My move included not only my furniture but also some personal collections that needed extra care. Every single piece was handled with utmost responsibility and packed safely for transport. The personnel had always been ready to assist me with any questions that I had. All items arrived at my new location in pristine condition. The whole moving process ran in an organized manner and was quite clear.

Great experience moving from Virginia to Florida. Matthew was my initial contact. He was fast, friendly and available. Got the quote to me very quickly. Remember this is an estimate, but it was within a couple of hundred dollars. Measurements of your items will ensure a better space estimate. I compared my several services. This was cheaper than pods or U-Pack, absolutely the best price and full service. Calls made to any department are returned promptly. I was given a 2-day window for pickup.

From the first phone call to the final delivery, everything was handled professionally and with great care. The movers arrived on time, wrapped and protected all of my furniture, and worked quickly without cutting corners. They were friendly, respectful, and made what could’ve been a stressful day feel completely smooth. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and will absolutely hire them again!

Excellent moving experience! The crew was incredibly fast, efficient, and very careful with all of my belongings. They worked hard the entire time and made the whole move out of my condo feel easy and stress-free. I was especially impressed with how respectful they were of my furniture and fragile items. Everything was handled with care, and nothing was damaged. They were also very professional, organized, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Moving can be stressful, but this team made it a smooth experience from start to finish. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking movers.

They were great at communicating their arrival time so I wasn’t waiting around. They were as sweet as can be and really fast and efficient. They even helped me quickly assemble my bed frame which I was really worried about doing on my own. I can’t imagine having done this move without them and you’ll be in good hands with them. 10/10 recommend!

FRAUD! RUN. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE. They will keep saying they will show up and take your money. Then block your calls!

Horrible. Brokered from 2 other companies. Original quote was for 300 cu ft of 1800$. I measured every box and item and elongated a large dresser and 2 nightstands but the next company said that it was overcharged me another 700$. The loaders were good but they wouldn’t give me a delivery date and when I would call they were nothing but rude. Finally get a call saying they will deliver at 10pm, this is not acceptable. Got them to come up 8 am next day. Everything was soaking wet; ruined many items. Negative rating. Each person I talked to upped the price $500.

The entire moving process kept all the boxes dry, and everything went smoothly for me. It is important to mention that the guys were really prepared for any kind of trouble, so there were no additional problems during the relocation. I could not believe how excellent everything looked after arriving at the new location.

I would not recommend X Van Lines. I hired this company to move my daughter’s belongings from Nashville, TN to Little Rock, AR and paid the required deposit. The move was scheduled for [date], but the company canceled at the last minute, leaving us scrambling to make alternative arrangements. After multiple calls and messages, the movers finally arrived the following day. However, only then were we informed that delivery of the belongings could take 30–60 days. This timeline was completely unacceptable and was not what we expected when booking the service.

X Van Lines didn’t do the moving service they promised! They kept calling me and rescheduling the pick up date until they canceled it! I had pre paid $735 already and lost my money. Please be aware of this moving company! Don’t fall for it.

The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes from my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them?

This X Van Lines performed our moving from Colorado to Georgia efficiently. The workers were careful and polite. Our delicate things were packed in a careful manner. They also loaded our furniture correctly. There were no additional expenses paid when we got our items.

X Van Lines gave us an excellent flat rate for my relocation to Dallas. The whole process was super smooth.

Relocating from New York to Georgia with X Van Lines was much easier than expected. The moving crew members were highly professional and took care of each and every one of the items, particularly those related to electronic equipment and kitchen items.

I absolutely will NOT use this company! Very misleading, dispatch very rude (Carlos) and they try to add more money and when you don't allow that, that's when you will see the truth about this company! Carlos come off very rude and manipulating, if you do use this company and make sure you know anything such as a shoe can add a charge to the amount upon pick up! Very janky business. I wish I did not let my things go with these people. I'm very unsettled about my experience with carlos as well as the driver sent out.

Great experience with this moving company! The staff was professional, on time, and very careful with all items. The move was smooth, quick, and stress-free. Excellent service from beginning to end.

They moved everything into our storage unit and took care to place the more frequently used items towards the front for us. The most impressive game of Tetris I've ever seen. 😂 Once again I definitely recommend X Van Lines.

However, they kept their promise and charged the exact amount they quoted initially. There were no hidden charges and no weird fees. Given all the horror stories that I have heard from friends about moving companies, that was really refreshing. Glad to use them!

I was very disappointed with X Van Lines. They say all the right things up front but then it goes south. I did research on many moving companies but unfortunately went with this company. They increased my initial quote by 1200.00 and this was after I clarified my inventory with my first contact person, Chris **. He talked to me about work ethic and integrity but disappeared after I shared my frustration regarding the upcharge. The final inventory guy, James, was condescending when he charged me extra. They can only give you estimates of day of pick up and day of delivery. It was so stressful, worrying about if you were going to be charged even more on day of pick up. I had to call to find out when they were arriving. They said they would be communicating every step of the way. Not true.

Alejandra and Victor helped me with with all my moving problems, both the ones I knew I was going to have before the day of my move and the ones I didn’t find out about until moving day. They were kind and professional, and I would be happy to hire them again.
