    Please, be careful when using their services! I made an order that arrived to them 10 business days ago and it disappeared! I tried to contact their customer service in all available ways and all they said is that they were going to send the case to the missing items department (this must be their only department). It's been 15 days and I my order has simply disappeared! I wish I had seen reviews before using their services. I do not recommend it at all! Be careful!

    Trying to send a package for almost 2 weeks with a repeating problem that continue to appear after several representatives said it has been fixed. Tried to contact a customer service manager and the replay was generic and inaccurate, I've answered right away and I'm still waiting for a replay... (right now 2 days). Suggested several solutions without any replay. I'm purchasing online since 2007 and this is the worst experience I had so far.

    I ordered a medical device in October 2020 and used Shipito to redirect the package to my home in Canada. While the package was in transit to the Shipito warehouse, my diagnosis changed. I asked the warehouse to do a straight return when the package arrived. Nothing happened. I followed up, and they refused to return the package without a return label generated by the seller. I was required to pay a storage fee. I got the label and submitted it. Still nothing happened. I followed up and was told the warehouse refused to return the package because they thought it was a residential address (I had to drag information out of them, every time I asked a question, with long waits for responses). I told them that it was not a residential address, just a small company. They finally, on December 21ST, agreed to return the package with the label I submitted.

    It was days before Christmas and I was so relieved, as the package is worth about $200 USD and I have been waiting on the refund. I did not realize that despite my having paid storage fees for the package since October, I would be required to pay YET ANOTHER FEE to finally sent the package back, which the company had up until that point refused to do.

    A month later, the seller had still not received the return. This was now January, and I ordered the product in October. When I investigated, I realized I need to pay yet another fee to release the package back to the seller (on top of all the storage fees, after they have agreed to do the return they should have done months before). I paid the fee, but there was no response from Shipito as to next steps. A week later I logged into my account... and my last payment was logged as a fee to destroy the package. There was no indication that I was paying a destruction fee when I was desperately trying to secure the return of my package. I have now paid rent for three months for a product they have destroyed.

    I have requested a refund for all of the fees they charged to hold my package hostage while refusing to return a package that, by their own policies, they were fully capable of returning in November. They wanted a return label, they got a return label. In November. Why didn't they return the product then? I had to chase them down to find out they had a problem with the way the return address looked, which was easily clarified once I sought them out. Still no return. At every step of the way I had to fight for more transparency as to what was happening with my product, with long delays in responses. This is a company that will keep your package and collect ever-mounting fees, refusing to do what they have agreed to do, with next to no communication or transparency about what is happening to your property. What they are doing is tantamount to theft. Do not trust them with your business or your valuable property.

    I was going to send a New Year gift for my 1yo son 20 days in advance. First they forced redundant package splitting and promised to finish it within 3-5 days for $7. That took 10 days in total. That splitting caused sending price to almost double - $200 in total, because 2 packages needed to be sent. After 1 month I found out that the second package was returned! $120 for the delivery were wasted. The agent said they tried to "contact" the recipient and me (no calls, messages, emails, nothing was received) and directed me to prove in ticket that I did not receive messages. That seems they just make money from clients in every possible way, there's a chance that the second package was fake-sent to themselves, I got no tracking number of it.

    Sent 1 pair of shoes. Once Shipito got the box they inflate the rates and only available options are 50$ and above for shipping. As a reference, I always ship shoes at rates of 15-20$ per pair of shoes. Once I dared to complain on this scam to the customer service they blocked my account and kept my item .

    Started out nicely several years ago but my service experience has been degrading consistently. Letters are rarely being scanned without repeated prodding (used to be auto-scanned on arrival), prohibited items list monstrously extensive (they claim the carriers dictate this but the carriers' own prohibited list is MUCH shorter) so they may reject your mailout at a whim and force you to return the item to seller (if you're lucky enough to be eligible for a return), "forgetting" to refund you when they cancel an assisted purchase (still waiting for over $200, 1.5 months and counting). Sales reps flat out decline any and all requests and won't let you speak to a manager. This will disappoint even the cynics.

    Because we are a third party mail forwarder and, certain items require special permits to ship. Our list is often more comprehensive or stricter than if you had a merchant or shipped an item directly. Our shipping license often will not allow our company to obtain permits to ship certain items

    This company scams you!!!! The shipping calculator shows a shipping cost of 100 dollar. They let you send the package to the warehouse. When all is finish you pay the 100 dollar. You use fast processing and pay for it. They don’t ‘fast’ process the mail-out. So you have paid 5 dollar for nothing. If you ask why it takes so long, they canceling your mail-out. Then you have to pay 300 dollar for shipping. The shipping company (DHL) said that shipping is no problem and the price is 100 dollar, but that Shipito has canceled the appointment to pick up the package. Now you have no choice. Or paying 300 dollar, or losing 100 dollar in all your orders stuff.... Even Shipito takes 4 time money from your Visa where you don’t agreed with. Because they are slow, you also have paying a new month of your membership. Please don’t use Shipito!!!! You lose so many many many money!!!!

