The Cloud Store purchasing process went fast. We talked about the price and I told the representative, Travis, I had a budget of 30,000. The product he sent me was below the 30,000 mark. But after signing all the agreements, they said the final price was 33,900. It was more than what I wanted to pay for it. Travis said the numbers just move around like that.

We were looking for a skid-steer online. I went to buy the 55-horse Takeuchi. I didn't know that was connected to Cloud Store until I started the process of buying it. I didn't purchase the thing for a week because I was on a trip, and I didn't have time to look into it till I got back home. But working with Travis was pretty good.

I saw a machine that I was interested in, and gave Cloud Store a call. And the guy that handled my transaction was absolutely spot on. He did his job, was thorough, and told me about the machine. He told me that the machine is not gonna last long, and he was right. So, we went back and forth for 10 days, I gave him the specs that I was looking for, and finally, he was able to find the machine that I was interested in. And then we negotiated and got the deal done. So, everything went fine.

I was scrolling through the internet and saw a machine, and Cloud Store responded to me after I clicked on it. We got to talking and then that prompted a search. There wasn't much to choose from out there. When we tried to put money on a couple of them, they were gone. Thankfully, one showed up that fit the bill. I have not used it yet, but hopefully everything's good.

I filled something out when I was looking for a specific machine on the internet, and a guy from Cloud Store called a couple days later and nailed something down. They arranged pick-up a set of forks and brought it out on time. Everything was delivered perfectly. I wasn't even at the address when they delivered it, but it was there.

I bought two Bobcats from the Cloud Store. Bruno, the rep, was level, convincing and trustworthy. They were fast and reliable. The only thing was when they showed the second Bobcat to me, it had those pocket keys. When it arrived here, it didn't have them. I mentioned it and he told me that those were optional. And that they would make it up to me on my next purchase.

I bought a skid steer and a mini truck through Cloud Store. About two years ago, I was looking and came across Cloud and talked to a gentleman there. I told him I was not ready yet and was just getting ideas. When I was ready, I called him back and got my two machines that I wanted. It worked out well. Travis was the rep and he was down to earth, honest, and pretty much knew what I was looking for when I explained it to him. I was very, very pleased with him that I'm ready to take Travis out to dinner. Can't get any pleaser with any type of customer service that I had with Travis.

It was a good experience working with Nick from Cloud Store. He was very attentive and he gave me a lot of attention. I love the machine and the price was right. The overall purchase process was good. It was delivered in such a time I was expecting. Overall, everything worked out well.

I bought an S185 Bobcat and the process was completed in two days. It's my first time getting one of those machines and getting a loan. And I liked the experience. It’s good. I recommend Cloud Store 100%.

Cloud Store came out to my price range and what I could afford a month. The only one thing that I didn't like about the machine is somebody changed buckets on it and put a wore-out bucket on it. But the rep took care of business fast. She was educated on it. And they delivered the Bobcat E20 excavator fast. They have the means to find what you're looking for no matter where. They found the excavator in California. They're good business people.

They’re a good place to deal with. You gotta give them your information, and credit score and make sure everything is right - bank stuff, business EIN numbers, the Tax ID number, and they got a finance company to deal with. They sold me a frame machine. It was a good machine and I never had any trouble with them. The first one was good. I bought another piece of equipment from them and they were good. But they brought a machine to me that wasn’t checked out and the machine tore up. It’s in the shop right now getting fixed. But, they're gonna help take care of the bill.

I've been looking for an excavator for a while now and I was on Facebook, and the algorithms were bringing up excavators and it brought Cloud Store up. So, I asked the salesperson about that excavator specifically and he answered me on a Sunday. So, I liked that. The guy said that he had it and it was in Indiana. We were looking for something close. I wanted to see it. But he didn't want me to see it at first. He was trying to get the dealership to send me pictures and they were dragging their feet. He was patient and so was I. The pictures that I wanted weren't any good. I had an excavator rented at the time and I took a video of what I wanted to see on the excavator that I was running. He tried to do all that but he wasn't getting cooperation. So, he just put me in touch with the dealer.

I have multiple offices in the state of New Mexico. I own an architectural design group. I also own a real estate development company, which is my general contracting company. We opened a second office in Southern New Mexico and we are currently contracting a lot of debris removal and site cleanups. I asked my partner what he needed and he said he could use an excavator to help increase our bandwidth and increase productivity. I went out and searched for an excavator. He did lead me toward Cloud Store because he purchased a piece of equipment from them in the past. He said he had a good experience, so I tried them and it all worked out really well.

