I should have checked Consumer Affairs before trying to place an order. I placed an order and received an order confirmation on the webpage. I purchased three parts for a whirlpool washer and next-day shipping. I never received an email regarding the order. I tried calling many times, and after 15-20 minutes, the phone disconnected, stating their system was down. Another time, I selected the callback option, but no one ever called back. I finally tried their chat feature on their website and was told that an order didn't go through despite the charge to my VISA card. Now I'm forced to file a fraud claim with my credit card company. I believe the company is fraudulent and potentially gathering credit card information. Beware!

I ordered Payne fan motor and capacitor on September 26, 2023 via telephone. The product was back ordered and was told my credit card will be charged once the order is shipped. My credit card was charged on October 11, 2023 and the product did not arrived. Customer said I returned the order and I was charged the shipping cost. They did not send the product and there is no tracking that it was shipped (UPS or Fedex). There's no way the product can be shipped from Michigan to California back and forth in 3 days. They made me wait on phone for about 30 minutes twice. The first customer representative transferred me to another department just to avoid helping.

“My recent experience with RepairClinic.com has been incredibly frustrating. I initially ordered a vent cover for $11 and a dryer timer, opting for next-day shipping at an additional cost of $27. Shortly afterward, I decided to purchase a motor from them as well and requested that it be shipped next day with my previous items. However, the customer service representative refused to do so, despite the fact that I had already paid for next-day shipping less than 30 minutes prior.
The next day arrived, and to my disappointment, neither the timer nor the vent cover showed up. I checked the website and discovered that the estimated delivery date for these items was October 11th, which was far from what I had paid for. Feeling frustrated, I called customer service, only to be met with an unhelpful and rude representative who hung up on me. My second call yielded a similar result, with no assistance provided.
I even questioned the cancellation of my order for the motor, which had cost me $350. They claimed they couldn’t cancel it and failed to provide any confirmation. It became apparent that the customer service at RepairClinic.com was outsourced and unprofessional. This entire experience led me to report fraud to my bank, cancel my card, and explain. I would strongly advise against using RepairClinic.com, especially when their shipping practices and customer service leave much to be desired. I also would not trust the return policy or what you might receive.

Called for assistance with a lawn mower part that I cannot locate on this company's website. I have the model number but cannot find the part so I called the 24/7 help line. My call was answered, then I was put on hold, after 13 minutes the call was disconnected. I called back, same thing happened again. I can only assume incompetence and poor training.

I ordered 5 air filters from Repair Clinic for my Amana PTAC unit. (order #**) This order was placed near the end of May. I was advised a couple of times of delays that the filters were on back order and would be delivered soon. The original order eventually showed up at the end of July. Unfortunately the filters they shipped were for some other unit, not mine.
After some effort, I obtained an RMA for the improper filters, but I was obliged to spend $15 for shipping to return them. Presumably, I will eventually get the $46 purchase price back. I ordered and paid for 5 new filters of the appropriate type. These filters arrived last week. They were indeed the correct filters, but there were only 4 filters in the box. So I basically ended up paying a 50% surcharge on the four filters I finally received. Now, stuff happens, and Repair Clinic might be a fine source most of the time. Unfortunately, my experience was sub par.

I ordered 2 products Jan 24th, 2023. The original shipping date was 7-10 Business Days. Shortly after ordering one of the two items arrive, I log in to their website and it says two products shipped and delivered. (Not true.) I contact the company, they agree there was an error and it looks like the product is in the warehouse and they will ship next day. (Also not true.) Waited a week, no product. I contact the company again, "sorry sir, the item is backordered but you're #3 on the list, it should be in stock shortly." (Again, not true.)
Went on company chat, no help at all... Called in, spoke to a supervisor. They apologized for the mix up, and confirmed the unit is back ordered and may take some time... So I waited, checked online from time to time and no product... Almost 6 months later I get an email saying the product has arrived but they were unable to charge the credit card on file, they will hold it for a week.
Next day I call in, spoke to a really rude person who had zero interest in helping me. Finally asked her to update the credit card on file as the expiry date had been entered wrong (honest mistake, easy fix). She reluctantly listens to me read off the information etc.. and agrees that it has been updated and the product will likely ship the next day, once the transaction has gone through. After hanging up the phone, about 30 seconds later I get an email stating my ordered had been cancelled! "We've cancelled your order. Per your request, we've cancelled your order (#**)." The same lady who just took the credit card information actually cancelled the order and put notes saying "customer not wanting to wait and wants to cancel" (completely false, flat out lie).
I called in and was able to place a new order and have the item shipping the following day. I then wrote an email stating how badly the lady was on the phone etc.. I got a reply from Veronica L, Call Center Supervisor. She apologized for the whole issue then put the orig discount back on and removed shipping from my order. Finally someone reasonable willing to help me out.
July 25th, 2023 the part arrives, I call the technician, he arranges to come install the part July 29, 2023 (today). Opened the box for the product, he removed the old one, puts new seals in etc.. Then turned the breaker on and the thermostat up to high heat... As soon as the fan comes on there is a really loud spinning/rubbing noise. We shut the furnace down, he removes the part and inspects it closely. The fan that attaches to the motor inside the fan housing is broken making the unit useless.
I end up paying the technician 3 times what was orig expected as he was able to use the old fan portion on the new motor, got me up and running... Finally I contact Repairclinic.com again and they basically tell me, oh you installed the unit? "Sorry we can't help you..." Which is where we're at now. $700USD For a broken part... not willing to partially refund etc... Thanks! Last time we'll use them...

