I made an order back in January and received my order no problem. I needed to exchange something for a different size and followed the instructions I was given. The product was picked up by the carrier and I waited and waited. I got in touch with Fabletics to see what was going on or if I could just get a refund and they were absolutely no help! Why have 24 hour service lines if you can’t even make things right with your customers! This is absolutely ridiculous! Will not be shopping through them again and would never recommend to anyone!

Fabletics is and particularly the VIP program and your returns and customer service... Horrible. I clicked on something to buy it cheap and was signed on to a monthly charge I was not even aware of. I received some bras that were fine and this outdoor jacket for 23 dollars that didn't fit right. At this point I engaged in a roughly 1.5 month struggle. That time added up I probably spent 8-10 of the hours I usually earn 80 dollars for each one worked to try to return a 23 dollar jacket. I was sent a QR code. The customer service person said to bring it to USPS. I brought it there. They said no. I forgot about it and some time went by. I tried again and the code was out of date. I call customer service repeatedly and there were 200 - 250 people ahead of me. I opt to hang up and get a call back and nobody calls back. I finally got a hold of a human again. She said she would extend the code. She sent me a new one.
I went to the "Happy Returns" location, how ironic.. It didn't work again the same day she updated it?!?! I gave up and am looking for someone to give the jacket away to so I don't have to look at it anymore. Then the dreaded moment came; having to go on the website and use up the VIP points I never wanted, and that by the way have no basis in actual value?!?! I could get a $99 outfit for a $59.99 VIP point OR a $12 bra?!?! Pulllleaze. Further, these much touted "outfits"?!?! Who throws these things together. They are almost designed to look like mismatched workout clothes. Fabletics is saying "to all you women who just can't figure out how to dress yourself to pretend you're fresh out of a workout, just wear these, Honey. There. There."
Pathetic. I look through each and every "outfit" the customer service lady convinced me so effectively were worth me not deleting the VIP account and monthly charge. I couldn't find 1 (one) outfit that I looked at and made me think "hmm. There's an outfit!" Horrible. I deeply regret getting involved with this company and have 1 (one) t-shirt I like.

Do not do a membership with Fabletics. I was a member for over 10+ years. I decided I have enough clothes and put in an order using the rest of my credits, then cancelled my membership. My order was cancelled within a few days and my credits taken. They will be great for you as long as you stay a member. But your credits disappear if you cancel. I had 10+ credits they won’t let me use.

The credits absolutely expire, they purposefully don’t notify you when it’s time to skip the month hoping that they can charge you then they don’t send out any notification that your credits will expire. When I called to ask about where my credit went they offered me a 50% coupon, so they can keep my $80 and get more money! Absolute trash. Fabletics clothes are made in sweatshops and are the same quality as SHEIN anyway. Not worth the prices or headaches in any way, take it from me as a former subscriber who really wanted to like them.

I have purchased couple of jogger pants and a short at Fabletics store in Atlanta. All of them were worn out so badly that I can't even wear them at home. I was surprised to see how this company is even selling this kind of stuff. Beware of Fabletics. Don't lose money!

I never intended to buy a membership. It is $59.95 a month, every month, whether you buy anything. I didn't care for the fit and returned my purchase and found out 2 months later they had charged me 2 months membership for nothing. I called and there were so many "Oh I have a special offer for you" before finally canceling my so called membership. They must be making a killing over there. I did NOT sign up for a membership so this is even more frustrating. Do not support this rip off company.

I put in my first order 2 weeks ago. Still pending and getting close to the date where they will charge me a second "VIP" membership fee. Chatted with customer service and they couldn't care less. Wouldn't expedite my order, cancel my VIP membership before it hits twice, and no discount or anything for my trouble other than a $10 credit on my next order on a regular priced item, which is a ridiculous price. Not a great first experience.

When one of the FAQs on their website is "is this a scam," that should be clue #1. This company has horrible customer service. The website either rips you off on the price or signs you up ambiguously to their "vip" membership. They make it hard to cancel and even with screenshot from online customer service chat and cancelation email, still try to charge the membership fee. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SCAM

They will make it extremely difficult to cancel. I had to actually cut them off through PayPal. Their pants are pretty basic not what I would put an $80. price tag on. It literally makes no sense to sign up for this. It's not a deal.

I received a Nift gift card from Ticketmaster. Apparently, both NIFT and Fabletics use the same lousy website programmers. I had to cancel my first order because it didn't credit the Nift gift card. I tried to reorder through Nift and I had trouble logging in. I tried the next day and was able to get in to Fabletics, but had trouble placing an order. The website is clunky and slow. They send at least one email per day. I have been in a customer service chat for the past 40 minutes trying to get my account deleted. I am waiting for a supervisor. To get the discount price you have to pay a monthly fee. It will take them up to 45 days to cancel my account. This means I may be charged a monthly fee for the VIP discount program for next month. Bad website, bad customer service, and who actually needs to buy that much athletic wear unless you are a fitness instructor. I do not recommend.

Buggy website, also, cancelled orders several times. Now I’m paying $40 more and it won’t make it here by Christmas. Fabletics has a lot of nice stuff, but they are unreliable, what’s the point? Not coming back.

This company is pathetic as you can see with the hundreds of one star reviews and complaints. Do not buy anything from them. It is essentially the Ponzi scam but for clothes. Fabletics is a terrible company. Do not buy anything from them.