I was looking at a Bobcat T450 and there were 100,000 of them for sale and Cloud Store happened to be one of the ones that was selling one. I contacted them and I ended up buying one through them. From payment to delivery, it was a little bit slow but otherwise it was, it was pretty good. We had a purchase going for a unit and the lady that I was dealing with, Paula, ended up contacting me back and saying that the inspection report didn't come back to where she was comfortable with it and that she recommended maybe I wouldn't buy that, so we should find something different. It had rust all over it and in the sales photos, it didn't show that. When she finally got the inspection report, she saw that it had rust and then had them send her new photographs and it showed all the rust. I reviewed the inspection report and fully agreed with her. I found the same unit from a different seller. A little bit more hours but better quality as far as the chassis.

I was on the Marketplace and they had some tractors that I was looking for. One of them caught my attention and I hit further communication and I got an email. Paula, the representative, was excellent and did a very good job of representing me. She spent two days finding exactly what I was looking for. And that was above and beyond the call of the normal duty. I got specific with her and she kept after it until she found exactly what it was. The tractor was $10,000 off of a new tractor and it only had three hours on it. She found it in Missouri. Somebody called her about the same tractor and she asked what I was gonna do and I told her to get it on the truck. I went to two John Deere dealerships here and they were $10,000 higher for the same product. It came out of the blue and I'm very satisfied with what she recommended in the process. I've got a tractor listed and it's a 1720 Ford tractor and it's on Cloud Store’s website.

I had to hold up a piece of equipment through Cloud Store. We needed one that had air, heat, and a front door on it, but we didn't get a chance to purchase one because the one I had put the money down on wasn't the right one. We've been searching. I found another one from a Caterpillar dealer, but we can't get a warranty on it. We've been working with Bruno, and it was easy to get in contact with him. But as of right now, we hadn't done anything other than put down the money. We're on a standstill but we found out we couldn't get our money back. He said he could take it over to another Bobcat or other piece of equipment that we decide to purchase.

Cloud Store has a lot of inventory and the site was easy to maneuver. Purchasing from them was very easy. The rep that I dealt with was so awesome. She made sure that everything went smoothly. We had a couple of little things that happened, but she fixed them right away and everything worked out perfectly. The best part of the deal was the woman that I dealt with was really good. If I didn't get reach, she called back. She called me right back on any questions. We had a problem with the serial number when it got to the port and they fixed it within 15 minutes, which was great because I was nervous because the guy was waiting there for me. If you're looking for a piece of machinery and you need to get it where you gotta go, Cloud Store is the place to shop.

I signed up with Cloud Store a while back 'cause I have a backhoe and I wanted get a mini excavator. I get emails from them all the time and they always text or call me. They're very friendly, and they followed up with me. Usually, the first time, whenever I call or if I have to leave a voicemail, they call me right back. However, I wasn't able to purchase the Takeuchi mini excavator. It costs $14,000, which is a great price for that. It was a 2017 unit and it had low hours. It would have worked out good for me, but I tried several banks and I couldn't get the approval for a loan.

When I needed an I28 Bobcat, it seemed a quick thing to do with Cloud Store. The salesman and I talked about it having AC and I was expecting a machine with AC but it doesn't come with AC. They also didn't know a lot of stuff about it as far as hydraulic hoses. They don't know what they're selling. It was like I was talking to the blind. Also, the grand total was supposed to be 20,000 but I got charged an extra 500 that I was unaware of. Overall, it wasn't that great of a sale. I wasn't happy.

The salesman, Cameron, was right on it when I was trying to buy a Bobcat truck which is six years old. He indicated I was getting a jewel and I was really impressed with what he said. I saw a picture of it, and it looked pretty decent. He was gonna have it serviced but they couldn't have had time to have it serviced ‘cause they delivered it the next day.

When I got the machine first, I couldn't even use it and I wasn’t happy. The planetary assembly on the right side was completely dry. There was no oil in it and it was 300 dollars for servicing, washing and filtering it. It took about three days before I could use it. But it wasn't a bad experience. Nick, the rep, was very responsive. The only thing Nick did that I did not like was, I had another machine I was looking to get and I put a $500 deposit down on it, and Nick didn’t see that. But he was good. My co-worker is looking to get a machine also and I told him to check in with Cloud Store so, I gave him Nick's number. I'm supposed to have a year warranty on the machine and I need to call them. I've been working a lot. So, I didn't have a chance of getting that leak fixed on my machine.