Ordered a clutch drum for a PoulanPro chain saw. It arrived in a few days (the only reason for one star). It was not the right part, made several calls only to be put on hold, 45 minutes total. Tried the virtual assistant, it kept dropping out, sent a message (3 days later, still no response). Several attempts today, phone waiting about 1.75 hours, thought someone would finally answer. Did finally speak with a very rude woman who told me they would not pay for return shipping and might take over 3 weeks for my order to be refunded. I'll eat it this time. I rechecked, I ordered the right part, they don't chose to make it right. Never heard of "Repair Clinic" before, they do not deserve to be in business!!! Many other very good parts suppliers are around. I have been in the repair business for many years.

My review is unfortunately very similar to others' reviews. I had to order two pulleys for a commercial customer. They had a set price on their website that was agreeable and our customer was quoted. We waited over a month for the pulley. When they finally updated the website that they would be shipping it, I noticed no movement for several days. I reached out to customer service via chat, and received a very rude unprofessional response from their online customer service agent that the part was still on the trailer and hadn't been unloaded, and once it was, it would be shipped. I also noted that they raised the price on their website, and inquired to make sure I was going to be charged what was already agreed and ordered to. I received a very snarky response from the agent. Move forward a few days, and the item still hadn't been sent.
Then finally after 4 days more of waiting, it was shipped via Fedex. While checking the Fedex site for the arrival, it scheduled delivery for a Sunday via home delivery. Then I noted that they had a problem with the barcode being mislabeled or unreadable. The package had allegedly made it as far as my local Fedex, but then was sent back due to the barcode issue. I reached out to them, and requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. They gave me lots of run around that it was still going to be delivered. I immediately had to contact my bank to initiate a dispute because they were insisting it would be delivered, well it is set to be delivered back to them. Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Very unprofessional, and I would never place another order with these people again.

I ordered a convection fan motor for our oven. There are multiple part numbers that are the same motor just with different electrical plug styles. I ordered the wrong one. The plug style was the same but the distance between the terminals was slightly wider than what I needed. I had mounted the motor to my oven before realizing this. I informed Customer Service of the issue immediately, received a return label, and ordered the correct part. Upon receiving the correct part, the electrical terminal was broken inside the box. Again, I contacted Customer Service immediately. They coordinated a return and shipped another part. This part also arrived with a broken terminal. This time the box was inside another box and the part was still broken. I contacted customer service again and they setup another return and shipped a third part. Finally I received a part I could use. Every time I had an issue, I provided pics of the damaged parts.
Then a couple weeks later, I was informed that they would not refund me for the part that I ordered incorrectly because it had marks on it where the mounting screws go and they could tell it was “installed.” Yes… it was mounted for 10 seconds before realizing the electrical plug would not work. It was never used. The electrical plug was different my millimeters and barely noticeable until attempting to connect the plug on the stove to the terminal on the part. So, my experience took 4 shipments and cost more than double what it should have cost since I had to pay shipping to return the part that I ordered incorrectly. Yes… I ordered the wrong part but the difference between what I ordered and the part I needed was not included in the part description and it was not a direct part # to part # replacement. Now they say I can pay shipping again to have the incorrect part (the one they won’t refund me for) back. The one that won’t work on my stove anyway.
This is one of those companies that is more about their policies than doing the right thing for their customers. I understand policies and realize some people try to take advantage of the situation but I was transparent about everything throughout this process, provided pics, communicated in a timely manner, etc… Won’t be ordering from this company ever again.

I ordered an agitator kit by searching using the Kenmore model number on my 110 series machine. I opened it before taking the old parts off, and most were different. I realized that the O-Ring and Dog Ears should be all I need to get my machine working, and they appear correct. I called about a refund and have to either eat the extra cost for wrong parts or go for who knows how much longer without the use of the washing machine. On top of that, the agent was very rude about it and beyond unconcerned by the dilemma their mistake has put me in. I will not do business with them again.

I had used Repair Clinic in the past. For my AC, I needed a specific blower fan module difficult to get. They list it at a good price, so I ordered, knowing the part has yet to arrive to them. Immediately after, the price of the part changed on their website. As they realized they had made a bad sale, decided to not fulfill the order but continuously delay the shipping. Every date that they were supposed to ship, they will delay it. I called them, and they assured me it was coming. They had no intention to fulfill the order, just to get me tired until, after a month, I cancelled and got it from another site. Unbelievable unethical. They could have contacted me and explain the price issue. I needed the part, and they made me waste a month without heating in the middle of winter. Never again will get my business.