    The honest truth is that I haven’t experienced heart broken like this before. To be specific, My boyfriend gift me an iPhone XR but due to having 11 Pro I think using the XR is not really necessary, then I decided to send it out to a friend outside the state whereas is not my first time of walking to FedEx office to send item in person to her....

    Since I’m busy working and unable to go send in person I checked online to see about parcel forwarding company but I wasn’t wise enough to read review about Shipito before getting involved and now my phone is stuck there with them, claiming that I have to provide the sender and receiver identity card which I manage to get and send to them despite that I know it’s not supposed to be so, secondly they are asking for the phone receipt before they could ship out despite that I have make necessary payment with Bitcoin which they confirmed the payment. Since the phone was a gift I couldn’t push the sender to provide receipt.

    Now what I want is that since you can’t ship out internationally then kindly send back item to the sender, I don’t think this is too much to ask even if you have to use out of the payment I made for the international shipping for package return I won’t mind, just send it back and refund my balance to my BTC wallet. A customer don’t have to go through all this and in addition the customer care service is not useful as I have spoken to Nancy, Joanna, Marian and some other I can’t remember but they still don’t want to talk about my phone. What a heart broken. Once again #**. That’s a support ticket number

    I sent a package to Mexico on mid October, order **. It's been two months and the package has not been delivered, I have asked for a total refund but the service refuses it. The customer service is not helpful, they won’t resolve the issue, they won’t tell you where the status of your package is. They will ask you to contact the carrier or custom by yourself, they will leave you alone. Personally, it's the worst service I’ve ever used. If you reading this, believe me, avoid this service.

    Nov. 10, 2020 ShipTo loses packages and doesn't honor insurance claims. ShipTo has lost 3 of my packages now. One of which I had insurance for. The tracking showed that it was sent back to them, made it to their doorstep, and then it apparently vanished into thin air. They refunded me the charge for shipping and considered the matter closed. That was it for me and this company.

    This is the first time I’ve used this company. I shipped a box from the US to Taiwan, only it’s gone to Hong Kong and has been sitting in customs for 3 days. There have been no updates since 11/5/20. I’ve opened two tickets with Shipito without any response. I waited for 15 minutes to speak with someone online and was told I would need to contact the merchant and get a detailed list of what was sent and it’s value. Ummm, the merchant is Shipito and they have all of this information as I filled out the customs forms online.

    It took the representative more than five minutes to respond to my questions. When it took me two minutes to respond to her, she disconnected our chat. I’ve tried to reach them on the phone but am asked to provide a unique code in order to speak with someone. I cannot find this code anywhere on the website!! I will try to contact the courier directly to see if I can get my package. I’ve been shipping items overseas for six years and I have never had an experience like this before. I will never use this company again!!!

    I sent a package from the US to New Zealand and chose Shipito Priority shipping which is very expensive ($70) but I wanted to get the package sooner. On their website, they mentioned that it would take 10-14 days, but after a month I checked the online status. The package was still in the US. Do not trust their service.

    Ticket ** and my package. Katrina is ignoring every single message, her already trying to delete my account once and locking my whole account falsely, and now everything is cleared and ID which took weeks for them to verify and it's still under review and locked. It's like you guys want to steal my jacket? Lol it's not even that high priced but wow this is very insane. Every chat support tells me they will tell her but she is nonexistent. I have been messaging nearly every day from 9/28 and no answer ever from her. I need my package and I lost customers because they couldn't ship it out! Every time I ask live chat there is no help! "We will forward your message to the security department." Two-times they said Katrina would answer that same day and nothing happened?

    I am 10 years Shipito customer. Unfortunately, the company was sold 5 years ago by his founder John Vanhara to a more financially oriented business. Since then the service is bad and they increased the price tremendously. My last experience (September 2020): They took 4 days to put in their system a simple package they received! And 5 more days to send the item! From the Tualatin Warehouse. Hopefully, I am a premium customer with 60 bucks subscription fees paid every year. The only noticeable bad experience I had was in 2013 when a Tualatin staff of Shipito tried to stole my Macbook Air, received from Apple. Thanks to the intervention of John Vanhara they were able to solve the issue. Since then I am not sending anymore any valuable items.

    It’s a pity because they were efficient and fast for consolidation for example. The only explanation I can give for the poor quality of Shipito nowadays is, a company is first maintained by its employees, and valuable staff are gone and management should care about the recruitment maybe with good pay. The increased volume should be not an excuse because you paid for a service. So now I am seeking a serious alternative to replace Shipito.

    My parcel using Shipito was not forwarded onto me. The account with Shipito was in my name but I had posted the parcel to my mother's name because she is home more than me. Because of the discrepancy they would not send it to her without a copy of her passport and 2 other government documents which she was not prepared to give online. They would not change the order or provide an alternative solution in any way. After many emails, there was no solution available other than sharing her personal information and my parcel was not sent. I will never use this company again.

    You were shipping to a name other than your own. This was also nearly 1 year ago.
    When you ship to a name other than your own, we are required to verify the information on the account.

    Records also show this package was received but, you did not provide documentation for the name. Had that bene provided we could have released the hold and sent the package out. We only do store packages up to 90 days and, then they are removed from our facility. You did not verify your account.

