirmation for this "Investigation". So I chatted her again and told her that. So she sends me a cheesy poorly written note with two fonts, repeating what she said earlier, but gave NO INFORMATION about confirmation number. Is this for real? Did our beloved Forever 21 sell out its loyal customers and all our information to a China company? The Chinese company SHEIN who merged with F21 is notorious for Sweatshop child labor. I lost $280.00 in business dealings with Shein!!! F21 is now being run by a FRAUDULENT Chinese company. Their shippers, phone personnel, websites... everything FRAUD. I wasted 5 hours on this. I'M REPORTING THIS TO MY CREDIT CARD TOO FOR FRAUD. BEWARE!!!

The Forever21 store located inside Cumberland Mall a have rude and unprofessional employees and including the management team. No one greets you when entering the store at all. At times it feels uncomfortable.

Bait and switch. They're advertising 100 organic cotton shirts on their website but selling regular chemical-laden cotton instead. I only ordered the 16 items in my order because I trusted that they were organic as advertised. The prices for organic seemed too good to be true. This bait and switch is often played by sellers on Amazon but I really expected some integrity with Forever 21. Wrong.
I bought multiple sizes of 8 different styles of shirts for women and men for my family and me. The advertised heading said "made with only 100% organic cotton". Most of them are then further described under the product details as being made with "95% organic cotton and 5% spandex". One of the men's organic shirts was described only as "100% cotton" (no spandex). Perfect! I thought. I spent hours picking them out.
However, when they arrived, ALL 16 of the sewn-in labels said "100% COTTON". Organic cotton is not mentioned anywhere on the labels, (or spandex, for that matter). Manufacturers cannot mislabel a textile without committing fraud, so unless a garment label specifically says "organic cotton" you can rest assured it is NOT organic.
On top of this, Forever 21 refused to waive the $5.99 charge for a return label even though they shipped a different product than what was advertised. I also spoke to a supervisor. There was no mention of this $5.99 return fee when I both checked their return policy online or when I called CS to verify their return policy before placing my order. Returning items in-store is the only free options, but good luck finding a store that hasn't already been closed nearby. Forever 21 just lost a customer. And they wonder why they're going out of business with this low-level and dishonest business model. I'm reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). It's a waste of time shopping online at Forever 21. Save yourself the stress unless you have a lot of money and time to burn.

Horrible. On my first purchase I was charged a late fee before the 30 day billing cycle. They waived the fee but didn’t credit the extra interest charges. Then I done one more purchase. The online website gives a pay in full amount that’s incorrect and the phone payment gives an incorrect pay in full amount. After I paid account in full I done a refund. The rep explained that they would have to refund my credit that I used to pay off the account instead now they are charging me for the refund claiming that the account wasn’t paid in full. I spoke to multiple reps and managers to be told that the first rep was wrong about crediting my card and I have to pay the refund back. Horrible!

First time in this store in Quinte Mall. Great prices. Ask for Michelle, this lady went above and beyond. She was so attentive and on top of things. Great suggestive selling and filling us in on the sales. Thanks for making my granddaughter and me feel so welcome in your store Michelle. Left with a big bag full of treasures. Will be returning for sure.

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM ONLINE! They delivered my dress outside the gate at my apartment so I will never be seeing that dress again! I talked to an agent and they keep pushing the date back on when I will know if I get a refund back or not. I've already been waiting over 2 weeks and now they told me an other 2 weeks. The agents are rude too and don't offer much help. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE!

I got a text saying that they were selling NBA shirts. When I looked for our team, they only had Los Angeles and Chicago things. My team won the championship last season, the Denver Nuggets. I’d like to know why they only have two team things. Very disappointing being a customer of Forever 21!

I purchased some items on Black Friday for some of my daughter's Christmas presents. It was a total of 4 items. When I checked my order the next day, it was sitting in my shopping cart. Thought that was weird and resubmitted my order. When I received my order, only 3 items shipped. Checked my email and 1 item was canceled for being out of stock. Checked my Amazon Pay and my bank statement, the full amount was withdrawn. I also saw on Amazon Pay that this charge was placed 3 times and canceled and on the 4th attempt went through.
The first time I talked to CS, they apologized and said that the refund could take up to 3 weeks. The second time I chatted with CS, they apologized and said that the refund is in process. The third time I chatted with CS, they told me to check with my bank about the charge and that they only charged for the 3 items. The original charge was $82.24 and they swear up and down that they only charged me $55.20. Customer service would not give me a fax or email so I can show them my proof of the over charge.
This is a lot of hassle to go through for $27. But the point is that they initially charged for an item they knew they didn't have and now are refusing to reimburse for their error. $27, 1 month of waiting, roughly about 2 hours of phone and chat time, a lot of gas lighting. They refused to even look at my statements, claiming that I am not looking at my statements correctly and need to talk to my bank. $27.04 down the drain and no sweater, I just won't shop there again.

