Movers showed up on time. The team leader, Tony, explained the process very thoroughly and was very clear about the process. The team quickly moved our items even from a third-story apartment and delivered them to our new address in under the quoted time. Everyone was very pleasant and communication was easy. No damage to the furniture and everything was arranged the way we wanted.

My friend recently hired this moving company to help us move and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, they did an excellent job. It was clear they were experienced professionals who knew how to move items safely. What really stood out to us was how kind and courteous the movers were throughout the entire process. They treated both our belongings and our new home with the respect. There were no scrapes on the walls, no damage to furniture, and they made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted. I asked them to not unpack heavy boxes, George, crew leader, put heavy boxes on waist level for us, he did it to not get our backs hurt. I appreciate his caring personality.

They came early which was good cause we are early birds, crew leader Gio explained everything from top to bottom, which made me trust them blindly. We forgot to add some inventory on the list when we were talking to salesperson, because of that they made two trips but still managed everything so fast. The day went really good. Until they came George gave me a call about ETA. They showed up on exact time. I didn’t had much stuff. They only wrapped my sofa. Put blankets on couple dresser and all the stuff was vanished from my apartment real quick. George even trashed my rug, it was so kind from him. They marked everything room by room in order to not have difficulty at delivery location, George, Ika and Soso were good. Highly recommend this company and especially this crew.

At my new place, they made sure to ask where each item should go and didn’t leave anything until I was totally happy with where it ended up. Excellent service, especially during a time of need. My previous apartment had been damaged due to fire on rooftop and I had to move out within a week of the incident. Nick helped in getting me the crew set up for a Saturday and the rest was no major trouble.

The movers didn’t speak good English and so, when I directed them to lift my media stand in a certain way, they didn’t do it. And all the shelves came unhinged and fell apart. When they were outside loading my stuff, one of the guys took a long break to talk to another mover from a different mover company that was also moving someone out. He didn’t get back to work until I walked back outside.

I needed a mover for one piece of furniture (china cabinet) over a short-ish distance (20 miles). I was worried I would have trouble finding a good deal because it was just one piece. A lot of movers from north Jersey were quoting me higher prices with a bigger time window (like I had to wait around for them all day). Zip to Zip had better availability and gave me the best price AND a better time estimate (2-hour window). The movers were super professional and wrapped my piece with great care.
