Received a pair of black Large Second skin briefs as a gift from my wife. I could not be happier with the fit and comfort. However after two months they both have developed holes in the rear in the same spots. Price for performance is not good. Probably will not replace them for that reason.

Very sorry to hear not normal at all. We'll be reaching out to rectify.

Tommy Johns makes the most comfortable men's underwear you can buy, imo. They are super soft and thin. Unfortunately, they are not as durable as some other premium undies. I have a pair that is just outside the one year warranty, which brings me to another positive of TJ. I've returned a couple of orders. The most recent one because a pair developed a hole just a couple of weeks after the warranty expired. Just the same, they were nice and accepted the return. They also took an entire order back when I accidentally ordered the wrong size. They are always friendly to work with and if their underwear were less expensive, I would definitely order more.

I ordered a pair of sleep joggers from Tommy John. Once received, there was a giant logo on the thigh. I wrote a review saying the product pictures and descriptions didn't show what the product actually was. They never posted my review. I tried again and they still did not post the review. I have a hard time believing any of their product reviews on their website are from actual customers. My guess is it is their marketing folks creating these "verified" reviews.

I received eight pairs of second skin underwear for Christmas and after two or three wears, five have developed holes. Seems like this is a consistent problem with this product. Unfortunately, very poor quality.

After much reading I decided to order a pair for myself. I have read what is promised as far as quality in this product and I have the testimonials from consumers. I lack confidence in some of the companies claims as the reviews from customers lead me to believe otherwise. Once I get my delivery and try them I will report back.

I bought (2) 5 packs of the cool cotton trunks from the Tommy John website on 1/19/20. I never thought in my life I'd be paying $26 per pair of underwear. After a few weeks, the waistband started rolling down. I don't have a big belly (although I'm not skinny either). I bought these because their radio ads tout how the waistband will not roll down. This is completely false. It has happened to most (but not all) of the 10 pairs I bought. In fact, on a couple of them, they are so rolled down that the waistband is folded in half directly out of the dryer and will not come back (although I haven't tried to iron it, which I refuse to do anyway). Additionally, I bought one pair of the "360 Sport Articulated Ankle Sock - Black / 11-14" to try them out because I'm also considering trying Bombas socks. I have size 12 feet. These socks were so small, they slid off my ankle after about 5 minutes. What a waste (waist? LOL) of my hard-earned money.

Underwear pulls up worst than other underwear, I don't wear them, I threw them away. I am not happy with your underwear at all. I wish I wouldn't of bought them. Your advertising is very deceiving. I will never buy your brand again.

Bought $400+ worth of Tommy John. Tried them on and they fit great and material was great. So I proceeded to wash all 13 pairs. After wearing the Second Skin and 360 Sport for a week I realised how uncomfortable they are because they roll up. The 360 had me stop working out to run to the bathroom to pull them down. During cardio they ride up and chafed my legs. The second skin felt great but ride up just walking and got me looking stupid trying to wiggle or pull them down. I contacted their customer service for help but they would only replace 5, not even half. So I am out 13 underwear.. Hope these don't tear up like other customers. Very dissatisfied customer and will not be buying or commending tommy john. Kevin Hart you are a clown for backing this company.

When I first bought Tommy John underwear I thought I loved the comfort and fit, and immediately bought more, only to find that the first couple of times they were washed they had holes in them. The next few pair had holes in them after one washing. Now, after a year or so, I probably have 6 or so pair of Tommy John underwear and maybe one without holes everywhere. POOR QUALITY!!

I ordered these due to all the rave reviews, yes they fit great and felt good. However, after two washings they had holes in the front of all three pairs I had received! I got different types to try, and unfortunately they are now all in the garbage. So disappointed in this brand, will not be purchasing again. I did wash according to instructions and I fabric softener either.

Purchased nine pairs of boxers at separate visits from my local Nordstrom. Loved the fit and loved the whole product until after several washings I found holes in the backside of every pair. Several pairs also developed holes in the front. All pairs were washed according to instructions. I contacted customer service and was told “since you bought them from a retailer, you’ll have to return them to the point of purchase”. Trekked back to Nordstrom’s only to be told, “sorry, we don’t accept underwear returns”, plus, I didn’t have a receipt any longer. Several pairs were gifts that didn’t come with a gift receipt. Inferior products and lousy customer service. Will cancel any further purchases from Tommy John and will give me pause to shop Nordstrom’s. Back to Costco for Champion boxers.

Buyer Beware! I bought a pair of their second skin and they had a hole in them after 2 washings. I did not use fabric softener and washed them as the instructions said. I complained to customer service and after sending pictures and answering a myriad of questions, they basically said "too bad, try to get a refund from the store you purchased them from". These are too expensive to be throwing them away after 2 washes. I once had a similar situation with a pair of Saxx underwear with a defective waistband... They sent me a free replacement no questions asked. Now that is customer service! Last pair I buy from Tommy John.

I purchased a couple of pair of the men's briefs a while back. they are quite comfortable, they don't rise up, and no weggies. However we don't all have the six pack abs like the young guy in the ad, and gents, if you have just a slight belly, the waistband will roll down.

I received them as a gift in September. By February after wearing once a week the crotch has a large rip. Big enough that my bits and pieces fall through it. I contacted customer service to learn about a warranty or how long a pair is supposed to last. The associate I worked with asked me for an order id or the email address I ordered from- Reasonable request but they were a gift so I didn’t have one. So they couldn’t help me at all, game over. I guess I expected more from a company charging $30+ for each pair of underwear. I won’t be purchasing this brand again but they were comfortable while they lasted. The customer service or warranty policy could be a bit better. Hope your pair lasts longer than mine.

First I love the underwear. Even at the price. I wear the women's cotton underwear. After 4 weeks, one of the pair began unraveling at the back left bottom seam (I own 8 pair that I rotate consistently). I contacted the company and they sent another pair after I answered all their concerns -- including how I launder them. (cold gentle wash cycle; low dryer cycle) Now another pair is doing the same. I haven't contacted the company, rather I am waiting to see if the other pairs follow suit.

My wife ordered me some very expensive clothes from Tommy John, and ones of the shirts came with what looked like a scissor cut right on the center. We immediately contacted customer service and thought a replacement was on the way. After a month of nothing we followed up and got no response. Another month gone by and we’re still waiting. Seems like they don’t stand behind their products even if it arrives damaged.

I purchased several pair of Tommy John briefs approximately one year ago. After purchasing them at 28.00 to 34.00 per pair and wearing them for a week they appeared comfortable and great. So I purchased 12 more pairs. After 2 months I noticed the crotch developed wholes. It was just 1 pair in the beginning so I discarded them. After a few more weeks I noticed many pair developing the same thing. So I reached out to Tommy John's customer service to report my disappointment. I was informed that I needed to return the briefs to receive another pair. I explained that I threw them out not realizing this would be an ongoing issue. I was told they can do nothing without the returns. After talking to others I realize I'm not the only one with this issue and in the exact place. Shame on you Tommy John. At 30.00 plus dollars you should provide better customer service.

