I did an internet search for the machinery we needed and made an inquiry from Cloud Store. The purchasing process was smooth, with a sales representative doing a fantastic job providing us with all the necessary information on several machines. Ultimately, we found Cloud Store's prices to be more competitive compared to what we saw locally.
Regarding shipping, Cloud Store coordinated with the shipping company effectively. The equipment arrived in about three to four days, exactly as promised. I would certainly do business with them again, in fact, we're planning on purchasing another piece of equipment.
If a friend or family member were to ask me, I would definitely recommend Cloud Store. For the quality of their customer service and the overall experience, I would give them a strong 5 stars. The price was still very reasonable given the value. Navigating and using their website was also effortless, earning a full 5 stars in that category. Overall, my experience with Cloud Store has been excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Cloud Store provided the machinery and equipment crucial for my operations, and dealing with them was relatively convenient. They assisted timely in securing the right machine for my business.
While I did everything through a salesperson and didn't use their website, the purchase process itself was fair enough. The experience as a whole was quite positive.
Though Cloud Store's prices were higher than other local options I examined, the customer service during the entire buying phase was sufficiently decent.
Overall, I'd rate my experience and the support received as reliable and satisfactory, with a slight room for improvement regarding price competitiveness.

To my surprise, I received a call the very next day from Cloud Store, turning a simple browsing mistake into a fulfilled purchase experience. However, the pricing was a bit higher than I initially anticipated. While I understand the value of their services, the extra cost feels a bit hefty, especially considering the legwork they do. Personally, I might not recommend it solely because of this extra expenditure, which could be avoided if one decided to handle things independently. I gave them one star because there is no option for no stars. It is a scam. Be very careful of their bait-and-switch tactic. After purchasing a skidsteer for $43K, I received the machine, and they will tell you that all sales are final. They will try to convince you that the Bobcat dealer inspects the machines. Their inspection does not show any real details. The machine I received had been abused. Dents are everywhere. Access door dented and hard to open. Cover plates for the drive shaft are missing. After two days of use, the machine wouldn't start. The hydraulic fluid started leaking everywhere. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.

Cloud Store offered online purchasing, which seemed convenient at the time. I bought a mini excavator from them, and from the get-go, it was a problem. The first time I used it, the machine was overheating. I took a video and reached out to Cloud Store's support, expecting them to address the issue.
After I sent the video, they moved the case to a Bobcat service center, where the excavator was picked up for inspection. Unfortunately, they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Since no issues were found by their team, Cloud Store refused to cover the repair costs. This left me with a hefty bill of $700 to retrieve my equipment, and it's concerning to think who would be responsible if the excavator fails completely.
On a positive note, the sales representative I dealt with was great, making that aspect of the experience a little less frustrating. However, due to the unresolved issues with my purchase and the unexpected expenses, my overall experience with Cloud Store has been incredibly disappointing.

I decided to give Cloud Store a try because I thought it would streamline my purchase process. However, it didn't go as smoothly as I'd hoped. As soon as I made the initial payment, which was supposed to secure my mini excavator along with a specific bucket I wanted, there were multiple miscommunications. It turned out the unit didn't ship with the correct bucket, and despite numerous follow-ups, their customer service faltered.
I initially felt left in the lurch and had to figure out where my equipment was located. I even contacted the dealer directly since it seemed Cloud Store wasn't coordinating with them correctly. The situation was further frustrating because I had to rent a bucket separately to utilize the machinery, spending unnecessary time and resources trying to sort everything out.
Communication became even more bothersome when they promised to cover certain costs due to the confusion, but I never heard back from them regarding those compensations. I also found out at a crucial moment, only through the dealer, that the sales contract didn’t include the bucket I paid for. After additional hassle to fix the shipping, I finally received the equipment but remained dissatisfied.

One of the items was excellent, but the other turned out to be defective. It was a frustrating situation since the dealer claimed all was in good working order, only to discover it wasn't. While in excellent condition, one machine remained unusable, requiring costly repairs expected to reach up to $18,000 on a $33,000 unit. I must insist, this isn't the responsibility of Cloud Store, whose service matched expectations, but rather their certified dealer, whose poor handling resulted in a negative experience.
Overall, I'd give Cloud Store a top rating for their part of the transaction. Their service remains commendable to me, although the product's condition presented unexpected challenges. I don't blame Cloud Store; they complied with what was required of them. Nonetheless, this scenario underscores the potential impact of dealer misconduct on a brand's reputation.