Ordered 6 items. Tops were all strangely shaped- bagged out oddly, or were strangely proportioned (very short, super wide), leggings were so-so, but unflattering even on slim figure. Tried to return them. Ended up with 2 return codes - 3 items on each. There was no indication of which items were on which code. I called fabletics snd after usual long wait was told that the second code covered all 6 items. Drove to ups (45 minutes for me), to be told that the code only covered 3 items, and they had no way to tell which items those were. The other code showed expired. Called - another long wait. They sent a "new" code.
Next day, I drove back (45 more minutes, and by now probably more in gas $ than I'd get from the return). Ups said the "new" code showed up as already used, so they couldn't take it. Another call, while I had to explain I'm leaving town and can't spend ANOTHER 2 hours getting this return to them. Got a runaround and was told they'd send me a label to print so I can drive another 45 minutes to try again. Never, ever do business with these clowns! I'm expecting to see fraudulent charges for their membership, which I cancelled early. No integrity, and no understanding of how business is done in the us.
They may be able to get away with this in Asia (not one of the 4 customer service folks I spoke with had a full grasp of English, and all were clearly reading from standard scripts without the ability to understand either my issues or their own replies), but we expect some integrity here. If you say easy returns, you need to provide that! Fabletics does not! Tried to speak with a supervisor. After a long wait, it still didn't happen. Nothing about this company is ok. Don't fall for the ads. You'll regret it!

I was a first time buyer looking for something to work out in. I went to the Somerset store in Troy Michigan. I paid for my order, but one month later I was charged $59.00 for a membership I didn’t ask for. I was told by the male cashier I would be a new VIP member, but he failed to tell me there would be a membership fee each month.
The issue is money was taken out of my bank account without my permission, and when I called the store to question it the same male cashier hung up on me. I later called my bank to request a bank fraud report, and a police report was filed. I will be contacting BBB to file a complaint as well. My advice after my disappointment with this company is to run.. or just make sure the customers are aware of a membership and a fee each month. (That I’m not sure why I need to pay).

This company makes money off of subscriptions. I have canceled and was still getting charged. I disputed numerous times with them and the bank and they won’t give me a refund. Taking advantage is what they do.

I have had the worst experience dealing with Fabletics, which I also just found out is also dealing with Savage Xfinity at the same call-center. I have been charged multiple times 59.95 after I canceled my account. They’re refusing to give me my money back saying that they already did even after dealing with my bank and letting them know that they did not refund back money. This is a scam. It’s not worth skipping for the month. If you cancel your account, they will still charge you. Please do not work with this company. If you have a chance, you should definitely try and find the lawsuit online and add your name to it. Worst customer experience in the world, savage Xfinity and Fabletics deal with the same customer service. No help will be given. No promises kept. Keep your money and go elsewhere.

This company is a scam. My daughter went into the store and they talked her into joining the VIP club. No one told her it would be 59.95 per month to join. It took me over an hour to cancel the membership because you are put into a queue either online chat or calling. They do not make it easy to cancel. The fact that they allowed a minor to sign up but then have no customer service to make this easy to cancel when you want to is crazy. I will never shop there and plan on spreading the word on what a scam this company is.

Complete waste of money. You can only return for store credit. Their stuff doesn’t fit properly. I wanted to boost my spirits so I bought a bunch of cute workout clothes that didn’t fit me. Exchange it for larger sizes and they fit just as terrible. The waist appears to be disproportionate to the legs and the legs are compression or so it looks that they’re very uncomfortable. It’s not a consistent pattern. The shirts with the built-in bra don’t cover the entire upper portion of the body and even though I bought two shirts, the same size and different colors they don’t fit the same. They don’t even cover my entire chest plate so it shows half my side boob. It’s baggy on the top and tight around the stomach, but not because of any other reason that it’s stretched out. It’s like somebody tried on a size that was too small and returned it and then they gave it to me. These are the worst products and complete waste of money. Don’t believe the hype on the Internet.

They applied my full $60 monthly credit to $30 worth of merchandise, and pocket the difference. Deliberately deceptive business practices, would go so far as to say they are a scam; a cursory search on the internet reveals there are many who agree. I have canceled my membership and will not do business with them again.

I bought a pair of pants a year and a half ago and apparently, I also signed up to be a VIP member. I never had the intention and having now gone back a looked at the site, it is intentionally very unclear that you are signing up and they make it very difficult to check out without signing up. I was then charged $700 in membership fees I never knew I signed up for.
When I called to complain I was told that I had "credits" that I could use for future purchases. I even asked the clarifying question "If I cancel the membership, will I still be able to use the credits?" Answer was yes and then turns out the credits had expired and lo and behold, I'm out $700. This business model is clearly shady and deceptive and quite likely illegal. I have reported to Fabletics the Better Business Bureau and FTC and hope action is taken against them soon. Needless to say, do not buy anything from a company whose main business practice is deception.

Was fake advertising and marketing with 80% offer for the new customer. After creating a new account I still see 70% discount and called customer care for the 80% discount. He was so rude you can go with 70% discount. Please don’t fall into this trap and even I heard clothes are not good material. Please avoid this scam advertising for 80% discount.

When I called to complain I was hung up on the first time, placed on a long hold the second, and then told "their system" would only allow a partial refund.
This business model is clearly shady and deceptive and quite likely illegal. Amazon is currently being sued by the FTC for a similar membership scam. I have reported to Fabletics the Better Business Bureau and FTC and hope action is taken against them soon. Needless to say, do not buy anything from a company whose main business practice is deception.

I've been trying to resolve the issue of a delivery I never received. The customer service agent was not helpful and insisted it was delivered just because it was marked delivered. I put in a complaint with the shipping service so they could track my package and update the status. I've heard nothing from them and can no longer contact them about the package. I canceled whatever sign up I had and asked Fabletics for a refund. They refused and told me to contact them in a few more days so they could "investigate". Trying to get ahold of anyone is near impossible. I'd like my money back for products I never received. Offering to resend items is useless since the first one never arrived. I have no faith in the shipping service they use. I shouldn't have had to walk around my neighborhood trying to track my own package. Ridiculous and terrible customer service.

Put an order in and received an email that they canceled my order without telling me why. Very unprofessional. I have spent over $2,000 the last 2 years with them. Very upset and will no longer support the brand. They lost a loyal customer and on top of that because of me they gained 20+ customers who also spent a lot. Needed the clothes for an upcoming vacation and they screwed me over.