I was given a gift of underwear and pjs. As a business woman I would never spend 22 bucks for 1 pair of underwear much less 66 for 3 pair. I was disappointed in the overall quality and fabric for the price. I will not recommend this company.

My family bought me the 3 pack of cheeky underwear for Xmas. I wanted to exchange the underwear as it was too small. Tommy John requires for me to pay for return. Honestly for the price customer service should be superior. At $20 pair and no store to try on you would think they would work with their customers. I called 8 times and sent both a email and chat and never got response back. I called again today and finally talked to someone and was told I needed to pay for return shipping. Just disappointing. I have decided to completely return instead of exchange as I don’t want to pay for shipping back and forth. They lost $80 for $4 shipping- seems silly. My husband was able to keep his 3 pack underwear as they fit. We will see how they work out. Wish I had a better experience as so many people asked my opinion if it was worth it.

I'm having the same problem as everyone else on this site. They fit great but a few months later they disintegrate. My wife buys inexpensive underwear that last forever and she makes fun of me for blowing $32 a pair for underwear that have holes in them in a few months. I don't mind spending money for quality, and when it comes to design and fit these are very nice, but the material is absolute crap. I feel like an idiot for buying them over and over again, washing them separately and treating them like precious items only to have them fall apart again.

My wife paid for 4 pair at $23 per pair. I was excited and then reality arrived after wearing two pair. Absolutely horrible. They ride up, the waist folds over (I’m a 32 waist and trim). Absolutely over priced and over rated. Sam's Club and Costco brands are much more superior than this BS brand. Absolutely a rip off.

Last Christmas my family got TJ underwear for Christmas and everyone liked it - so this year decided to give them a bigger piece of my holiday budget and try some of the socks and clothing as well. Similar experience to a few other posts I'm seeing here... Placed an order of over $500 on November 29th. My order showed shipped (and card was charged) on December 4th. As of Dec 13th - I still hadn't received. Contacted customer care. They indicated it was lost between DHL and USPS (neither carrier could find it) so they placed a replacement order for me with 1 day expedited shipping.

On December 17th - I got an e-mail confirmation that this new order shipped and should arrive on the 18th. It's now the 19th - I don't have it and UPS shows that the label was created but it hasn't even arrived in their facility. Waited 30 minutes on hold for customer care to be told she'd call UPS and call me back in 10-15 minutes....still waiting for that call back. So disappointed. And I have 4 people I now need to find gifts for!

I placed an order on Dec 1, 2019 and my email said shipping confirmation should be sent shortly, I waited and they sent me a tracking number on Dec 9th saying estimated delivery would be the 11th. I waited a few days but kept tabs on the tracking. Wednesday came and went so that weekend I emailed customer service which states due to high volume give them 24-48 hours to respond. No response as of Tuesday the 17th so I called and waited. Customer service was friendly but when she told me that she didnt know what happened to my order and that everything I ordered was out of stock! I informed her I ordered early in order to avoid that situation. So what customer service informed me was that either I cancel my order or choose from the leftover crap in stock, so I did choose the crap in stock so my husband can have a gift for Christmas.

To compensate me they said they would give me a $15.00 off coupon which doesnt even cover the cost of 1 pair of boxers so I would have to pay more and then probably shipping too instead of deducting off my order. I told her to keep the coupon because I wasnt going to pay anything more. To top it off they responded to my email while I was on the phone with customer service. I have been a long standing customer for years and have referred more customers their way. I'm so not happy!

My third purchase from Tommy John was for a set of long underwear. I selected black, as the only other choice was grey. The shirt arrived in Navy blue, and the pants were black. Both tags said Black. I called, and was told that I ordered black iris, which is blue (??). I rechecked the order page, and all that they listed was black and grey. The customer (non) service agent, named Haley, said that there was nothing they were willing to do, I asked to speak with her boss, and she told me that they cannot speak to customers. After I insisted, she said she would have the boss call me. It has been 6 days and no one has called. I gave them one star, as I could not give less. The product is good, but the service lacks.

Bought 8 pair of Tommy John basic boxer briefs (black). The were the underwear ever worn. However, all have ripped and the waist line rolls up. I’m in the military and thought I had the best underwear. They barely lasted 3 months. Very disappointed considering the cost of each underwear. Also, I do not use fabric softener. Not recommended for active lifestyle as they won’t last.

Tommy John underwear is overrated! After four wash there's holes in 5 underwear out of 6 underwear. The material is super thin and way too elastic, very clinging to the skin. In warmer weather, the material doesn't absorb your sweat, so you are super sticky and very uncomfortable. After 4 wash, the cheeks is completely transparent. By the end of the day, there's holes in them when I took it off. I threw it in the trash. Do not buy this product! My husband and I are going back to buying Hanes, Calvin Klein, NM brand.

I bought one pair that did not last, I contacted the company who very happily sent me a new pair. I then purchased several pairs and within 2 months they started to tear and developed holes. When contacted the company again, I was told - "my dryer's too hot." "I should wash in gentle cycle." I thought I purchased men's underwear not women's lingerie!! Not impressed with Tommy John - there are better "men" underwear that won't fall apart.

I bought 4 pair in a variety of fabrics to try them out and loved the fit and feel. A couple of weeks later my wife bought me another 2 pair as a gift. After about 3-4 months of wearing them once a week I started noticing holes in the thinner fabrics and as of now all but 1 pair have been retired. It's very disappointing considering the price. I bought one pair of second skins and absolutely loved them, they stayed in place and you didn't notice them throughout the day. So I bought a five pack, within the first 2 months or so 2 of the 5 had developed holes in the legs which Tommy John warrantied out with no questions asked. Fast forward to now and the only pair that hasn't prematurely worn is the very first pair that I bought. For the money I would expect them to last at least a year.

Hi, I bought a 5 pack of these in dark colors 4 months or so ago. Are very comfortable and stay in place. However, they are already ripping and developing holes 3 pair). I bought these on a business trip to NY and liked them at first so much, I was going to buy them as Christmas gifts for family members. Not now as I don't want them thinking I bought inferior product compared to Under Armour which everyone has good success with. At 32$ a pair they should last longer than 4 months.

As an individual who does not often splurge on fancy or expensive clothes, my wife surprised me last Christmas with 3 pairs of Tommy John Cotton Cool boxer briefs. I was skeptical at first with wearing $30+ underwear but as soon as I started wearing the product I was hooked. The product is comfort, breathable and never rides up. Needless to say I quickly invested in a few more pairs. It was only after a few weeks that I noticed the first hole starting in one of my original pairs. Thinking that the product must having gotten tangled up in the laundry, I suppressed my disappointment and moved the pair into less frequent rotation. Let's be honest, for what they cost, I was not just going to simply throw the pair away.

