    I purchased a Dirty Dog Discount Card at the Holland Michigan store for $50 for 5 dog washes. I used it once and they went out of business. The Grandville store would not give me my money back for the remaining balance! What a rip off!

    Medina Ohio store has gone downhill. My last order was officially my last order. I placed an online order and I was in the area 2 hours after my order my placed so I went inside. All the employees were standing by the register laughing and talking. 3 of them and one older adult male manager. They wouldn't look at me or help me. I browsed around thinking someone may get my order and finally I left the store. I called to cancel my order and the cashier yelled me, yelled about the BETAS, whatever that means. She said they were having BETA training.

    The male manager got on the phone, and made excuses. I called corporate to report and they had no idea what Beta training was nor were they aware the employees would not help customers or work during this so called Beta training. That's because they were standing around having a good time instead of working. I asked why the store was open but the employees refused to work. No one ever got back to me. I was a customer for over 15 years. Not anymore.

      Store infested my tank with snails on their plants. Worst than roaches, 1000's of them spread everywhere. Fish were dying from eating too many of them. Vacuuming had no effect with the they keep coming from everywhere. All my plants and fish came from a PSP that is less than a mile from my house. Tank was brand new and up for only 2-3 months. I reported that I was having problems with snails and was told they have to pick them off of the plants when they come in. A month later, they was so bad everything was covered with them, they just wouldn't stop spreading. My only choice was to treat the water to stop them. I searched and found the best recommended solution commonly used. I added half of the recommend dose and within 30 minutes I lost 3 expensive fish, all my loaches and a nest of baby fish that were about 3 weeks old.

      I felt like I was going to throw up from feeling so hurt over it. Went back to the store and showed them videos and pictures of the infestation and they told me that the owners didn't care about their fish and didn't take care of them. They told me that I needed to put the fish in another tank and totally clean them out. Who has a 75-gallon tank lying around to move them? They told me they were sorry. I have spent $1000's in this store, and now it's destroyed. The tank has a custom underground filtration system, dragon stone rock, rare driftwood from around the world, new tank, new stand, custom lighting, all destroyed by PSP. I really wish I could sue this company! One of the worst times of my life and I'm 56 years old. Devastated and traumatized from this situation.

      While visiting your store Saturday the 18th and looking into the adoptable cats/ kittens... The cat box was disgusting full of cat feces, piss and disgusting. I could never shop in the store that is supposed to be taking care of animals. Overpriced products and filth. Two cats and the litter box was totally full. I have two cats and I know what proper care looks like. Therefore we left the store and will never ever return. Take care of the animals in there. It's disgusting and sad.

      Extremely disappointed. I have had a standing order for Pedigree dry dog food. That is to be delivered every 2 weeks to my home. They are always out of stock with no resolution. Will go elsewhere to get my delivery completed. I have been using Tractor Supply with zero issues.

      I like the store but.... They had a nice rewards system before but don't like it after they changed it. The rewards system before was that your earned rewards stayed in your system until you used it. Now they take it away if you don't use it right away even though you spent the money and earned it.

      I had such a wonderful experience taking my dog Fluffy to be groomed by Sarah! From the moment we arrived, Sarah was incredibly kind, patient, and clearly passionate about what she does. Fluffy can sometimes be a little nervous at grooming appointments, but Sarah handled her with so much care and gentleness that she quickly relaxed.

      When I picked Fluffy up, she looked absolutely amazing—her coat was perfectly trimmed, soft, and shiny, and she smelled fantastic. You can really tell Sarah pays attention to the little details and truly cares about the dogs she works with. It’s not easy trusting someone with your pet, but Sarah made the whole experience stress-free and positive. I’m so grateful for the great job she did, and Fluffy has never looked better. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a talented and compassionate groomer!

      I don’t know what convinced corporate to auto redeem points for customers every month but it’s absolutely the worst decision ever, I don’t shop often and to have my points redeemed and then have a short expiry date after the redemption means my points literally go down the drain. I will shop elsewhere from now on.