    Warehouse is too slow processing any special request. They delayed the arrival of my shipment for 1.5 month (6 weeks). 6 week delay to process a simple request. Reason: misidentified my shipment as "Fertilizer". They can't even read the ***EN label. Horrible Company. Customer Service had no clue. Always giving calming answers with no real action/remedies to solve the problem.

    Very Expensive service. I had to pay almost $200 shipping fees for my order. I would suggest you to look at other cheaper options. After I paid for my first order's shipping, they started sending me coupon for discount on my first order. I don't know if they were trying to fool me or what, cause they did not give me discount when I asked. I had to pay the full price.

    Worst service you can imagine. Staff has no clue what is going on. Nobody has a clue. I have some flammable items in their warehouse. They offered me over email and over chat multiple options how would they send it out for me. I paid for at least 3 of these options just to find out that it cant be sent anyways!!!! So the person on a chat says "Just make another request and I will take care it for you". After I pay for the service just to get it cancelled again. I even offered a local pick up but turned out that local pick up will cost me over 50$ MORE!!!! It takes weeks to receive your money back. Basically I just lost 2 packages to them. They are keeping it. I will make sure to post this review all over the Internet and in each Facebook group that might use this terrible service (selling groups and groups that are used to shop in USA). You guys might keep my items, but I guarantee I will do my best to spread the information about your scam service.

    DO NOT rely on Shipito for your goods or money! My shipment, which was delivered with proof of delivery from Fedex, is now after 6 days not found at Shipito! The customer service is not answering anymore and and I'm left without my paid goods being somewhere in their warehouse. If things are already going so badly within the US warehouse, I can hardly expect that the ordered goods will ever find their way to Germany. Because of my very bad experiences I strongly advise against using Shipto and recommend to look for other services, such as Borderlinx (http://www.borderlinx.com/).     This is a amazing company with superior customer service and I am forever grateful to Monte & Julie. I sold a $15,000 Rolex on eBay and shipped it out unaware that this transaction was fraudulent. Shipito received my package and contacted me making me aware that this package put on security lock because they suspected I was being frauds. I contacted eBay and Shipito was corrected. It was a scam that almost cost me $15,000. Thank god Shipito was able to identify a fraud before shipping my box out further.

    This company automatically knew from their profession and prior experience how to identify fraud and protect the belongings to the owners. My package was immediately secured and locked down and Shipito then returned it to me next day mail. They're quick to react. I love this company and grateful. Monte and Julie great job. Monte is the man. I hope god blesses you for all the good you stand for. This is a solid company. I stand behind them and if anyone says different they're wrong. I would give these people 25 stars if I could.

    Hi Everyone, I Had a account with Shipito which I was using from last 2 years and they shipped everything to me on time, Recently they added a security review on my account and then they asked my business model. Each and everything I provided. They reopened my account and then they closed it again because I had accounts in 2017 for which I paid shipping with same Paypal. Lolx. I even asked them to ship my package to me as most of the items return window is expired. Now the hell they saying, "Do whatever you want. We only return to vender who is not accepting my return due to closed return window. Amazon.de." If anyone can suggest me any solution or legal way I am ready to use it because I am on legal step here even I have importing license in Pakistan. :(

    This company is a fraud, they tend to provide good services to you on your first 3 shipment, and later place a hold on your account to steal your packages. Their support agents mostly place your account under review if you ** (racist)..They stole my package worth over $5k and blocked account in addition. I provided all the information required to clarify my account. I have tried reaching them for a return on my packages since they are eligible for a refund by the merchant, they refuse by telling me it has been disposed off like it's some kinda trash. They do this and later pawn your items. Filing a legal suit against their company and also help spread the awareness on social media.

    I have been a loyal member/customer of Shipito for the past 10 years and have been following many changes with the company. They have been providing very good services all these years. However, with their current Member Rewards Program, it is NOT as cost effective for us as customers. In fact they would cost us even more than before with the "extra" services. As a long time member I have climbed up their Member Rewards benefits program when suddenly they made drastic changes and we started from square one. They can do even better as they did before with their service. Opting for another forwarding company other than Shipito.

    I asked my package to be returned to sender so I provided the return label provided by the merchant to Shipito cs. Julie said it was mailed out on 4/13 and there has been no update. I had to contact them every single day and they were clearly aware that the package was over 3k. When I asked she told me they have camera footage which shows package was mailed out on 4/13 and handed to USPS mailman and they have no liability on this and was told to file a investigation with Usps. But when I asked for camera footage, they refused to give it to me telling me that it’s their security. My package is missing and they’re clearly lying if they can’t provide the evidence that it was mailed out other than their words. I will be filing lawsuit against this company along with police enforcement getting involved. Then my package will be found.

    Superior Customer Service. I want to thank Mariana, April and the warehouse crew at Shipito for going beyond the usual service in a recent special request. I recently needed to have some documents mailed to an address in the US. I am in a nationwide quarantine in Colombia due to the corona virus and unable to have my documents mailed out from here. I requested that they receive them electronically and send them on from their office in California. Their willingness to improvise on a request that was basically the reverse of the service they normally perform shows the superior level of customer support they give to their customers. The communication through telephone and support ticket made it easy to insure that the transaction went smoothly. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a package forwarding service.