I drove 30 mins today to the closest store in my area (Sunvalley Mall) to exchange my online order for different sizes with my order number, receipt and ID. The cashier didn’t know how to process it so she asked for help and the manager came with very bad attitude and zero professionalism and tried to make the cashier first look bad like she doesn’t know what she was doing and look at me and said I can’t do exchange using the excuse that I didn’t purchase it from the store so I was like, "In your return policy it says that I can do return online or in any of your stores," she didn’t even bother herself answering me. She told the cashier that I can do only returns, no exchanges, no refunds. So I followed her to ask her why? She said, "I told you I can’t do nothing," I didn’t want to argue with her. I just left everything behind. I’m very upset and disappointed of their customer service. The way they treated me today was very rude.

I was approaching the register to ask a worker (with short blonde hair, **) a question. She watched me as I approached her but before I could ask the question, she yelled “let me clock in before you ask me anything“. Her counter part giggled. How rude and inconsiderate!!! I turned away and walked off. I walked around the store to see if she would come and assist but she didn’t. Collierville, Tennessee location. I have never experienced this type of customer service here before!!!! I only wanted to know what color the skirt I had in my hand. It appeared to be purple but also could’ve passed for light blue. I just wanted to know her opinion. I put the item back and left.

I love Forever 21, there's one in the mall I shop at, so I decided to shop online and look at some of the other options they might not have in the store. I found some cute stuff and paid and it gave me all the tracking information. When I went to check on my package and see when it might get here I found that my tracking number was non existent and the website won't let me log in and the "contact us" link on the website doesn't work and neither do the phone numbers.

My daughter purchased a top at the Bay Plaza Mall Forever 21 in the Bronx. The fitting room was closed and when she tried the top on at home it did not fit. I tried to return it with the receipt and tags but management refused the refund. The Customer service line was unable to help me because they only handle online purchases. Unworn clothing should be refundable with a receipt and tags.

I placed the order today and it appears I hadn't shopped with Forever 21 in a couple years since a very old address was on file, placed order, credit card was charged, all good right? NOPE... Received an email to contact them to complete order, what the what? It's already complete since you already charged my account and sent confirmation.
Well I reach out via chat and I had to go through this whole verification process with silly questions like is this order for you or someone else... just for him to tell me 10 minutes later that he will send an email to the concerned party and they will reach out within 1-2 business days with an update whether my order was approved or cancelled... I have never in my very long online shopping life gone through anything like this. I have no words for this. Oh and I paid extra for fast 1-2 day shipping.

I ordered two outfits for my daughter for Christmas on 11/5 and they were received on 11/14. My daughter opened them Christmas Eve. The material was very cheap and she did not like them. I immediately called Forever 21 to return and they refused to accept a return because it was outside the 30 day return window. There was nothing on the site when I ordered this to state there was a 30 day window of returns. I asked for a manager to make an exception because it was a Christmas gift and they refused. I will never shop here again.

Spoke to a guy who was very rude. Return policy online is not clear at all. I was apparently outside the return range. His response was ‘no one else has had this problem’ and ‘you could have called us to ask about our return policy.’ What’s the point of a website if they expect me to call when I have a question? The website should be clear and accurate - that’s not my problem. Instead of understanding my issue, he attempted to make me look dumb. I got off the phone angry when I really didn’t need to. Called again and spoke to a woman about the issue who wasn’t much better. She told me I should have looked at my return slip. I had no idea the website was so unreliable, that both employees felt the need to tell me I should have looked elsewhere for return info. No wonder they don’t offer a post call survey. Done doing business with them solely due to their customer service. Do better.

This is a terrible company that falsely advertises discounts and steals your info. Their site gave me a pop up for a free shipping code but wouldn’t let me input it until “step 3.” I couldn’t get to 3 until I input my credit card info. Then it only gave me the option to submit order so I hit backpage and it still processed the order anyway. I called twice and two reps both said that code is not in use anymore. Then why did it pop up on my page?!!! False advertising. I told them to cancel and it is still not canceled. Very shady.

I have never ever experienced so much frustration with a company than I have with Forever 21. They had system issues that caused old address on file to be the shipping address after order placed. I noticed it immediately after I got the shipping confirmation email. I called immediately and they advise nothing can be done and call fedex. I worked for 5 days to get help with fedex and was advised that forever 21 can call and correct the address as they have the packages restricted. Called again to F21 and was told nothing can be done it will be a lost package and not their responsibility and was also told I am not only one having this issue due to system issues. It’s MY responsibility to call an hour or less after I order from this company to verify the correct address went through. They are absolutely the worst customer service!

I ordered Christmas items 10 days before Christmas. I paid the expedited shipping. I called about my order 2 days before Christmas. Apparently, my order was sent to the wrong address. Customer service stated they were not responsible. I’m furious! I will never shop there again! It may have been a little more helpful if I could understand the customer service rep. It was less than English.