Ordered high temperature switch for my furnace on 12/14 with anticipated delivery 12/16 if I paid for shipping & handling. Well, it's 12/27 and I still don't have the part. The cost was more than twice the competition, but their anticipated delivery date was the best. Until it wasn't. Calls to customer service take a long time, but what else would you want to do on your vacation? I've requested canceled order and full refund. I've ordered from a competitor that just gave me overnight shipping and notices that the part is on the plane (way better than the outdated confusing status I get on RepairClinic's chosen shipper). If you're wondering if spending some extra time or even money on shipping by going with a competitor to RepairClinic is worthwhile, my experience says yes.

What happened? Is this company another casualty of the pandemic supply chain breakdown? Over the years I have successfully ordered a number of parts as well as receive helpful technical info/videos from this business, which helped me avoid costly technician repair costs and keep a few appliances going a little longer. And now I am on forever hold on phone or chat, only to be told at the end of the wait that they have not yet received the furnace part that I ordered back in October. Part was supposed to be delivered a few days ago. It is December, and I have no heat, except for two space heaters, which can only be on when I am at home. They are now telling me that it might be February when the part comes in.
OK, so that might be true, and also true that they cannot control factory production, but I received NO email notices! My order wasn't for some rinky-dink part for a coffee maker or something. It's for my furnace! I am so disappointed right now. I give three stars only for the past performance. I hope that this is only a temporary failure of service. By the way, the furnace in need of repair is a Rheem. My Trane furnace that I had before was MUCH better than the Rheem.

My experience is like so many on this website. I ordered a part for my dishwasher. They sent the wrong part. I called. They sent a replacement part assuring me that if it was still wrong I would get a full refund. Spoiler... wrong part again. Since getting that second wrong part, I have emailed them pictures, talked to four different representatives, and I had a guy hang up on me. On two of those calls, I was promised a refund was coming... nothing. One of the agents, just flat out told me he would not give me a full refund after we talked for over an hour.
Every time I called, I had to wait 15-60 minutes to finally talk to someone and then it was like starting over from ground zero every time. So much time wasted. I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am just asking for a $27 refund. I don't understand why it is so hard. I think ordering from this company could be a good experience if there are no hiccups, or mistakes. But, if you do have issues, the customer service is one of the worst I have ever worked with.

If I could give a zero review I would. I received the wrong part and called customer service who sent me a label to return part. I followed instructions to return part out of my own money to only get the following email stating they would not refund my money. We recently received your return here of the Door Switch Kit on this order. Unfortunately, per RepairClinic.com return policy, to qualify for refund, parts must not have incurred damage such as signs of installation by the customer, marks, or scuffing. This includes connections of wires, testing with meters or mounting the part. Electrical parts must not have been installed. Item must be returned in its original packaging including retail box and must include all accessories originally included with the item, as shown on your packing slip below. Once a part has been hooked up or installed it becomes a used part and cannot be sold as new.
The part you returned shows scars on the terminals which happens after hook up or connection of the wires. We can do one of two things- we can return the part to you, provided you supply the return shipping label (from USPS.com, FedEx.com or UPS.com), or we can toss the part out. We will hold the part for 2 weeks. If we do not hear from you in this timeframe we will dispose of the part.

I called another online parts dealer and they had the correct part which I ordered. I called Repairclinic back and gave them the new part number which they also had and told me BOTH that part and the part they sent me would fit. They wanted pictures of both parts which I told them if you sell both parts then just look at them and you will see the difference. The place that sold me to correct part said my model number only with an A at the end, which I don't have, would be for the part that Repair Clinic sold me. They sent me a part that didn't fit in my refrigerator. I contacted them about the issue, and they assured me I'd get a refund if I sent the part back at my own expense. So I packaged it up back in the original box with the original protective padding and sent it to them, at my own expense. A few days later, I got an email with photos claiming the part was "damaged in shipping". The photos showed a small rigid tab of plastic that had been snapped off of the electrical plug. They told me to file a carrier insurance claim if I wanted to be compensated.
Somehow, the part was able to make it all the way to me without any issue, but in the same box with the same padding, it managed to break on its way back to RepairClinic.com. After several weeks of assertive emails, I finally managed to get them to ship it back to me, again at my own expense. They put it back in the same box, with the same padding, and magically, there was no further damage to the part when I received it.
I'm absolutely convinced that this damage did not happen in shipping, and I'm not about to commit insurance fraud with the US Postal Service just so RepairClinic.com doesn't have to honor their refund policy. At a time when a lot of us are trying to save money by doing our own repair work, these guys are taking advantage of honest people. They are scam artists. Don't take my word for it. She just gave me an address and I asked about a label and she said we had to return it at our expense. I received an email saying that the terminal was scuffed either from installing it or testing it with a meter. I called to dispute that the lady I talked to said she’d have the return manager call me back. She seemed amused. I got an email back the next day. No call saying they rechecked it and the plate that screws to the washer was damaged. Nothing about the terminal. They can’t even get their story straight.
Looked on BBB also. Made a complaint. A lot of people are having problems with them on there too. I believe it arrived to me damaged or this is a scam they pull on people. Either way their return policy is not clearly visible nothing was said to me when I asked about the return. They boldly display 365 return policy. If I never installed or opened anything and can’t even return it don’t expect to get a faulty part and be able to return it. Not if it was installed in any way either. OMG this company is an absolute scam operation!!!! They sent me the wrong part so I returned it. They refused to refund me for the part claiming I had used it, which I had not. SO basically the "return policy" they have in place isn't a return policy it is a system designed to take people's money by sending them the wrong part and then when you return the part they can claim it was used, not refund the customer's money and keep the part and re-sell it. So it's a win-win for them and a lose-lose for the customer. They get to make money off a part twice and the customer is SOL.