    I was made aware a package I sent to one of Shipito's addresses was a fraud attempt and after speaking to them they were able to put a security alert on my package and save it from being shipped out of the US. They were very quick to respond and quick to act and for that I'm grateful.

    I purchased Aluminum Hydroxide powder -- a simple, over the counter antacid (same as ** or **), in powder form for giving my cat. Shipito is refusing the ship it, insisting it is a "prohibited item" which is clearly ludicrous. They not only refuse to ship it to my original international destination but also refuse to ship it to me within the USA, which is beyond belief. Multiple emails asking them to explain how this could possibly be considered a "prohibited item" have been ignored after an initial message telling me the check their list of prohibited items, which I did but of course nothing of the sort is listed. Since then they have ignored all my emails and threatened to destroy it. May even have already done so, I can't tell as their website will not show the package details. Do NOT use this company unless you are prepared to lose your goods.

    Shipito ship forward service works both ways. One delivers packages. The other is a scam to get you to pay for packs back and forth again and again, plus storage, either due to gross incompetence and/or in bad faith. I have had successful deliveries and the two latter. Customs and Federal Police in Brazil DO provide the correct information. Shipito charges you and says to your face tracking is not reliable. Guess what? I kept track easily and had a blow by blow report of had happened.

    Of course, they must deliver 70 - 80% of the packages to stay in business but 'package returned to sender' due to illegible/ incorrect address is their way to make money, too. So, beware. Do not take a chance. The next 'returned to sender' package after clearing customs in Brazil can be yours, even if you are a member. YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN and pay endless storage. Client Service ignores and mocks you on the chat and they erase notifications that are damaging to them while deleting your clear instructions to sort the issue. They have lost/stolen a family item I cannot replace. Do not trust Shipito. Trust the information from Brazilian Customs.

    Used to be pretty good & price-efficient, but they've recently upped the shipping prices significantly, I had to pay no less than $28 for the cheapest shipping option for a small package (and they want more than $50 for faster shipping methods). It's now just about as expensive as eBay shipping services, and makes orders not really worth the while.

    They "disposed" (aka stole) my more than $500 parcel without my consent and then had the nerve to charge a disposal fee of $106. I asked them to extend the storage period but they ignored my message and "disposed" it on the next day, saying once the package is "disposed of" there is no way to retrieve that package. But when I asked what disposing actually meant in that context, I was suddenly talking against a brick wall with copy-paste answers. I kept asking where my package went several times and even offered to buy it back if one of the employees took it as a "present", I practically begged for any hint where I could buy my items back, but the only more information I got was that once the package gets "disposed of" it leaves the warehouse !!AS IF!! it was trashed.

    I know the customer service is not at fault and I figure they are permitted to share certain information but this practice is unacceptable. It is theft. For more insight, look at the critique on the Indeed page of Shipito-LLC. I strongly encourage everyone with similar experiences to be vocal on all social media about the fraud or take legal action if they can. If you need their headquarter addresses, you will find them googling "Shipito-LLC". I am extremely upset and not confident I will get any kind of voluntary compensation from Shipito, so in conclusion: Only trust them with your packages if you're 100% content with it getting stolen at any chance that arises. If you choose a cheap shipping method, they'll just take it and claim they lost it or disposed it like they did with mine. Don't be fooled by the positive replies, because they are most likely bought.

    Someone at Shipito stole my items worth over $120 and they gave me pathetic a $24, even after sending them screenshots of the PayPal receipts of items. This is totally unacceptable. I am a long time user of Shipito for 5 years now and even though I know and been given incentives to use other companies like MyUs, ReShip I still use shipito and this is how company treats me.

    I dont know who they are employing now but what I do know is they will steal your stuff and shipito will declare it lost and pay you peanuts, this had happened before and I didnt put any stock on it until now.     When they receive a restricted item. When they receive a restricted item, they have the right to do not ship it BUT, when you send them prepaid shipping label and ask them to stick on package in order to pick up to send to another address in USA (not international), they reject and ask you to re divide the consolidated shipment and pay for each shipment 5$ special request and send them prepaid AWB for each shipment. Do you imagine that??? I have moved to Ship7.com. They are much better and smoother in dealing with dangerous Items.     I have been Shipito customer for well over five years. I had achieved platinum status several years ago. This status allowed me to get free consolidations along With other benefits like processing fees were free.Then the platinum status icon disappeared from my account so I asked them what happened. They told me not to worry my status was intact they just weren’t showing that icon anymore.

    Now, years later, we receive an email today telling us that our statuses are different because they are based on our previous year’s usage of that account. This is July and I have been enjoying the platinum membership status in 2019 so I don’t understand why my status has been lowered in the middle of the year. I did invest a lot of money in sending packages through their service with the understanding it elevated my status. This company does not honor the incentive programs it offers.

    I used Shipito many many time before, about 15 times or more. Always trusted my goods on their hands. They sended a package to me at January 24th and the package never came. I'm from BR - Brazil, and they labelled my packed with BO - Bolivia. Many many days passed, no response by the carrier. The package was lost. It's very sad because I always trusted them and always received everything. So probably they won't pay me the $60.00 for my lost HealTech Servo Buddy, because I didn't have a insurance. Very sad by the poor job offered.

