Thank you to Tony and Ika and the staff for organizing and getting me through my move. Awesome job and I would recommend to others for their moves. I recently hired Zip to Zip for a local move, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The team arrived on time, were professional, and took great care in handling my belongings. They packed everything securely and were efficient, which made the whole process much less stressful.

I chose Zip to Zip based on their clear communication. They were also very quick and efficient with the way they did the follow-up and described the pricing. As soon as I applied online, they called me and the agent I spoke with was straightforward and explained everything quite well. Everything he explained over the phone aligned with what happened on moving day. So, I was quite happy. The reviews I found online were also positive, which reassured me in my decision.

I used Zip to Zip for the second time during my move. Initially, I chose them over other companies because I had a positive experience with them before, unlike with another company, College Hunks. I find their pricing quite reasonable, and when someone uses cash, it's slightly cheaper as well. They are incredibly efficient, taking no breaks and working fast. They don't charge for their drive from Philly, making the hourly rate fair. However, their packing services, like wrapping furniture, can add up quickly. For instance, they quoted $70 to move my TV, so I opted to handle it myself to save on costs. Other than that, they were really good at wrapping everything up.

Great crew showed up at the door!! We hired them to pack a 26' ft moving truck along with a 12’ foot trailer. We were moving my elderly parents from CT to TX. They had been in their home for 37 yrs and had A LOT of stuff and sadly leaving A LOT of stuff. The lead guy communicated upfront and throughout the job!! He said he would try and fit it all in the uhaul so we could take back trailer and save $$$. Let me just say I have moved too many times to count and this was the best pack job ever!! They were able to fit it all!! They worked for 4 hours, 4 man crew and it was the best price that I have ever paid!! We made it to TX and unpacked. Not 1 thing was broken or damaged!!!! We paid them in cash and in doing that received a 20% discount right off the bat. We were so pleased we tipped them 70%. My only regret is that aren’t available in Texas!!! Mine was a regular move, but I'm satisfied. It was good for my needs and both the prices and timing were reasonable. Go for it. Zip to Zip Moving sent a link to the online page where I could upload my information. But I prefer to do business over the phone. The representative told me that they are a small company and they do all the jobs in-house. They do not broker or outsource. Whenever I was in need of contacting them, like if I had questions, I was always able to speak with the person. I hate speaking with robots or phone machines, or even AI. I appreciate that they have living people answering my questions.

I noticed a number of positive discussions about Zip to Zip Moving on Reddit. My interactions with the moving coordinator were brief but efficient, which I appreciated. The drivers left a significant impression on me with their friendliness and courteous behavior.

This was my third time using Zip for a move, and once again they provided excellent service. The movers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my items with great care. Everything went smoothly and stress-free. I truly appreciate their consistency and professionalism. I’ll definitely continue recommending them to others.

The first group of movers was very professional and I had no complaints. However, during my second move, one mover insisted that I write a review immediately while on the job, which felt uncomfortable to me. Despite this, I was impressed by the efficiency and care they showed during both moves. Also, the moving coordinator was friendly and very helpful throughout, assisting both of my moves smoothly. My belongings arrived at my new home without any issues, which was a huge relief. The entire process was quick and hassle-free, providing great assistance during a typically stressful time.

The moving team was absolutely wonderful—fast, efficient, and so kind. They were easy to talk to and made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. I’d gladly recommend them to any of my friends preparing for a move. Moving can be such a mentally and physically exhausting experience, and I’m truly grateful they carried that burden with such care and professionalism.

They helped me pack all of my remaining items and then got me into my new apartment. They are hardworking and polite and respectful. I can't believe I actually am in my new home. I couldn't have done it without their help with the rest of my packing and getting the furniture disassembled and then getting me here and reassembling my furniture. I'm so lucky to have had them as my movers.
