I had a recurring monthly subscription, then canceled it in Apr 2022. Pandora correctly stopped billing my credit card. Then, months later, out of nowhere, there was a Pandora charge on my card in Jan 2023! I found out Pandora does not provide telephone customer support. I emailed them, as instructed, then I received an automated response that didn't even acknowledge that I canceled my subscription. The response said that they are unable to refund the charge. Do not trust Pandora, they will steal from you!

I play Fur Elise radio and hear great renditions of Fur Elise, Moonlight Sonata and other great smooth classical pieces, including Canon in D. But when I select the Canon in D radio, I hear over an hour of everything BUT canon in D. Twice I have listened for over an hour for the most beautiful piece of music ever created and I hear EVERYTHING BUT Canon in D. Very frustrating.

I've had the family subscription for many years and the price hasn't changed from 2019 (Approx. $14/month)! Great features that are customizable. I enjoy finding new music and listening to the algo's suggestions. The feed is rarely down (once or so a year?). Support is always helpful too.

Pandora website I signed up for ad free music for 9.99 month. Ad said 90 day free trial but after 30 days they charged my account. Also can not talk to a person on phone. Just email. Deceiving customers.

I listen to Pandora quite a bit. I really enjoy the different genres that I have access to. And I do understand I’m not a subscriber and receive their service for free. I also understand that getting free music comes with commercials. But I live in America, I don’t speak Spanish and won’t ever!! So why do I have to put up with Spanish speaking commercials? Thank goodness I have a mute button. I’ll never hear another commercial on Pandora.

I used to be a subscriber to Pandora. I canceled my subscription over a year ago and they STILL CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT. There's no phone number to call so you can't speak to anyone and they do not resolve anything by email. PANDORA is a rip off artist. DON'T SUBSCRIBE!!

Was double billed this year, so I looked up my American Express because they wanted a snapshot of the billing. I found two double billings for this year 2020 and 2019. We are on our sixth email correspondence asking for the same screenshot, I even sent them an AMX Excel file that was downloaded with the transactions. They replied that they could not open the Excel files. No refund has been received. Like Pandora, but where is the customer service.

I signed up for the Pandora Mood and had to purchase their Mood Media Player. All was fine except their equipment wasn't compatible with my setup. Their return/refund policy I was in compliance with and returned the media player promptly. Using the FedEx tracking I know they received the Media Player (customer service even said yes they received the play). My problem is they still have yet to give me my refund!!! It has been over 2 months now! I've called customer service numerous times, they say the refund is coming but still no refund. Moral... DONT BUY from Pandora. I've canceled my other subscription with them too, and plan to continue my 1 star reviews until they credit my account. Sincerely, a former customer.

I've used Pandora free from time to time, but today was the last. I tried to hear an album, but it first interrupted me for some commercials. Then it told me I had to disable my ad blocker--which I did, but them something else happened and I had to read a long set of instructions. After futzing around for about 20 minutes with one song played, I gave up. Went to the Internet Archive and had a whole Grateful Dead concert playing in about 2 minutes--no popup blocker problems-in fact no problems at all. I've never going to mess with Pandora-like services that try to sell you something--there's too much free music around. I'd rather support them by buying a t-shirt or mug or something.

IT took me 3 months and 30 dollars to finally cancel my subscription. Their customer support is horrible, they have no contact number, and they make it nearly impossible to cancel the subscription. Despite my complaint and paper trail proof, they would not refund my money. Absolutely disgraceful and completely unethical business practice! DO NOT subscribe!

Pandora is definitely the worst company ever. You can’t call to complain because they don’t have a phone. Don’t bother yourself with it, you will definitely regret it. They make you listen to commercials every other song.

Because they want you to buy the app for $5 a month they are Now Playing commercials after every 1 or 2 songs killing the whole music experience. This is a thumbs down for me. I'm disappointed. Before we could listen to 5 songs in a row before interruption. Now every other song has and add after it...They suck. I'm switching to another App!???

** you and your new format! I listen to this in my car for years and utilized it every day of my life. And now it won’t do anything unless it’s connected to a specific Wi-Fi. Also the way you’re arranging your genre so I can’t even put it on shuffle is asinine! You greedy dumb **!!!!

I enjoy the variety of music and the ability to change genre at any time. I am a jazz enthusiast and Pandora provides me with all different artists. The oldies is also a great choice. Anyone at any time can choose what they want to listen to. A person has the option to pay $5 for commercial free listening or for free with ads. I recommend this app for music lovers of all ages.

AVOID Pandora. Nothing but PROBLEMS since day one of signing up. There are ALWAYS ISSUES. For one you USE to be able to play Pandora on more than one tv in house (when you are a PAYING subscriber which we are) but now you can only play it on ONE place. Can't put it on more than one tv in your house, can't play it on a computer in another room while on tv, etc. In the other, can't have it playing in your car while spouse has it on at home. This is **. Who is going to set up SEPARATE accts for the SAME HOUSEHOLD??? Then after having to put up with that issue, numerous time would have to deal with it suddenly cutting out after only playing for an hour! Now a NEW issue, of it making me sign in online whenever I turn on Roku to play my app! WTF??
This has been going on all wk now. SOOO DONE WITH THEM. What a WASTE of money, and then there isn't even much in the way of music. You choose a song you like, it creates a station to play 'similar' stuff (so you are limited by how many songs are actually played by the artist you chose to want to hear) and then you hear the SAME songs OVER AND OVER AND OVER again, to the point of getting sick of hearing the same lineup within an hr. Again, save your money and your sanity, and go elsewhere! Pandora is a DINOSAUR!