If I could give zero I would. I have had a few issues with this company. They mailed out an order to wrong address, my fault had an old address on the account but they would not help me at all. So I lost out on $45.95 but then what really got me this time is to my surprise the member credit expire! I was shocked, I honestly thought because they charged me for the $45.95 that it was like a gift card with no expiration date but I was completely wrong. They charged me and kept my money and there is nothing that I can do about it. Wow. Just wow! Needless to say I cancelled my membership and my mother's membership. Not okay, I'm honestly not even sure how it is legal to expire a credit that I already paid for???? Make it make sense please.
I have several other memberships where you have the option to skip or be billed none of them have it in their policy to expire credits...money they charged me for, money they received already, my money! Fabletics steals from their customers. What a VIP treatment! Leggings are great quality. Company on the other hand SHADY! I will never shop at Fabletics again. They are a bunch of thieves.

I recently learned that my credits expire which was a surprise since we pay $59.95 a month I thought it would be treated like a gift card which doesn't expire. Yes, I should have read the fine print but still shocked. I became aware of this when I received an email. I get hundreds of emails and not always on top of every email. When I realized they expired, I sorted my emails back to when I first joined in 2018 and found that a number of them have expired. I do not recommend the membership unless you plan on using it each month. Plus, lots of quality leggings at local stores. Once I learned about the expiration I used all my credits and canceled.

The one-year expiration for VIP member credits is ridiculous, especially when their website and email system is so unreliable. Other subscription services I utilize (e.g. AdoreMe) do not have any expiration date at all. I've had three member credits expire, one of which I absolutely know I did not get a reminder email for. The worst was last month, when I did receive an email reminder about a credit expiring at the end of March 2023 but could neither log into the website nor reset my password to use it. When I reached out to customer service multiple times, I was ignored and disconnected on the first two attempts, and on the second two given the "they expire after 12 months and there's nothing we can do" company line.

I had 2 member credits, one that expired in July 30, 2023 and one that expired March 30, 2023. I placed an order on March 24, 2023 to ensure I didn’t lose my credit and the system pulled the newer credit! And let the March credit expire. They argued with me saying they could not give me my credit back until I escalated and spoke to 4 people. Imagine that - refusing to give me back my money. Very sneaky and predatory way of doing business. Not right. Also member credits absolutely expire which is wrong. It’s your money and it doesn’t make sense it would expire.

Very disappointed with this company! How they can legally charge you $50 for a "credit" each month (if you do not skip) and allow that to expire after a year is baffling to me. They claim emails were sent warning me, however, I have searched back through and find nothing! Trying to chat with them with any problem is near impossible and honestly, the quality is fine, but not for what they charge for a non-VIP member price. I have several other memberships where you have the option to skip or be billed and I do understand that practice. NONE of them have an expiration on the credit! I'm honestly not even sure how it is legal to expire a full amount of something you were charged for. Will be cancelling my membership.

I would never recommend, nor will I ever use this company again. They effectively stole over 100$ from me and left me with literally nothing to show for it! Your write up about the business pros here is incorrect! The member credits expire in 12 months. Your money is gone and they offer no refund and no merchandise. After stealing my money they had the audacity to offer me a 10s off coupon! Cool. I’m sure Kate Hudson needs that money more than I do.

They charge you for membership and delivery which is 10+ days. Then their sports bra qualities are complete trash. Yes, I am so sorry to tell y’all. You can buy a zipped sports bra with cheaper price. If you are a DDD or big as G /F size, none of the bras in Fabletics have a good option and their sports bras are meant for smaller sizes. After considering almost couple of their products, sorry to say, it’s kind of a waste of money.

Leggings are good, company is Horrid. Such incredibly shady policies. They cheat. Period. Did you know that member credits expire after 12 months?? This wouldn’t be a big problem except that it’s illegal (clearly they’ve found a loophole), and their stuff is literally always sold out! Consumer Affairs only offers proof of their lies. See up there where it says that member credits Never Expire?? This site was updated After I had a credit expire!! Even if you manage to place an order using credits, they’ll turn around and cancel it due to items being sold out after the fact?? They oversell their items on purpose.
I placed an order containing 12 items, and they cancelled the whole thing…but they didn’t because two things arrived. Then they sent an email saying it was being processed…I had to call them to find out what was up; then I had to demand that they make it right (which they sort of did in the end, but only after lots of high-volume speaking on my part because they weren’t going to do it otherwise.) Very shady. I would not recommend anything but the leggings—good luck finding your size in stock. Do not agree to the VIP membership, and don’t click the ‘check out as a vip’ button, or it’ll happen automatically. It’s absolutely Not worth it.

I had the subscription for a few months and not only have I not been able to contact a real person but my shipping and deliveries are also so late that by the time I got the package I would get charged for the next month. Right now, I've been waiting almost 10 days for my package and suddenly its update reads "no information available". I do like the quality a lot but it's so much of a hassle and then you get the clothes that I feel like I don't even want it anymore.

I ordered 2 shorts for $24 through some advertisement. Then I started getting charged 54.95 for a VIP Membership. I had to call to cancel the membership and the agent was trying to sell me to stay. Not a very transparent company. Would never order from them again.

Package says delivered but they use the cheapest delivery service- lasership, which never actually delivered. Called customer service, they acknowledged and admitted it wasn’t delivered. Offered to re-ship. I told them I just want my money back to which they told me that’s not an option. I was in shock. They said I either have the option to reship or store credit. I told them I want nothing to do with them and just want my money back, to which they told me even if I accept the offer to reship I cannot get a refund only store credit. I asked them to show me their site where it says this, to which the supervisor told me “oh it’s internal policy. Doesn’t state it in the site”. I am fuming, I will be taking this up with my credit card and will never ever order from them and make sure that no one I know uses them.

There is no truth in rare moments of not having an item in stock so I can use my membership credit or the $5.00 rewards. I have been on the Fabletics website since 6 AM August 1st, which is when I was told supply is high, searching for Define high-waisted capris in size XL, and there was only one green choice. I had to use my member credit on a cheap sports bra that is not even close to the price of a member credit because I am so frustrated using Fabletics' website which leads you to believe there are so many choices by making you spend way too much time searching and clicking on item after item only to see there is no XL.

