I had a horrible experience with zip to zip yesterday. First, it took them almost 3 times as long to move me out as it took to move me in to the place I had been. Understand I had less belongings and almost no furniture. This of course doubled the cost. “It and I will say I underestimate it, but it doubled the cost. They wrap everything to ensure your charge for it. Every time I ask them to move something they acted as if I was putting them out. By the end of a very long day and they told me they were finished they asked me to write a positive Google review and stood over my shoulder. They left all the boxes in the middle of all my floors, rather than pushing them against the walls. Will now have to hire people to at least move them out of the way so that I can functionally unpack. After they left, I realized it was trash left here and at my apartment that I just moved from.

George and Lua were great. It was my daughter’s first move, and I’m glad they were the ones who helped us. George handled the packing while Lua carried everything down to the truck. They didn’t waste a single minute, which is why they worked so quickly. I absolutely recommend them.

They worked very quickly and delivered all of my belongings with everything packed in a professional manner. Since a different crew handled the pickup, it was a bit challenging for them to assemble things faster, but they still managed to complete the job without any problems. I truly appreciate the service and would definitely recommend this company.

Ika and Jio were amazing. They did amazing job, can’t imagine moving my friends stuff without them. Everything went smooth, I was worried about him, cause I heard terrible stories. No scratches or dents on my belongings, everything was safe and sound. I would definitely suggest them to everyone.

There was existing damages on my furniture, he was giving me that information, I was aware for even little scratches, so there was no surprises at all. Ika and George were best team I have ever seen. My friend did not reserved parking for move, so we had kind of issue about parking. They need to be quick, George still managed to complete job without problems. They were quicker at delivery location, even though distance between elevator and apartment was not close, they were smart guys and did everything to made their job less stressful. Thank you guys.