Over the next few weeks, I discover two more pairs forming similar holes in the material by seams. At this point, I tried to order different material types (Second Skin) and increase the size. While outlooks seemed optimistic, I am now several more weeks along with 3 of my new pairs having developed holes. In the long run, I am not ready to jump ship with the company or the product, but I do think I will need to start looking into another brand as I can't see this much money be spent on something that is going to have a lifespan of 6 months or less.

I have purchased probably over a dozen pairs or so now and at first it was more or less trying different styles to see what I liked best. Great at first but I’ve been throwing pairs away that have worn from washing a few times and others just are straight up tearing where they shouldn’t. I even went up a size and still have had the issues from before. I’d say now I have about 7 pairs or so I alternate which was more but I keep finding holes popping up here and there and hate have to throw out 30 plus dollar pairs of underwear. At first they are great but then months or so down the line they don’t hold up unfortunately.

A friend told me about Tommy John's boxer shorts for their son and how comfortable they were. So that night I purchased my son three pairs of boxer shorts. I couldn’t believe how soft they were. My son said they were amazing. However within about six months they are started ripping until a gaping hole and everyone of them. I paid $35 a pair only to have them only last six months. As I’m writing this I realized that the same exact thing has happened to other consumers. I have all three pairs in a bag and can provide pictures if needed. What a shame... I thought I found a new brand for him, however seems like I will be going back to the brand that he had before. Too expensive to only last six months.

I bought two pairs of the cotton basic boxer briefs and was initially blown away. The comfort and how they stay in place were so different than other brands. I had been looking to replace my underwear and ended up buying several more 2-packs in different colors figuring this is as good as it gets. Unfortunately, as I’ve worn these pairs more and more each one have now started ripping. They began as small holes here and there. I figured I bent down wrong one day with one pair but it is now all of them over time. The small holes have turned into giant holes and I’ll be needing to throw them all out with less than 6 months of use.

I was hoping to avoid the cheap standard brands again but those lasted for years. The store I bought these at only went up to XL but that’s the size I always get. Perhaps something went wrong with the fit? Maybe it’s my fault but since they don’t sell them larger and they did seem to fit right in at a loss. Regardless I spent over $120 on a new collection and I’m back to looking for a different brand. You may be excited for the comfort at first but I could not recommend if you’re looking for anything to last.

Tommy John response

Hey Kevin, we are not able to replace items purchased from a 3rd party store. As we would not have any of the customer, purchase or item details. However, we can send a courtesy 2-pack of the cotton basics. Just provide us with your email address and mailing address.

I am a previous customer who has been loyal to Tommy John. Recently I had ordered 3 new pair at $35 each and somehow they are not the same quality. 2 of the 3 pair had holes within the first month and when I tried to return they really didn't try to replace. Instead they made it about me, wanted pictures, and personal user information. With that, I just threw them in the trash and I will get a new vendor. I suggest you avoid this company until they recreate the quality they had in the past. In my opinion Tommy John is junk.

Greetings... I Loved my Tommy John Boxers until they started falling apart within a few months. Seems popping/wearing out. I bought mine a while back, and now I’m seeing them on Facebook again. Tempted to try them again, since they were extremely comfortable, but I don’t want $30 underwear to collect dust in my dresser. I thought about having them repaired, but instead I just went to other brands. I honestly don’t remember when I made the initial purpose, but these boxer briefs were gorgeous, initially... Bright red, with the pouch, and the cellphone pocket. Maybe, with assistance, we all can work something out. I can provide a picture. I still have it in email.

I like the Tommy John Underwear but similar to others, mine rip in the saddle/underside. I've already thrown away about 5 or 6 pairs due to the same concern. At first I thought it was because I bought a cheap pair at Nordstrom Rack. However, when I purchased a more expensive pair from Tommy John directly, they didn't even last as long as the cheaper ones. I'm fed up with them and taking my business elsewhere. For $30/pair this is ridiculous.

They are as comfortable as advertised! I purchased three pair of the Second Skin Square cut (basic) from Nordstrom for around $30 each. I was not happy about the cost, but the advertisement got me (yes, yes, I am a sucker for the feel comfortable gimmick). I have worn all three equally, about once per week, for around seven months. They remain comfortable, but I am already seeing fairly major wear/degrading. I did not expect this from such expensive underwear. I do work out in the them (weightlighting and cardio) every time I wear them...so if you are active, these might not be for you as you will need to replace them fairly often. Even with their comfort level, I will most likely be looking for a less expensive alternative.

Tommy John response

We're glad you are liking the comfort of your underwear, but sorry to hear of the issue with your Second Skin Square Cuts. Since Second Skin is one of our more delicate fabrics, we do not recommend working out in it. It seems that our 360 Sport fabric would be a better choice for you, and we have privately messaged you to further assist.

As many many others of have stated Tommy John underwear is very comfortable. I have purchased Second Skin, Sport 360, and the Air Mesh. Also, like many others have said Tommy John does not make a consistent durable product. For the price they charge for their product it should last more than 3-9 months. I followed all handling/care instructions yet the saddle area tears. It is a shame because I love the feel, however, the product durability and price aren't worth it.

I must say Tommy John did replace one pair when I contacted them without any hassle in May, but now the saddle in the replacement pair along with most of my other Tommy Johns have holes. I guess I will be going back to the other brand I left. They make comfortable product that last for 2 plus years easily. Tommy John you hit the mark on comfortable underwear but you fail in durability and pricing. Think about charging $10.00 a pair the underwear will rip in 3-8 months.

This is a very sincere & honest review. I adore the feel of Tommy Johns I have purchased many and I mean many Tommy Johns. but I can not seem to keep them long. Even following the handling instructions. I was them on delicate, I don't use softener and I low or air dry. Yet my expensive pairs consistently tear and form holes. Why is this constantly happening to me. With an average cost of $30 a pair why am I experiencing this. I am not sure if I will buy any more underwear from them because it's way too expensive to not last long at all. Great feel but poor quality.

Updated on 11/11/2019: I previously wrote a review and was very quickly contacted by Tommy John representatives on this site who asked for my email and then have heard nothing since 10-17....Still waiting for this resolution as it is now 11-11....

Original Review: I want to start off by saying that these are the most comfortable underwear that I have ever owned and that I have ordered many times from Tommy John. The quality is not consistent as I have some underwear from nearly two years ago in fine shape and others were thrown out as they totally ripped to shreds a few months in. The inconsistency in quality is frustrating and I’m not sure for the price that one should purchase from Tommy John as I will be looking for a more durable/consistent option. Beware of inconsistent quality/durability.

