    Cloud Store was a little more expensive than I was expecting. I know they do a lot of work and I understand that that’s what they’re there for. But I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s extra money you’re spending that you don’t have to if you just go do the legwork yourself.

    I found them when I was searching online and I’ve seen a machine that I liked. I clicked on it and put out my name. I got a phone call the very next day from Cloud Store. It was an accident but I went with the flow and got what I wanted. Other than that, it’s all good.

    I gave them one star because there is no option for no stars. It is a scam. Be very careful of their bait-and-switch tactic. After purchasing a skidsteer for $43K, I received the machine, and they will tell you that all sales are final. They will try to convince you that the Bobcat dealer inspects the machines. Their inspection does not show any real details. The machine I received had been abused. Dents are everywhere. Access door dented and hard to open. Cover plates for the drive shaft are missing. After two days of use, the machine wouldn't start. The hydraulic fluid started leaking everywhere. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.

    I bought an excavator from Cloud Store, and the sales guy was great. However, during the first time I used it, it overheated. I took a video of it, sent it to them. They sent the video to the Bobcat store. They had the excavator picked up and sent to the Bobcat store. The store can't find what the problem was, so they can't do anything with it.

    Next thing I knew, Cloud Store called me and told me that since they didn't find anything and couldn't troubleshoot it, so they were not going to pay for it. I ended up paying $700 to get my excavator back. Thank God I bought a Bobcat warranty, and if the excavator blows up now, it's someone else's problem. They told me I got a 30-day warranty with it, and that's where that went.

    I researched, and I was hoping that it would be easier to purchase through Cloud Store, but it wasn’t. There was a lot of miscommunication once I gave them the deposit, or once the unit was funded. So, once they got the money, it was like, “You’ll get it when you get it.” And because of all the confusion, they said they were gonna pay the first month’s payment, and I texted them, but I never heard back from them.

    And then the unit came without a bucket, which was a whole another issue. So, I bought a mini excavator through them. And it said it came with a two-foot bucket. And I told them that I don’t want that, but I want the other one. And they said that they can change it out, and there’s no problem. And then we got everything all arranged, I authorized the payment, made the payment, and then it basically went away. 

    So, I got ahold of them and figured out where the equipment was. I contacted the dealer where the equipment was and asked them if it’s been scheduled for delivery. And nobody’s contacted us. Nobody said that we don’t even have the sale as complete. And I asked them what they meant because I already paid them. 

    So, we went on with that, and then they said it was gonna be shipped. Then it wasn’t shipped. So, I contacted the dealer again. And they said that nobody told them they’re coming. And they asked me if I knew it had no bucket on it. And I asked them what they meant because I paid for the bucket. And they said that the sales contract does not include a bucket. 

    So, I texted Cloud Store again and clarified to them whether we got the bucket thing figured out, and they said it was all set up. And supposedly, the equipment was gonna be picked up again and shipped. And so, I finally told them that I’ve already got some quotes for shipping. So, it’s either they get it on a truck, or I’m gonna have this. And then I’m gonna charge them for all the time I've dealt with this. And the next thing I know was I got a call saying that it’s being picked up. 

    Well, it arrived with no bucket. And I asked them what was going on. And then I had to rent a bucket so I could use the equipment. Two weeks went by before I got the bucket, or maybe longer. And Cloud Store said that they would see if they could reimburse me for the bucket. But the bad part is, technically, my rental place, where I get all my stuff from, they didn’t charge me for the bucket. They put on my account just so they knew where it was. So, I don’t know if I’m really getting charged for the bucket at this point. 

    So, it hasn’t been a month yet ‘cause I haven’t got a statement yet, but it’s been pretty dissatisfying for me paying them money. But I didn’t have time to research. And I figured they’d have a bigger field to pick from than me trying to go through the internet and look at this and calling. I gave them my specs, and then they’re supposed to find the equipment, which was what it was at the beginning. Then we started going back and forth. And then, as soon as they got the money, it seemed like they moved on.

    And then the whole thing with the bucket, I knew it wasn’t coming with the bucket, because I contacted the dealer to see what was going on, because I felt like I just paid these guys 300 grand, and they took my 300 grand, and I was out. So, I was freaking out a little bit. And I figured out where the equipment was and everything else. I even called the finance company and asked them if Cloud Store is legitimate. Because we authorized the payment.