      Took my cat in for her claws to be trimmed. Purchased some items also. Declined on debit because I had l unknowingly reached daily limit. Called bank to straighten out. When I came back to the register, Emmy and her coworker, talking under their breath, giving me pointed stares and openly laughing at me. Have shopped here a long time but next time will just go to Chewy.

      My last shopping experience with this chain will be my last. I have had multiple online orders partially refunded upon arrival without any notice leaving me to follow up shopping at another store. Usually it's a competitor that I go to. Last weekend I ordered a few things and arrived approximately 1 hour later to be told to go home and wait for a text stating order was completed. I was told they would need at least another hour. FYI- I could have pulled the order in 10 minutes. 5 hours later, I received the text and when I returned home, I found that most of my order was not included and I was refunded the amount for product they don't have. How do you allow a customer to order something, pay for it only to not have available. This has happened numerous times.

      I took my new puppy in for his first official grooming. Although he can be difficult and does not cooperate and does not let anyone get near him with a pair of scissors or clippers, Shaina was extremely patient with him and did a great job and he looks fantastic. I will definitely be back again.

      Their new rewards program is very bad, they automatically redeem my rewards which is only $5 each time. I can only use one coupon at a time. I am a senior and get senior discount every Tuesday for 10%. When I go to use my discount I get more than $5 off dog food, I used to save this up until I could get $5. These people are just like the government trying to control how I spend my money. I will be finding a new store to go to as they don't provide me any benefits.

      Pet Supplies Plus on General Booth Blvd is a fun place to shop. My Hooper wags her tail every time she sees the store. Everything you need in a pet friendly pet store! Will get there again! Food, treats, toys, exotic animals, fish and all that you would need at this great store!

      I had an appointment for a bath at 1:00, it was 2:30 and I went in the store to check on my dog. I was told she hadn’t started her bath yet but will be right now. So I had an appointment and I’m dog has been sitting in a cage for 1 1/2 hours that makes no sense! Would have been nice to been told that it will be 2 hours before they wash my dog! I will never go back.

      I shop Pet Supplies Plus in Somersworth, NH and by far they are the best. They truly do care about your pets and the pets available to adopt/purchase at their store. Very knowledgeable about pet nutrition and husbandry. The store is very clean and the employees are very friendly. Great customer service. If anyone is in the area, you should definitely stop by and truly feel what a great environment this store has.

      Their curbside pickup in Nottingham, MD is horrible. Why does this store bother having curbside if they can't bring it out to you?! I told them I was there (through their pathetic app email) and what color vehicle I was in and waited for 10 minutes. The store wasn't busy and never is. So, of course I had to go in and wait another 5 minutes for someone to come to the register and hand it to me. I told the person I was there for my curbside pickup and never got an apology for the delay. Plus, they never have certain dog foods stocked.

      Every time we (my dog & I) we always have good experiences. I go in a good bit, and I'm really fond of Hope. She knows when we go in we are in a time crunch. I tell her what I need, she will even go get it for me. If she's not busy. She has always showed my animals ❤️ love. I'm a fur baby Mom. That's important to me. She's smart in her knowledge, and very outgoing. If she ever leaves I will probably follow her. The staff is great too. But Hope is most willing to help. Be Blessed.

      I went to Pet Supplies Plus in Hamburg Pennsylvania at 8:30 at night. They had crickets but there was a sold outside on them. They charged me. They tried to charge me $5 for 25 crickets and half of them were dead and the employee at the counter was very ignorant to me and she I went back in after I checked the price online and I told her how much they want. She said, "Well I put them away and we close in 15 minutes." Like 15 minutes you can't get crickets out in 15 min from the back of the store.

      They initially tried to charge me for all 30 crickets and I counted maybe 20 and half of them were dead. I wasn't going to pay $0.20 or whatever a cricket for them all to be dead or barely moving so by the time I got home 5 minutes away they'd be dead. The air was already leaking out of the bag that they made and the kid that got them out of the thing didn't even count them. He just crossed off 10 then crossed up 20 then crossed up 30 then crossed up 30 again and put 20 and then mix it up again and in the end he ended up writing 30. Very ignorant people that work there at night in Hamburg.

