I have used Citizen Shipper twice now to transport my dog across the country. It’s easy to create a reservation and you quickly receive many bids from reputable companies. I liked that I could verify if background checks were done and that you could see the number of shipments they completed as well as related reviews. My dog was transported safe and sound over 1600 miles. I highly recommend citizen shipper.

I want to say the process at first seems scary as I didn’t understand how it worked but now that I have used it it is very easy. You can find what you're looking for at the price you're looking for. Great company and great people that are willing to help move your pets and they do it safely.

When I decided to move across country, one of the hardest things was deciding how to transport my dog, Waffles. She took great care of him, took lots of pictures, and provided many updates along the route. I did not have to worry when he was with her. I will use this company and highly recommend them for all your transport needs. From the time of confirming the job to picking up my baby it was so smooth and easy to communicate with them. They sent pictures of pick up and more when they arrived at airport to depart. Once in NY sent more images and advised me they had arrived.