RepairClinic.com made a unilateral decision to ship just the knob, charging the minimum shipping fee of $9.99. At the same time, they said that the crank MIGHT ship in another month, but they really didn’t know. But, IF the crank became available, I would only be charged for the crank, not for shipping. So, I end up being on the hook for a useless handle and the full shipping cost, nearly doubling the cost of the knob. This is most objectionable and should not have been done without my agreement.

I was looking for a replacement set of knobs of an LG oven and ordered from them. The total cost with shipping came to $52. Well, to my surprise, I received one knob. So, apparently to get an entire set of four would cost $200? They have to be out of their minds to charge that amount. Needless to say, I am angry and will be returning the single overpriced knob probably at a loss of the $10 shipping charge and likely an additional shipping charge to return it.

Call-line manager very curt, evasive, and uninformative. Staff provided updated delivery date of 10/2/20. Part not received as reported. Online account still shows 9/25/20 delivery date. Another call on my part determined a new delivery date of 10/10/20, but staff would not commit to it in any way, nor was able to explain the delays. Spent $700. Still waiting for delivery and hope it's the correct part based on others' experience with this firm.
My experience has been poor with this company. I should have used a local firm for the part. Use this company only for small items that are not time critical, and for parts that you are OK with should they arrive incorrect or damaged, and you have to absorb the cost. The firm should at least have dynamic tracking reporting that is up to date. BUYER BEWARE.

I had mounted the part to see if it fixed the problem but it was never turned on or used. I called their customer service and told them exactly what I had done and they said it was a “used” part now and they don’t sell used. They said they would inspect the part if I sent it back. I sent photos to show that it was impossible for the timer to be installed because it was completely different in every way including mounting holes and plug configuration. They sent me photos to show some marks that they say prove that the timer was installed. Follow-up on the initial order resulted in the purchase price and the shipping costs being refunded, after separate calls. However, according to the rep, my cost to return the incorrect part was not refundable although the return packing slip stated “We will pay for return shipping if the return is a result of our error.” Of course, it was a result of their error or, at least, the error of their online systems!
The rep agreed to place the new order without a shipping charge, apparently not entering this empowered decision in the notes. Upon going to the website to review the order details, I noticed that a shipping had been charged. I immediately called back, eventually speaking to Christy (?). My dishwasher had stopped working and was not responding to the buttons. I thought it might be the main control board but ended up being the touch button control panel. So, I sent back the main control board expecting a credit. I am pasting a copy of my email that I received back from them. We recently received your return here of the Main Control Board on this order. Unfortunately, per RepairClinic.com return policy, to qualify for refund, parts must not have incurred damage such as signs of installation by the customer, marks, or scuffing.
Electrical parts must not have been installed. Item must be returned in its original packaging including retail box and must include all accessories originally included with the item, as shown on your packing slip below. Once a part has been hooked or installed it becomes a used part and cannot be sold as new. The part you returned shows scars on the terminals which happens after hook up or connection of the wires. We can do one of two things- we can return the part to you, provided you supply the return shipping label, or we can toss the part out. We will hold the part for 2 weeks. If we do not hear from you in this timeframe we will dispose of the part.
I would be lying if I told you that I was not aware of that policy. But I had ordered from them in past with no problems because I always took great care not to do any damage to a part including the original packaging so it would look factory fresh. So was the case for this part. I did not mount the part nor did scratch or scuff the part. As you can read above I scuffed the terminals which you cannot see because they are recessed into the housing. It is impossible to check the main control board with plugging in the new one to see if that is the issue. This used to be the hallmark of their business, not so anymore. They know this so there will never be a refund and they need to just say it.
The joke really is on me because I could have bought a remanufactured one from a 3rd party seller on Amazon for $90.00 less than I paid RepairClinic. The reason I didn't I was not sure they would take it back. I guess that's why Amazon is number one in the world! Just remember if you try it you buy it! NO REFUNDS!!!! This return policy is NOT on their website. Nothing states that returns must be made within 30 days or they are at customer expense. Pics clearly show gasket was defective and NEVER installed. Common sense should have prevailed and I should have been sent a replacement after sending proof of defects without needing to return a defective product that is unusable. So I called to have the three items that did come (still in boxes) returned & refunded, but they would only accept 2 of the 3 items, they cancelled the backordered item and said I must pay to return the 3rd delivered item on my nickel minus all the forwarding S/H charges despite the fact RepairClinic FAILED to deliver all ordered items within the promised set time frame! (Weird right?) So I, not they must take the hit for doing business with them because of their failure to fulfill the order as promised. MasterCard said "NO" that's not fair and refunded me the money on the spot, and placed this merchant in their "BAD BOY" list deducting the amount from their bottom line.