    I was shopping for a skid steer and looked at several places online. Unlike most, Cloud Store actually responded when I reached out and listened to what I was looking for. Initially, we thought we had found the right machine, but it turned out to be in rough shape after an inspection. Then they found me another one for the same price and I bought that one within a week.

    The machine is in really good condition. There’s some normal wear and tear, like a small tear in the seat and a few cosmetic issues. I think some of the hose couplings may need to be replaced. But by and large, it’s in really good shape.

    I’ve already forwarded Cloud Store’s information with friends so they have it when they’re in the mood to buy something. Even though they’re not in the market right now, I told them that if they decide to buy a piece of equipment, Cloud Store is the way to go.

    I had never heard of Cloud Store before, so I Googled them and looked through a lot of their online reviews to see if they were someone I wanted to do business with. Everything I saw was positive.

    I was looking for a skid-steer and saw the ad on Facebook. I found a used one that had a few little issues. You only had seven days to find anything wrong with it, but now that the period has passed, I'm finding little things that probably need attention that are going to cost me money. It creates a little bit of fear in me that I'm gonna end up spending more than I would have if I bought something local that had a better warranty than what was offered.

    But Cloud Store gave me a nationwide search as opposed to looking for something local. They also already had ties in place with the financial company, so I didn't have to worry about going to the bank and finding financing. They were very up-front and helpful. When things were wrong, they bent over backwards to try to get it fixed. They were always in touch and followed up. I’m happy with that.

    The guy from Cloud Store, Bruno, kept sending me machines. It wasn't quite the machine I wanted, but he kept sending me stuff. And finally found a John Deere skid steer that I want. We communicated through text messages and over the phone. If I dropped a text, he answered me within 5 minutes. And if I called him, he called me back within two minutes because he's probably on the phone.

    He found lots of products that I would have wanted. I just didn't want to spend that kind of money on one. And it wasn't a bad deal, so I took it. But again I don't have work for this second product. But the right price at the right time, hopefully, this next month, that changes everything.

    I’d do business with them again because he can shop around and look for some stuff. The prices were fine. It’s just that I had to justify it in my head. The price on this skid steer, I could deal with it, because it’s not killing me with a bigger payment.

    However I have some concerns about the transport. I think they screwed the truck driver because there were too many middlemen in the situation. And the only reason he took the load is because it was on his way home. But reality, it didn't pay for his fuel to pick it up and drive it down.

    And I think what they charged me and what the driver got paid for are two totally different things. I'm not saying the second middleman doesn't need to get paid. They charged me $1,850 to bring it down from Nebraska to Kingston, Oklahoma. I looked at the math. By the time I left Albuquerque and drove to Lincoln, Nebraska, which was 12 hours, and then drive down another nine hours, that is 22. So, it was gonna cost me about $1,200 with a hotel night stay. It's gonna cost me $1,200 so, I could have saved $600.

    I paid them $1,850 but they paid the driver $700. I get that there aren't that many loads out of Nebraska. Luckily, this guy was going there, or the unit would have stayed there for a minute. He said he looked at it for three days but he couldn't find anything to bundle with it. And finally, he gave up and picked it up just because he wasn't dead heading up down the road. But again, it doesn't pay for the fuel to get down the road, because when you're getting 5 miles a gallon, and a semi doesn't quite work out.

    I purchased two pieces of equipment. One of them was fine. One of them, I hadn't been able to use yet. It's still in the shop, and we're going back and forth on it. Their certified dealer has pulled the wool over their eyes on one of them, so I've got a faulty machine I can't use. Their certified dealer is calling it “as is," but their certified dealer checked off on all the boxes, saying that it was a good working order, and it is not. It’s not Cloud Store's fault. They went through all that they were supposed to, and they can't go beyond what they've been told. I don't blame Cloud Store for it. I blame their so-called certified dealer that done this to them.