I too, like many other reviewers on this site, love the fit and feel of Tommy John's Second Skin and Air boxer briefs... But after wearing them for a short amount of time, I noticed that the seat/saddle area wears thin and holes develop. I posted a response to a similar complaint on a Facebook ad for TJ. "Customer Support" for TJ said to reach out to them for help.

What a crock their "Customer Support" division is. After providing picture evidence and serial numbers, they refused to replace any of the garments. They offered me a $25 credit towards my next purchase (which will never happen). For a product that can cost anywhere from $30 to $50 per pair, their reliability is awful and downright stealing in my mind. Do not support Tommy John at all, they will take your hard earned money and then laugh in your face when you try to reason with them. Absolutely horrible customer service and corporate greed at it's worst!

I purchased 3 pairs of Tommy John boxer briefs from Nordstrom in March to take with me on vacation. I was excited to try Tommy John because of the perceived comfort and quality. I was elated initially, because these were indeed the most comfortable underwear I’d ever worn. However, after wearing each pair 4-6 times, 2 of the pairs ended up with completely blown out crotches within a day of one another. One pair is left standing, but I haven’t worn that pair in quite some time, so I suppose that only time will tell whether or not they will hold up, but I’m not confident.

I’m pretty disappointed, because I was ready to become a long term Tommy John wearer. The fit and comfort are definitely top-notch. However, unfortunately the durability is horrendous, and I can’t in good conscience recommend this brand to anyone. I’ve been wearing Calvin Klein underwear for a decade and haven’t had this type of issue once.

First and foremost, I love Tommy John Underwear. They really are the best pair you can wear...if they last. I own several pair and have lasted and are worth the money. Until you have an obvious defective pair and try and get them replaced. I called customer service and while very nice they were unable to help. I don't remember if I bought them on the site, were gifted them, or bought them at Nordstrom. I had them for about 6 weeks and maybe 5 washes and now have 2 holes in them. I assumed I would just call the manufacturer and they would help...I was wrong. You would think for over $30/pair they would correct the mistake and replace them. Oh well, I guess I will have to find another brand. Sucks because I really like them.

I’ve purchased six pairs at Nordstrom’s since early last year. The first two pairs I bought are already in a landfill because of the size of the tears that formed after less than 6 months of wearing them. The remaining 4 pairs all have tears too. Not sure why Tommy John keeps responding to similar reviews with the corporate, robotic line of “not typical of product.” It’s absolutely typical. When the product is brand new it’s great - unfortunately it does not last long and I’ll be looking for an alternative.

A CSR from Tommy John reached out and offered to replace half of my investment which I was 7 pair. Just as I previously stated I wore them sparingly and all of them are ripped and worn down 15 months later. For perspective I have Ralph Lauren boxers that are more than 5 years old which I wear daily and do all activities in them, guess what, none are ripped.

I truly appreciate them trying to make it right, but the materials are just very subpar. I've seen many reviews and responses saying you shouldn't work out in them. What is the point of buying underwear if you can't perform daily activities in them? I've noticed another brand puts "For Daily Wear" right on the product. I imagine this must be a statement against Tommy John. Buy something else, I have.

Original review: Oct. 5, 2019

I bought a few pair of these two years ago as I heard about them on the stern show and how much he raved about them. Over the past 2 years I've bought 16 pairs in all of the types, air, second skin, regular, etc. I had a ton of old style boxers that I didn't just want to throw away so I only ever wore any TJ on special occasions or when I know I'd be sitting a long time on international flights or long work meetings. So on average I wear each pair 5 times are year or less.

My wife washes them according to their directions because she has a lot of high end clothing that all requires special handling and we have a very expensive washer dryer set due to this fact. So long story and I can say 14 of the 16 pair have ripped in the crotch area, same as nearly all the non 5 star reviews on here. I've posted this fact on their website and the reviews "surprise, surprise" never get posted. These are by far the softest underwear I own, but I will never buy these ever again. The quality is just beyond subpar. I say to all you 5 star raters, come back in update in 2-3 months. I for one am moving on.

I have purchased 3 pair of second skins Tommy John underwear about 6 months ago and all 3 pair have holes in the crotch area. They are very comfortable but they are lacking quality. I am sure Tommy John deliberately makes them so they wear out quickly so they hope you purchase more....not at the cost of $34 a pair. I see your response is 'this is not typical'. Please stop fooling yourself with your typical response of 'this is not typical.' It surely is typical when 50% of the reviews all are similar. You need to either reduce the cost by 50% or increase the quality so they last. TERRIBLE!

First, I love the product. It does everything it says it will in their ads. But after buying 7 separate briefs each has a large and growing hole in the crotch area after a few months. While I want to purchase more product, I’m hesitant not at the price, but likelihood that same issue will re-occur. Tommy John: please fix this issue. I have purchased 10-12 pairs of the second skin boxers over the past year or so. They are very comfortable but like many others on here they barely last a few months before you start getting holes. I have washed them in cool water with no fabric softener but unfortunately they just don’t last and considering they are $30-$35 a pair one would think the quality would be better.

Based off a recommendation from a good friend, I decided to purchase a few pairs of Tommy John briefs about 5 months ago. I bought 5 or 6 pairs, all varying styles and was amazed at the comfort and style of these. Quickly, I purchased about 10-12 more pairs, a few for my wife and cleaned out my brief drawer satisfied.

After about 2 months, I noticed a rip in one pair (second skin and cotton are the main issues). Tommy John customer support accommodated quickly and sent a replacement (as they should). Since this time 3 more had torn, in the exact same spot. I have followed all the instructions to wash and wear, I was asked if I exercised in them, I said lightly, meaning a walk to the subway or the mile to work. To me, for 40.00 + briefs I would think this would be sufficient as I have 3.00 briefs that still aren’t ripped in 10 years. Just today, I found another rip, this time in the lobster print brief. Assuming this was a good business and wanted to keep a GREAT customer, I did the same thing I did for the other 4 pairs. Sent in pics (rip in EXACT SAME SPOT). Followed the procedure.

So basically they had told me no. Twisted my words of “exercise” to save them a few dollars it seems. I even called and was denied as they “already sent me multiple replacements”. What’s that mean exactly? If a product like this is defective and clearly it is, they should replace as many as break. I even said to send me a sport pair for less money and I would not care. Long story short, a terrible experience from someone who spent 700.00 + on these briefs. If you do buy expect them to rip in 5-6 months the same way mine have, I couldn’t have been more careful. It’s truly a shame.

I own over twenty pairs of these underwear in all different styles. First off I do love these underwear but over a dozen have started to develop holes in the crotch area. I paid like everyone else a lot of money for these products. I want to buy more but am worried about the longevity of this product. I am at a crossroads on if I'm going to purchase more or not. I am reading that others are having the same problem. When you pay top dollar for underwear it should last longer than a year. I hope they are aware of this problem and would expect them to address the issues that it looks like many are having.