Cloud Store had the right tractor I was looking for, and it was a very good deal. Once I found the tractor I wanted, I put a down payment on it. Then they went through the process to get it ready for shipping. When all that was done, I owed the full plan payment, and they delivered it. They could have been a little bit better in providing updates on what was happening. After I put my down payment, I didn't hear anything for a few days. So, I had to check back and find out what was going on. Other than that, my experience was excellent. Once things got going, everything was great. During the process, I spoke to a very professional and very reassuring rep. Overall, Cloud Store is a good service. They're honest brokers. They did a good job.

I looked up a stump grinder then Cloud Store's website came up and they have one of those boxes in there that say, "Hey, do you need help searching something?" I started chatting with them about what I was looking for and the price and they helped me from there. The lady, Riley, was really helpful. She would call me and make sure everything is fine. There were lots of steps that needed to be taken for the purchase, but it was smooth. The loan could have been better though. The pricing was high considering the interest rate. Still, I would definitely recommend Cloud Store and say, "Hey, check them out, see if they have any machinery that you're looking for."

My experience with Cloud Store went very well. I purchased a mini excavator and the process was about a month and a half. The gentleman called me a few times and had machines for me to look at. At that point, my father was dying, so I couldn't take care of it. When I was able to, the gentleman sent me some more machines that they had and there was one that we liked. He really tried to work with us and get us the machine. We secured it and sent the money for it, then it was delivered.

I liked their price. They also had what I needed more readily available compared to others. I would recommend them.

I was looking for something on Facebook and when I saw Cloud Store, it was quite good. Everybody also said it was good so we went with them.

When I had a question, Cloud Store's salesperson answered it, and when I had a concern, he took care of it. He also went through the trouble of trying to find me the best price on what I was looking for and tracking it down by the particulars on it. He gave me more options than just the one and made some recommendations that I felt were more of what I needed. You don't usually get ahold of people that'll give you their personal phone number if you have any questions to call, and that was what turned the tide for me. He gave me his personal phone number. He sent me text messages to let me know he found a machine and also sent a picture of it.

I reached back a few months ago about a mini excavator. I was looking for one to purchase. Somebody called me and asked me whether I was still looking for one. His name was Jason. At the time, I was just searching. Then he called me out of the blue and said, "Are you still looking?" I said, "What do you have?" He was telling me the options that he had. He had a nice one. I went on and went with that one he had. Everything went well with my purchase experience. At the last minute, he switched me over to Ashley. I had to start talking to Ashley. I asked Ashley when the payment was gonna be due and she said on the 15th. But they still haven't taken it out of my account yet. But they were professional and the timeframe of getting back to me, always checking up with me, and delivering the mini ex, the rep always kept calling. It was a good experience with them.

I called Cloud Store and talked to Nick. He gave me a good deal on the skid loader and told me that it was available and when I could get it. I needed it right away, and he made it work. However, I was a little upset because it wasn't in the shape that it was said to be in. They told me that the machine was in great condition but when I received it, it had two blown high pressure hydraulic lines, and it was not usable. It cost me close to $500 to get two new lines made and I had to buy all new hydraulic fluid for the machine.

I touched base with dealers along with Cloud Store. I found this one particular unit that Cloud Store had, and it was a fair price for a low-hour machine. I needed to make a quick decision and I also got tired of looking. I thought that unit was gonna be a good choice, so I pulled the trigger. Paula, the lady I was dealing with, was very nice, professional and attentive. She made an attempt to answer any questions I had and stayed on top of things the whole time that we were conversing.

I did an online search for an item I was looking for and on several that I inquired about, Cloud Store was the first to respond. I hadn't dealt with them prior and it's hard to evaluate the validity of listings online, so I'm generally a little hesitant. I was gonna make the purchase and then I stopped short of the purchase online because of that concern. Somebody reached out to me directly and I was able to talk to a person and alleviate my concerns. They were responsive, and I was impressed.

Justin didn’t exaggerate anything and worked quickly to pull the deal together. Tractor and deal was just as described. He sent lots of pictures and answers to all questions was prompt. Shipping was even a little early. Financing was super easy and quick. Justin didn’t pressure me at all, just was available to answer questions.

Everything was fine when I purchased from Cloud Store. I called the representative and he talked very nicely. He was very experienced and he handled everything professionally. I was well amused at that. Their price was also fair.

Cloud Store is very expensive, but it was for security purposes. I don't mind paying. Also, they have good customer service. They contact me and call me all the time when I need something.

Cloud Store is like any other big equipment dealer, but they're everywhere. I was hesitant to proceed with it because I never heard of them before. But we went through, and everything was good. The price was right.