I placed an order 6/11/22 for a pair of workout shorts and tops for a pride workout event scheduled for 6/25. When I placed the order I stuck to standard shipping since delivery was 5-7 business days, I figured I had plenty of time. Suffice to say nothing has arrived yet. When the tracker finally started working it said 6/25 for the target date, I check today and there is some "exemption" to my delivery. I reached out to customer service who told me it take 6-14 business days (14 business days is 3 weeks mind you) for a delivery order and that I should wait another 48 before reaching out. All of this was "standard procedure" and that I was overreacting. This has left a terrible taste, and I will not be ordering and/or recommending this site to anybody.

I placed an order on the morning of May 21st, based on recommendation from the associates in store stating the orders day 1-2 days to ship and then 7-10 to arrive. I was moving out of the county on June 8th. The order shipped May 24th and then stopped tracking on June 3rd. I reached out to customer service on June 7th requesting a refund since the order hadn’t tracked in 4 days and hasn't arrived. This was two weeks after it had shipped and was told they couldn’t issue a refund until June 11th. I tried to explain that I am moving out of the county the next day and won’t be here June 11th to tell them if it ever arrived. Said nothing they could do. Offered me 50% off a future order, why would I order again when I will be moving somewhere they don’t ship to.
Requested to speak to a supervisor, which I never got to talk to, and was rudely told the supervisor would tell me the same thing. Now mind you my mom ordered almost a week after I did and had received her order several days before. I ended up buying the same items from a different retailer. Don’t waste your time and money here. It’s not worth the hassle.

I am a long time Fabletics customer. I used to love to get the email on the first of every month to see the new products and choose my new outfit - sometimes I chose two or three because they had so many great options. When I wore the outfits to workout, I received many compliments and a number of my friends started to purchase from Fabletics as well. I am not sure what has happened lately but they don't offer the same quality, value, or even style. I have a hard time choosing something each month and am seriously considering dropping my membership.

I purchased a few items because I was told it was good quality items. I wasn't impressed with the quality or the fit. There is an option to skip a month, so I did that for a few months and then I forgot to. As per contract my card was charged and I was issued credits since I didn't purchase an item for those months. However, when I went to customer service and chatted with Gerald he told me I could use the credits since I already had them, then he offered to give me $10 coupon, but I declined and I told him I would order something (maybe try a different article of clothing since I wasn't happy with what I purchased previously) since I have the credit. I politely declined the coupon and said "No thank you."
After that the chat went dead. I asked if we were still connected and it wouldn't even let my message be sent. So, I logged out and logged back in to see my 4 credits were gone (worth about $80) and I was cancelled. I'm glad he cancelled, but took the credits away and I don't have any confirmation this was cancelled other than it now says to rejoin as a VIP member. Thin/see through material, poor customer service and very unprofessional.

I usually don't write review. I have ordered couple of T-shirts and a pants. My first reaction was they are really different from how the photo looks like on their website. The colors were weird to me when I received the items. More importantly, it seems like I have "registered as member" by clicking some small button when I am buying the product and it keeps charging me for all the time. I realized that today and went to website to cancel my membership but guess what? You can not cancel your paid membership without talking/chatting with customer representative. Overall, this was really annoying experience

My first issue is that I spent almost $80 on an outfit that did not work out. I returned it, requesting all of it to go back to my debit card, but they split it up—half on my debit card, half in store credit. Whatever. I’ll use my store credit. This set was purchased between the 1st and the 5th of the month, yet I was also charged a $49.99 member credit–which is only supposed to happen when you do not skip or do not make a purchase in those first five days.
I contacted customer support, texting with “Oliver”. When I mentioned that I was charged this amount even though I had made a purchase within the first five days, he proceeded to tell me “it’s okay because you can use this credit to purchase something anytime you like”. It’s not okay. I should not have been charged. I know how it works, I have been a member for three years. The issue is that I was charged when I shouldn’t have been charged, and nothing was done to rectify the situation. As soon as my order comes in—using the credit that should’ve gone on my debit card—I’m canceling my membership.

I ordered the 2 for $24 offer. Only later to find out I was being charged $49.95 every month for something I did agree too. Contacted Fabletics only to get a rude operator. She told me when I checked out that I chose that option. I told her I do not purchase athletic wear enough to justify paying that amount a month nor would agree to that amount being deducted from my acct. Asked her to send me a copy of where I actually checked that box. She told me to sign into my account and it will be there. I told her no, because that will be the standard policy. After pressing her to produce that copy, she put me on hold and she came back and told me the I will be refunded and my membership has been cancelled.

I have been a member of Fabletics since September of 2017. I have placed a few orders over the years and never had an issue until my last order on January 2nd of 2022. I have accumulated a lot of membership credits since I hadn't order in a while and decided to use them up so I put in a quite a large order on January 2nd which was split into 3 shipments. The shipment of my order kept getting delayed due to Covid but I let that go because I'm a very reasonable customer who understands that these things are out of the company's control. I received 2 shipments but never received the 3rd. I called Fabletics back on January 20th telling them that I was missing a few items from my original order and they apologized and reshipped it at "no cost to me" (at least that's what I was told by the customer service rep).
After receiving my last shipment, I called the company back on January 30th informing them that I need to return some items because of the sizing issue. They created a return label which didn't itemize my return (I listed the items I want to return to the customer service rep). This looked a bit suspicious but I let that go thinking that they keep it in their records what it is that I am returning (I was returning 14 items but as it turns out, the shipping label was creating for 15 items but I had no way of knowing that since Fabletics never sent me an itemized list of returning items).
The box with the 14 items was shipped back the first week of February. I was getting concerned that I have not heard about my return 3 weeks later so I called Fabletics on March 3rd to check on the status of my return. (Keep in mind that Fabletics never confirmed they received my return). While talking to the rep, I found out that the return was created for 15 items and the warehouse received only 5 items. I spend over 30 minutes on the phone with the rep trying to explain that it's not possible since all the items that I listed on my phone call on January 30th were placed in one box and shipped back. I was told to call back on Monday (which is today) after they have conducted their 48 hour investigation.
Today, I was told the rep that spoke to me on Friday never elevated this issue to internal investigation and the warehouse is now telling the rep that they received 6 items from me and not 5. They cannot even keep their stories straight! After spending another 30 minutes on the call today, I was told to call back in 48 hours after they have completed their internal investigation! AGAIN! THIS COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT AND THEY MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS PAY FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE! STAY AWAY! Needless to say, I cancelled my membership and if this issue is not resolved with Fabletics, I will be calling my bank disputing the charges. I have given this company plenty of business over the years and this kind of a treatment from a long-standing customer feels like a slap in the face! I have given Fabletics plenty of opportunities to resolve this and all I am being given is the runaround! Horrible experience that has been dragging for 2 months!