    I have been using Shipito for 5 years now. I never had a bad experience. I used to ship packages from us to India. Only once my shipment got delayed because of Lithium ion batteries. I also had a first class mail item disappearing but it didn't have tracking number so I am not sure where it disappear. Their charges and membership are reasonable. I have compared prices from other shipping forward companies. I used DHL Express for shipping and the shipping charges were reasonable until last year. But this year it has increased. I don't know why. Is it DHL increasing charges or Shipito adding additional charges, I don't know.

    Hello, I will share with you my experience with this company. I was a member for 2 years this company was amazing but recently this company became very boring and disturbing due to the many problems they caused.

    1 - The first issue is you will be charged extra fees without any reason. Be careful when you place any special request because you will be charged extra fees if you don't notice that. I was charged for 15 packages for $5 extra fees without any reason. I contact the customer support they said don't know why I charged these fees. After one day they issued refund without fix the issue.

    2 - If you place a special request they will cancel it without any reason and you have to repeat again and also you need to contact the customer support to sent note to the warehouse. And in this case, you will lose your time due to this problem of course if you care about your time like me.

    3 - The customer support, they have very bad representatives and they incompetent. They will never help you if you have an issue. Only they what can do is send a message to their warehouse and these representatives they don't care about your satisfaction never. The only representative who help me at Shipito.com her name April. This very helpful opposite others representatives.

    5 - Due to I contact them many times and complained a lot and I report many representatives, they put my account on hold and they request from some documents I sent to them. And this the second time review my account and until now they didn't fix it yet, I still have more than 14 packages on my account With a total of more than 1200 US dollars.

    In the last, I don't want to recommend this company due to the many issues you will get, and I suggest to avoid this company. There many companies except this company. You can choose better one for you. Kind regards.

    I am currently locked out of my account. I am unable to log in. I get to my page and can see half my account on the top half of the page and see all Shipito's blurb on a black bottom half. The page is frozen. When I complained, I was given a ticket number: log in problems. And then emailed a message which read, "Thank you for your email. I'll be away from the office until April 22, 2019 and will respond as soon as I can. Katrina"

    Now that is in nearly one month. I tried a new password, tried to log in and out...tried everything. I have used Shipito for over one thousand freight forwarding purchases. I would expect better service. It helps if the people in the chat are able to help. But it is totally unacceptable for someone in their chat to decide to punish someone and lock them out for a month. This is unprofessional and should be punished.

They once said there was a "Security issue" with a package because it wasn't addressed 100% correctly because the sender made a mistake and that gave the green light to them to add additional charges and fees which made the transaction very long and wasted a lot of my time.     Just have been told (after two months of claiming), that the parcel I have paid to be shipped with tracked service (DPD) is considered lost and I have no right to ask for reimbursement or refund at least! Doesn’t really matter if you pay more for postage as they are responsible for nothing. So not only you’re robbed of your goods but you even lose the money you’ve paid them! Their only explanation was I haven’t paid extra for insurance! I paid extra for tracked postage! This is totally unacceptable anywhere when you don’t get what you paid for. This is just theft.     This company does not deserve ONE star. It is run by a bunch of scammers. I paid $54 for shipping to Europe, with the "parcel priority" shipping method, that is supposedly fast and trackable, but they sent it to me with RR Donnelley who are even worse than Shipito. There's no update on my package for a week and a half now, and no one seems to know where it is or if I'll ever receive it. I tried calling Shipito but they kept hanging up on me, and now my account is locked... They claim in the chat that it's because there were a few failed login attempts on my account, but I know they locked it because they don't wanna be held responsible for their horrible mistakes.

    I shipped my package on November and it's still on way. I asked Shipito where it could be and do they compensate me if the package has got lost. They just ask me to wait until May and they don't compensate anything if you don't pay extra insurance. Now they have already misplace 2 of my packages in their warehouse and when I mailed them and give all the information about tracking code and so on, they just put extra fees about taking pictures inside the box ever. I didn't ask that! I just want them to find my package, not to open it and take for that extra fees. Bad bad company!

    Shipito binds you into a permanent charge as soon as you upgrade from standard. Just as for all other businesses that rely on regular card payments that get forgotten, so it is with this one. I accidentally noticed I have been paying $50 for two years without having a need for their service. Of course they won't repay the current year's fee (even partially) even though it's only February and I have just downgraded. Best to quit, folks. Of course, you won't find any easy indicators how to do that - just as for all other businesses that rely on this cheap and nasty trick to keep you paying. Advice: Be very sure who you pay for and how much and how cancellation is handled. Beware of subscriptions to services you lose interest in or have no further use for.

    I'm not sure what this place really is, but on January 12, 2019, I was scammed into shipping something I was selling for $2,100 on FaceBook MarketPlace. It seemed as though my first time using an online thing such as PayPal, rather than dealing with local people for cash was going to work out. I was dead wrong. If it was not for me catching a few small things wrong with the "PayPal" email (which turned out to be FAKE), I would not have been able to call PayPal and confirm I was had in time to be able to use USPS's Intercept in order to have my package being returned to me. It is all over the review boards of people losing things due to this scam. I have contacted the FBI and USPS's Investigation office. Whatever this company is, whether knowingly or unwittingly participating in this, it is not legitimate in that it deals in moving stolen goods across the world.