Writing this while I'm on the phone with RepairClinic for the FIFTH time since ordering my dryer control board. Over TWO HOURS of wasted time on a single part. Ordered 4/20/19 and paid for expedited shipping to arrive 4/22/19. Part did not come as scheduled. CS advised to cancel that order, refund for shipping and part, place new order to arrive following business day. Fine, one day late I can hold off on my kids' pile of clothes. Place a new order, part to arrive 4/23/19. Second order does NOT arrive as I'm told on 4/23/19, all the while causing me to call in yet again and WASTE MY VALUABLE TIME.
Now 4/24/19 and I get two boxes at my house, because the initial order was never actually cancelled. So here I am with two $250 charges on my credit card, two products when I only ordered one, and two days late from the original commitment from shipping. Now I get to initiate a return, spend another 20 minutes on the phone with CS and all to without any apology. DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH REPAIRCLINIC.

AGAIN the wrong part came and I was asked to send a photo of the part that came. Was told to keep the wrong part 10 days and if no instructions were sent to destroy it Waited two more weeks while being told it was on order. Called again and was told to AGAIN send photos. Then for several days told it was in their warehouse waiting to be shipped. Finally it arrived. Two weeks later (a month) after the third wrong part arrived, a delivery service arrived out of the blue to pick up the very large wrong part. Fortunately we still had it. The ignitor itself is fine. I chose expedited shipping. They sent the ignitor and forgot the ceramic wire connectors. I called them and they resent the connectors with regular shipping. I waited another week and finally tried to install the ignitor. But then found that one of the connector nuts is broken (the thread is broken and can't connect wires anymore). I can't wait again and just go to local stores to find those connectors. I was lucky to find a small local store with those. I tried ACE first but apparently those are not common anymore. It costed me extra two bucks and an hour looking for the connector. Not to mention I waited a week for their mistake for not sending the connectors the first time and then sent a broken one the second time. When I called them for missing connectors, absolutely no sorry or apology. Just said, "Yeah, we will send them." Definitely won't shop from this one again.

When I called them about returning it, I was told I would have to pay for shipping it back, I asked why would I have to pay return postage when I was given the wrong part by their employee. I called after placing the order to confirm that I would receive the part on Friday. Matthew assured me that it would be delivered by FEDEX overnight. I let the order stand. At 1:00 on Friday, I called Repair Clinic to get info on where my part was. A snowflake named Brittany put me on hold for seven minutes and came back with a “cock and bull” story about their Chicago Vendor being out of stock and I would not be getting the part until April 2-9, 2019. I told her to cancel the order with an elevated and angry tone.
The snowflake told me not to use that kind of language. (I guess raising one’s voice is now a crime too). At that, I demonstrated what foul language was and hung up the phone directing her to get my refund going immediately. I would not recommend or ever consider this lying company again. After 3 calls to repair clinic, the thieves will not send a replacement without receiving the bad product first. They are so concerned with lying to paying customers and taking our money. They refuse to use common sense and don't care how they treat anyone.
In order for us to return the product first, we have to remove the defective one which in turn means we have no gasket on the door so therefore, the food spoils. I hope the $130.00 repair clinic stole from us was worth it. While speaking with a supervisor, I told him about the reviews which are out here, he did not care about them either. Bottom line is they will gladly take our money and afterwards, they don't care if they have sold you a faulty product or not. Like so many others have said, please do NOT spend your money here. They are liars, they are thieves and they do not care what problems you have with the junk they sell you, period.