Updated on 03/09/2022: Fabletics did not take meaningful steps to resolve my complaint but fortunately Capital One did. Lucky for me I made the purchase on a credit card that was able to dispute the charge. If it wasn't for Capital One, Fabletics would still have my money. My issue was not taken seriously nor was I treated respectfully by your customer service. I tried to solve this for over 3 weeks and was consistently put off and hung up on by Fabletics' customer service while my money was held hostage. I will continue to share my experience and warn others until my experience with Fabletics has changed.
Original Review: Bottom line: I purchased a ton of clothes from them, they claim they delivered it but never did, and now they refuse to issue me a refund. Their customer service is extremely unhelpful.
Details: Fabletics offered an incentive to become a new VIP members so I signed up and ordered $584.50 worth of clothes. On 2/13 Fabletics emailed me and told me my order would deliver 2/14. On 2/16 I still didn't have my order so I reached out to customer service and was asked to keep waiting. On 2/17 my package status changed to "delivered" but I never received it. I immediately reached out to customer service and was asked by "Carlos" to wait another 2 days while they conducted an "investigation". On 2/21 I reached out again and was told by "Jam" that they can reship my order but Fabletics can not provide a refund. I told Fabletics I do not want them to reship because I've had a terrible experience with them and I just want my money back. I was told I needed to wait another 48 hours for someone from their "back office" to reach out.
Today (48 hours later) I reached out to let them know I still have not heard from their "back office." Their rep, "Emmanuel", said "Hello Raymond. Thank you for contacting Fabletics. My name is Emmanuel and I’ll be happy to assist you today. Please allow me a second to check on the notes on the account," and then, after checking the notes, immediately closed our chat.
Fabletics is refusing to issue me a requested refund and continues to stall. Their return policy states "In the US and Canada, Fabletics offers 3 easy return options: (1) return for Fabletics membership or store credit for free; (2) exchange for another item for free; (3) return for a refund".

I was a longtime Fabletics customer. Last year, my Fabletics account was hacked and my credit card information compromised as someone placed an order of a large amount to someone by a different name in an entirely different state. This went completely undetected and I had to contact Fabletics which resulted in a suspension of my original account. I was told to open up another account under a separate email address. I waited until this year to do so and my order was promptly rejected stating I had an account under a different email address. I contacted customer service by chat and telephone for several weeks to try and get my account reopened.
Every single person I spoke to gave different information if they could even find my account to begin with. It was incredibly unhelpful, time-consuming and ultimately resulted in throwing my hands up, giving up and bringing my business elsewhere. Customer service has gone totally downhill and there don’t seem to be proper and consistent protocols in place (and if there are - customer service reps haven’t a clue as to what they are). If customer service is important to you, I’d avoid this company.

I have been ATTEMPTING to purchase for some time now as the merchandise itself is great, in my opinion. I signed up as a member to get the great deals they continue to email me about. Every time I place an order it gets canceled yet they still deduct the $49 membership fee. When I called, I spoke to an outsourced third-party customer service, after a frustrating experience with the text chat option, they explained I had another account with the same address, so I could not order. It was my wife’s account, so couples have to use one account or divorce and move to separate addresses, I guess. I asked for a refund on the membership which was deducted and canceled my account. I then asked my wife to order for me, via her account, that order never arrived then we realized it was canceled as well.
When she called… they told her it was because she had another account with a different address... I’ll let you guys and girls guess whose account that was … Maddening! It very much seems like a scam to get your monthly membership, which you do get a credit for But is an item at full price, yet cannot seem to get it on deal like they heavily promote. I don’t believe it is a scam though, just poor business execution. Shouldn’t be this complicated to make a purchase. On the picture I uploaded, you will notice two canceled orders and one membership fee processed.

A product is only as good as its customer service and company policies. While the product is a quality product and I have been very happy with the items purchased, their service and policies are HORRID! My initial experience was awesome. I was not familiar with the product or sizing so I wanted to go into the store to ensure I was comfortable with both before making a purchase. Midway thru trying on a variety of items, the SA lets me know the advertised prices only apply to members and I would need to get a $50 membership to get the advertised pricing…ok. Perhaps I did not read well when looking online.
So fast forward to the items I could not get in-store, but ordered online. It took 3+ weeks to receive the items. I have NEVER heard of such! Did they have to go and buy the materials to make the items prior to shipping by the slowest method possible! Fast forward to my making another purchase only to have items go on sale the very next day! I called about a price adj. only to find out they do not do PA. Un** believable! I cannot tell you how enraged I was! Their prices are NOT cheap enough to have such a ridiculous policy!
So fast forward, I am told to repurchase and return the original order. While an inconvenience, I say fine. Now in a perfect world this would have went smoothly…but let's not forget they have to make the clothes before they can ship them…so by the time I go to return the original order, I find out some of the items have gone on final sale and are non-returnable. And let me not forget the items come in little bags that are associated with the order, so not knowing this, I use the items from the more expensive order because the 2nd order is the same….Well that was a HUGE mistake!! When I arrive at the Columbia, MD store, I was told by the horrible manager, that apparently has NEVER heard of customer service, she can’t help me and I need to call Customer Service. So after driving 35-40 mins to get to the closest store, I have to go back home and call Customer Service.
The gentleman at Customer Service was wonderful and made a bad situation sooo much better, but every time I place an order, I there seems to be something that turns me off about this company. I have been waiting to review this company because I was so torn between the quality of the product and the HORRIBLE company. But once again after placing an order for the very same items to go on sale a couple days later and knowing I cannot get a price adj, I find myself infuriated! My advice to anyone considering this this product is to get in and get out! Make a huge order and move on!

