We are more than happy with the delivery of our very small new fur baby from Denver to Cortez CO. Very careful and thoughtful. They sent photos and updates the entire ride. He was held in her lap and fed on the way to our home. On time great communication and perfect prices. He arrived in wonderful condition. We are very pleased with our choice in carrier companies. I had to bring my cats from Florida to New York quickly. I found Citizen Shipper online and was pleasantly surprised it even existed. I didn't have the money for premium shipping, just "coach", haha. I was paired with a driver who I talked to on the phone a few days before she picked up my cats. She kept in contact with me. She sent me pictures. She treated them well. They arrived safe and sound two days after they left. I am so happy with the service. I know they were treated well because of how they were upon arrival) delivery. I would use this service again, and recommend it to my friends. I would particularly recommend my driver, Yvonne **. She was an obvious animal lover and treated my cats kindly for their first ever road trip.

I wasn’t sure about doing this. I have never known anyone who has. But I took a chance and was very pleased with the service. My driver was Jessica and she took great care of my puppy for the entire ride. Sent updates and Pics. I was reassured he would be fine and he was happy as can be when he arrived into my arms. Was very impressed how it worked with bids. That gave me a choice and it couldn’t have gone better.

Our pet transportation driver, Steven, was exceptional. His first priority is about the safety and comfort of each pet. He is a natural with connecting with them, playing with them in his stops at the dog parks and keeping us informed with videos and texts. We are delighted with the entire process of Citizenshipper making this transition easy and with confidence!

My family is so happy with Christina! She provided the best experience possible for my family’s cats. She gave us real time gps tracking, updates every few hours via Tex and pictures. I was astonished at how well my cats adapted to the two day trip. Christina pampered them and made my family feel at ease. Since we are a military family and expect a few cross country “moves”, we will definitely be looking for Christina again in the future. Two 10 lbs Cats from El Paso, TX to Alexandria, VA (1965 mi).

After kitten was picked up in Staten Island, NY driver has disappeared, his phone number doesn’t take calls, it’s absolutely horrible situation. CitizenShipper doesn’t provide a number with live agent and you have no chance to discuss the situation. It’s absolutely horrible experience and no one able to help.

Lousy company. I was charged $438.00 for getting a phone number of the carrier. Credit card info was sold to someone resulting in no less than 20 charges against it. You ask how do you know it was Citizen Shipper? The card was only used for them. The bogus charges occurred the following day after giving them my information. Reached out several times to find out why such a high charge and what they do to protect customer information, no response.

Highly recommend this transport service. Loved the fact that my pet was able to get to Florida from Washington State in 1 day and it was smooth from drop off to delivery. Excellent service at a great value.

I had to move and could no longer care for my pet... I had a great home for her to go to, but couldn't drive her myself. Kara was a caring fellow pet owner who kept both me and the recipient well informed during transport accommodating simple changes. Prior to pick up she communicated clearly and promptly.

They were awesome in every way! Great communication from start to finish! They took our puppy all the way from Florida to Utah and let him hit dog parks and walks on the way. I reached out on this site unsure of how it would go. I couldn’t have been happier with the result. My dad’s dog made it to me safe and sound! Ryan with Bark & Ride did an amazing job. He communicated throughout the entire trip, was so accommodating and kind. I would recommend this site and service to anyone in needed.

I’m a standard poodle show dog breeder but also a full time RN with a second part-time RN job which means time is scarce and I’ve been saved on multiple occasions by CitizenShipper. I have found many great drivers that I have used more than once for both my personal show dogs and for puppies going to new homes and have never regretted it.. However $175 is astronomical to add to a trip for a booking fee and isn’t really fair to the drivers who have to try to make their earnings work with that added on. I would give 5 stars if that wasn’t such an astronomical fee.

I highly recommend citizen shipper! I had a very last minute situation and needed a shipper within three days, and was surprised to receive so many reasonable offers. I had inquired with a few other large transport companies, but none could handle the last minute request and the prices were extremely high. My shipper was great. She had to wait to receive my dog from a customs warehouse, and she picked up food and other necessities so he could have a comfortable ride. She was so patient and understanding through the whole process. She sent updates throughout the whole journey and got my nugget home happy and safe. I couldn't be happier!

My experience with CitizenShipper was great, the communication and the handler Dave was trustworthy and I will be using them for future pet transportation, Dave sent Pictures and updates on time and location which made me feel comfortable.