Just like most of the complaints I get holes in my second skin briefs after a few months. They are by far the most comfortably briefs I have ever worn. I have washed them properly and even bought the exercise briefs from Tommy John so that isn’t the reason. They just wear down really quickly. The t-shirts on the other hand are awesome and no holes. I have about 10 v neck t-shirts and they are all still in great condition after at least four years. Debating on whether to keep buying more briefs or see if there is another similar brand that last longer.

I used to wear Tommy Hilfiger boxer briefs, but got tired of Howard Stern mentioning how much he loved Tommy John for the past 2 years, so I bought 3 pairs a month and half ago. They are so comfortable and the quick draw fly is genius. I was just about to order 5 more pairs when I just noticed holes right in the crotch area. I was mad, because these were like $30 a piece. I can spent another $140 for 5 pairs every 2 month. I don’t have Howard Stern money.

They are very comfortable and I would like to keep buying them, however, I have six pair that have all developed holes in the crotch. It is very frustrating, especially for the price of these underwear. Maybe need to stay away from the second skin style and go to something else or to one of the different brands that people have recommended. Not sure why these would all wear out in the same place.

First of all this is the most comfortable underwear I have ever bought,BUT-DO NOT buy them. After several months of careful washing only in cold water and air drying, they developed small holes (all 6 pairs!). I bought several pairs from Men's Wearhouse and went back to the store several months later after they began developing the small holes. The store manager told me that my expectations were too high and they had a short life! Several months life for $34/pair. I am done with Tommy Johns! its back to Jockey for me. If anyone out there knows of another brand like TJs, that don't fall apart, please post it!

Under a year ago I was wondering through the King of Prussia Mall and stumbled upon the Tommy John store. I had seen advertisements for them and read testimonials so I decided I would go in and look at what they had to offer. I was immediately impressed with the quality and feel of their men's boxer briefs and decided to purchase a 360 Sport 2.0 pair of boxer briefs in Blue Digital Camo and another pair of the shorter trunks in grey and black. After wearing both for a few weeks I decided that I really liked their products and ordered two pairs of the Go Anywhere boxer briefs and have since ordered two additional pairs. While in store and while looking at the labels and information available on Tommy John's website I was instructed to follow the care instructions precisely, and I have made a point to do so during the entire time I've owned any of these pairs.

To my dismay I found a hole in the crotch area of my 360 sport 2.0 the other day, not on a seam where you would expect them to occur eventually, but actually in the mesh-like material next to a seam. Having looked through their return and exchange policy, I am well outside the window for any of those, and either way they are clearly not in "unused and unworn condition" and therefore are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. For something that cost me almost $40, I was making an investment in my long-term comfort and satisfaction. For the same price I can get two packs of Hanes sport underwear that I can treat however I want and they will hold up, and when they do wear out I can afford to buy a new pack.

I initially believed that the quality and performance of these products made them worth their hefty price tag, but after this experience I can no longer recommend purchasing their boxer briefs unless you are okay with having to replace them in under a year. I clearly am not the only person who is having this issue and it's a disappointment that their customer service can't be bothered to offer any kind of solution to this issue. I understand that clothing will wear with time, but asking that much money for one pair and then not standing behind your product really exemplifies to me how little regard companies have for their consumers. Other than this issue, I absolutely love everything else about these boxer-briefs, they're the most comfortable and well-fitting of any I've ever owned, but they're not worth it in the long run if this is going to happen. I will be on the lookout for the others to start failing in the future.

Tommy John response

We're terribly sorry to see this issue and we will certainly be happy to replace. We will be following up with you for further information.

Easily the most comfortable boxer briefs I’ve ever had, but in months have developed holes in the crotch. Not in a seam as a production defect, just in the middle of the fabric. To all having issues with tearing or ripping in the back or front of the cotton and even Second Skin -- I bought a set of 3 Second Skin and my wife accidentally washed 1 of my pairs with fabric softener (the very first time they were washed actually) and the other 2 were washed normally after I found out and told her not to use fabric softener on them at all -- The one washed in fabric softener instantly had started a hole in the back which became worse very quickly. This also happened with the cotton ones I had. Fabric softener is NOT good for any boxers, but it's especially bad with Second Skin. I love the Second Skin, they fit nicely, don't run up and don't cause wedgies. I still give them 5 stars because it clearly says "Do not use fabric softener" on tags, so it's not their fault. Just a heads up for anyone buying them and looking for insight -- GET THEM -- JUST DON'T USE FABRIC SOFTENER EVERRRR.

I have been buying TJ boxer briefs, underwear and undershirts since they debuted at Nordstrom, and I loved the underwear from the start. However, there is now something wrong with the cotton pairs as they are being currently produced. The design, fit and finish continues to be outstanding. However, no matter how delicately I wash them holes in the crotch develop and expand relatively quickly after just a few months of use. It does not happen with the second skin pairs, which I use for running, but the cotton ones that I love for every day wear under my suit - I'm a lawyer so it's my "uniform" unfortunately - develop those holes within but a few months of wear.

That was never a problem with the white packaged pairs that I bought when they first came out. Indeed, I probably still have 10 pairs from back then and they are in perfect condition. I'm a guy so, of course, I have not changed detergents, washing machine speed, or delicate dryer settings since then yet the holes develop (where the, um, other part of the package, the part affected by gravity) and get larger to the point that the referenced body parts fall through the holes there. I hate throwing away TJ underwear but they become unwearable in unfortunately short order. Please, please TJ, track down and fix the problem. I do not want to wear any other company's products as they are otherwise inferior to your brand. - Rick **.

I’ve purchased probably 6 or 7 pairs. They are all gone. Ripped tears. Not in the seams, in the fabric. I can wear one pair but it has tears in the crotch. When new they are amazing. So soft and feel great but they simply do not last. Many people has said this most of the positive reviews are from new purchases. Wanted to buy a few new pair because they are great at first but at $42 a pair I need at least a year. There are plenty of companies with similar fits and fabrics.

Buyer Beware... "The best pair you will ever wear or your money back!" Hog wash...read the fine print. Limitations on how many you can return. Unopened packs are not able to be returned. DO NOT MAKE THE PURCHASE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO TAKE A LOSS IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE FIT AND FABRIC. Great advertising but untruthful!

The underwear are much more expensive than anything we’ve purchased before, but bought a few pairs on the word of the Pod Save guys. My husband LOVES the fit, and the feel of these underwear, so we took the plunge and bought him twelve more pairs (hundreds of dollars). A few months in, a pair got a large hole in the middle of the fabric—NOT at a seam, but in the fabric itself. We contacted Tommy John directly, and they assured us this was not normal, and sent us a new pair of underwear to replace the “defective ones” for free. I appreciated that service, and we actually bought some more underwear so my husband had two weeks worth (he showers twice a day, so wears two pair a day). We hand wash and hang dry these underwear with other delicates, in order to protect our “investment” and to make them last. We’ve never thrown them in the dryer.

