So many calls, from SOOOO many people when looking f/ Healthcare w/ "Pre-Existing" conditions. They want to ask many Q's and answer few to none. If you ask the wrong Q, Goodbye Have a Nice BLAH BLAH BLAH. Be Accommodating, a Good Boy/Girl, Roll Over with your Tummy Up, BFF for a few mins. Just wish the site would show a "Running Balance" whenever a charge is added to each and during a session, my only disappointment, and hopefully won't have a heart attack at the payment screen! Maybe I missed that Option?

Came back to US Search to locate an alumnus from my UW research group. Managed to get some contact information, though I have no idea if it is still valid. I expect the leads provided will be helpful. I looked up my own information, while I was at it, and found many errors. Is it possible to submit corrections?

Sometimes, US Search doesn't have accurate data, but this time, they did! The older I get, the more I want to connect with friends I worked with, or knew from my neighborhood. US Search is a big help. I am on a fixed-income budget, so the program is a bit much for me to justify. I will continue for the rest of 2024, maybe longer.

I found the person I was looking for. Unfortunately she passed away but there was other information that I wanted to know I have also used it to look up friends and family members While not all of the information was included locations were accurate. Very pleased with US Search.

A friend recommended this site for our high school class reunion. It has been a blast finding friends that I have not talked to in years. This is our 50th and it's big. I was able to have a short term subscription with USSEARCH and had success in finding some folks who had left our area. When I decided to close the account, it went smoothly just by making contact by phone. The agent even suggested to let me run the account out for the remainder of the month as there were many remaining days left on my account. I would recommend their services.

It's also handy in learning when friends are celebrating significant birthdays.

When I called to cancel my subscription the service member was very polite and helpful. He did offer products to help me stay but I only needed the service for one thing and was finished with my search. My only disappointment was the search on myself was inaccurate.

The rep was very helpful. She help me located the account and she explained to me everything I asked and was very patient and understanding. Even when she answered the phone she was very pleasant and listened to everything I had to say.

Having all of the top background search applications and subscriptions and this is the first to have any information regarding the individual I have been investigating. The information obtained has been very helpful with providing our client with substantial information on this individual history and locations.

I have had some success in finding a person but the information was not up to date. Your receptionists have all been very professional and nice. I still use the app when I need to look someone up. It serves the purpose but phone numbers and addresses are almost all outdated.

This site has in the past and is currently helping me out. I have used US Search quite a lot over the years, have found a lot of my old Military friends and have had great reunions. I subscribed recently to find an old friend in Florida, no luck with phone number or an address, take into consideration the hurricane had recently hit Florida and completely wiped out the area I was searching for, I subscribed for that search. Called customer service and did a cancelation of my subscription. The customer service was great, friendly and answered all my question. Thanks again, Happy customer.

I misplaced my folder for this account. Consequently, I lost access to my password and username. The folks in customer service were most helpful and I was able to get everything back. I was also able to confirm the site does not sell email addresses.

I had checked save password-auto. For some reason it suddenly doesn't. I just tried NINE times to do a new one, and each time it would not take. You are NOT THE CIA! What is the point? All you can do is LOOK AT INFO, not change anything. Your site is such a pain!!!

The girl was polite and helpful. I signed up by mistake and she said she would cancel for me. She was friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable and always asked permission to open my file and send the survey.

Information sketchy at best. Got better information on other websites for free. Cost is too high for the information received. Did a good job tracing nearest relatives. Property ownership records inconclusive. I just wasn’t happy with the quality of the presentation. Upgrades were costly and also inconclusive. Not a good investment.

So far the address search has been more informative than the "people" search. The entire state being included in the Stats of a specific area is distracting. Some of the content runs into the sidebar and is unreadable. However I did find the information very helpful and easy to navigate.

So incredibly helpful with my job as I have a VERY large customer base. Working in customer service as well as finances, it's crucial that I can connect with my previous customers and this platform helps me be able to connect with my customers that may have moved, changed numbers, or emails.

You will not find another site with better more extensive results. I absolutely love using this site. PLUS I guess they offer a free trial... Yeah you must find out for yourself how awesome this site is for background reports.

The search tool was good. I used it for our class reunion and was able to locate all but 3 people from our class. Some of the addresses or phone numbers were not the most recent - so I just kept on trying other addresses that were listed. Thanks.

Great search tool! Pricing is affordable and easy to use. You are gonna need to pay 3.99 for each feature which is much cheaper than the other sites I've been to. The amount of data that is provided matches the other sites and seems at least this far to be accurate. Anyway, monthly service is reasonably priced. I am very happy with finding this site.
