    I ordered a genuine OEM blower fan for my furnace and paid additional money vs their competitors to receive an OEM part. The listing states the OEM brand, claims it is an OEM part, and has no additional part numbers listed. The part I received is not the OEM part, but rather a generic ** knockoff from Broad Ocean that could have been purchased for more than $160 less on Amazon or other part suppliers. This company is scamming their customers through blatant false listings. Additionally, they will not answer the phone or give a call back to address the issue.

    Ordered a part from repair clinic’s website, paid extra to have it shipped overnight Saturday delivery. Part was not delivered on Saturday. Sunday morning tracking package. It says the package is still sitting in Romulus Michigan, and has not moved since Friday. Emailed them multiple times with no reply. Monday morning, tracked the package again. It still hasn’t moved from Romulus Michigan. Tried calling their customer service line and sat on the phone for 21 minutes. No one answers the phone. The halfway point between 7 minutes a message comes on asking if you would like a call back to please press 1or you can order from their website. At the 7 minute mark a message comes on again, saying to press 1 to have a call back or you can contact them online and it just repeats about 3 times.

    If you don’t press 1 for a call back, the system restarts over from the very beginning telling you the number prompts for your call (if you’d like to track your package, if you’d like to talk to someone to order a part etc.) when you press 3 to talk to customer service the 7 minutes of no one answering starts all over again and it’s the same run around. 21 minutes I waited then decided let me press one for them to call me back. I’m waiting to see if someone calls back. But after reading multiple reviews about how no one answers the phone, Customer Service if you do get them on the phone is very rude, parts showing up broken or pieces missing from the par, people have been waiting for parts for months… I don’t have months to wait hence paying for overnight shipping. I just need my refund at this point and I will order my part from somebody else who’s more reliable.

    They sent me an empty box!!! I have tried to call multiple times, emailed multiple times. No response! Do not order from these people!!! Worst customer service ever!! I have sat on hold forever and asked for a call back and they don't call back. I should not have to make contacting this company a full time job.

    I have free shipping with Amazon Prime...got to Repair Clinic via a Prime Search order part for $14...shipping showed $- until I pressed order then the total jumped to $27 with no way to cancel. Helpline is a bot phone maze with no opportunity to contact anyone.

    We had a tech purchase a part that says it was in stock, we requested 2 day shipping and after 2 weeks they finally returned my email (don't try to call them) and cancelled the order. I got an email stating the order was cancelled however a month later the part showed up and the techs cc was charged. We contacted the cc company to dispute the charge. With all the negative reviews, stay away from them.

    A rep just called me and let me know "I could have chosen usps instead of fedex" to deliver my item. Personally I didn't see that option when I ordered my electrical part. I saw the $11+ delivery charge and who was delivering it, about an hour later when I received an email from Repair Clinic letting me know my full price. I actually thought the shipping was free. And, then the rep told me "nonetheless, if I chose usps and not fedex my shipping charge $11+ dollars would be the same". Personally, I doubt that. So when the part comes tomorrow via fedex the part does not get opened and it gets sent back for a total refund and I will get this electrical part from someone else.

    Terrible company. Possibly a scam. They attempted to sell me a part they didn't even have, and after waiting patiently for OVER A MONTH, I canceled my order. When calling them to confirm, they told me they never had the part to sell to me. What a joke!

    I order a furnace limit switch at 4:00 am, tried to cancel it at 7:00 am the same day. They don't phones, the voicemail say, "Leave a message we'll call back." They don't call back, I took it to FedEx today and had to help the Mrs the writing is so small. The taxes will blow you off the roof, a $17.45 piece, ends up being $41 dollars and change, I'll never buy anything else from. Bad customer service, bad return business, and customer service, I sent the limit switch right back to them and never opened it, I'll walk into a store in Chicago or use Amazon or supply house, they're about business. Repair Clinic has changed, this use to be a good business, I don't know what happened, but they're not the same. After leaving this review, I'll never look at their website again.