Saturday goes by, no part. Track my part Sunday morning and it won't be here until Monday afternoon. I found RepairClinic.com in a Google search and loved their easy troubleshooting tips to see what the issue was with our gas dryer. Because I used their tips I wanted to purchase my items through their store instead of Amazon (which would have been half the cost). I ordered two items, paid for shipping, and was supposed to receive last Saturday. The items never came. FedEx tracking said the package was pending, and delivery date could not be updated. I called Repair Clinic to see what they could do -- can they reship, contact FedEx to see about updated tracking or rerouting, or expedite, so that I can finally have a working dryer?
No -- two of their agents refused to reship, as it was "not their problem but FedEx's." Their ONLY offered solution was to reorder the parts, and return the original shipment when/if it arrives. Okay, but when I return the original order, will I be refunded the original shipping cost? Or that of the return? No, they would not honor that. So I would be out $30 total for shipping because they refused to offer any kind of customer service. I've worked for eCommerce for years -- as the seller, they can contact FedEx and have the original shipment returned to them.
They can offer to reship the order. They can offer SOMETHING to help their customer. Great resource for research, but I'm never ordering from them again. I contacted FedEx myself and had them return the shipment to the vendor (turns out the issue was with the label on the package -- absolutely a Repair Clinic problem). It is clearly advertised "fast shipping" on their website, but only if you pay the extra charge because this is the second order with RepairClinic for me and neither orders have worked well. If I pay the $9.95 in shipping (as I did on first order) is the only way to receive fast shipping. Also, on the first order with RepairClinic, I placed the order then my husband was able to repair part so a couple of hours after placing order I tried canceling but was told, no it has already shipped. So I had to pay shipping twice; once to get it and once to return it and get a refund. This is just awful business practices. I do not know who is working in warehouse pulling orders, but they are not placing packing slips in packages because I did not get one on either order.
I have an electrician coming to install part. Hopefully, he will not look at the bent part and say it will not work but that is the issue I am facing. Unfortunately my husband misrepresented what actually happened. It turns out to be more of a problem with the website pulling up the wrong product during a search rather than the company sending the wrong part. RepairClinic.com sent the exact part my husband ordered. Our refund was processed quickly. I apologize for jumping the gun. Just be aware if you type the model number of your appliance and name of the part you want in the search box on the website, the correct item might not appear. There is a small disclaimer that you need to use the smaller model number search box to get more accurate results. Possibly might be a good idea to make that disclaimer bigger. All in all I'd say the customer service for RepairClinic.com is very good. Their website could use some refinement.

My ice maker quit working on my Whirlpool refrigerator, and after watching YouTube, I realized that replacing it was very simple. I found my model number for the refrigerator, did a search, and RepairClinic.com came up. I used my model number to find the part, from the picture it appeared to be the right part. I ordered it, paid for overnight shipping. When I opened the box, I found that the ice maker they had shipped me did look the same from most angles, it was not. I turn the ice maker on and off with a software control in the door. This one had an on/off switch on the ice maker itself. I checked the wiring, it was completely different, then called Whirlpool and they told me that this ice maker was definitely NOT compatible with this refrigerator, and could actually cause the door panel to go into fault, thereby ruining my refrigerator.
Upon further investigation, the shipping invoice listed the correct part number according to the Whirlpool rep, but the part number actually on the ice maker itself was different. When I gave that part number to the rep, he immediately stated that the part number they had sent me had the on/off switch on the ice maker, and again, not compatible.
I called RepairClinic.com, the first rep apologized, stated that they would take care of this. She was going to have FedEx pick up the package, simply place it on the front porch and they would pick it up. In the meantime, she was going to ship the correct part overnight to me. Next day came and went, the old part was still on the porch, no new ice maker had been delivered. I called them, got a rep who told me that they had determined that those two part numbers were the same ice maker. I explained that they were NOT the same part, and she sent me to her manager.
I tried to explain to her that this was definitely not the part that I needed, she told me that her service department had told her that the unit was compatible, and started to tell me the changes I would need to make to make the wiring harness work. When I told her that Whirlpool had told me emphatically that I should not use this ice maker, she simply stated that this was the correct ice maker. I demanded that they pick this unit up, and refund my costs. She agreed. I went to Amazon, input my model number, and was shown good pictures, and was able to verify that they were showing me the correct ice maker. I ordered it (cheaper), received it and now have a properly working ice maker. Oh, and making a critical review on RepairClinic.com's website is a joke. They won't post a negative review.

Our furnace went out in February. Where we live, that is a bad thing. We were able to diagnose the problem as a bad igniter using internet videos and information. We went to about 10 different websites looking for the part. Many had the part, but it would take 7-10 days for delivery - obviously not a good option to be without heat for that long during the winter. RepairClinic.com had the part, guaranteed same-day shipping and offered overnight shipping.
I ordered Thursday morning, Feb. 23rd and the part arrived Friday, Feb. 24th at 12:30 pm. Without the overnight shipping, I may have had to wait until the following Monday (or later) for delivery. The parts arrived in good condition, when promised, and were packed with care (An igniter is a fragile part). The price for the part was competitive. The website was easy to use and order from. I will use them again for my next repair. The only disappointing thing was I could not find a review option on their website or a way to send them an online message. I wanted to leave a note of appreciation for them and say nice things about them, on their own website, but couldn't. So, I'm writing the review here instead.