    Cloud Store had a professional piece of machinery that I had been looking for for three years. It’s a big world out there, and finally, there’s a place where I could afford it. I bought an RC mower, it’s a pretty decent machine, and I’m happy with it. Only thing, they messed up on the delivery ‘cause they wanted to charge me $2,500, where the normal fare rate was $1,100, and I caught that. But they treated me well.     Cloud Store was convenient for me for somebody to look for the particular equipment that I was looking for. I got a used skid steer. I went on a fairly long trip just to look at the product, and it looked fine.

    Everything seemed to be correct and going along fine. I decided on purchasing the equipment, made the payment to Cloud Store and it cleared in a matter of 15 minutes. But from there on, everything went really bad. I provided the transaction number right away, and they were able to verify that I had made the payment. But then when Cloud Store was supposed to transfer the money to the vendor, they said that it was gonna take three hours. Well, it took almost four days to happen and nobody could gave me any information on why there was that delay. I had to really push hard and was on the phone for hours at a time just trying to get some answers.

    And it was not only Cloud Store, but also the vendor. It seemed like they all left early for work and the transaction day that I thought that I was picking up the equipment, it didn’t happen because I couldn’t reach anybody. They kept telling me it was the bank which I know it was not because I was able to make a transaction in a matter of minutes.

    It’s not like I’m a big business. I’m just a private person, so the 30 grand that I paid for that equipment is pretty large for myself and is a pretty bad thing to lose. I also lost a lot of money by having to cancel a flight.

    This is the very first time that I ever dealt with Cloud Store and it was a negative experience. I’m not sure if I would use Cloud Store if I would need something else. As a customer, the only tool that we have at our disposal nowadays is to provide feedback. I already provided feedback to the company that sold it because there was a lack of communication and customer service.

    I’ve seen Cloud Store on the internet and the guy sounds very sincere so I choose to go with them. They helped me out from the beginning to the end. The purchasing process took a couple of days as it takes time to run the credit and talk to the people who’s selling the stuff. I got a used machine. It’s not perfect, but for the price that I pay, it’s about right. It’s about the market price. I had a little issue with it and they fixed it. They did what they told me they were gonna do.     I was just looking at skid-steers on Facebook, and then Oma from Cloud contacted me. He did a good job finding me a skid-steer. The purchase process took about three weeks.

    I have one issue right now, but I haven't talked to AgDirect yet because the deal was I paid yearly. And I got some papers here from AgDirect not too long ago that said that it's around $500 dollars a month. That’s what I agreed upon. This skid-steer is owned by my uncle's estate and we have oil money coming in every month. And that's why I wanted to do it yearly. Because all this money gets saved up throughout the year, and I just pay one lump sum. So I need to call them and talk to them because that I'm not paying monthly.

    I have a problem with the monthly payment because when somebody says oil money, everybody thinks that we’re getting a whole lot of money. Bit it's really not that much money. It adds up towards the end of the year and that's when I pay a lot of the big bills. I don't even pay the electricity monthly. I just send them $400 and that lasts for a long time because we don't use a lot of electricity.

    But other than that, they were good about even getting the skid-steer to me. I'm really happy. We even bought accessories for the skid-steer because it's handy for us.

    I bought a Bobcat through Cloud Store and I told them I wanted a certain kind. Supposedly, it was gonna come out of Texas. But it ended up coming out of North Carolina instead and they took two and a half weeks to get it delivered to me at a cost that was overrated. When I talked to the salesman through Cloud Store, he thought the trucking company they use usually charge about 95 cents to $1 a mile. I was happy with that. But when I got the bill, it was $2 and something a mile.

    We got the machine delivered on Valentine's night, at about 5:30. It was the wrong machine because it didn't have the foot controls like I wanted. I thought maybe I just didn’t know how to run it, because I had not had a new one like that. We parked it in the shop that night and my son came out the next day because he's got one exactly like it. But he said, “It's not what you ordered.”

    I tried to drive it that next day, Saturday, but it would quit running every 15 seconds. It would just stop. Start it up, stop, start it up, stop. I tried to call Cloud Store and have them do something. But they said they couldn't do anything because it was as-is sale. The communication was not very good either. I left messages. I'd call and leave a message. I'd text them. They’d eventually get back to me a day or two after that. It was not a very good experience with them.

