We had a great experience with movers. I was having a difficult time finding someone to help us move. But Southern Elite Van Lines were available and reasonably priced. We wanted to move a lot of stuff ourselves to help save money. They were flexible and open to what we wanted. The team was friendly and professional. The whole family commented on how great the movers were!

Easy to set up date or time of move via email and call. The day ahead of I obtain an email to authenticate. The moving guys including Kevin, Mason and Shams showed up on time. Very efficient and professional. Round off furniture and tables in protective cloth or plastic wraps.

I heard of Southern Elite Van Lines from a friend that highly recommended I hire them for my next move. I moved into a 3 bedroom apartment last month and so thankful I went with these guys! They are extremely helpful, professional and reliable! The prices are the lowest I could find after doing my research and there was no big surprise cost added on at the end. This truly is a great company and you won't be let down!

I was moving to a new apartment and a friend recommended Southern Elite Van Lines. I called them and they were very friendly and helpful. I have to say that it was the best choice for my moving needs. The move went very smooth and easily. They provided great service and everything was done how I would want it to be. I highly recommend it to anybody moving as a great choice.

Absolutely horrible experience. If you are already involved, document and take a lot of pictures for proof. Otherwise, they overcharge. Communication is horrible. They are off on the weekends so if your move is on the weekend, forget about getting something resolved. A nightmare. The movers did not want to give a receipt for a cash transaction. The customer contact person was rude. It was one bad experience after another. Stay away. Not worth it. Do not believe their quotes.

This was my first experience of using mover's service and I have to admit, the experience was great. They were very approachable and responsive from the time of booking to completion. I was impressed to see the level professionalism and commitment that the team took to make it a hassle free, damage proof and fast move. All in all a great service.

I used Southern Elite Van Lines to help me with a bigger, general move. Very pleased with the service. Good communication, reliable, hard working, and polite. Took very good care of my personal belongings and did not break anything. Showed up on-time and ready to work. No dilly-dallying. Would use them again.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Southern Elite Van Lines. Their staff were very efficient, polite, friendly and worked tremendously hard. The removal and placing items in our new home was exemplary and appropriate questions were asked regularly to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. We feel that their charges were most reasonable considering what was done and we would certainly recommend them whenever we can.

A nightmare start to finish-the price jumped 50% from the original quote and another 50% the day of the move (and they showed up a day late and delivered four days after they originally told us they were arriving)-poor communication and sketchy paperwork. Not a single piece of furniture made it unscathed-scratches and dents on everything. 5-10 boxes disappeared and some of those items cannot be replaced. They never told us they were transferring our belongings to a large van and we assume that is how boxes went missing.

They worked quickly and carefully, it was clear that they knew exactly what they were doing. When we arrived at the house, they placed everything exactly where we wanted it in a very efficient and careful way. We had some laughs and, over all, we had a great time together. Their professionalism went above and beyond.

From the very beginning Southern Elite Van Lines came across as friendly and efficient. We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received and would not hesitate to recommend to others. On the day, they worked very hard to attend to all our needs. They went out of their way to be accommodating and were super efficient. Have finished unpacking and nothing is broken!

If I could give zero, I would. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. Between the broken furniture, poor ethics (driver intentionally took our paperwork from us and drove off), we are disgusted. We are pursing legal measures and have testaments from several employees. This company scams the elderly and is fraudulent. Run!

I was very pleased with Southern Elite Van Lines. I used them for the first time, recently, and would definitely recommend them! They were organized and courteous at every level of the process. They were on time, friendly, and communicative. They took care of everything, and were sure to answer any questions. The entire process went smoothly. They did a very nice job, and kept me informed, along the way, before delivery. It was a very satisfying experience!

David was very attentive to my needs. What impressed me the most was their professionalism throughout the move. They worked diligently to pack my belongings carefully and make sure everything was protected during the move. No any hidden fees, and they stuck to the estimate given upfront.

Movers were equipped with all required materials, and handle every item with attention. Fragile belongings are covered and secured properly, while larger furniture is disassembled and reassembled smoothly. Their packing service is especially remarkable, organized, methodical and designed to minimize damage during transportation.