Communication was excellent from the initial contact right through delivery of our two new pups. We were new to the process of transporting a pet and she was great in explaining and walking us through the process. Her quote was very reasonable, and she handled coordinating the pickup from the breeder. She provided updates from the time of pickup to the arrival of our pups. Cannot recommend her too highly.

My fur baby was taken excellent care of by Arne. He drove him from Dalton Georgia to me in St. Augustine Florida. I was able to check in with Arne about my fur babies' trip. He stopped a few times for potty breaks and to take him on a walk. I will definitely use Arne again!!

Thank goodness for Jessica! My house, today, is full of folks packing up my belongings, and my cat would have been totally freaked out by the uproar! She's up in a kennel at my new destination, and probably isn't happy, but at least, she's safe and surrounded by relative peace. And, her ride up was uneventful. Jessica sent me several texts along the day's journey, and pictures, too. Big sigh, BIG RELIEF. Jessica was the best. Caring, informative and completely competent.

Underdog! Super Hero Transport! Did above and beyond service to assure that our puppy was happy, safe and in good hands while they transported while driving through the winter weather. They had great communication throughout the trip and were very friendly to work with. I high recommend them for any transport need.

They were honest about the services offered. My pet made it in safely and in the time frame discussed. The driver was open and communicative about all the steps. Made it feel safe and easy and will highly recommend.

I highly recommend Bill’s Pet Transit for any pet transport needs. Bill provides a highly professional service including GPS links so clients can follow their pets’ transport routes. Bill provides narrative and photo updates throughout the trip as well. My dog, Nigel, traveled comfortably on a dog bed and blankets in Bill’s minivan. Nigel was not crated at all during his trip from CT to CO. And, Nigel was the only pet being transported so Bill really functioned as Nigel’s personal chauffeur! I will use Bill’s Pet Transit for any future pet transport needs.

Trevor ** of Novacraft provided a great trip for my Labrador, Ollie. He planned a great trip for him from Rhode Island to California. He had daily hikes planned and sent daily videos of the places they hiked and stayed. Ollie was not crated but loose in his car with his dog Nova. Highly recommend this company.

We’ve been pleasantly surprised in how effective Citizen Shipper has been in finding transport solutions for our dogs - even with minimal notice. Pick up and drop off of our new family member (rescue pup) were right on time. It was a long transport, over 900 miles from TX to South Carolina! We received pictures of our pup along the way and an update at every stop. When they arrived at our home, the puppy was super happy and the driver was wonderful. He gave us a full report of their trip. Highly recommend. This was our first pet transport experience and they Luxury Pet Transport gave us peace of mind.

I excepted the bid from Christina B and am so, so grateful I did! I am a first time dog owner and my dog is a house dog. I’ve never really taken him out because I wasn’t trained. I was a little worried and nervous about the cross country trip but Christina calmed my fears in our first conversation. She was timely and communicated the entire trip. Great experience with Dennis. Transport went very well. First time we have used this service. So glad it is available. We transported a rescue dog from S Carolina. Dennis kept us informed during the trip of any delay due to traffic, etc. so we knew exactly when to expect him.

Adam was amazing. He worked with us through schedule changes and even drove overnight the night before Christmas Eve to deliver our malinois to us. His communication was great and he took care of her well!

Absolutely a five star experience. Professionalism defined. They took a last minute job for me two days before Christmas and delivered just as they said. I was nervous because there are a lot of scammers and I was concerned about not getting good service or any at all. When I finally spoke to Melo I was relaxed and reassured. Very good people. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. I am very satisfied. The puppy arrived safe and sound and I couldn’t be happier. They went through a lot to make sure my kids had a puppy on Christmas Day. I will definitely be calling them again for service if I need another one. I will also be recommending them to any breeder I speak with. The best service I’ve had and this isn’t my first experience.

Laurie is a hero! She didn’t just transport my cat 800 miles with excellent communications and updates along the way, she rescued my cat. My cat was in an unsafe environment 800 miles away when Laurie offered to immediately go get it and deliver it to me. No one else would do that especially on a weekend. Because of this my cat was saved and got to me in a record time given the circumstances. 5 stars don’t do her justice. She is the BEST!!

Robbie did a fantastic job and took great care of Holly. I am thrilled and would definitely use him again. Holly felt safe and Robbie gained her trust very quickly. She was not crated and had the entire back seat to herself.