Now—probably seven months after our most recent purchase, there are MULTIPLE pairs of underwear with small holes that keep getting larger. Sometimes in the “cheek” of the fabric, sometimes in between where the legs meet, some in the thigh. Of the 20 pairs my husband has, at least 4 of them now have holes, and make them unwearable. (My husband is a teacher; it isn’t like he’s doing crazy work that causes tons of friction on the fabric.)

We thought we found THE brand he would wear and buy for years and years...unfortunately, the cloth just doesn’t hold up. We were looking at spending the money for the Tommy John undershirts as well, since the underwear are so comfortable. For this kind of money, we could have purchased multiple other high end designer underwear. With these concerns over the quality of fabric, especially with how careful we are with washing and hang drying, we aren’t willing to risk more money on other products that might fall apart in less than a year. We had such high hopes for this brand, and loved them initially—we are sorry to say they’ve lost us as loyal customers.

Tommy John response

We're glad to hear your husband is happy with the comfort of his Tommy John underwear! That being said, we're sorry for the issue that occurred with them. It was our pleasure to assist with replacements, and if there is ever anything we can help with in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out.

The underwear are great and fit perfect, however, they don’t last long. I have no less than 4 pairs now that have rips and no longer can be worn. Not what you would expect for underwear at this price.

The product is colorful, packaged nicely...priced little high yet with deals can be competitive. YET bottom line is they DONT last AT ALL. Holes in no time. I've purchased men's underwear at Walmart that have outlasted these by months to years. GET BACK TO WORK TOMMY AND PUT SOME QUALITY IN THE SHORTS!!

While the TV commercial claims the waistband doesn’t roll, that’s a lie. I bought several packs and they all roll/fold. I won’t buy again.. And let’s not forget that these aren’t cheap. For the price you would expect better quality control.

I purchased the boxer briefs and as a whole I liked them but still got the waistband roll over which was very disappointing. I purchased the size I wear but maybe they run small. The material was fine - fit snug which was nice. The little slot in front makes it a little difficult to use the restroom comfortably.

Great underwear, but expect them to wear out in the undercarriage in less than a year. I have about 20 pair, rotate them regularly, and there are at least three pairs with holes in them. For $40+/pair, they should last a bit longer.

My experience with Tommy John Apparel has been excellent. I never realized how much other products lacked until using Tommy John. The underwear fits snug, feels light, and is extremely breathable. The quality of the material is very evident from the time I first put them on. I move frequently throughout the day and now have no issues with sweat buildups now since the fabric is so breathable and light. I also wear undershirts daily and Tommy John's shirts feel like a cool thin layer of super breathable fabric. I truly think that these products are game-changers compared to the other options on the market. Try them for yourself! I promise you won't be disappointed.

I originally purchased the Tommy John underwear because of the advertised guarantees about no weggies, riding up, or waistband rolling over. When I complained, they said I bought the wrong type of briefs and if I bought the longer briefs that would solve the problems. Wrong! Still get some weggie and riding up plus the waist band does roll over on me. Maybe it doesn't on very slim guys. Regardless, they should be sued for their advertised guarantees.

I have tried many boxer briefs over my 30 years and these are hands down the best quality I have ever tried. They are the softest, most comfortable BB... They do not ride up at all. Awesome for under dress pants or travel. Customer service was awesome swapping out the wrong size as well that I had ordered. I recommend to all of my friends and they always reply with rave reviews!

Not sure why there are a few negative reviews on this site. Doesn’t make sense to us!! We are huge fans of TJ.

I tried Tommy John a few years ago and it's slowly taking over my underwear and undershirt drawer. I started with the Go Anywhere and then added some 360s for working out (both in the brief model). I believe the Go Anywhere provides the best value for breathable underwear that can be worn all day long with no issues or movement. The 360s are comparable to other quality workout briefs but I do really like the card slot for keys or a card that won't bounce around during a workout and aren't in an obtrusive location. I've worn the 360s in field environments across the world in the military for weeks at a time and have had no issues and they still look and wear like new.

Recently, I tried the second-skin undershirt and have been pleased with how cool it remains throughout the day. Worked well under a suit in warm weather. Finally, their long sleeve lounge shirt is my favorite item to wear around the house, it's unbelievably comfortable and light but also soft and provides a good bit of warmth too. I also own a pair of their joggers that have been great for going to the gym. For comparison, I have owned a few pairs of MeUndies and although they are similar in comfort and soft materials, the MeUndies wear much hotter and have worn out faster than my Tommy Johns. All around excellent products and will definitely continue to purchase from Tommy John.

I have a couple different styles and love them all, but especially love the Cool Cotton collection. It's like that perfectly worn-in, soft T shirt that you want to wear everyday, but underwear. I haven't had any issues with wear and tear and/or washing and I'm bad and just throw them in with everything else (not on delicates like the label says). They're all great quality in my opinion!

I have enjoyed my Tommy John underwear over the years and have been a customer since nearly the beginning. More recently have had issues with the quality being less than in the past with items unraveling and coming apart. I still have continued to purchase the items as I enjoy how they feel but recently when I purchased an item that was new to me on their site at a discounted price I ran into an issue.

It seems that when you buy something on sale it is yours, it doesn't matter if it doesn't fit, it doesn't matter even if it is the same labeled size as the previous items you've purchased, if they mis-sized or made an error in manufacturing it is yours. This seems surprising from an online company of luxury goods that don't allow the customer to try-on an item before buying it. Imagine if this was the service you received from a brick and mortar retailer like Nordstrom, you wouldn't shop there again! Even given my loyal business over several years there was no consideration, even to the point where they told me, "too bad, those are the rules, no exceptions".

I'm very reasonable, I'm not looking for a refund, just provide me a credit. Seems the loyalty is a one way street. Guess I will give my business to a company who appreciates loyal customers. Perhaps based on the decline in their quality, and the lack of positive reviews about the company, it might have been time to make a change anyway.

Bought 6 pairs on sale. Arrive in a beautiful boxed arrangement. It made me feel that Apple had gotten into the underwear business. That is where the delightful experience ended. The briefs elastic is not robust and allows the underwear to creep down. There is a strange seam in the buttocks that irritates you and makes you think about it all day. When I went to return the items, guess what, sales items cannot be returned! That's right. It's was worth $100 to return to my tried and true friend, Jockey.

The Air underwear were fabulous for 2 washings. Then they did not stay put on the leg and moved uncomfortable up the crack. Will not buy these again. Love the fabric but not the fit. True to no panty lines but doesn't help if they ride up so much after minimal washing. My washing was always done on delicate.