Called Southern Elite Van lines a few days before my move and they provided a very good rate for my moving needs. Two movers, Jerry and Duane, came ten minutes early on the day of the move date and got right to work. We moved the entire 1 bedroom apartment, including travel to the storage, in exactly same time as quoted!

Their employees are friendly and polite people, and they stick to the schedule. Their customer service is great, and they also follow up well, and provide notifications as needed. They are very careful with the items they ship, and overall, a very professional moving company!

The two movers who helped me were extremely efficient, experienced and handled all my small and large furniture and delicate articles with great care. Despite a slight communication barrier, as the movers were outsiders who did not speak fluent English, they were able to know enough to accommodate my requests and get the job done smoothly and seamlessly.

Highly professional. Very helpful in assisting us with move. All our items arrived in perfect condition and within the timeframe quoted. Our other items also arrived at their perspective locations without any problems. Communication with the company was top notch.

NO - THEY ARE NOT LEGIT!!! I AM ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T POST UNLESS I RATE...My former Manager tried to warn me, but it was too late! This company nickel and dimes you for every little thing, including "going over space" which I have never heard of. But if you like watching every single item you own be broken down to pieces and screws, given various delivery dates that they do not meet, or talk to the absolute rudest people on God's green earth, you have the right company!

Absolutely the worst moving experience. Do not chose this company. They will lie to you and charge you extra and not deliver your belongings for over a week. I'm still waiting on my belongings and they charged me double.

I recently moved from NC to WI and these guys did a great job. They helped me pack and loaded everything with care. Within a week I was able to get all of my belongings. Everything was wrapped and well taken care of. Pricing was fair. Will use them again if needed and for sure will refer them out.

My recommendation anyone looking at this moving company do not use them. Sales person Sam ** who quoted this to be a direct move from SC to NY made false statement. I made several phone calls. No-one would pick up the phone. They waited to load with 3 moves a move from MB to NY which should have been maybe 14 hrs took 9 days. I advised all items plus had a Zoom call and I believe they scammed me for more money at pick up.

I strongly advise anyone needing to have their household furniture moved, to not use Southern Elite Van Lines. They are the biggest scam artists I have ever come into contact with. After our household furniture was moved from North Carolina to California, we encountered excessive damage to various pieces of furniture and décor. This company has the absolute worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.

DO NOT USE!!! Estimated cost was way, way off (almost 1/2 of actual cost). Did not track the box numbers properly, numbers fell off items, so impossible to tell whether all items made it. We moved cross country with a small load. They assured us they would separate our items in their warehouse in GA, then ship with a bigger load. We had good communication as to when the delivery would happen, but.... We had a couple of Air Tags in our goods, so know for a fact that at least one item is still in their warehouse a month later. Have received confirmation from an employee that they have the item, but now silence. Have tried to communicate with the company with no luck - full voicemail, no response to Customer Service for submissions, etc.

We have moved many times in the last three years. They has delivered by far the great service I have ever seen. They worked so fast and they were all so nice. Everything was perfect where I needed it. They even moved stuff around when I changed our mind about how I wanted it set up. Throughout the whole was great. They handled our furniture and belongings with the extreme care and attention to detail. Their method of protecting our items was truly impressive.

To summarize, my husband was unable to assemble the clock until last Thursday, when he discovered that the pendulum was missing due to travel and job changes. Tragic, this is!! Not only does it devalue the clock by preventing a critical component from being replaced on time, but doing so will also require a lot of effort. Imagination of the crate acquire thrown into the dump with the pendulum inside kept me awaken. I legitimately had no hope that the pendulum, which was disconnected from the crate and recognized all numbers, was accidentally discovered or that the crate was in a storage warehouse.

They were very helpful and familiar during our costing negotiations, and he suggested a very reasonable rate. On the day of our move, the crew arrived promptly and remained operative throughout. They treated our time and goods with great respect and forbearance. Nothing appeared to be a problem and even though we were only moving a short length move they packed our possession with the maximum of care. They were very accommodating when they placed our belongings in our new space. If I could, I did give it more than five stars. We are grateful to you all for a wonderful experience and for taking the stress out of moving!

The team was supportive, energetic, polite, and extremely useful. The whole team was amazing. Their honesty and hard work made the process smooth and tension-free. Very efficient and professional and always had a good experience. We are so happy we chose them.