I like the selection and the price at Cloud Store. They had the item that I was looking for and working with them was extremely easy. I talked to the rep on the phone before ordering the product, and they explained the process of how it would go. I was comfortable moving forward with the purchase and I purchased a Zero Turn John Deere lawn mower. It's a commercial grade mower. I have a large piece of property that I need to mow, so I need a good mower to do it.

I happened to be In the market for a telehandler forklift on Facebook marketplace and then Cloud Store ad popped up. At first I was very skeptical about making a decision in purchasing equipment through this site. So, I took a chance and Paula was able to manifest a deal. I was beyond ecstatic in her knowledge. I would recommend Cloud Store. My experience purchasing from them was straightforward and easy. The rep I spoke with was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and I was perfectly fine with what they had to offer.

I was searching for a piece of equipment and ran across Cloud Store on the internet. But their prices are determined by other equipment people who are selling these items. So it wasn't a fair deal. It was whoever had the property that I was interested in. I spoke with people to purchase and the customer service was fairly good.

So I was contacted by a sales rep who tried to sell me a tractor with accessories that I didn’t need or want. The down payment was sent and when my research was complete I began to worry about the legitimacy of the business and cancelled the deal. They kept part of my down payment for “processing fee” which was excessive and unnecessary. Beware and do your research before sending any money. Word to the wise....

Cloudstore was the only one where I could get the piece of machinery that I needed. Purchasing the MT85 was okay and it's been okay so far, except for all the hassles of everybody bothering me afterward. Other than that, Cloudstore is good.

I saw a YouTube promoter mentioning Cloudstore and I checked them out. I was hesitant up until the point of sending my payment through the bank because it was a wire transfer, and it was quite a substantial sum. Once I sent my wire, I sent a text directly to the representative that payment had been sent. I received a confirmation a little while later that they got it on their end and that they would update soon. That was on a Thursday and Monday afternoon, I received a call that my tractor would be delivered the next day and I would receive a call from the delivery driver. The next morning, I got a call at 3:15 and on Tuesday afternoon, I had a tractor sitting in my driveway.

Cloudstore's website was clear and comprehensive. They had a simple and straightforward process. I would recommend that. It was a reverse auction and I got a good price. They were responsive and once I won the bid, they contacted me right away. They made sure that the shipping was taken care of properly and the truck delivered my order quickly. It was brand-new, so it came with a factory warranty.

I talked to one of the Cloudstore representatives, and he was extremely helpful. The website was easy to use too, but I ended up not buying through them. I used the website to find the deal. Because of how taxes worked, it was cheaper for me to buy direct instead of through Cloudstore. That's their biggest problem.

I had a very nice experience with Cloud. I was looking for a Bobcat for my husband, and the guy I talked to said he found one. I said, "Okay. Cool. How much down do I need?" He told me the price, and I said, "That's okay." We've seen higher prices. I told the guy, "I need to hold it for 30 days." He said, "There's no problem. Just send me $1,000 deposit and we'll hold it."

I got in touch with a guy named Jeremy from Cloudstore and he was absolutely awesome. He took all my phone calls and was right on top of things. He was great to work with and if I ever do this again, I'd like to go through him because he was great. I got a 2018 Bobcat T590 and I love my machine. It runs great.

I saw the tractor on Cloudstore. It was getting less and less so often, and when I thought somebody else might snag it up, I bought it. I'm not real happy with John Deere Financial but I was happy purchasing with Cloudstore. I got a tractor in my driveway, and it didn't cost a whole lot. I've used it once when I took it over to the neighbor's house and scraped some weeds.

I did an online search for a piece of equipment that I wanted which was a specific John Deere mower. That led me to numerous listings, but Cloudstore was the one that had the machine for a price that I could afford. I was very satisfied with my purchase. I made a good deal.

I wanted a skid steer and Cloudstore was handy but they lied to me two or three times. The salesman had me one that payments were gonna be about $800 on it. It didn't come available and he put me another in and said it'd be around the same thing. But when I got my contract, it was $1,200. He could have been truthful with me.

We were looking at different companies, and Cloudstore was had the machine that we were looking for at a reasonable price. We contacted them online, and in less than 24 hours, we received a call from the sales gentleman. He asked me what we were looking for and he said that he didn't particularly recommend that machine that we were looking at because of the company that it was coming from. They had had a lot of complaints and so with it coming all the way into Idaho, he said, “I'd hate to have something shipped out to you and break down.” They also hadn't had a very good response with that dealer, so he located another one that was nicer and a little bit less money. He said it had been serviced by CAT and it was ready to go. So I took it and we did the financing, and we were done. It was excellent customer service. I'd recommend them.

Cloudstore had the equipment that I was looking for. The purchasing process went smooth. And the guy I spoke to was helpful. He gave me a couple of options and hooked me up with financing. I’ve recommended a couple of people to check Cloudstore out.