I went online to order parts for my refrigerator. I was able to look up the part numbers and started to order them. There was a message saying that the part numbers had changed. I contacted customer service and talked to a representative about the change in item numbers. The representative looked the part number I was ordering and said that the information was correct.
I ordered a pack of two shelf bars and a pack of 6/8 end caps. The order came close to $60.00, I received my order today and discovered only one shelf bar and one end caps. I called customer service again to see where the rest of my shipment was. I was told that each item came in a separate bag and that there was only one item per bag. I told them that it was not what I ordered, explained about what I was told previously, and was told that I had only ordered one shelf bar and one end cap.
AGAIN, I explained to the representative about previously checking with them about getting what I wanted to order and was told that would be what I got. The response I got was, "Sorry for the inconvenience." They refused to send me the total parts that I had ordered using the model number, and said I would need to put in another order if I wanted more items. I was flabbergasted that I had already put out $60.00 and they wanted to charge more. I feel they should have honored the original part orders, especially after being assured by their representative that I would be getting what I ordered. I would have never ordered the parts otherwise.
They wouldn't make good on what was agreed upon, just said I ordered one and that they were sorry that I was misled by one of their reps. They said I could be reimbursed for the products if I send them back. However, I am responsible for the shipping cost. I paid over $9.00 alone to have them shipped to me. What a rip-off. I have never written a negative review on any company, but this takes the cake. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THAT OTHERS SHOULDN'T EITHER UNLESS THEY WANT TO BE RIPPED-OFF AS WELL.

Well I needed another part for the furnace so got on their site, made the order, took time off of work thinking I would get the part as quickly as I did the first time. Wrong!!! Called up there. They said they will send it out again. No charge and express shipping. Still haven't seen the part. Called again and they said they would resend it and refund my money. Still waiting to see if that happens. Very upset and to make matters worse the part is for a furnace in a rental house I own.

I ordered a part, shipped FedEx/USPS, Nov. 21, with tracking. It was within an hour of my house (Phoenix area) after 5 days. According to tracking, it then took off to Washington state and after 21 days and two missed delivery dates has been in CA at the same place for four days. I phoned the company and asked for a shipping refund because it was taking so long. Their answer, "FedEx doesn't do anything for free". I explained that my contract of purchase was with them not FedEx so he said his supervisor would put in a trace. After another missed delivery date I called back and was told that the supervisor's notes said they would leave the trace on "until delivered". Makes no sense to me because it is still In transit, must be the Christmas rush". So, three weeks later, no part, no current delivery, expected delivery and no shipping refund offered. Not happy with the lack of customer service (and I left a lot of their BS out).

I decided to research the part for a better price and, lo and behold, Home Depot sells it for 29.99 around 32 dollars with tax. I had it shipped to the store and was not charged anything. I paid through PayPal and forgot I had 7 dollars in my account, so I am so glad I went elsewhere. I am tired of playing games with prices for such a small item.

If I need anything for any inside appliance to outdoor yard machines I've always received everything ordered on time and it's always what I ordered. Over the years, I've ordered probably a dozen times. Always needed parts 'right away' and I've never been disappointed. Quick delivery and very fair prices. Same parts from dealers are usually more expensive and take extra time for delivery. Their parts identification system is explicit. If you can't find what you want, it's not their fault. If you order the wrong item, it's your fault, not theirs. I find them very easy to work with. They even have repair hints to help you if you need it. What more could you ask for. All of my friends have had the same experience. As far as I am concerned, they are the best.

I should have read these reviews before placing my orders with Repair Clinic. However, I didn't and placed my orders based on the fact that the parts would be here the next day if I paid for upgraded shipping. This is a GREAT option....IF the correct parts are sent. On my first order, I ordered a stator assembly for my LG washer. What was shipped was a rotor. Granted, it did arrive the next day as promised, but I had to wait another day to get the correct part.
Next, I ordered a control panel which came the next day with no problem. My final order was for a drain pump and main pump. What arrived was the main pump and a part for a mower. I called and was told the correct drain pump would be sent and I would receive it on Monday. (I had ordered the pumps on Thursday and received the one on Friday). When it didn't arrive on Monday, I called and was told the delay was due to a hold put on the order so it could be double-checked for accuracy, but it was being shipped that afternoon and I would get it Tuesday. Well, it didn't arrive until Wednesday.
I didn't even bother to call them back to let them know that the main pump they'd sent didn't have the o-ring and I had to use the one from my used part. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until I'd installed it and turned on the washer, which immediately resulted in it leaking all over. When I called to return 2 of the 4 parts I didn't need, I expressed that I felt that they should cover my return shipping, since I'd paid for upgraded shipping each time but had to wait anyway due to their mistakes. I was told that wouldn't be possible.
So, if you'd like to take the risk that your part may or may not be correct, go ahead and order from them. Also, if it's not correct, don't expect any apology from their end...I only got one on my final call once I'd pointed out that no one had bothered to apologize for any inconvenience yet. If I could give them lower than one star, I would. On the upside, their repair videos are helpful.