      Tiffany did an amazing job on my carmel colored doodle. Even after 3 weeks, she looks great. Since we got her, this is the 4th cut and the best by far. She fixed a bad grown-out cut and I'm looking forward to allowing her to groom my doodle again. Tiffany was punctual, considerate, professional, and attentive. Although I have never owned a poodle or doodle before, Tiffany is definitely good with her and proved she knew what she was doing. This cut was worth the cost plus a tip. Thanks for hiring her.

      This review is for pet supply plus in General Booth in Virginia Beach, Va. on Tuesday September 9th I took my toy poodle to this establishment for grooming since my wife would be picking up my pup I paid and tipped up front. Once they were complete they contacted my wife and she went to pick up our pup at which time the groomer notified her that she had accidentally cut. My pups left Paul leg area and it was bleeding upon arriving home later that evening it was still bleeding. I contacted the store. No one picked up as usual, but the next day Wednesday someone called me back another groomer, and I told them my anger I had because of the injury and that person said they would have the manager call me on Thursday today.

      An assistant manager called me and tried to blame the injury on the cage that they put them in until ready to groom, which was not the truth because the groomer had already told my wife that she accidentally cut or clipped the pup. I now have requested a call from the store manager before moving up to the general manager I am unhappy mainly because of two things I paid, and I shouldn’t have to pay for my dog to be injured two I was lied to by the assistant manager who stated that the injury was caused by the crate, and we know that wasn’t true. Based on the current status of this establishment, I would not bring my dog to be groomed.. I am very, very displeased with the entire process. If you continue to use this establishment, be very careful and watch and check your pet.

      I will never use their grooming services have tried twice and have been completely unsatisfied both times. They ask what you would like them proceed to do whatever they want. If you want a quality cut go somewhere else.

      I don’t normally make reviews but this one got to me. The groomer was extremely rude. I had several conversations with her about my dog. Since my other groomer is no longer with the company. The day of the grooming I arrived early (like I normally do with this company). The manager mentioned the groomer doesn’t arrive anywhere close to the time I was here. I said I will wait. I went to grab some breakfast and got a message that they were canceling my appointment because I was “late”. She went back and forth with me via text and then continued via phone until the general manager got on the phone. They confirmed that I was here early. I only gave the additional start because of him. He handled it very well. Ultimately I’m looking for another groomer because the way she was snapping I don’t trust her with my dog.

      My dog sheds like nobody's business. I've paid hundreds to various places in Houston for their shedding packages. While they did somewhat subdue the fallout for an hour or two, there was no noticeable improvement after a few hours. Charlie had a bath with the shedding package upgrade on exactly one week ago. When I picked him up from the appointment, the difference was noticeable on sight. To the touch, the difference was dramatic. Over the next several days, shedding was minimal. Today, it is a little more but still WAY LESS than normal - especially for the summer. Charlie is very shy and nervous and not a fan of the bath. Staff came out to meet him, sat on the floor and let him get to know her. She just loved on him until he started to go to her when she stopped petting him. Both of the groomers were wonderful with him. That's just priceless.

      I've shopped there for a couple years. They have a wide variety of food and all of it is high quality food. The staff is ALWAYS wonderful - Helpful and very personable. I can count on one hand the number of reviews I've left for any establishment. I'm leaving this one because their shed treatment is THAT GOOD.

      This store is located in Mequon on Port Washington Road. Originally taken appointment for 06/03. The groomer took about 10 mins to do paperwork, later said our dog is a big breed (Golden Retriever) and she can not fully take care of grooming. Rescheduled grooming for 06/07. On 06/06 she called and said she will charge $40 more as she need someone to help her. I agreed. Arrived on time on 06/07. The dog was taken in for grooming. After half hour she calls back again saying she can not groom as the dog has a hair mat under his ear. Very surprising!

      From day one this groomer was reluctant to groom the dog for reason best known to her. The manager showed up to discuss the issue. Offered to waive $40 additional charge the groomer was asking. Well I was not interested in that waiver. I lost time two times visiting to shop and the wait time for my schedule. There was a clear pattern in the attitude shown by the groomer from day one. Pet Supplies Plus should hire groomers those have patience and compassion for pet. Not the type whom I encountered.