I have bought 6 pairs in 2 years and all of them have at least a little hole, the fabric while it feels great doesn't last with very casual use. Also when I attempted to speak with customer service they couldn't have possibly cared less. I think it is a known issue due to the many reviews and as long as they advertise well and keep duping new customers they won't fix the product.

These 5 pair of underwear are definitely NOT worth the $90 something I paid for them and here's why.

1. The material is so thin that my thumb wet through them just pulling them up. Now I have a hole in one pair.
2. The waistband doesn't stay where it's supposed to. I wear a nightshirt to bed and I wake up with them down around my legs.
3. They don't slide when I pull my leggings up and they wind up around my waist because the legs are HUGE!
4. Pull the tag off to wear them to see if you like them and you can't send them back even with a hole in them.

5. Last but not least... THEY DO GO UP YOUR CRACK!

They look a lot more solid on the advertisements but they're SUPER THIN!

Tommy John's boxer briefs and customer service is horrendous. Let me also say that they blocked me from Twitter for expressing my concerns about the product and quality. The boxer briefs they sell will literally fall apart in 6 wears. Now let me say this is not all of their products but all the boxers briefs made originally and their best selling boxers. I contacted them shortly after all 3 pairs I purchased developed small holes and rips almost immediately. They did however, after my tweet about my disappointment in the quality, send me 2 new pairs. To my surprise the same thing happened in less than 3 weeks. I again took to Twitter and expressed my disappointment. They blocked me. That's all I really need to say. Stay away from these cheaply made products. They fall apart almost instantly.

I heard the advertising for Tommy John underwear 100s of times and thought I need to try them. I ordered 6 pairs of the men's briefs before a 2-week long vacation. I tried on a pair before I left and it seemed to fit nicely so I packed all 6 pairs along with another brand to fill in the remainder of the days I was going away. The underwear had a horizontal slot in the front to let your goods go through when peeing. It is a very poor design as the material barely overlaps. They seem fine when you put them on but when you sit down then stand up the material rids and your good go through the slot and you have to keep putting your hand down your pants to adjust everything.

This is exactly what they advertised their underwear solves. I wore all 6 pairs on the trip using a piece of toilet paper in front to keep my goods from sticking out. When I got home from my trip I asked to get a replacement for all 6 pairs as they are defective or if not just a very poor design. The customer service person gave me an attitude and said they would only refund or replace 1. I spent over $100 on these and I can't even wear them. What a waste of money. I would have been glad to give them another shot and even purchased more if they would have given me a replacement without a horizontal slot. Do not buy these. There are many other brands that don't have this problem like Jockey who I have been buying for over 10 years and never had an issue like this. You have been warned.

I bought into their advertising and ordered 1 of each men's underwear to try it out. The briefs were not large enough to hold the package, the boys just fell out, so I did not even wear them. The boxer briefs were better but both paid needed to be pulled out of the butt crack constantly, exactly what they said would not happen. Nice material, but the fit sucked big time. Then when I wanted to return them... forget it. You can only return what has not been worn and the tags are attached. Their customer service was adamant and they gave me credit for one pair. I will bet they do a sniff test when returned to make sure they were not put on... Stick with Jockey... At least fair value for the buck and the company stands behind the product.

I didn't mind spending the $ on the promised underwear. BUT WHO WEARS underwear without first washing it? I did. It does NOT perform as promised. The boxer brief fit nicely when standing. But if you sit, as most of us do, it does INDEED ride up the thighs forever requiring "adjustments". When I politely mentioned that they certainly didn't live up to what was promised I was told "too bad". "You should have left the tags on, not washed them", and the list of conditions to the "guarantee" went on. All in writing btw so the correspondence is easy to prove up (which I have posted everywhere I can). This company does not deserve whatever business it is generating for the sheer fact of its miserable customer service and lack of any meaningful backup to is "guarantee".

Bought six pairs of this company's expensive boxer briefs. Pair had a run in the leg seem when arrived. It has continued to get worse. Contacted company and they said they would email me about the issue. I received an email that had more questions than a loan application. One wanted to know my waist size in case the problem is I am too fat and ordered the wrong size. Another wanted to know if I wash with cold or hot water and etc. Basically, it was an interrogation to find out how the problem is my fault, and not theirs. An example of not getting what you pay for. Sometimes less (i.e. money) is more (i.e. quality).

Over the past 2 years or so I have purchased 10 pairs of underwear, 4 pairs of socks, a tee shirt and a pair of pants. For the price, I expect great comfort, great service, and exceptional quality. I love the socks, tee shirt and pants. But the underwear, while extremely comfortable, the quality does not match the price. If you can afford to replace each pair of underwear after about a year (wear once per week), this is the product for you. If you expect a product that will last, or at least a company that will stand behind their products, find another brand.

I’m extremely disappointed in the waste of money as after about a year they all have holes in them. I kept wearing them even with the holes (I am a man after all) but when I finally had enough and reached out, they said my experience was not typical. After searching other reviews, I’m finding that my experience is typical. Too bad they don’t have enough confidence to stand by their product for more than a year. I’m not expecting a lifetime warranty, but I do expect them to last longer than they did. Especially for the price tag.

I started purchasing Tommy John underwear in June 2018 and then Jul 2018. I really liked the fit and the feel of the underwear. I was using the underwear for walking to get some light exercise because I am 70 years old. Well, right away one pair of the Second Skin Underwear wore out after using one time in the crotch area. I thought it was just a fluke and Tommy John replaced the underwear. When the second pair failed I decided that the quality and the material was the cause. The second failure was with Second Skin Titanium. You would think Titanium would imply that it is more durable, but actually, it is a lot less durable.

So I contacted Tommy John again and they told me the Second Skin is not for gym usage and that walking is strenuous exercise. The Chat Guy John got mad when I disagreed that walking was strenuous exercise and asked him if it was only for entitled millennials or executives that sat on their butt all day. Oh well. They lost me as a customer and good luck finding anything on their haphazard web page that has virtually no navigation.

Tommy John advertises their waistband does not roll and the legs will not creep up... Well, that is completely false. After spending over $200 on underwear and T-shirts, I contacted the Tommy John headquarters and voiced my dissatisfaction with their product and they refused to allow me to return the product stating "We cannot accept the product after you've worn the product because we cannot resell." I wouldn't expect them to resell the product. Why can't they just honor their guarantees. Additionally, after just a few wearings, holes began to appear. This is an over advertised, overstated and overpriced and underperforming product. I will never purchase a Tommy John product again.

Great store to shop at. Nice colors and the price was right. Salesperson was extremely nice and very helpful. She tried to sell me other items but I informed her I needed to wait. I did not know they had such a good variety. I definitely will visit them again and purchase a lot more items. I needed to bring my husband, brother, and son back in here so that I am sure that I get the correct sizes.

Tommy John is the best quality brand that is currently in circulation. The style is amazing and it's something that I truly love from the bottom of my tremendous heart. It's very nice and I love the overall look for a man like myself. It is the best overall look for all the men in the world. Their underwear is comfortable at all times.