I searched for my machine and Cloudstore had one available that met my price point. We had a couple of phone conversations and we decided that instead of me paying them, I would work directly through the dealer that they were representing. The dealer ended up attaching a fee for their service that they got on the backend. So, it worked it better for me and they were willing to work with that. It went very smoothly.

Very pleased, I was very skeptical in the beginning, had not heard of this company however Justin went out of his way to reassure me it was a legitimate company, everything was as he stated and I received my tractor as promised. After several emails I exchanged phone numbers with Justin ** being very leery of buying such a large purchase online, their process left me in control at all times, tractor was delivered on time and I am enjoying using it around our ranch. Purchasing through Cloudstore was okay. I spoke with a representative. Their level of knowledge about their site was mediocre. Communication could be improved, too. The skid-steer didn't come with a bucket or the treads were really worn on their equipment. So, some of the stuff could have been communicated clearly. When I got the equipment, I had to spend a lot more money to get it working. Overall, the purchase process did happen fairly quickly, which I was happy about.

I purchased an MT100 Bobcat. It was a pretty flawless experience. I spoke with someone and then we did all the wire transfer stuff because it was a large amount of cash. It was absurdly easy. I like that Cloudstore could get anything anywhere in America. Their reach is so wide. They had 10 times more product than anybody else I could find without scouring the internet for every little local dealership. Also, their website is good. It's pretty user-friendly.

I purchased an MT85, which is a track loader machine made by Bobcat. I had to pay for it to be delivered directly to me and Cloudstore set up the trucking. In my area, it is tough to find that machine and they helped me find it in Wisconsin and everything worked out great. It was advertised on their website. The only thing that was missing on this machine that I bought were serial numbers, which would be a big plus if you wanna do any kind of equipment. If you just put in a serial number or something, that would be a big help.

The price that they quoted was the price that I got the tractor for. But they did a very bad job with their communication on how they worked. They told me, “Don't talk to the store about the tractor ‘cause they're gonna quote you the different price, whereas we deal direct through John Deere's corporate office. We can get better prices.” I felt a little insecure about that. I talked to the store about the price they added at, and it was about $7,000 higher. But as I talked to my salesman at Cloudstore, I started to feel comfortable that what he was saying was correct.

I gave the Cloudstore rep what I was looking for, and I told him I wasn't in a hurry in finding. And over the course of six months, I wasn't in a hurry. He listened to what I wanted and kept sending me machines until we found the right one. He was very attentive. He found the perfect machine for me and good price on it, and got it all taken care of. All I had to do was a bit of electronic paperwork and pick the machine up. Even after the sale, the rep called to make sure everything was good. Good communication. Call the rep and he would find you what you're looking for and keep on looking if you don't find it until he got what you need.

I purchased a mini excavator and Cloudstore was the cheapest. People should go ahead with purchasing and just stay on top of it like normal.

The guy that I worked with did a good job. He made it very easy and convenient. He was very straightforward. The purchasing process was easy. We agreed on a price. I sent him the money and I got the tractor. The price was fair, too.

The purchasing process was lickety-split. They asked me what I wanted and five minutes later, I was signing paperwork. Everything was great with Cloudstore until last week when they tried to charge me eight grand for a machine mix-up to have it sent back then brought back. I wanted a hand-controlled machine but they sent me a foot-controlled machine. The guy said that I didn't verify what machine I wanted. But he also worked with me on a previous transaction with another machine so he had all that information of exactly what kind of machine I like to run. He needs to be more upfront about things and looking through things. I washed my hands off them, went to my local Bobcat dealer, and traded in the excavator and T66. Bobcat cut me a deal, and I got two new machines.

The price was expensive through Cloudstore but it’s alright. People could go there. I will.

The auction process was smooth, and Justin was very helpful and communicative all the way. Any questions were answered quickly. Cloudstore had what I was looking for. The tractor popped up on their website, I contacted them about it. Everything went smooth. We negotiated. Being they’re in Texas, I'm in Washington State, the tractor was in Kansas. All of that was done sight unseen. It was represented truthfully. Once I got the tractor, it was exactly as Cloudstore said it was. They scheduled shipping. It showed up two weeks later. And I couldn't have been happier.

I really like the Cloudstore rep that we were dealing with. I was comfortable with him. His follow-up is good. He was asking for the sale but he wasn't overbearing. The overall purchasing process was easy. I would do it again. I got a 2023 Kubota and it works as we intended it for, which is more of a forklift and an all-around machine for the shop. It's met our expectation.
