Excellent service! Omar, one of their drivers picked up our two Golden Retrievers and drove them from Virginia to Florida. He sent photos of the dogs on the way and communicated often. The dogs arrived safe and sound. They were very happy! I would highly recommend this company! They have many years of experience and know what they are doing!

My doggie transporter was great. Always responded when I checked Gizmos progress. I will use her again in the spring. Forgot the dog blanket after dropping Gizmo off so she turned around and brought it to me.

Be aware! CitizenShipper censors and removes negative reviews (even if they are honest/accurate and adhere to their policies). Additionally, although they provide background checks, etc. on shippers, they claim not to have any real control over who is on their website. They also claim to not have any responsibility or ability to hold shippers accountable to providing refunds to customers. This means you are at the mercy of the shipper to refund your money, if at all, even if the shipper canceled on you. As you can imagine, this opens a large door for painfully delayed refunds as well as scammers to walk through completely unregulated. They allow shippers who cancel at the last minute and have a history of doing so, to continue operating on the platform regardless of the hardship and fees they create for customers.

My dog was recently transported from AZ to Wi and it was an awesome experience! 3rd time using this company. Great communication from the transporter each time throughout each trip w photos! Highly recommend for cross country transport. Will definitely use again!

The process of booking the transport of 7 Italian Greyhounds from Florida to Arizona was very easy. We are very grateful all the dogs arrived safely, though a bit dirty and frantic. We appreciate this service.

I booked a reservation with CitizenShipper and due to circumstances I needed to cancel my reservation shortly afterwards. They do not make their cancellation policy clear during booking and I am told that I cannot get my $399 booking fee and insurance fee returned to my credit card. I now have a credit with Citizen Shipper that I will most likely never use. Beware if you’re booking a transport for your pet.

Citizenshipper made it incredibly easy to post a free ad our to any pet transport companies to bid on. I was surprised at how fast they came rolling in. I liked how I could confirm the transportation companies had been thoroughly verified. It was nice to be able to easily access reviews from previous people who used their service.

I had a great experience with the company. My dog was delivered fast and the driver was professional and nice! If I had to have my dog shipped again I would choose Citizenshipper! The price was reasonable and good service.

I signed up for a free 30 day trial and cancelled my account which I took a screenshot of and got an email confirmation and they still charged my account. Doesn't surprise me. I signed up as a licensed transport company and they have very few loads hence little relevant business on the site. Beware and do not sign up for their trial. They will attempt to charge you even if you cancel.

I never had my cats or dogs transported before. I was very reluctant to try this however, after my experience, I can say I was very happy with the outcome. My kitty was delivered safely to his destination, which was my son‘s house. And I would like to add the overall cost versus me flying my kitty down to its destination. It’s cheaper this path

Using CitizenShipper is easier than Uber. I google pet transport not knowing there was such a thing and it was easy and affordable. I submitted pickup and dropoff locations (5hour drive to N.Dallas) and within an hour there were 30 bids that came in with a full range of rates. Looking at anyone gives a bio of the transporter, direct contact phone, history, and ratings. I used Linda C who was very accommodating, courteous, and very kind to my 45lb terrier mix. He is a 2yr old rescue dog of 6 months ago, arrived happy to see me, and quite comfortable with Linda C. I will recommend CitizenShipper any time.

Chris was an amazing person from start to finish. He was very helpful and guided me through the entire process. On his way to pick up my 2 cats he called and said he was going to be a day or so late because he wanted to help the people during hurricane Helene. I thought this was such a great thing he did. I sent him some money for a donation to help the cause. He met me at my vet and picked them up from there. He sent me pictures and updates daily and arrived safely a day earlier than expected. Everything was a fantastic experience.

The young lady Delana that transported my cat from Jacksonville Florida to Charleston South Carolina did an excellent job. She was so careful and gave me updates all the way through the trip and delivered my cat happy and healthy. Had a great experience with finding someone to transport my 85lb Lab Mix from CA to TX. There was a significant variance in the quotes from each vendor, but I ultimately chose the vendor who did private transport and did not require the dog to be crated. My pup completely slept in his own bed in the back of a converted SUV. Customer Service was the best.

I was extremely nervous about rehoming our reactive rescue across multiple states, but Jose and his team at Furry Angels Express were exceptional throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they were reassuring, professional, and clearly naturals with dogs. Zeke, our rescue, typically struggles with reactivity—especially towards men—but thanks to Jose's calm and experienced approach, Zeke was comfortable and relaxed. The regular picture and video updates made me feel confident that he was being the good boy I knew he could be and even enjoyed his roadtrip!

I recently bought a puppy. The problem was that I live in Arkansas and the puppy was in North Carolina. Friends told me that puppies were delivered "all the time" so I needed to find someone to bring me my puppy. With all the scams being reported, I wanted a driver who had been vetted and would give me a good price. I got a lot of quotes and took an offer about half the price of others. The driver had good reviews from others. I made a good choice. He offered me a good price because he had another dog needing to go the same way. Everything worked out just fine. My new puppy is here with me. I'll be sure to use Citizen Shipper if I ever need anything unusual shipped again.

These guys do not even know who the drivers are. My driver took my deposit and canceled at last minute and said he had financial problems. Now chasing my deposit with no help from these guys. They say we emailed the driver, and he will return. Been 2 months now and I have not got anything back.... Scam.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I decided to get bids for sending 2 cats cross country but within minutes of putting my request on the site I had dozens of bids with each one giving a price and details of how they operated. The one that caught my eye offered a pickup of my cats on the exact date I wanted and the price was reasonable. I was very happy with the communication from the driver Dave and the cats were well taken care of during the journey, arriving in a reasonable amount of time for such a long trip. We’re all settled in our new home and I am happy with the service Citizen Shipper provided.

DO NOT use Citizenshipper if you value your pet. I used Citizenshipper, they indicate the transporters represented are vetted. In my situation the transporter Dilliana ** (if that is her name) was not. Upon attempting to making a deposit, it was Dilliana ** discovered her cell number (**) that was used is connected to a Dog Theft Group and the person that was arrested and went to jail for stealing dogs appeared to be her passenger. To retrieve my dog I worked with the Massachusetts State Police for the driver to pull over and give my dog to a friend that was following them. This was a nightmare. DO NOT USE CITIZENSHIPPER SERVICE.

Firstly I would like to say it was amazing service from beginning to end, not only did Mike provided great phone service but he also took the time and explained everything in detailed and answered all my questions. The guy who also delivered my little one was great as well, he communicated every step of the way, sent pictures and videos, kept me updated on time and routes and showed great hospitality. My pets were also well taken care of and seemed to like him very much in the short time space.