    I’ve been using this company to store, consolidate & forward my mail to my residence in Australia (didn’t like it very unfriendly people but I was forced to go there for work and education) and in Dubai. Postage prices are cheap compared to how fast is the shipping by DHL and FedEx. They charge broker fees for each package but that’s reasonable being able to see my packages physically. Back in 2012 they had DHL time critical service (too pricey) which delivered my package in 21 hours from USA to Australia. I was too impressed.

    I have been using Shipito for the last 2 years for purchases I do in US, to be sent to Brazil. In the last 12 months they have lost 2 packages of mine inside their warehouse (one of which as a consolidated package with 5 other items bought separately. Now, they have just told me that they cannot find another package that I requested to be shipped to me. It is a big package: A bicycle suspension fork. I cannot understand how they can lose a package of that size. See, it is not that the USPS, or Fedex, or Brazilian post office have lost the package. SHIPITO has lost it, inside their warehouse!!! And that is the 3rd time in one year!!! It is hard to be that incompetent. They are trying really hard!!!

    In every time they come to me saying they are trying to find it, and after a while, and after a lot of messages that are not replied, they offer you a refund. I DON'T WANT A REFUND! I WANT MY GOODS!!! The refund is based on the declared custom value. So if you declare a lower value, let's say, to save some taxes when importing to your country, they don't care. They will refund you the declared value only. We have to remember that SHIPITO exists because of that. Most customers are doing that. Otherwise, just imported through Amazon, and you do not deed SHIPITO.

    Also, if a relative from you sends you a gift to your Shipito address, let's say, a book of photographs that for you is very valuable, but for customs you declared US$20, if they lose it, they will refund you US$20. They don't care about how pissed off you are or will be. They don't care, they don't give a **. Shipito, stop losing my stuff, and do what you are paid to: To send the stuff to me!!! I do not want a refund! I want my goods!

    This is my first time using Shipito. They are currently holding two of my packages as hostages. First they misplaced one of my package. I emailed them, they found it and the same was showing in my account... BUT what I see are additional "special charges" slapped on to it. Photos $2, customs declaration $5 plus I would have to pay extra charges which they have declared beforehand which are $2 per package, $3 for consolidation and $10 monthly membership fee if you want the option of package consolidation.

    Now my I don't know why my account is under review. They want me to fill two identification form for different name??? And submit invoices of my purchase. Wtf! P.s. one of them being a nickname. How on earth would I submit documents for a nickname! It was only my account name... Wtf! I cannot submit the required documents for a nickname and so I think I'll have to give up on my package??? I bought those with my hard earned money you **! Not by just thugging people thousands of miles away. But what I am is persistent.     I've sent myself over 30 packages from the USA using Shipito from USA to Canada. Never had any problems - I've sent items between $10 and $1000 in value. Those people posting low scores and bad review about being 'robbed' have probably been scammed by the person they bought the item off or the thieves that work for the actual delivery companies.

    Shipito is stealing Brazilian clients. I'm trying to receive several packs from them since 08/04/2017. There is 4 (FOUR!!!) extend storage fee. They're charging me $37,00 only on extend storage. After sending 18 boxes with safety razors, they cancelled my mailout 3 times!! They're trying to force me to chose one particular company to send my things, but all other stuff arrived using US air mail, claiming US air mail can't deliver two safety razor!!!

    Sent an item to redirect to Brazil. It was not an expensive item, but the delivery charge was more than half the price of the product AND just to find out later that there is no tracking, no insurance, no guarantees at all that my product will be delivered? What the hell is US government doing, allowing losers companies like this to provide the ** delivery service ever without no obligations with the clients? For a moment I felt back in Brazil again, thought it was a serious service from USA, but in the end I guess quality of service and customer support is not a major concern to anyone anymore Worldwide. Don't fall for that **, do not hire Shipito to anything, they do not have the skills to do a good work on delivering goods around the World. Your package will get lost or maybe not even sent anyway.

    I paid $50 to upgrade my account to premium. 1h later I had second thoughts and emailed them ASKING if I downgrade they would refund me the money paid ($50). Result?? They downgraded my account and kept the $50. I feel robbed (because they actually robbed me).

    We had a fraudulent transaction at our business and I tracked it to this company. I called 11/21 and spoke to supervisor (HA) MARIAN and was advised that this order had been received and forwarded to another address. Was told could not provide new tracking information. I would have to contact police and have them contact her for that information. I called MARIAN back and she did track the order and found that it was not delivered and was scheduled for delivery the following day, I ask for her to put an "intercept" on the package and have it returned.

    Advised her that as long as the package had not delivered if she does that then it will STOP the delivery and they could return our product. She advised me that once we got off of the phone that she would have this done and call me back to let me know she had followed through. Well it ends up that she NEVER called back and NEVER issued an "intercept" on the package. This company knew this was a fraudulent order once I had provided her with all of the details but did NOTHING to STOP IT!!! NEVER USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! KARMA IS A ** AND I HOPE THEY GET THEIRS!!!