    The worst company ever. No customer support, held for 1.5 hours to get a customer service rep. Tried to contact them within 5 minutes to change an order. Emailed them 17 times, phoned them. Absolutely no ability to take of customer needs or provide any service. Buy your Kitchenaid parts from OEM providers that offer 360 day returns. Avoid these unresponsive idiots.

    If you are able to go to the store, have them verify that it is brand new and not previously installed. I recently bought a control panel for my furnace. My HVAC guy diagnosed over the phone. So I went and bought the part. I noted the return policy that it can not be installed. (No signs of makings to be returned.) So I waited for my hvac guy to come verify and it turned out not to be it. We never took it out of the box. So I went to return it. They tell me it has been installed and has vertical markings.. Mind you it was never taken out of the box. Which means they sold me a used part. Someone messed up, took a return they should not have, and now I am paying the price literally. So make check your purchases before you leave the store.

    I would not recommend purchasing from this online business. The additional fee charged for the expedited delivery times is not worth it because it is not guaranteed to arrive by the date quoted nor are you refunded your money. In addition the products are extremely overpriced and the business lacks professional customer service representatives. The representative I spoke with was rude and condescending and I wish I'd never made a purchase from their company. Don't make the same mistake. This company is not professional or respectful of their customers at all.

    I ordered the part for my hitachi cg22eas (slp) brush trimmer. Got the wrong part (too large for my trimmer). I called and they said that I have to pay for the return shipping fee and it isn't a guarantee that I'll get my money back even though it's never been opened and in the original packaging.

    I ordered a part via the Canadian Site but found out that this part was routed via their US store, I was charged in US funds, I tried to cancel but they flaged as shipped when is wasn’t shipped! I returned to sender when received, not opened, I was charged for the shipping again in US funds!!

    Ordered start switch for Whirlpool dryer.... The bracket around the switch is totally different from what was pictured on their website. I called and emailed and called and emailed --- One employee told me on the phone that "they" would have to approve a return/refund, and that she had submitted my issue/problem to "them".... After that, I was GHOSTED!! No more response at all to any of my emails. So, I am stuck with wrong part, cannot get refund.... Also: be sure to note that they DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING!!! Plus, they obviously do not approve returns and there's no promise of a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

    I recently placed an order on Scotsman Gear reducer and motor. I paid over $1700 with one day shipping. 3 days later I get an email saying they need to charge me $2000 more for the part I already ordered. This part was supposed to be delivered already. Now they are telling me the part that was listed at $1600 is now $3600. I run a very busy restaurant and we are paying for ice daily. Every day costs me more and more. This company is a rip off. They try to blame the manufacturer. I literally went back online and ordered the same part for $1800 rush delivery. Very sad when they do not honor a posted price and make people wait who are needing parts urgently. Us small businesses struggle to survive as is. I recommend never using this. The 112 restaurants that I’m a group of will never use this company again. Stay away from Repairclinic.com.

    I ordered a part on the website and realized I ordered the wrong part. I called back within 10 minutes. I spoke to Martin and explained I needed to cancel the order and it was not allowing me to cancel online. He told me he couldn’t cancel because the ticket for Fed Ex was established already. I was a little confused since it was 7:10 pm and I only ordered 10 min ago. And he said the ticket was processed this afternoon. And then gave me a big fed ex number. He couldn’t explain to me how he had a fed ex number from this afternoon when I only orders at 6:10 pm. And insisted he couldn’t cancel the order. Obviously I’m going to dispute the charge and shipping.

    They are making a fortune off of scamming people on shipping costs. Pay for 2 day shipping and ship out the slowest and cheapest possible. Called and was told that I would be refunded shipping. Did not happen. Called again. This time was told excuses why it was shipped this way and would refund the difference. Should have read the reviews before ordering and finding out this is common practice. CROOKS!

    Ordered 2 parts for my HVAC system and was charged twice and received a duplicate order. RepairClinic.com REFUSED to acknowledge their error and insisted that I pay to ship back the parts that they sent to me in error. The payment was processed through PayPal. This seemed like straightforward issue, considering the duplicate order appears to have been submitted seconds after the first, but RepairClinic.com has managed to turn a trivial issue into a nightmare.