They do everything they can to take your money. If you don't skip the month by the 6th, they charge you $50-- which is an incredibly annoying way to do business, but not the worst if you set a reminder to skip. I had been a member for years, since 2015. Through the years, I definitely forgot to skip, so I had some member credits stacked up. I tried to cancel a couple of times before but was told I wouldn't be able to use my member credits so I wanted to keep my membership until I used them--I guess that changed recently, you can now shop as a non-member.
Anyway, I tried to use the credits as quickly as possible, but I usually don't like more than one or two things--their clothing is cheap so you have to be choosy with the things you purchase. I'd check in periodically to try to purchase something to use up the member credits I have. Just got an email today that the member credits I've had for well over a year were to expire on 1/31. Seems like some **. Tried to contact support, went on their live chat, their Facebook, sent an email, and after an INCREDIBLY frustrating few hours, I decided to cancel. If they're already charging me, what does it matter when I use my credit? Seems like a pretty unethical way to do business.

Didn't receive large order purchased on Black Friday at 80% off. They said they couldn't put a trace on it for another 3 weeks. I called FedEX and they willingly put a trace on it. When it arrived, the box had been re-tagged and was missing most items. The fact that the items were missing is likely not Fabletics fault, but refusing to put a trace on the package is a Fabletics customer service issue. I alerted Fabletics who said many of the items were no longer available so they would give me a store credit, not a refund. So, they want to give me a store credit for items I bought at 80% off, but will have to buy next items at full price. If they don't provide ordered and paid for items, there only choice is a refund. Stay away - read the other reviews. This is unethical.

I’ve been a VIP member with Fabletics for 2-3 years. (I have always skipped the month). I recently placed an order for a workout outfit, and upon receiving it I had to laugh. The leggings they sent me have a huge length discrepancy. One leg is above my ankle and the other is gathered at my foot. Zero quality control. There is a very visible difference on or off. I contacted them right away thinking they would care enough to send out a non defective pair right away. No. No sorry, no replacement, my only option is to return for my money back. (After spending over an hour trying to talk to someone about the issue.) What a huge inconvenience for their mistake. I don’t want the other pieces of my outfit now since I have nothing to match them with.
I’m cancelling my membership and won’t buy from this company again. Their membership is a scam. Even if you make a purchase, it will still charge $50/month unless you go down the rabbit hole on their website to skip the month. AVOID. (Also, I should state that I used to like their products 2 years ago, but their quality has clearly gone way downhill and their customer service is unbelievably bad.)

I placed an order for 4 items on 11/14/2021. Fabletics deducted the full amount of my order 3 days later and only shipped 1 item that same day. Never received remaining 3 items. Placed phone call to customer service and was told I would receive items on 12/8/2021. Placed 2nd phone call on 12/7/2021 and was told they don't know what happened to my order and would reship it, however, they only had 1 of the 3 items in stock. I told them to refund me for the remaining 3 items because I don't want to do business with this company again. Beware of their membership fee too - you are charged 49.95 per month if you don't order monthly.

Ordered two Large pairs of shorts, as I wear Large in every brand. Receive after 2 weeks and they were too tight. I requested an exchange for XL and their process is that you MUST send in the original before they ship the exchange, which is absurd if you have VIP membership, if you don't receive then charge the account...
Anyways, had taken nearly 3 more weeks before new ones came in... and they were the SAME size as originals and the customer service rep I spoke to said they processed an exchange Large for Large, WHY? Then their only resolution was to add $10 to my account and process another exchange. $10... that will buy the seam of a pair of shorts with them. Canceled VIP and requested refund as I don't want to purchase a product from a company that can't get their crap together.

My mom got me a $50 gift card. She called customer service 5 times because I was not getting the card in my inbox. Eventually she just sent me the gift card code. I tried shopping. Very confusing website and membership. But I found items that I liked, added them to my cart. However, when I tried to pay with gift card, the prices in the cart jumped up. I called customer service. Apparently, gift cards cannot be combined with membership offers. Which is insane, considering my mom paid $50 for a $50 gift card. Why would it not be just like any other payment method? Such a terrible experience, and so much time wasted. I will ask my mom to cancel the charge on her credit card.

When I first signed up for my membership a few years ago, I thought it was great. You can either purchase something each month, or skip a month. Initially, all my orders went as expected there were no unexpected fees. Quality of clothing was average, but for a discounted price through the membership, I received some good deals.
For the past year, I haven't needed anything, so I skipped many months. I just logged in this past month and made a purchase for July. I ordered order a pair of sweatpants that cost about $54. Then, a few days later, my credit card was charged an additional $49. When I contacted the customer service rep via the website's online chat, she explained that the $49 charge was my monthly membership. Originally when I signed up, if you made a purchase there was no additional membership charge. She refused to refund me that membership fee, even though I made a purchase for the month!
Basically, it cost me $100 for a pair of very average and basic sweatpants. It's not even worth it! If I want to spend $100 on a single pair of sweatpants or leggings, I'd rather shop elsewhere where the quality of clothing is superior. Not sure when the Fabletics policy changed, but I was never informed. Customer service was not helpful in explaining why I was charged an extra fee. I still don't understand what happened. I have decided to cancel my membership and will be returning the sweatpants when I receive them.