I like the colors, style, cut and size. I like the design of underwear briefs or boxers, cotton blend, silk, wide or thin elastic. Also, new colors and a wide range of designs. But there was not a wide range of colors to choose from and there were only a few styles to choose from. And I don’t like the brand of material used and texture and I would add more colors, designs, and style.

Tommy John offers a variety of styles that appeal to my husband. They have a unique selection of colors and styles of men's underwear to suit everyone's needs. However, I feel that Tommy John is somewhat overpriced. Even though they carry unique styles I don't think that underwear should cost as much as they charge especially when the quality is no better than most brands of men's underwear. Tommy Johns are comfortable and my husband loves them and he would have a heart attack if I were to buy a different brand so to keep him happy I'll keep buying him his Tommy Johns.

Tommy John was a very productive comfortable and easy to use while providing lots of air and flow through the private parts. A bit overpriced for underwear but quality makes up for it. Product excellent for people who like good quality underwear.

I like the material that the Tommy John underwear is made from. It is flexible so that I can be active in them, when I am at the gym for example. I can run, lift and do any other exercise in them without any riding up or friction burn. Compared to other brands that I have used, this underwear seems to allow me the most freedom in motion while still providing a soft material and comfortable fit when I am not being active in them. The waistband on the underwear could be improved to be a little wider and sturdier. I never like it when the waistband on my underwear get folded or twisted up and I have to adjust them. This has happened to me a couple of times with the Tommy John underwear and it is annoying to have to adjust them. Still, my overall experience with the Tommy John underwear that I have purchased has been largely positive. They are easily ordered from their online store and are a good value.

Love my Tommy Johns. Probably the best and most comfortable men's underwear I've ever worn. They are the prefect fit with no riding up the crouch. They are very durable and hold up from washing well. The only thing I'm disappointed about is the lack of bold colorful pattern styles. I image when the product takes off nationally, more outrageous color patterns will be added. The selection and order process was extreme easy. Price was also somewhat reasonable. I love wearing them, not to mention my best gal likes the way they look.

Tommy John was excellent underwear. I would definitely order from them again. It's rare that you can find online a company that has the kind of selection that makes online underwear shopping something that I want to do, but they did for me. I like the underwear to be snug, but also comfortable. I like them to fit just right and have just the right amount of slack. I like them to be black or dark colors. I like them to be attractive and also easy to wash. I do not like baggy style underwear as they do not feel right to me. They are uncomfortable and pesky. This includes but is not limited to boxers and boxer kinds of underwear. However, I do like tighter fitting boxer briefs. They are different to me.

Tommy John men's underwear come in several sizes and in a few nice colors and the styles are very popular with middle aged men. I really like the black waist style. The other features that helped me decide to make this purchase were the availability at nearby stores and online. At times the fit is a little off like in sizes large and medium. There also needs to be larger size options. Another improvement would be to add different styles because they mainly are basic. The person I bought them for really liked them but his size usually needs a larger option so they were a little. But my overall experience was very positive because he really liked the gift.

They offer super high quality underwear with style. They support me very well and stay put. I feel confident wearing them with my partner because I believe they have a nice looking style and colors. The elastic stays strong after many washes. The fabric also stays soft and comfortable after washing. They carry the best underwear that I have ever worn. I was lucky to receive a pair as a gift and I haven’t used a different brand since. I would like them to be a lower price but you pay for the high quality. Tommy John has a great website that is easy to use. I probably spent more time on it than I was planning but it was only because there are so many great designs that I wanted to check out. Every order has been correct and their sizing is always consistent so I know what I’m getting. I was very happy with the whole process.

Tommy John is a first rate company. Their underwear and products are unique. They are extremely comfortable and durable underwear that I have ever worn. These are not snug. They fit very well under your clothes. There were no issues with the products and it exceeded all of my expectations. My underwear was delivered quickly without any issues. And it was very easy, fast and efficient experience. I would highly recommend this company. I would buy from them in the future.

I like this brand because it's name brand men's underwear. It's the Gucci of the underwear world. It's really dope and they have a lot of swag. But they need to be more like boxers. I rock boxers all day all night so it's important to me that they're not briefs. Overall, it was cool. I would buy these over and over again. I need a website I can find these that way I can order them right away.

It's good for you to wear. I like how cool it gets to look and make the skin comfortable, they have may things to offer and you can find what you are looking for. They are focused in making sure that you like what they have, they keep everything so cool and have you check it out. They are good place to shop and I like that one can be treated nice.

I love how comfortable their underwear are and how they are at an affordable price and they come in a wide variety of colors for you to choose from as well. But they need to have more styles and colors of underwear for you to choose from and they need to have more price points for you to choose from and they need to have different materials for you to choose from as well like satin and silk. I had a great experience with the products and I would recommend them to anyone who asks for them and I would tell them that you can not go wrong with this brand.

I like the sleek and quality design of these underwear. They last a long time and are comfortable. Also they are of good style. They also generally come in more styles compared to other cheaper brands of underwear. However, they are a bit more expensive than other cheaper brands of underwear such as Fruit of the Loom. I would improve further on the quality of these underwear without trying to take much of an increase in cost of possible. I would also try to make these underwear more widely available in stores and also online. Also possibly adding more active underwear options would be another improvement. Furthermore, I would come out with collective special editions which may incentivize purchases. Other than that, my overall experience was great and well worth the price and I have really enjoyed my underwear from both of these brands. I will continue to wear and purchase them.

I like the quality and how and where it is made. It's also a reasonable price and doesn't mess up in washer or dryer. It doesn't change colors or draw up so it's one of the best available on the market. Plus it's also a popular brand with a great style so it is a leader as far as style and quality. It's perfect the way it is. But if they wanted to do something is offer the brand at more locations because it's not that easy to find sometimes. Other than that, the overall experience is exceptional. It is a true leader and very well respected in the USA.

It's an overall simple and decent experience. I usually look for the best fitting most comfortable great design and long lasting that gives me support. They fit me much better. They have a very cool design and they seem to be a higher quality with great material that make and doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything at all. But I have to go to the store and find the right materials at a price that fits my budget and has a great design and style.

Tommy John underwear is one of my personal favorites. I found out about this product on social media and everything about it is on point. My overall experience with the product has been a success. Besides this one time I purchased the wrong size, it has been great. The underwear feels comfortable and I love this so much. But I think this product needs more uniqueness. Other than that, me and my friends buy this product together all the time and still, I would recommend it to all of my friends. I will definitely be buying this more often in the near future.

It's a very convenient service that makes it easier than shopping in stores and has a good price for the boxers and underwear... The products are comfortable and I can wear them with anything. But I wish they'd lower the price of solo pieces. Also improve the waistband and make the shorts more durable and have more space in them.