Updated on 02/05/2021: I decided to reluctantly give this company another try! Huge mistake! Of course my delivery date changed last minute, which ok fine, then the next delivery date came days later and no pkg. I spoke to customer service and was lied to. The person told me it was just delivered, so I go to the post office and no pkg. I speak to another customer service rep who confirms it’s not delivered but would guarantee it would show up by 9:00 that night or call first thing in the morning for a full refund. Of course I could see the pkg hadn’t even left the state it was shipping out of. So fine, the next day I get up to call after the pkg didn’t arrive but surprise!
Customer service just so happened to be closed that day for some reason that Sat. Meaning I was lied to once again by customer service. So I have to wait until Mon to speak with someone. Mon I explain I had been lied to repeatedly, I tell them cancel the order and refund me as I was promised I would be days earlier. I was assured, "Yes, we have put in for a refund for you, you will be refunded." Several days later the pkg arrived and I get an email from customer service stating my pkg arrived no refund would be given. Now I was already told days prior the refund was issued mind you. I explained I no longer needed the items and since they were still in their state to cancel the shipment, all of which I was told was done.
Essentially all they did was lie and buy themselves more time for shipping. Since it would have taken about a month to ship the items back, get the return process and get refunded I didn’t bother at this point because to be honest I doubt I would have ever been refunded anyways. Such horrible customer service and service in general! Refunds take weeks, shipping is never on time, literally always takes weeks to get anything regardless of when they show something will arrive! It’s easier to throw something away and cut your losses than try and exchange or refund! Sad really!
Original Review: I placed an order 3 weeks ago, still don’t have it, delivery date keeps changing and now states unknown. This company tells me to wait another week to see if it gets delivered per their shipper. I asked for a refund and was dismissed. I ordered from several other companies the same day I placed this order, all shipped standard shipping and all others arrived 7-10 days ago. I will never order with this company again!

I usually only have one credit card and turn down offers for store credit cards. One time I went ahead with it at Forever 21 thinking my daughter could use it as she likes the store. Comenity bank which is the lender for the credit card is horrible. They will not waive any late fees and charge $40 late fee even if your balance is $2. my initial credit card purchase was around $90 and I have paid that much in late fees. They will not reduce the payment even if you have paid of the original amount. Needless to say the latest statement I just paid the late fee and asked them to close this account. Ruthless bank, I will shop at forever 21 but they should do business with more reputable partners as it impacts their customer. Comenity bank has a one star rating on the web. Forever 21 should probably take a hint from that.

So guys I ordered some tops from them on the 17th and everything was fine, until it got to the 19th I realized my on the tracker my package didn't leave California yet and it's the 24th today and my package still is in the same area in California. I don't know what that means or how to get in contact with them because they changed the whole site around, so you literally have to check your email to see if your package even shipped because they changed the site so much. All I'm going to tell you guys if want any items from Forever 21 purchase them in-store from now on because I don't know what's going on with their shipping (I never had this problem until now).

I ordered clothing from Forever 21 through this service called afterpay (buy now, pay later). I did not know that forever21 uses Ontrac or that would of already been a red flag for me since Ontrac drivers are thieves. Ontrac marked my package as delivered and did not deliver my package. It was after 7pm and I had been waiting the whole day. I have been reaching out to Forever 21 ever since it happened. Steady following up since the 8th of October. Now I’m being told to wait until October 28th for some sort of update to the investigation.
It’s completely unfair that these delivery people are trusted to do a job that half of them are not doing. We pay for merchandise and then get robbed of it. At this point I doubt Forever21 is going to take responsibility for the delivery service that they partner with. I do not recommend shopping online from Forever21 because they are not reputable when it comes to handling matters. Can always tell the companies that are in need of money from the more successful companies that care to please their consumers. Very disappointed. Wherever you order from, make sure that Ontrac is not the service delivering your packages. They can not be trusted either.

AWFUL. They sent package to the wrong address. An address that their system likely somehow pulled from an old order. More than 6 years old. I asked the rep to look at my account on their website. It CLEARLY HAS ONLY 1 address and the ONLY address. But yet they ship it to some old address that's not even in my profile. Somehow their system messed up but I wanted to see whatever let's fix it. The guy flat out said NO! Okay buster. Then you won't only not get the chump change of a few dollars in shipping, how about you not get ANY of my money. What a bunch of untrained incompetent business people are these?

I placed an order for my daughter on 8/27 and it wasn't delivered until 9/28 after I had moved. I called numerous times and asked them to recall the package or update the delivery address with Fedex or refund my money. Today when I called they told me it's not their problem and they aren't doing anything. Nice company, ship my order a month late and it's my problem. I'm not planning to give them any more of my business and you shouldn't either.

Your customer service support is really rude and unprofessional over the phone. You guys need to train them more to assist your client. I will never buy any item with the company nor refer it to people. Why should I have to pay for an item that was bigger than the size it should be. First agent tell me it says it on ad where it doesn’t say it anywhere. Second agent tell me that's my problem as size it says is what I get and he don't care as there is no supervisor I can talk to.
