Top Tier Moving Group LLC takes customer feedback very seriously and has multiple safeguards in place to ensure customers fully understand our terms, services, and pricing structure at the time of booking and again prior to move day. We respectfully reject the claim that our company operates as a scam and wish to clarify that our team has made several attempts to contact you via phone and email to address ongoing concerns and work toward a resolution without success. We also have no record of any reports indicating that our contact numbers are disconnected or inactive. We encourage you to refer to the signed paperwork, which contains all active and verified contact numbers for our office and that of the assigned carrier to ensure your calls are being routed properly. We wish to emphasize that while our records currently show that you cancelled your move directly with the assigned carrier, our office was neither contacted or informed of this at the time of their arrival or afterward to allow us the opportunity to intervene on your behalf or answer any questions you may have had before the cancellation occurred.

Per our records, your move was scheduled and calculated using the inventory provided at the time of booking. As documented and electronically signed, the quote reflected an estimated volume of 319 cubic feet.

On move day, the assigned carrier conducted a legally required on-site review to verify the actual volume of items to be transported. During this walkthrough, the carrier determined that the volume exceeded the original estimate by 300-400cft. In compliance with federal law and the terms of the contract, a revised written estimate was provided and reviewed with you prior to loading, using the same per-cubic-foot rate agreed upon at booking, further explaining the reason for additional costs.

At that time, you chose not to move forward with the revised estimate and instead elected to proceed at the originally quoted amount. As a result, the carrier transported only the portion of items that fell within originally estimated volume, and any remaining items were excluded based on that decision.

We would also like to clarify that our customer service representative did not advise that payment of a higher amount was required without alternatives. Rather, the representative re-explained our terms and conditions as stated in the agreement, as well as the legal requirement for the carrier to confirm the actual inventory on site and issue a revised estimate when a discrepancy is identified.

We can assure you that no misrepresentation of our role or services occurred as this information was provided by your sales representative at the time of booking and detailed in the executed contracts. While we do not perform the physical transportation of household goods, we work closely with FMCSA-authorized carriers and assist customers throughout the coordination process.

That said, following your recent conversation with management, we have agreed to conduct a thorough review of all relevant records and communications. Once this review is complete and additional information is available, we will contact you promptly with an update.
