I started noticing my dog's been itching a lot than usual. He doesn't have any allergies. No hives but he keeps itching like crazy and he has no fleas. He takes the flea pill. He gets bats very often and goes to the groomers. It's not showing a rash but I've never seen him itch so bad in my life and I started seeing that the red dye in this dog brand. I got him the bacon treats and he's been itching like crazy. He never itches. Everyone saying oh is it his dog food? He still has the same dog food but the only thing I changed were those treats. I'm going back to all natural the treats like peanut butter, bananas, sweet potato.

I bought a bag of Ol' Roy Beefhide Twist Sticks with Chicken (23.6 oz.) at Walmart. Cost: $21.42. My dog, who normally goes through chew bones in seconds, had a terrible time taking a bone apart. She completely abandoned the red strips around it. Waste of money!

I've bought Ol' Roy biscuits for years. 10/25/25 I got a box that will be my last. The bones look burnt and are extremely hard. I cannot break them up unless I use a hammer. My dog is a 12 year old Labrador and she is having trouble eating them. Best buy date is 9/9/26 but they will be petrified by then. I'm very disappointed in this product and will never buy again. Poor quality.

Noticing my dog is not even wanting to eat his brand new opened beef stew. To test him I put right next to it some dry kibble. He ate a dry kibble right away, even though he has very few teeth. I used to add water to the dry kibble to make it soft for him and add bits of chicken and vegetables, etc. until I found this handy plastic container that looks so yummy but When you smell the food, it doesn’t smell at all like beef.. This morning, my husband just checked, where this food is made, which I never even thought to look at before, and it is made in Thailand. I think I’ll go back to making my own dog food again!

DON'T USE THIS BRAND!!! THIS IS THE WORST DOG FOOD EVER!! It gave all three of my dogs the worst diarrhea with blood ever!!! My babies are miserable!! This is going on day 3!!! I had to take them outside three times in the middle of the night because of the diarrhea!!! This food should be taken off the market!

My healthy dog became very sick after just a couple of these meals. Ol Roy is the worst dog food on this planet. My dog had the worst diarrhea, acted very weird just as plain sick. My rugs destroyed, one thrown out. I will never buy any product made by ol roy.

If I could give it a zero stars I would. A friend who was trying to help out financially bought this dog food for my son and it gave them the worst diarrhea they had ever experienced! His carpet will never be the same even after a deep rug cleaning!

This poor food has killed yet another animal. I'm sorry Ol Roy but our dog ate your food and has passed away last night. This is horrible for anyone. I'm not say bad dog food but honestly need to remake it or get outta business. I'm very 😭 cause I lost my best friend. Thanks. 👍

This brand was a pure mistake, and I wish I had looked at reviews, or even better— stayed to my natural dog treat options. My 2 Year Old Large breed had a Pork Femur Bone, and has been sick with diarrhea, and vomit in a span of two days, which was the only two days she’s had it. I looked on Walmart's reviews and found over 200+ people with the same 1 Star Issue. I’m in the position where we are waiting it out/fasting her to possible having to take her to the Vet as it’s been 48 Hours of diarrhea and less than 24 of Vomit.

Worst poison you could feed your pet, absolutely dangerous. Save your money, McDonald’s would be a safer bet. 9-year-old pitbull never been sick, half a bag of this junk and she can’t hardly move, her stomach is so wrecked.
