    Bait & Switch! Spoke with a sales rep. Only need MVR's. They sold that to me and then when I get ready to run them, they tell me I must buy a package and MVR's are an "add-on". Went from 9.50 + state fee to MINIMUM of $29.99+9.50+6.00. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

    I had a very positive experience with Checkr. I've had background checks go through within five minutes or at most, it would be a couple of days. Also, Checkr's customer service has been very attentive. When I reach out to them, they always resolve the issue within a matter of hours.

    Checkr's customer service was great. It's hard to change passwords and we needed some more guidance on maiden names versus legal names as well as how best to handle those. They answered our questions. Our experience was pretty seamless and they met our expectations.