On reaching out for more details, I found that Cloud Store's communication was lacking. I spent hours trying to get updates, which could have improved my experience. This process was concerning, especially since I'm an individual client, and the purchase amount was substantial. Initially, I was told it would be shipped from Texas, but it arrived from North Carolina, taking about two and a half weeks longer than expected. When it finally arrived on Valentine's night, it wasn't even the right model—it lacked the foot controls I specifically requested.
The machine repeatedly stalled every 10 to 15 seconds the next day. While I tried contacting Cloud Store for support, they wouldn't help, citing their "as is" sale policy. I'm a first-time buyer, and I contacted Cloud. I told them I needed a skid steer and what I needed it for. I wanted one that was in good condition and they told me that they had one. It was a 2012 model and I had to pay 29,500. They told me it was in running condition and it was ready to go. So, I went ahead and purchased it. I sent them the money and they delivered it. When they came here on the truck, the truck driver started it. We tried to get it to move. But you couldn't throttle it. It was frozen solid. So, I told the truck driver to take the machine back. But he refused to take it back. Something was wrong with it. Then I noticed all the rust on the floor on the inside of it. It was just ready to fall through the floorboards.
I purchased the machine from Nick, so I called him and he told me, “Everything would be taken care of. No problem.” I'd have to contact whoever in Cloud. Her name was Ashley and I contacted her. They had the Bobcat dealership here in Canton, Ohio, and picked it up. It's been there for two weeks. They have never made an effort to call me back. I called that Ashley again today and she said, “The only thing that we can cover on it would be the throttle cable and the leaks.” It's so rusty in the inside and the photo didn't show that. In fact, they painted the outside of it. They made it look pretty good. But it's an enclosed vehicle, so your inside gotta be good or you can't use it.
I talked to the manager at the Bobcat dealership in Canton, Ohio today. He told me that it needs a whole new cab, and that it's been in a salt mine. It's in deplorable shape. They told me the only thing they'll fix on it is the throttle cable and the leaks and the hoses where it's leaking. So I told her that it was not acceptable. I said, “I bought this as a machine. I've never used it. The truck driver wouldn't even take it back when I looked at it."
I called Nick again and he told me, "No problem." They’re in business for the long haul. They wouldn't act this way with people. I've called him five times and he has not called me back in the last two weeks. I've called Ashley six times. She called me back this morning. I called this other guy, Eddie, that they said was a service manager too. But none of them will do anything. They won't even have the courtesy to call me back.
This morning, Ashley finally called me back and told me, “Well, we're not gonna do anything. We bought it as is. And that's the way we sell things.” I told her that was not true. I said, “I talked to the salesperson before I bought this, and he assured me that it had a warranty, five days or seven days, five hours. Whatever comes first.” I never got to drive this thing. It would only idle. I asked her to at least give me my money back. But they refused to do anything. Cloud is the worst place I ever dealt with. I don't know how they're in business to be able to treat a customer like that. The warranty was nothing because I never used it and this is what they're doing to me.
I am so disturbed. I've never been treated this way from anybody in my whole life. I've been in the military and I'm 80 years old. I've never in my lifetime been treated so badly. I can hardly make ends meet. I can't afford to lose $30,000 on a piece of machinery. There's no way that the company should be able to sell something to a person like that.

The purchase experience with Cloud Store was quite smooth; however, the delivery process was very disappointing. Cloud Store arranged for delivery, but the company called back saying they did not get the order in time. This led to a delay of two to three days.
We had rented an excavator that needed to be returned, expecting the delivery on the specified day. Unfortunately, due to the unexpected delay, we lost three to four days' worth of work. The team at Cloud Store informed us that the delay was due to not having a driver confirmed when they initially assured us of the delivery. They mentioned that they coordinated with TQL - Total Quality Logistics, but the driver wasn't confirmed until later, causing the delay.
In terms of the excavator itself, it was in good condition, though I haven't personally used it; my partner hasn't had any complaints so far. One area for improvement for Cloud Store would be to offer extended warranty options upfront. There was only a 7-day warranty, and they didn't provide an option to purchase an extended one at the time of delivery, which was quite inconvenient for us.
Given the significant delays and the financial impact we faced, I would rate my overall experience a 3 out of 5. I suggest that Cloud Store address these logistic and warranty offering issues to improve customer satisfaction.

I first heard about Cloud Store machinery through Facebook, which led me to check out their products. The process went pretty fast; however, there were some unexpected hurdles. Initially, I found a piece on their website, a dozer, that piqued my interest. After some persistent follow-up messages from the sales rep, Travis, I decided to make a purchase as my current skid loader was aging.
The purchasing process was swift, although there was a moment of concern when discussing the pricing. Initially, the equipment was quoted under $30,000, which was my budget. However, after signing agreements and making a down payment, the price confirmed via email turned out to be $33,900, exceeding my agreed budget by almost $4,000. This was surprising and frustrating as I felt locked in after the down payment, and I’m still unclear why the numbers shifted that way.