    I got a text from the salesman in Texas that said, “The machine went through the shop and it is ready to go.” I kept hassling with him for five days. I finally just called my lawyer and got him involved. He sent them a letter and within five days, they called him back. He called me and said that they would stand up to $5,000 to get it fixed over here in Manhattan, Kansas, at the Bobcat dealer. It's at the Bobcat dealer right now. I'm gonna call on Monday and find out what scoop is on it and we'll go from there. If you go with Cloud Store, visually inspect the machine before you get it. Make sure everything is black and white right to the dime, right to the i's dotted and the t's crossed.

    I was looking for a piece of machinery on machinery forums that buy, sell, and trade heavy equipment, and one of the machines I clicked on was located on a Cloud Store site. I spoke to someone who happens to be a representative of Cloud Store and found myself explaining to the gentleman what I was looking for. He said he could help me source it and he did. I ended up buying the equipment through Cloud Store and it was just delivered this past Friday. It took about a week turnaround. The notion that if I quickly got the payment in, they could get the machine shipped out to me the next day didn't happen. I quickly jumped through hoops to hurry up and get the wire transfer from my bank in the following day. But the equipment wasn't shipped out until almost a week later.

    We were able to include a lot of things that I wanted with it and it operates well so far. It only came with one key, but that's fine for a used product. If it's at a Cat dealer, which it was, it's easy to replace it with a second key. The dealer did not ship the second key, and I would like to have it shipped. But I also found myself realizing that the door latch itself is very finicky. When you get inside the machine, you need to slam the door multiple times to get the door shut, which is not ideal.

    When we were moving some tree trunks around, I got out of the vehicle to make an adjustment and the door shut. It latched without me needing to slam it. I didn't think anything of it, but when I got ready to get back in the vehicle, I could not. I was prepared to break the glass on the machine I just purchased a couple of days prior to get in. I had to hit the door handle a couple of times and it wiggled loose. I have seven days to get back to Cloud Store and that's something I was going to write up and send their way. That's my biggest gripe.

    The tracks that I have on the machine are bald. They may have serviced the machine, but I have to buy new tracks and tracks are about $2,000. The other day when I was using the machine, it rained. It also rained the day before and it made the ground pretty soft. As I was moving around, the ground was slowly turning to mud. I had to rock this 9,000-pound machine back and forth to move. I've driven lots of these, and that was not supposed to happen. Track treads typically last 1,500 to 2,000 hours. I made the purchase with about 1,600 hours on it so it's within tolerance. But I would have expected them to notice the treads are bad and replace them.

    If you're looking to buy a piece of machinery and you want to save a little time and effort from looking all over the web, Cloud Store is a good option. They have lots of equipment from across the country that they can source. I was able to get a 500-hour warranty on my machine, which is great. All in all, with low hours, relatively good warranty, and the peace of mind of knowing I didn't have to frantically look for equipment all over the place and I was able to work with someone from Cloud Store, that's worth it. I will be buying another piece of machinery, hopefully before the fall, if I can get business moving fast enough. If I did so, I would buy through Cloud Store again.

    I'm a first-time buyer, and I contacted Cloud. And I told them I needed a skid steer and I needed it for farm use. I wanted one that was in good condition and they told me that they had one. But it was a 2012 model and I had to pay $29,500. And they told me it was in running condition and it was ready to go to work. So, I went ahead and purchased it. I sent them the money and they delivered it.

    When they came here on the truck, the truck driver started it. We tried to get it to move. But we couldn’t throttle it. It was frozen solid. So, I told the truck driver to take the machine back. Something's wrong with it. And I noticed all the rust on the floor inside of it. It was just ready to fall through the floorboards. But he refused to take it back.

    I called Nick. He's the guy I purchased it from. And he told me that everything would be taken care of. I'd have to contact Ashley from Cloud. They had the Bobcat dealership here in Canton, Ohio, pick it up. And it's been there for two weeks. And they have never made an effort to call me back.

    And I called Ashley again and she said that the only thing that they can cover on it would be the throttle cable and the leaks. It's so rusty inside but the photo didn't show that. In fact, they painted the outside of it. They made it look good. But it's an enclosed vehicle, so the inside should be good or you can't use it.

    I talked to the manager there and he told me that it needs a whole new cab, that it's been in a salt mine and that it's in deplorable shape. And they told me the only thing they'll fix on it is the throttle cable and the leaks and the hoses where it's leaking. And I told that it’s not acceptable. I've never used it.