    Ugh, this company charged 120.00 to my PayPal account. Unfortunately, I noticed the following morning. By that time, it was already charged and now I am being charged for the purchase that I DID NOT make because NEITHER company will refund me. All I want is my hard earned money back. When I tried to make a complaint to the company, I received an error then my email got hacked. I wish I had thought to take a picture of the screen the first time I tried to file a complaint with the company.

    I've been using Shipito for almost 2 years and I've always shipped packages here to Brazil... Until then I never had problems, but when I decide to buy some items of greater value (watch, sunglasses, console) after the consolidation where they opened and they saw my merchandise, mysteriously it disappeared... And this thug company reimbursed me only the declared value for the post, they did not want to know, I sent the invoices of the amounts paid and these thugs ** to the situation... I was robbed in 500 dollars!!! This company needs to be reported!!!

    I am an honest hard working junior doctor. I ordered two iPhones currently unavailable in the UK. I have never had a problem before with Shipito but that is how I guess they operate. Win your trust with a few packages and when something valuable or desirable comes in then they strike. They allege to have sent out a package containing two iPhone X mobiles. The total weight of two boxed phones when sent by apple is over 1kg but courier only took receipt of an item which was 0.48kg. I would never use these guys again and would recommend you avoid like the plague. I will never trust another drop shipping company again. I have lost almost £2500 ($4500) and feel disgusted with myself and with Shipito. Absolute criminals have contacted police.

    Someone used my PayPal debit card to try and purchase something from Dell. Fortunately, PayPal debit card purchases trigger PayPal to send an email to me. I immediately and successfully thwarted the purchase by disputing the charge via PayPal and Dell. Dell let me know the information for the fraud, but Shipito won't release that information of Customer **. They said they have frozen their account, but they can, presumably, open another.

    Reading all the other posts makes me think that Shipito may actually be a company that defrauds. I don't know. I am considering my options since Shipito said they can't deliver my message of "Nice try!" to customer **. I think the smart thing to do is to purchase everything thru PayPal so that you are immediately alerted to purchases. That is what helped thwart the fraud. I am sure PayPal would have covered the charge, but I don't want fraudy transactions on my record. A database of fraudy addresses will soon help curb this kind of theft. Knocking on wood...

    I tried to get my package from Shipito. I send them confirmation order, billing payment, tracking number, confirmation order. They got all information, but they still want my driver license. I gave them my driver license, but they still want my passport. They knew the package belong to me. They just want to steal customer identity. Beware!

    Dont use it! Those clumsy ** managed to send 4 of my parcels to the wrong address! Although I provided a correct one. I think they did it deliberately because once the packages got returned to the warehouse they did 2 things: marked them as delivered (although tracking showed it was delivered to THEM) and relisted as new ones - to be paid for AGAIN! I miraculously was able to get 2 of those parcels by making claim to the post office that I was waiting for parcels from US.

    And when I refused to pay for the parcels again they told these werent their fault that the carrier sent to wrong address and that those werent insured (what has that got to do with it when service was not provided?). Then I started PayPal claims for those parcels (20 dollars), they never answered to the claims or reshipped within 2 weeks! So I got money back. Now they put a hold on my account and invoice of 89 to be paid otherwise I would not get my 3 parcels that are in the warehouse from them. And 89 is said to consist of the 20 I got back plus "chargeback fee". Lol. For the service that was not provided. Anyway I reported them to the police and FTC, and suggest others do the same. You may not be in US but their local authorities can deal with them when you make a complaint!

    These guys did an error when sending my package which cause it returned back the warehouse. Via the dialogue via the support system it became clear Shipito were in fault and once that got clarified I was advised my request got escalated to the claims department... Or in other words -- gone. Disappeared. Zero response ever since despite numerous follow ups... They simply fail to correct their own mistake and in such a way they have appropriated my stuff. Do not trust.

    I have no recourse because I am not US citizen, but this company is a total scam. On multiple occasions I had pictures of my packages taken at HAWTHORNE facility and THE NEXT DAY THE PACKAGES Stolen by employees in the warehouse. $1,000 USD worth of merchandise. After repeatedly trying to call their worthless support staff 2 months later a supervisor told me they shut down my account and took my remaining deposit because the department of homeland security seized my packages of clothing for my newborn son. Not only did they lie about the fact that they stole my packages, they even tried to cover up their lie! Personally I am shocked a business like this operates in the US. I do a lot of business in the US and have never had an issue of outright lies and fraud as those perpetrated by Shipito. I cannot wait until these animals are arrested and fined.

    I ordered two vehicle dash cams from Amazon.com and they were delivered to Shipito location in Hawthorne, California. They took pictures of the items, as is customary. The items were stolen by employees in the warehouse. Shipito has refused to reimburse me or replace the items. This constitutes theft. They continue to operate with impunity. I do not understand how this is permitted when there is abundant evidence and accounts of fraudulent activity by his company. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

    These guys are a disaster. They let you pay for courier shipping and then they use some crappy private contractor with NO tracking. Everybody is losing packages with these muppets. They are thieves and crooks. I lost a 2000 USD item because of these guys.