I bought a set of 4 spark electrodes for my Amana Stove Model #ARG3600WW. The website said this part was the correct one for my stove. Upon arrival, the part didn't fit, it was too big for the small connector. I called Repair Clinic and after a while I was told the part was fabricated in Asia and their measurements in the metric system did not match the US system so the parts are not exactly the same size as the original ones. I paid premium for overnight delivery. 24 hours later I was told the part was the "correct" one for my stove and the only one they had. Further, they claim to have sold 210 others without any complaints.
Here's your first one. This company should warn consumers that certain parts fabricated in Asia may not fit the appliances in the US and give them the option of not buying them. I was recommended to "buy a new stove" because the spark electrodes wear out and no new ones are available. I suggested instead that I would buy a lighter. Customer service rep at first said they shipped me the correct part and I had to convince her this would not work as it would not fit properly. She finally relented and agreed there was something wrong although she sounded pretty skeptical. She then told me once they receive the wrong part back they would ship me a new one.
I again explained to her that my dishwasher was taken apart and they should ship me the new part and arrange for pick up of old upon delivery of new. This was not going to happen according to their customer service agent of the year. Most companies would overnight the new part and admit their mistake, not this one. I repair most of the items around my house and this is definitely the worst customer service company I have dealt with. Last week I ordered a replacement glass top for my LG stove from RepairClinic.com. I was really impressed with how quickly the part arrived and how much focus the company put on explaining how to make repairs via video. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong part. Fail. I called RepairClinic.com's customer service number to figure out what went wrong and I unfortunately searched for the part on Google and was directed to the page, and didn't do my due diligence. The customer service operator then proceeded to treat me like an child for the next several minutes, explaining how "I had ordered the wrong part" and "why should they pay for return shipping" and how clear their return policy was. Even after stopping her several time to state that while the return policy is clear the attitude and tone expressed was sub-par for a interaction with a customer, she still continued to be obstinate.
Eventually I worked my way to Ryan, who explained he would have focused on finding the part on back order. Unfortunately, the tone and condescending attitude of the customer service rep was simply inexcusable. I ended up chatting with Sears who was able to order the part and through in free expedited shipping in light of the issue with the other company.
End result, I will never buy a part from RepairClinic again, I will definitely advocate for and choose Sears for all repair part orders in the future. It seems silly that $16 dollars in shipping was worth the lifetime value of a customer, but then again that typically doesn't make sense to a 20-something, millennial customer service rep. I had four different orders within a total of three days to repair my Maytag 9000 Series Frontloading Washer. The parts and available "blowout diagrams" were key in order for me to make my own repairs. I saved over $800 in making my repairs, with this, and the next day shipping, I'm extremely satisfied. Upon making the last order I decided to create an account with RepairClinic as they had become a reliable resource that I would probably use in the future for other appliances and that they store my order history for future reference with the particular model parts were ordered for. So, I opened a chat with RC to request that all my purchase orders be associated together so that I wouldn't have to search through my email to find them, a service they offer.
This is where my experience with RC turned, the response from the person I chatted with was very dismissive and adolescent at best, quote: "I'll have to look up all those numbers," response: "I have them", to which I provided, quote: "Well if you have the numbers, why do you need my help? I don't know what you want me to do! Just look them up." This childlike behavior persisted and I again explained my reasoning to which she did incorporate 2 of the 4 orders, so I requested that the remaining orders be include in my history, to which I receive no response while in open chat. Ten minute passed, I asked "was she still there", her immediate response "Yeah, I'm here, what else do you need?"
I called the store, asked for a manager, he was helpful and viewed the chat, apologized for the little girl's behavior and stated my order will be placed in my account history. I checked back two days later and NONE of my history is there AT ALL. I applied for mortgage refinancing in February 2008. I refinanced under FHA 203B which was set to close in 10 days. I was locked into the loan for three months. I told them the house was appraised for $65,000 because I had just had it appraised two years prior to application by Solstice Mortgage and had not made any other improvements on the property. They appraised the property for $78,000. Now, I have an overage on my homeowners insurance which is not covered by them and a $13,000 overage on my title which they show as a $13,000 time.
I refinanced to bring down the interest rate which was at 9.99% with a conventional loan which was held by Saxton Mortgage and to pay off some bills. None of the bills that I requested to be paid was paid and all of the equity was stolen. I only owed $56,500 on the property and now after the rip-off, I ended up with a $78,000 loan and included in the contract is the statement that the home can never be refinanced, only to take the interest rate down. The closing took so long until the name was changed from Families First Mortgage to American First Mortgage, LLC which I never make a practice of dealing with LLC companies and had I known this, I would never have dealt with her in the first place.
I selected this mortgage company because the ad in the phone book read that she could refinance within 24 hours. When I called her, I asked her explicitly if this was possible and she said yes. After finding out that the loan would be FHA 203B, I called HUD and they told me the FHA 203B was set to close in 10 days. The reason I was depending on this is because I was not behind and I did not want to fall behind in my bills.