A few months back, I let my mother purchase something on my Fabletics account using her credit card, which override my card as the card for monthly charges. A month later, she saw a $50 charge to her card and panicked and disputed the charge. I did not find out this had happened until much later. Now, my account has been deactivated and I have been told by Fabletics customer service that I am flagged and now allowed to open a new account using my address because the bank ruled in my mother's favor. It was a mistake on her part, and despite explaining this, Fabletics treats me like a criminal. They refuse to reinstate my account, even though I'm more than willing to provide my credit card for the monthly charge. Their solution is I have to move to change my address so I have an address that won't be flagged. It shouldn't be this hard to spend money.

They hide lot of the charges and you will be surprised when your credit card is being charged every month. If you are the guy who does not notice what charges are going on your card, then you will lose ton of money just going to the site. They will quietly enroll to you programs and charge for it on a monthly basis.

I called to cancel my membership and started with chat and the guy said the computer system was down and ended the chat. I called their number and the rep put me on hold to get some water?? She said she needed water several times and I was on hold for a while. They may want to get more professional reps for this company!! I’ll never buy again because if any problems arise I will not deal with the ridiculous customer service reps!!!

After an extremely frustrating ordering process, I FINALLY received my product. The sizing was inconsistent so I had to send one item back for an exchange. That was over a month ago. I have spent over 4 hours with Fabletics customer service trying to get the situation resolved. FOUR HOURS. I still do not have the product. The product I originally ordered and paid for was sold to someone else while Fabletics took their sweet time processing my return. Each time I have contacted their customer service, the agents I have spoke to have been very kind and tried their best to help me, but nothing has ever been resolved. They tell me they will escalate my case, make notes on my account, and to contact back in a few hours or the next day, but every time I contact back I have to re-explain the whole situation. It's not a difficult situation. I am simply returning an item for a different size. This has been going on for 2 months.
TWO MONTHS and my replacement has still not been sent or processed. The worst part is, I think I might actually like the product, but there is no way I will ever attempt to order anything from them again after this fiasco. Spend your money elsewhere if you plan on wearing anything you order anytime in the near future. I am appalled at the way this company handles simple exchanges, especially after touting their easy exchange process. Shame on you Fabletics.

Ultimate bait & switch with billing. Twice now I've selected to use a member credit for an outfit. Several weeks later, Fabletics charges me far more than 1 member credit. One time it was $89.95 & 2nd $69.95. They refuse to make it right.

I have earned 1 of their Member Perks. I also have a $40.00 VIP credit. I used my member perk to buy a pair of $49.95 sweatpants. I also purchased a t shirt for 34.94 and one for $39.95. The total cost, before any discounts, was 164.99. I was invoiced for 92.88. The tax was $11.43, and I earned free shipping. The amount of tax did not make sense, but that is what was charged. This means, I paid 92.88 for two short sleeved t shirts, after tax. No thank you! Then, I tried to add up my invoice and the math did not come out. I called customer service. While I was on hold with customer service (before speaking to anyone), I received an email that my order had been cancelled due to "out of stock". This is the third time my order has been canceled by Fabletics for this reason.
I finally got their software to answer my call, I was told, I was next in queue. Then my call disconnected. I called back and spoke to somebody that was clearly reading from a script and was not even answering my question, at all. I told her that she must be misunderstanding me. I was getting nowhere with her. There seemed to be a language barrier. I asked for a supervisor. I was finally connected to someone. The person I spoke to could not make sense of how the order was invoiced either and acknowledged that it did not add up. I then asked her to cancel my order immediately, because I was very frustrated. And, of course, Fabletics was going to cancel it any way. She did this promptly.
This made me happy, but I was sad I was not going to get the items that I ordered. Then, I started looking at my invoice. The math DID NOT add up. This really bothered me. I had my daughter look at it too, and it did not add up. I captured a screenshot (I'm so glad, I did), because something did not feel right. I ended the call with the customer service agent, she was helpful, although she could not explain why it did not add up. I was on Instagram and scrolled through and saw a post from Kate Hudson. I thought to myself, I wonder if she would put up with this? I posted my complaint on the Fabletics IG messages. I explained, briefly, my encounter on Kate’s page.
I expected nothing. However, someone from Fabletics reached out to me! I was impressed and said so. But, after several exchanges, my invoice was basically altered, ALTERED, to make their math work (I have proof of this) and now there was a Tariff fee that was not on there before. Now, I am really upset. This is fraud at its best. It is sneaky because most people do not analyze their invoices. Now I am in a dilemma. I really want to cancel my membership with them, because honestly, I was disappointed with their “out of stock”, but I have a 40.00 VIP credit and 1 member perk that I will lose.
I will take a deep breath and think about it before I make an emotional response. And I am waiting on another response from Fabletics. I feel like the person communicating with me wants to help, but she has no power to help. But SOMEBODY altered my invoice within their company! Ugh, I think I will just be shopping at Target from now on. Their new line is comparable to Fabletics.

I wish I would've canceled my account sooner, but I gave them a second chance. My first order was damaged (I wanted to exchange it for one that wasn't but they were out of stock in the style), I sent it back and never received a refund or exchange. My second item was returned to the sender after being marked "undeliverable" (I receive packages to that address all the time). I went on chat to try to get it reshipped but it was out of stock, so they could only give me member credit back.
I asked that he also refund my shipping. The customer service representative gave me store credit instead of my member credit, and now I couldn't even get the original product I ordered if I wanted to. I've been trying to contact customer service all morning and have had chats hang up on me while I'm trying to describe my problem. I've been put on hold for a total of 45 minutes in the three times I've tried to call. I even sent an email and got a response that told me they couldn't resolve it over email. No one is resolving my issue and I'm pissed. I've never received such poor customer service in my life.

