    Order number: **. Guaranteed delivery by May 21, that did not happen. My package still hasn't arrived, and now I've had to rearrange my entire schedule because of it. I specifically took off work for a Friday appointment to get my car repaired, but since the parts didn't arrive on time, that time off was completely wasted. I also paid for shipping, so the "fast shipping" claim feels very misleading. What made the experience even worse was customer service. I contacted support Thursday night around 8:40 PM after my package missed the promised delivery date, and they seemed completely careless about the situation. Their response was basically, "Just wait until Friday afternoon and contact us again." That's unacceptable when the package was already supposed to arrive by May 21.

    Customers rely on accurate shipping estimates, especially for important car repairs. Very disappointed with both the shipping reliability and the lack of concern from customer support. Hopefully their return process is actually “hassle free.” I’m unable to even write a review on their actual website because every time I’m trying to submit the review it’s an error, how convenient.

    On 5/11/26, ordered headlights, promised delivery in four days, since that promise, 5 more delivery dates were given. Contact methods were removed by Carpart to prevent me from contacting them. Bad fraudulent and Deceptive Practices.

    The reason you order parts that you can't drive over and get from your local auto parts store is to order online and get them in a few days. The problem with Carparts.com is they promise you quick shipping when you purchase and then the next day, they tell you the carrier is delayed, and then you get it a week later. I'd rather pay the extra cost and have it sent to the dealer. Do NOT buy from them.

    I double ordered a part because checkout process crashed. I called them the same day to explain what happened. They refused to authorize a return and said decline one when delivered. They shipped it to an old address 2.5 hours from where I live. I drove five hours and when I contacted them they said I couldn’t return one because it was over thirty days. All I got was canned response. I filed dispute with my credit card company.

    Ordered some side mirror glass for my vehicle. The part arrived, and it was correct. It was installed, and there appears to be some kind of defect in the glass that causes everything to look distorted! I'm trying to submit a return, but it won't go through online. I chatted via the online chat and was told the return had gone through on their end and that I should receive an email with next steps...I haven't received an email, and I've attempted this return on numerous occasions! I think they're wasting time so that they can then tell me that it's now outside of the return window! I'm beginning to think I've been scammed!!

    Ordered hood lifts at $50 plus shipping. FedEx lost the shipment. CarParts customer service said they could do nothing for me because I didn’t pay EXTRA and buy the shipping protection plan. Poor customer service. Do not recommend buying from them.

    Carparts are substandard. I've had parts ordered from them, that had to be replaced far quicker than other parts I've purchased. Their return policy [30 days] is inadequate, as the parts are always "delayed" and never arrived when promised, [which is probably by design]. Their customer service is deplorable, making up every excuse in the world, NOT to refund your money. Word of advice.. Spend your money elsewhere.

    STAY AWAY – UNETHICAL BILLING AND WITHHELD REFUNDS. We are a professional Body Shop in Riverside, CA, and this has been an absolute nightmare. We placed a large order of over $2,000 for multiple vehicles. Immediately, this company began charging our business bank card multiple times in various increments instead of one transaction. Because of the suspicious and unprofessional billing, we canceled the order before the parts ever left their facility. They ignored the cancellation, shipped the parts anyway, and kept our money.

    We had to fight for months just to get them to pick up the parts they should have never sent. Even though they finally picked them up—claiming a "one-time courtesy" to cover return shipping for their own mistake—I am still being charged for the original shipping fees. It has been months. They have their parts back. They have our $2,000+. And I still have NO REFUND. My boss is beyond furious, and this situation is literally threatening my livelihood and my job. Every time I call, a representative named Nam tells me the same thing: "It’s ready, accounting just needs 24 to 48 hours." I have been hearing that lie for months. This is affecting our business and our lives. I demand my refund deposited immediately. Do not do business with these people unless you want your money held hostage and your job put at risk.

    Dealt with them twice. First time fuel pump was broke, they replaced but didn't send right connectors. 2nd time ordered 2 wheel hubs only got one. Got a run around. Told to file a claim. Extend didn't have any information on 2nd hub. Was shipped separately. Now out more money and no part. Will never buy from again.

    I placed an order for a 10-piece unit on [insert date] and was charged in full for all 10 parts. However, only 3 parts were delivered. The items that were received were packaged in a negligent manner. The box was inadequately secured, with parts protruding from the packaging, resulting in visible damage upon arrival. Because I work outside of the home, the package was brought inside by my wife and placed in the garage. She was unaware that the shipment was incomplete. Once I verified that only 3 of the 10 parts had been delivered, I contacted the company to address the discrepancy.

    During my initial call, the representative terminated the call without providing any explanation or assistance. I made a second attempt to resolve the matter, and again, the call was terminated without resolution. At no point has the company made any effort to investigate or correct the issue. It has now been five weeks since the order was placed. To date, the remaining 7 parts have not been delivered, and no communication or follow-up has been provided by the company. Despite failing to fulfill the order, the company processed and retained full payment for all 10 parts. This constitutes a failure to deliver goods as agreed. As a result of the company’s inaction, I have initiated a dispute with my credit card provider.