    Please do not use this company. They stole me things for $1500!!! They are still keeping saying that: The package wasn't insured (was!!! every single package), when I want see prove, that they start acting. Or this stuff were never in our warehouse WTF!!! I see those packages on pictures from them!!! I see Invoices. I see emails where the shipito writing that those packages were received!!! If I'm not getting my stuff back I go to court!! I'll not leave $1500 to some criminals. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY SEND YOU FEW PACKAGES SUPER PERFECT!!! BUT THEN... THEY JUST STEAL YOUR STUFF.

    Do not use other than the regular airmail shipment option. Other options are just a rip off your money! After you pay a lot of money on the shipment, you would still have to pay a large amount for the customs fees if not by regular airmail... Be aware!

    Big time scammers: I never had a problem with my first test ship. Second shipment was bigger and more expensive. They put my account on hold after I used PayPal to fund the account as my PayPal account name differs slightly. I never had this issue with the first shipment. Anyway, they lifted the hold after I explained why it is different. It happened again when I needed to put in more money. I was assured by their staff that it is not an issue. They lifted my pending again. But when the time came to shipping the items, they flat out refused to send out the package.

    I gave them passport and driver's license copies and sign their forms to try to sort out this issue and call all of them countless times but to no avail. I told them their staff had previously sent me emails saying the name will not be an issue. Bloody hell, they lift the pending not once but twice. That's the reason I kept funding the account. If I had a whiff of trouble ahead, I would have redirected my shipment pronto. The phone call alone to sort out this issue with Shipito cost me 30 bucks. At the end, I had to get the seller to pick up the item. But that is not the worst. The worst thing is, they charged me $8.50 for each package that they hand back to the seller - ridiculous.

    The fault did not even begin with me when it is their staff that had been giving out incorrect information from the start. They should have left the account on pending if it was such a big issue. I would have stopped funding immediately and redirected my stuff somewhere else. But, oh no, they waited till everything is at their warehouse and you are at their mercy. They apologize a lot but still would not bulge an inch. I do not expect much but at least an offer not to charge the $8.50. It's bad enough not to receive the product you paid for but to be charged the return fees is downright disgusting.

    So at the end of the day, 80+ bucks in my Shipito account got sucked up by the return fees and the initial processing fee and repacking fee. So if you're thinking of using Shipito for your shipment, well you better think twice. I'd rather deal with a shipper with more integrity than this. So Shipito - not only have you lost a customer but this customer is so unhappy about your utter contempt of him that he wrote a review about it and will try his best to spread it out everywhere.

    Shipito are thieves and criminal, pure and simple. Avoid them at all cost! Shipito.com in Torrance, California enticed my fiancée into a monthly membership for $25 and then added an assisted purchase service for which she paid separately $8.50 plus cost of purchase, sales tax, and shipping. And on top of that, they charged 10% commission from the purchase cost, but that wasn't enough. These Shipito scammers charged another 5% pretending to be Visa fees.

    When she had to order more items, they kept charging her card for every item they received. She called and cancelled the membership and even paid for an additional month that she didn't use due to their questionable calculations. Despite this, she continued to be billed $25 a month because of the credit card information that the Shipito scammers got from her membership during registration, which did not cover any assisted purchases. When challenged on these fraudulent charges, the individual introduced as the senior manager explained that the membership was just like buying a car. If you decide to keep it in the garage, you still have to pay for it.

    When I explained that according to my own understanding of California and federal law Shipito has a right to claim money they feel they may be owed, but do not have the right to abuse credit card information or make charges against an account which the owner of that account has clearly stated they do not authorize. Since my fiancée cancelled by email, and has confirmation of the cancellation and since Shipito confirms that the cancellation was due to her stopping the service, they are wrong on two accounts. Firstly, they are charging without authorization citing a membership agreement they have confirmed is closed; and secondly, as the car analogy is ridiculous since a car is a physical item you own and Shipito is claiming that they should still be paid for existing, even though there is no way they could ever provide the services they want to charge for. One of their useless staff ended our conversation saying that given the economy, they couldn't afford to let anybody cancel their membership and so, by the direction of his boss whom handles these issues.

    I tried to contact them by email about these problems several times with no response. When pressed for the details, they kept sending me to their FAQ page. Their flustered explanation was to say that the agreement would be in force as long as Shipito decided it was in force, an answer I found rather extraordinary. I told them that I didn't think that the California or Federal courts would not be sympathetic to that interpretation, to which they outright scoffed and would continue to charge whatever they thought was a proper fee. Shipito.com has gone beyond mere predatory contract practices and is engaging in outright criminal activity. Do not trust these people with your credit card information as they have proven that they will take credit card info from one agreement and use it to charge for another one. Further, the only cancellation policy they can clearly define is not even existing.

    On a personal note, the most annoying aspect of this is that these people arrogantly show you that they will continue to submit credit card charges for which they know they do not have legal authorization to charge (if by no other means in that they themselves confirmed the original membership cancellation) for services they fully admit they are incapable of providing in any reasonable manner.