I have been experiencing the worst customer service with Fabletics!! My order has been created and canceled at least three times. I’ve called multiple times and when the lines are not busy, the customer service agents are not helpful or gives me the wrong information. The chat agent always disconnects me and offers no assistance. So when I called and spoke to a representative this morning, he told me he finally got my order squared away because apparently there was an issue with my billing and shipping address being different. He told me to update my billing and shipping address to be the same on my account which I did. Then he said that he would place the exact same order from the previous 2 orders for me. I was interested in the two for $24 leggings but he placed the order for the wrong leggings!!!
I called again when I received the order confirmation email and noticed the order was wrong. But I only got the busy signal. When I tried to use the chat function that agent told me he would have to cancel my order but he disconnected from the chat when I asked for a supervisor. Now the 2 for $24 is not available so I can not cancel my order and get the tights I wanted for $24:

But Order Date: 01/08/2021 with the customer service representative over the phone placed an order for: High-Waisted PowerHold® 7/8 SIZE: L (wrong length) And Mila High-Waisted Pocket Legging SIZE: L / Regular | 27 COLOR: BLACK. It is so hard contacting someone who is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Facebook and email support is not useful. All I can think of doing is to let other consumers to be aware.

I really wanted to like this store. I was really excited when I saw they started to sell men's clothes. I started my membership in the beginning of December. I made some purchases at the store which is really close to where I live and a couple online. Most of the items had to be shipped to me and they said it would take one week. After a week, I got online to chat with someone about the status of my orders. The person I chatted with said that some of the items were returned, which confused me because I didn't want it returned. So I called to talk to someone. The person I talked to then told me that it would take 14 days because of the holidays. I was ok with that because I understand that shipping during the holidays is busy. This just left me confused, so I went to the store to talk to someone just for clarification.
The first person I spoke with pawned me off to someone else after I tried explaining the situation. This is the 4th person I spoke with on the same day which started getting me frustrated. I then just asked to cancel my orders and just wanted to end this headache, but then she said that the orders were just picked up by the carrier and I could not cancel it anymore. I ended up leaving the store very upset and just told myself I would wait for my orders.
Most of my orders came in a week later. My last order was still not delivered after one month, so I got online to chat with someone else and they were helpful but kept confusing me with another customer and said they would offer me a reshipment or refund. I just opted for the refund and the representative offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase. I thanked the representative for their help and asked them about the discount. The person just seemed like they pasted their goodbye script about referring a friend and then left. I then looked at my account and noticed they just gave me store credit, which is not what we agreed on. I really do like their clothes but the whole shopping experience is so bad that I had to find a place that someone will actually see and read this to express my frustration. Avoid this place like I wish I did!

I decided to fall for the 2 for $24 deal this company offered. Talk about fraud. It has been over 20 days since I placed my order. The best they could offer to make up for it was $10 off?? Why would I ever order from a company who told me multiple times that my order would be there within 10 days? No thanks. I was then told I had to wait until the 20th business day in order to request a reshipment or refund. So I'd have to wait another 20+ days? Don't waste your money.

Our experience has to do with non delivery of purchased goods, our difficulty canceling membership and obtaining credit. The customer service seems woefully uninformed, unhelpful and dismissive. Requests for refund resulted in a hold for supervisor lasting 30 minutes and ended with a disconnect. They have no ability or willingness to track a package and the whole operation seems like a scam. We have now made 6 calls to this company and are no closer to a resolution than when we started. One tip off is when customer service people refuse to give you their name. There is an unhelpful arrogance exhibited by associates suggesting they know full well they cannot be touched. You just do not want to do business with this company.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have had this issue with Fabletics where I skip the month and have still gotten charged for it twice now. The first time this issue came up, I called and was refunded with no hassle whatsoever. This time, I was refused because apparently I am a "VIP Plus" now and they cannot refund me. I was on hold for so long trying to get this resolved, and at the end of the day was told I was just not able to get a refund at all. I will never buy from this company again and I will no longer recommend it to anyone as I have in the past.

Cons : I am just not happy with their ability to help customers. You can only cancel your membership by contacting them. If you don't receive your package by them, they make you call Ontrac (yes they use ontrac for their deliveries...) or they can send you a "replacement" but they never seem to have the same things in stock so they won't be able to actually replace it. Then they can only give you in store credit. And so with all of that, if you want to cancel, you have to use up all your credit with them or they can just keep your money.
So you have to order something before they charge you again or then you loose another $50. And if they have nothing in stock in your size that you like, you are out of luck. Pros: When you do actually find something in stock in your size that you like, and if it ever actually gets delivered to you, the clothes are cute and good quality. Bottom Line : If you don't mind spending a lot on your clothes, and are down for the risk of not getting them, but like cute things, this is the gamble for you!

Love the product and have been with them for months but the customer service is bad. Poor customer service - they canceled my account by accident then refuse to reinstate it. Because of their mistake I lose my gold status and have to make another purchase in order to get back into the account, still with no gold status!!! Why can’t they fix their mistakes? All the bad customer service reviews I see online are true then.

I do not recommend purchasing a subscription with Fabletics. Their product quality is very low and their service is even lower. Most products I have purchased are horrible quality and they make it almost impossible to turn off the service. I believe they are running a predatory business.

I would never buy from this company again. 4-6 weeks for a refund!!!! How ridiculous is that? People aren’t working and they’re giving 4-6 weeks for a refund!! I cannot believe they don’t even have plus size clothes that fit plus size women correctly! I will never ever buy here again & their customer service reps are like robots and he kept me waiting for an unnecessary amount of time when my expectation to be refunded on my card was not met.

Each of 4 live and chat agents gave almost exact verbiage... "Rest assured when the warehouse receives your package, your account will be credited." At 5 weeks, that was not obviously going to happen and even one of the supervisors wanted me to just be satisfied with this same answer as last week when I called. The parroted responses wasted over 90 minutes of my time and effort typing when I kept asking for someone to think outside the box. The guide book may say "No refund until warehouse cues in the number" or whatever, but at 5 weeks, something has happened to the box. It took a 5th rep named Queenie I believe to actually get a supervisor to do something. They gave me store credit.

It all good fake sale reduces item sign up to purchase. Then you click purchase any item They add membership to the transaction. You don’t see any payment request for subscription coz there is none. It’s written in small print they take money if you don’t opt out by 5th. UNBELIEVABLE BECAUSE KATE HUDSON IS ENDORSING STEALING FROM PEOPLE.
