My experience with CitizenShipper was great, the communication and the handler Dave was trustworthy and I will be using them for future pet transportation, Dave sent Pictures and updates on time and location which made me feel comfortable.

Communication was excellent from the initial contact right through delivery of our two new pups. We were new to the process of transporting a pet and she was great in explaining and walking us through the process. Her quote was very reasonable, and she handled coordinating the pickup from the breeder. She provided updates from the time of pickup to the arrival of our pups. Cannot recommend her too highly.

My fur baby was taken excellent care of by Arne. He drove him from Dalton Georgia to me in St. Augustine Florida. I was able to check in with Arne about my fur babies' trip. He stopped a few times for potty breaks and to take him on a walk. I will definitely use Arne again!!

Thank goodness for Jessica! My house, today, is full of folks packing up my belongings, and my cat would have been totally freaked out by the uproar! She's up in a kennel at my new destination, and probably isn't happy, but at least, she's safe and surrounded by relative peace. And, her ride up was uneventful. Jessica sent me several texts along the day's journey, and pictures, too. Big sigh, BIG RELIEF. Jessica was the best. Caring, informative and completely competent.

Underdog! Super Hero Transport! Did above and beyond service to assure that our puppy was happy, safe and in good hands while they transported while driving through the winter weather. They had great communication throughout the trip and were very friendly to work with. I high recommend them for any transport need.

They were honest about the services offered. My pet made it in safely and in the time frame discussed. The driver was open and communicative about all the steps. Made it feel safe and easy and will highly recommend.

When we were moving to Florida, we had to find a Pet transport service. So glad we found Citizen Shipper. The website is user-friendly and reliable. The driver we chose for a private transport, Donna’s 5 Star Pet Transport is a wonderful transporter. All of her reviews were excellent. She is very communicative from start to finish. It is obvious she loves animals and will take great care of yours. She sent us pictures and videos of our cats along the way. We felt comfortable and confident that our cats were well taken care of. 100% satisfied!

I highly recommend Bill’s Pet Transit for any pet transport needs. Bill provides a highly professional service including GPS links so clients can follow their pets’ transport routes. Bill provides narrative and photo updates throughout the trip as well. My dog, Nigel, traveled comfortably on a dog bed and blankets in Bill’s minivan. Nigel was not crated at all during his trip from CT to CO. And, Nigel was the only pet being transported so Bill really functioned as Nigel’s personal chauffeur! I will use Bill’s Pet Transit for any future pet transport needs.

Trevor ** of Novacraft provided a great trip for my Labrador, Ollie. He planned a great trip for him from Rhode Island to California. He had daily hikes planned and sent daily videos of the places they hiked and stayed. Ollie was not crated but loose in his car with his dog Nova. Highly recommend this company.

We’ve been pleasantly surprised in how effective Citizen Shipper has been in finding transport solutions for our dogs - even with minimal notice. The companies CS has connected us with have been very responsive and have taken great care of our pups. Each time we’ve needed a transport we’ve received over a dozen quotes in under an hour with most have hundreds of 5 star reviews.

Pick up and drop off of our new family member (rescue pup) were right on time. It was a long transport, over 900 miles from TX to South Carolina! We received pictures of our pup along the way and an update at every stop. When they arrived at our home, the puppy was super happy and the driver was wonderful. He gave us a full report of their trip. Highly recommend. This was our first pet transport experience and they Luxury Pet Transport gave us peace of mind.

I excepted the bid from Christina B and am so, so grateful I did! I am a first time dog owner and my dog is a house dog. I’ve never really taken him out because I wasn’t trained. I was a little worried and nervous about the cross country trip but Christina calmed my fears in our first conversation. She was timely and communicated the entire trip. She is excellent with dogs, especially on how to calm their anxiety. She delivered BJ without a scratch and he looked so happy after such a long adventure! Just amazing. I would 100% recommend her and CitzenShipper!