NORMALIZE YOUR PLAYBACK VOLUME!!! For God's sake!! I'm sick of too loud to I can't hear anything. I'm doing a 90 day free side by side with a couple of other streaming services. And while I prefer Pandora's content, that's where it ends. I even have trouble keeping your app streaming without interruptions, buffering, etc. As it stands, at least at this point, I will cancel at the end of 90 days. Bummer.

I was recently billed $12.99 for my premium Pandora account, (via iTunes) but it is not working and tells me to upgrade. Upon contacting Pandora cust service, was told to contact Apple regarding billing issues, and referred to an Apple dropdown selection menu, which informed me that I do not qualify for a refund. I don't want a refund. I paid $12.99 because I want my music. I just want my service to work. I provided Pandora with a screenshot of a receipt for $12.99 that was debited from my account specifically for Pandora on June 04 and yet their customer service dept tells me they have nothing to do with iTunes billing. This happened last month as well, but upon contacting Pandora in May regarding the exact same issue, they made it function properly and apologized for the error. What a difference a month makes. Nothing like getting screwed by a major corporation that you are just trying to pay for a service.

Signed up for free trial. It kept playing commercials and would not let me skip. When I check the upgrade status it showed that I hadn't upgraded. But then Pandora charged me... so terrible free trial period followed by an even worse month of crapy commercials and limited skips. So I paid but got nothing. Pandora sucks.

I subscribed to Pandora BRIEFLY last fall through iTunes, cancelled my subscription via iTunes 9/28/18. I continue to get billed monthly. Pandora will not help via phone, therefore I emailed their support and was told I would have to contact iTunes. Apple provides excellent phone support and supplied me with evidence that they had not billed me since the date I cancelled. I contacted my Visa company 2/2019 and they began a dispute with Pandora, which is still not settled. Avoid this music streaming service unless you want to be paying until your death and beyond!

I hate Pandora only for one thing, why in the world they always make a maintenance only in the weekend when people mostly listen to music, that’s just very STUPID and super FOOLISH, Do your maintenance in the weekdays not in the weekend.

I realized why the new album covers shown with many of the songs bother me. With new albums comes new and possibly different and more restrictive regulations on how often a song can be replayed. There are many, many songs that I used to listen to over and over again, but once the new art showed up, most of those songs' repeat option have been deactivated. Thanks a lot Pandora. Again, don't you make enough from subscriptions? Did you really have to make this change? What a ** disappointment.

On Pandora music app they offer a free 30-day trial without ads, cancelable at any time. Only trouble is, it's 30 pages of legalese making it all but impossible to cancel! Their support/help offer is a maddening runaround. Just a fancy SCAM. I'm contacting my state Attorney General, my state BBB, the California Attorney General and BBB. Fancy legal jargon directed solely to rip poor old suckers off!

Whenever I go to listen to Pandora online it starts out ok. But I have to constantly rebuffer the page to go to any other music label. For example, if I want to switch to shuffle it just gets stuck on the song I am currently on and won't let me click on shuffle. So I go to rebuffer the page a few times until it finally works. But then it will either stop working so I have to close the tab and open it again. Or I have to rebuffer a few times. This gets extremely annoying and it's been months. Wish they would fix the webpage problem.

I signed up for a free 30 day trial and canceled before the deadline, but was still charged the monthly subscription for the following month. I immediately unsubscribed when I saw the transaction and attempted to contact the company for a refund. Unfortunately, there isn't any phone number/email listed to resolve, but searching through the help section, it states that you may still be charged if cancellation is done within 24 hours of the deadline. THAT'S ** FALSE ADVERTISING AND A DAMN RACKET! It should be called a 29 day trial so consumers aren't scammed out of money.

I have listened to Pandora for many years. I would give it a good rating until it now plays political commercials to make a buck. Listening to a Trump commercial over and over again is not pleasant and harbors on being abusive to my ears. Come on...to make a buck???

Pandora keeps upgrading my account to premium which is a $4.99 to $12.99 jump. I have email correspondence with Pandora correcting this problem but it keeps happening. It's almost impossible to hold them accountable as Pandora says to contact Apple and Apple says to contact Pandora. I'm sure most people just give up after devoting sufficient time but if you multiply $12.99 by the millions of people this is probably happening to, it's pretty serious.

I love Digital Music. It's easy to find channels that I listen to. The music comes in real clear on some channel. At times I have to really find different channels.

I listen to Pandora every night to go to sleep. I love it. The only thing is the music cuts off sooner than before. When that happens I have to answer them letting them know yes I'm still listening. I love the artist I listen to.

I love the playback option in addition to the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons. The app is user-friendly, so it's easy to find new stations or add songs to existing stations. The artists I'm looking for are always available.

They have a great variety and I can pick music for whatever mood I'm in. If I'm getting ready for work I can pick what will pick me up while getting ready. The week-end I have a set for that. I just love it.
