They are a broker. We were misled the day before our scheduled pickup. Frederick told us to reserve more space than we really needed, stating that we would only be charged for space used. He said the markings in the truck could tell us how much was used once our items were loaded. Others in the office stated that they could tell nothing from our pictures. We were not allowed to measure or view our shipment until we paid cash on a delayed delivery. They offered us $500 and later $1000 to sign an agreement not to give a negative rating. We refused. One representative gave me a delivery date. Nothing happened. Another one finally found our shipment, still in Atlanta. No firm date. It had to somehow make it to Dallas first, and all drivers had to do other pickups and deliveries on the way.

She tried several times before the day to talk to them and the sales guy to confirm everything and the sales guy supposedly don’t work there anymore. Then day of move they don’t arrive until after 12 with 2 men to full pack and move a 4 bedroom house. 26ft truck and they pack horribly. Broke the washer by shearing off the hose. Broke off the thermostat off the wall and several other items.

Then we received a text to be ready for the “most critical conversation” a few days before our scheduled pick up. After repeating the dimensions for each item and communicating we would not have as many boxes as anticipated we were told we needed to purchase “extra cubic footage just for insurance” in case our items didn’t stack neatly into our already inflated cf. we were assured that we would only pay for actual cf used. We should have cut our losses at that point. But we trusted we were working with a reputable company. We weren’t. The movers showed up and after loading everything told us we had to pay for another 100cf.

I would give 0 if I could. They’re very helpful and available in the beginning. Their cancellation policy per the contract is vague, and ends three days after you sign. You will not get your money back. You will have to hound them for an answer for info they say is known, yet after 3 weeks of talking to their terrible employees, no one could tell me this known information. DO NOT MOVE WITH THEM. Greed is the basis of their company.

This is a cross-country move which will be put on a truck with other households, so I am concerned there will be a missing box upon arrival.

0 Stars. Everyone at this company is a crook. They will steal your money and not get you moved. They take something like moving where they should be reducing stress on consumers and double or triple the amount of stress. They will be rude to you the second you pay them. They have yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me. They have stolen $1750 from me and when I ask to know why they didn't pay the movers they subcontracted, they have told me "They'll have to check with accounting" for FOUR weeks straight. PLEASE check these reviews and better business bureau. They are absolute crooks, do not hire under any circumstance.