Citizenshipper made communication with the selected driving company a breeze. The Instant Message system on their website constantly updated us with progress. We were notified through emails and text messages of new messages that appeared on their website.

Great experience with Dennis. Transport went very well. First time we have used this service. So glad it is available. We transported a rescue dog from S Carolina. Dennis kept us informed during the trip of any delay due to traffic, etc. so we knew exactly when to expect him.

Adam was amazing. He worked with us through schedule changes and even drove overnight the night before Christmas Eve to deliver our malinois to us. His communication was great and he took care of her well!

Laurie is a hero! She didn’t just transport my cat 800 miles with excellent communications and updates along the way, she rescued my cat. My cat was in an unsafe environment 800 miles away when Laurie offered to immediately go get it and deliver it to me. No one else would do that especially on a weekend. Because of this my cat was saved and got to me in a record time given the circumstances. 5 stars don’t do her justice. She is the BEST!!

Robbie did a fantastic job and took great care of Holly. I am thrilled and would definitely use him again. Holly felt safe and Robbie gained her trust very quickly. She was not crated and had the entire back seat to herself.

Our puppy came home in the hands of the perfect transportation company. 90% of my questions were answered before they were asked. 2 Peas In A Pod Pet Care company knows what they are doing. They listen to your concerns and requests. My puppy came home stress-free, driven over 600 miles in total, didn't suffer motion sickness, and wasn't lethargic. She didn't skip a beat when she got to her new home to show us her personality.

Excellent service! Omar, one of their drivers picked up our two Golden Retrievers and drove them from Virginia to Florida. He sent photos of the dogs on the way and communicated often. The dogs arrived safe and sound. They were very happy! I would highly recommend this company! They have many years of experience and know what they are doing!

My doggie transporter was great. Always responded when I checked Gizmos progress. I will use her again in the spring. Forgot the dog blanket after dropping Gizmo off so she turned around and brought it to me.

Be aware! CitizenShipper censors and removes negative reviews (even if they are honest/accurate and adhere to their policies). Additionally, although they provide background checks, etc. on shippers, they claim not to have any real control over who is on their website. They also claim to not have any responsibility or ability to hold shippers accountable to providing refunds to customers. This means you are at the mercy of the shipper to refund your money, if at all, even if the shipper canceled on you. As you can imagine, this opens a large door for painfully delayed refunds as well as scammers to walk through completely unregulated. They allow shippers who cancel at the last minute and have a history of doing so, to continue operating on the platform regardless of the hardship and fees they create for customers.

My dog was recently transported from AZ to Wi and it was an awesome experience! 3rd time using this company. Great communication from the transporter each time throughout each trip w photos! Highly recommend for cross country transport. Will definitely use again!

The process of booking the transport of 7 Italian Greyhounds from Florida to Arizona was very easy. We are very grateful all the dogs arrived safely, though a bit dirty and frantic. We appreciate this service.

I booked a reservation with CitizenShipper and due to circumstances I needed to cancel my reservation shortly afterwards. They do not make their cancellation policy clear during booking and I am told that I cannot get my $399 booking fee and insurance fee returned to my credit card. I now have a credit with Citizen Shipper that I will most likely never use. Beware if you’re booking a transport for your pet.

Citizenshipper made it incredibly easy to post a free ad our to any pet transport companies to bid on. I was surprised at how fast they came rolling in. I liked how I could confirm the transportation companies had been thoroughly verified. It was nice to be able to easily access reviews from previous people who used their service.

I had a great experience with the company. My dog was delivered fast and the driver was professional and nice! If I had to have my dog shipped again I would choose Citizenshipper! The price was reasonable and good service.

I signed up for a free 30 day trial and cancelled my account which I took a screenshot of and got an email confirmation and they still charged my account. Doesn't surprise me. I signed up as a licensed transport company and they have very few loads hence little relevant business on the site. Beware and do not sign up for their trial. They will attempt to charge you even if you cancel.