    Resolution Requested: I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged, along with prepaid return shipping labels to return the items that were delivered. I am no longer willing to accept replacement parts given the handling of this matter. If this issue is not promptly resolved, I will continue to pursue all available remedies.

    I orderd a radiator for my Ford Ranger. After it was installed it leaked. I thought it was coming from the bottom hose clamp but after inspection it turned out to be from a crack in tank above the bottom hose. I tried calling coustomer service but said no refund after 30 days. I am really bummed out.

    These guys suck, they will promise you fast delivery etc but they are awful. Promised me a part the next day, 5 days later no part. Checked the tracking and what was supposed to be in their warehouse had just left China!!!! They couldn’t give me any date for delivery and refused to refund my money as I now have to buy the part locally so I can have my truck back in operation. They said my part was outside of the return window even though I hadn’t received it yet even though they have a 30 day return policy. I am now disputing it with my credit card company. Do not use this unprofessional, sucky company, you will regret it.

    Shipping by this company is really bad, a 3 to 4 day is now 9 days from purchase date. This is what I get. This does not help me with disable car in the driveway. At this point, the package is already with the carrier, and transit times can sometimes take longer than expected due to USPS processing delays, routing, or high volume.

    I ordered a heater core from Carparts.com, good prices and good selection, so I went ahead and join the carparts+ membership for the free shipping. The part I received did not fit and despite the hassle-free returns policy, it took 3 phone calls and going to 3 different locations to get the parts shipped back, a lot of which was caused by incorrect instructions in the return email. After returning, I tried to cancel Carparts+ membership, was told it could only be refunded for 3 days after getting, so pretty much, you can only get a refund when you have never used the membership benefits. There are so many better car parts companies, I regret ever dealing with this company. I guess they got my $80.

    I wish I could have given it a zero! I ordered a radiator the first part of January and was sent the wrong part. I tried to contact them by email three times with no response. I paid with my PayPal account and PayPal usually is very helpful about my returns and helping to get the item returned or the replacement part. Car parts wanted me to send by the radiator back so I went to to the post office and it was going to be 74$ to send back and I just don’t have the money that’s the main reason I ordered the part because it was reasonable price but I made the mistake and didn’t check the reviews on this company! That was my mistake! Now I’ve read where they have been turned in to the Better Business Bureau!

    By the time you email all the information back to this company it like they forgot you I’ve sent pictures of my order form I took a screenshot shot of and the packing it came and the price it was going to cost to send it back. They kept in touch with PayPal but when I tried contacting them back in January they ignored me all together! Now it’s the middle of march and I’m still arguing with this company for a return slip or a refund by this point I have bought a new radiator at my local parts store! But still have not gotten any resolution from this company! So I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

    Received part fairly quickly. Went to install the driver side rear view mirror and it was missing the top back piece. How do they not notice it? They told me to send it back and they would issue refund and send new part out. Next email said they don’t even have one more in stock. Ended up taking piece off of my old mirror that wasn’t damaged and put it on the new mirror missing piece. Disappointing overall….

    I returned my Order back and it got delivered back to Carparts on 2/25/26 and signed by: Asturgeon. I still waiting for my $108.13 Refund and then on the top of that right now. They are trying to rip me out of my money. I returned the same item back in the same box that it came in. One strut assembly should take about 2 or 3 days to inspected and it way passed the timeframe. These peoples are scammers. I want my refund back immediately in the amount of $108.13.

    If I could rate this company in the negative I would. They lie on their website about hassle free return. Don’t believe that. They won’t do the return. First of all it is difficult to talk to someone. Different people response to emails and phone calls giving you different responses. I ordered a part that was delivered damage. They have repeated told me that there was nothing they could do. They didn’t offer a refund, an exchange, or even offer to file a claim with FedEx for me about delivery.

    Requests for a waiver to give to FedEx so I can do a claim have been ignored. They just took my $300 and left me with a damage part. They do not support their customers. They are a horrible company to deal with. Do not buy from they. They will ship a defective part, blame it on the delivery company, and then say there is nothing we can do. They will say or you don’t need shipping protection for return, but we can’t help you because you don’t have shipping protection. It wasn’t just the box damage. The part was too. They have no respects for their consumers.

    Wrong part of course was sent. Paid for delivery to receive and paid delivery to return. Charges were almost the price of the part. Went to O'Reilly. Purchased on the spot. Cost was not much more, didn't have wait and it was the right part.

    Ordered parts for a Cadillac Escalade on 02/12/2026, I was told after placing the order that my order would be here 02/16/2026. I have been waiting on the order all day and when I called both the Carparts.com customer service and the companies that are delivering, I only spoke to the delivery companies which told me that it wouldn't even reach me until the 18 or 19th. I am on a deadline and i will never do business with this carparts.com company again. No one answers at customer service and that isn't not a very professional way to conduct business.

    Ordered struts for the rear hatch on a Land Rover. CarParts.com claimed them as a direct replacement...but they were in fact 3 inches short and I was traveling over the holidays so "missed the 30-day return window." Will never use them again--the return window was my fault, but wrong-size struts? Ridiculous.