    Contacted their support 3 different times. The last time they said a manager would get back to me. I asked if they provide shipping labels to return items and they said that they do. They still refused to provide one for this order. This company is a SCAM and will charge you for their errors. Recommend bringing your business elsewhere.

    Ordered this part for a garden tractor I'm restoring. Obsolete part that I have looked for for years and they advertised they had it in stock. When I received the box I thought it felt exceptionally light. I opened the box and it was empty with the exception of the wrapper that the item would have been in. I contacted their customer service and was told I would receive a replacement but it was on back order. After thinking about it I got an uneasy feeling and checked the part number on their site which stated it was "no longer available".I immediately contacted Pay/Pal, my form of payment, and opened a claim. RC claimed the part had been delivered therefore I wasn't due a refund. The box hadn't been opened or compromised and was sealed therefore it left their warehouse empty! Have no idea what happened or what they were trying to pull but I didn't stand for it. Do not recommend RC,

    On 6 March 2024, I special ordered a 6-inch inline duct fan from RepairClinic.com for $92.77 ($73.95 for the air booster + $11.95 FedEx Ground Shipping + $6.87 sales tax). The part arrived 23 days later, was installed that day, then stopped working on 18 April. Note that my previous 6-inch inline duct fan (i.e., Robin Hood RH-6 Air Booster [obsolete item]) ran 24/7/365 for more than 18.5 years. In comparison, the FieldControls AB-6 Air Booster that RepairClinic.com sent me only ran for 20 days.

    While RepairClinic.com touts a "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" policy on their website, it doesn't include electrically installed parts. Moreover, there's no way for a customer to leave a product review on their website, even if you have an account there. Thus I'm taking my business elsewhere. Bottomline: caveat emptor (Latin phrase for "Let the buyer beware").

    People never seem to take the time to write a good review when they get the service they expect but sure will write a negative review when they do not get the service they expected. I ordered a Run Capacitor for my freezer on Friday 5 April 2024 at 07:08 hrs. My confirmation email arrived at 0909 hrs and my shipping confirmation email arrived at 10:13 hrs showing it was shipped FedEx Ground, expect delivery on Tuesday 9 April. Today is Saturday 6 April 2024 and FedEx delivered my part at 10:13 hrs. The Run Capacitor has been installed in my freezer and it is back up and running. Awesome service and the shipping is outstanding.

    I couldn't find the part on their website so I call and got a real person. I was told I couldn't just order the part (a socket for a lamp under a mounted microwave) and had to purchase the whole wire harness with that socket in it. However IT WAS NOT part of it! Now they won't pay the return shipping (even though their supposed return policy says they will) because they gave me the part number and I ordered it via the website. SCAM!!!

    Ordered two item online. Online stock said available. Unable to reach out to customer service. Unable to find order id on their site. Drove 2 hours to their warehouse for pick up. Lady at the front desk said one was ready. Second order will arrive in 10 days. January in MI. Due to an emergency I paid 100.00 dollar where at Amazon they are 23.00 dollars. I told the lady drove 2 hours. Now another two hours back. Asked the lady, "If you don't have item in inventory then why you guys are making suffering consumers." She said "there are all kinds of problem we have". Go figure...

Never received the parts or any communication from customer service even after placing a claim for cancellation and refund for the parts never delivered. Stay away from this online vendor.     When you service the entire country, I am sure you're going to run into a few bad experiences. It's too bad that people only complain when it isn't working. Now I am sure there has been some mishaps, I've been using them for over 8 years. I've always looked on RepairClinic for the right part. They always have recent stuff in stock and consumables like "Snowblower belts" in stock. Don't be afraid to use them, I've never had an issue with any of my orders (I've ordered a back plastic piece for lawnmower that they stopped making in 2014 and it took a month but I got it! It was dirt cheap too. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews I had to say that my experience has been wayyyy different.

    I ordered 3 parts for $145. None of them were correct so I returned the parts at my expense. RepairClinic assumed the part had been installed and would not give my money back. I even challenged the charge on my credit card but I still did not get my money back. Find another company to order from! Do not order from them. They will not honor a return.