    They’re in business for the long haul. They wouldn't act this way with people and yet he has not called me back in the last two weeks. I called the other guy, Eddie. None of them will do anything. They don’t even have the courtesy to call me back.

    When Ashley finally called me back she told me they’re not gonna do anything. I told her I talked to the salesperson before I bought this, and he assured me that it had a warranty, and I've never gotten to use it. I was asking them to at least give me my money back. And they refused to do anything.

    It's the worst place I ever dealt with. I don't know how they're in business to be able to treat a customer like that. I am so disturbed. I think I'm gonna have to go to the hospital before long. I've never been treated this way by anybody in my whole life. I've been in the military. I've done my time and service. I'm 80 years old. I want to cry. That's how bad I feel. I can hardly make ends meet. And I can't afford to lose $30,000 on a piece of machinery.

    I could understand if it needed some minor things. I would fix that and never even think twice. But no, this is ridiculous. There's no way that the company should be able to sell something to a person like that. There’s just no way in the world they could have loaded that thing on a truck, not knowing how bad it was.

    I got screwed big time by this company.

    I drive trucks for a living and have been interested in buying a mini excavator for a while. But the prices locally for used machinery were just a little higher than I thought they should be. I had picked up an excavator in Alabama and delivered it to some people that stay about 40 or 50 miles from my house here in North Carolina.

    I decided to ask them what made them think it was worth it to have it hauled all the way from Alabama. I told them I’ve been looking for an excavator myself. I was able to ask about the price and the contact information of the company they dealt with.

    They gave me Tyler's number and told me that he was super helpful in finding theirs. And he got them a really good deal. I contacted him and I told him what kind of deal I was looking for. He told me to give him a week and he will notify me when something comes up. He called me back 30 minutes later and told me he found a machine that fits everything I want, and for a great price. He sent me the pictures and I told him to get it locked up before somebody else gets it.

    I got a little bit better deal than they did. I didn't have to pay delivery fees because I picked it up myself. It was the same size, the same exact machine, and the same year. Mine had a little bit less hours on it. I probably saved about $14,000 on that piece of machinery going through Cloud. If I bought it locally, I would have paid about $35,000 before taxes and title. After tax and everything, after everything was said and done, paying their commission fee and all, the check that we wrote for was $23,990.

    The quality is great. It's all American-made stuff that Cloud Store sells. They don't deal with any off-brand rinky-dink equipment or consumer-grade equipment that people would just use occasionally. Everything that they sell is commercial-grade construction equipment.

    I found Cloud Store online on social media. They have a large selection of machines. I bought four machines from them, skid steers and excavators. They had a very good inventory, and they assigned you a rep. The guy handles everything for you and tries to get the machine priced better for you. They were good. Everything went pretty quick. The financing gets done fast, get ready. All the paperwork gets done pretty fast. Everything was good.

    I’ve had a good experience with Cloud Store. Their rep stayed late and was patient. I told him I was out of town working and I got a holdup. Sometimes he would call and I couldn’t answer because I’m working. I had to get all the paperwork in but they gave me a chance and financed my purchase through their bank. I saw that the other places have the same product and were a little cheaper, but it’s all good. They called and said that it would be delivered the next day and I was shocked that from where it was coming from, it got here that quick. I would recommend them to a friend.

    I saw something on Facebook and contacted Cloud Store. The purchase part of it was good, but the delivery sucked. They called us to say that they had arranged delivery for our excavator, but then they called back and said they didn’t get the order in time, so it ended up taking three more days. It was Total Quality Logistics that confirmed that they had a driver but turned out they didn’t. When they told us that delivery was on a certain day, we had our rented excavator returned, so we lost four days' worth of work because of them not delivering it when they told us. I really lost a lot of money.

    The excavator was in good condition. I haven't personally seen it, but my partner hasn't complained about it at all. One other thing that I would recommend Cloud Store do is give the option to have extended warranties upfront. I asked after they delivered what the warranty was, and they said there's only a seven-day warranty. They didn't give me that option to purchase the extended warranty in the beginning, so I had to take the excavator back to a store and have it checked out after. It was just inconvenient.
