    I’ve been using FTD for a long time. I send my wife flowers on a regular basis. If you get an arrangement that's shipped from an outside vendor, they're wonderful. If you go with one of their local florists, it becomes a little more challenging because they're not controlling that part of the process, and sometimes you get the flowers late. Sometimes you don't get the flowers at all. And sometimes you don't get what you ordered. However, if you call FTD up, they make it right. So, I’ve never had them argue about anything. But more or less, typically, it's a good experience. You just have some occasional challenges. But, all in all, I'm pleased. Because it's either Teleflora or 1-800-Flowers as their competitors, and I don't use them. I have much better service and quality with FTD.

    Their flowers are typically fresh. Their selections are pretty varied depending on what you're looking for. And they're very cost-competitive. If you're a savvy shopper, they have great promo codes, or they run specials. I just used them a week ago to send my wife flowers for Mother's Day. All in all, it's a very good experience.

      FTD’s marketing was ingrained from so long ago, hearing about them as a child. We were with their competitor but we did not like the quality of how that was going, so we did something else. I've ordered on and off for the past few years but now, we're more consistent. We're price point-constricted right now, though, as everyone else is. So, we're just getting normal grades of flowers. We enjoy that their FTD Plus is saving us money every month. It has been a straightforward experience with FTD, and it’s going well so far. I appreciate their partnership.       I’ve used FTD for a couple of decades. When I was in business before retirement, I had the subscription on an annual basis that waived the delivery charges, so it's been 20 years plus. One of the last two arrangements I purchased was a memorable sympathy plant for the loss of a family member. The recipient received it when I expected them to. They sent me a picture without request, and it was every bit what I was expecting. As a rule, I don't have a problem with giving FTD 5 stars, provided I read the fine print and I know it's being delivered by a local florist and not some other service, because I have been very disappointed when I missed that fine print and saw that it did not get delivered by a local florist.

      At times, when someone looks at a plant, if they're not careful with it, they're not sure whether they're looking at the premium grade, the super premium grade, or the base price that's the hook in someone's mouth to get them going. There's a way that FTD could do it that makes that clear on their website. Once someone understands what they're looking at and find the ability to enhance it, the images on FTD are good. With some other arrangements, I've stepped things up to make sure I had enough flowers in there to make it an acceptable arrangement versus something that looked skimpy.

      I recently ordered the Parisian one which is my fourth time ordering from FTD. It was for my grandmother for her birthday. It had a couple of flowers that I knew she would love, especially the base that was included with the flowers. The quality has been very well done. Especially with ordering from other companies when it came to flowers, and they showed up and you can clearly tell the flowers. It was an easy process. It was put in my hands to figure out and choose which would be the best arrangement for that particular person that I was ordering for. However, I wish it was communicated a bit better when the flowers were enroute and when they were delivered either through text message. That would have been great, because I could inform my spy over there to have it ready.

      I was wondering when the delivery time was for one of the arrangements I had ordered previously. That's where the text message feedback comes from. FTD said we were supposed to receive it that day, and it was pushed back, and I didn't see that updated in my profile until later. Other than that, FTD was very flexible, and let me know what arrangement I could choose from based on my timeline. That's why I continue to stick with them.

      The ease of using FTD set them apart from other companies and I’ve been using them for years. Earlier this month, I got one of their pre-arrangements and I liked what I saw. FTD has three different sizes and the last two times I used them, the arrangements that were shipped to my girlfriend were not the size that I selected. I ordered the largest one and what she received was probably a little larger than the smaller one, close to the middle version.

      I complained to FTD the last time this happened and they gave me a credit, which I liked. But there should be a mechanism to audit the local florist when they prepare the arrangement. With today's technology, they should have a program where the photo that they have on their website matches a photo from the local florists. It doesn't have to be exact, but it should be within a relative range of size. Overall, the experience was good with a couple of issues that I’ve had, more than likely with a florist in the local area. FTD's customer service was fairly professional.

      I've been a loyal FTD customer for years because their bouquets have consistently been more beautiful than those offered by other flower delivery services. While they're definitely on the expensive side, I was always willing to pay the premium because they frequently offer coupons and promo codes, and the arrangements were usually worth it. Unfortunately, after my Mother's Day experience this year, I'll never order from FTD again. I placed an order for my mother-in-law a full week before Mother's Day to ensure it would arrive on time. The Thursday before Mother's Day, I received an email stating that they could not fulfill my original order and would need to substitute it with an item from another collection. The email instructed me to call and confirm the change.

      I responded to the email and went back and forth with customer service to confirm the substitution. I also called, as instructed. During that call, the representative told me there was actually nothing wrong with my order and that it would be delivered as originally scheduled. The very next day, I received another email informing me that my order had been canceled because I had not confirmed the substitution—despite having email documentation and a phone call proving that I had done exactly what they asked. This was now Friday, just two days before Mother's Day. I immediately contacted customer service to explain the situation. Rather than acknowledging their mistake, I was told there was nothing they could do because it was too close to Mother's Day. When I pointed out that the issue was caused by FTD, not me, they suggested I place a new order—but it wouldn't arrive until Monday, the day after Mother's Day.

      To make matters worse, they initially refused to honor the discount I had received on my original order and expected me to pay full price. After a lengthy back-and-forth, I finally convinced them to match the original discount, and I thought the issue had been resolved. It wasn't. Monday came and went with no delivery. I called again on Tuesday and was assured the flowers would arrive that day. They didn't. By Wednesday—three days after Mother's Day—the order still had not been fulfilled. At that point, I called and canceled the order entirely.

      What disappointed me most wasn't just the failure to deliver the flowers. Mistakes happen. It was the complete lack of accountability and customer care. No effort was made to make things right. No complimentary arrangement, no meaningful discount, no apology beyond scripted responses—nothing. This was easily the worst customer service experience I've ever had. It's especially disappointing because I've trusted FTD for years and used them for countless occasions. One terrible experience completely erased the goodwill they had built with me, and I won't be ordering from them again.

      Ordered flowers for delivery. Beware: they no longer route their orders to a local florist. They throw them in a box and send them via UPS with no ability to cool them. They arrive three days later looking as you would expect. Wilted, crushed etc. and they charged a premium price for it. They offered a paltry 20 dollar refund on a 120 dollar order. Do not do business with this company, notice the trend in the reviews. This is not the FTD of the past. Buyer beware

      The birthday flowers I ordered for my wife arrived on the day promised but the quality was very poor. Many of the flowers were past their prime, dying and looked bad. I expected better quality for order over $100. The flowers were mailed by FTD and not prepared and delivered by a local florist. Very disappointing.
