Extremely professional and friendly. I generally don’t leave reviews, but these guys went above and beyond in every way possible. Really great group of guys. I would recommend Southern Elite Van lines to anyone looking for a fantastic move. Clark was really great through the whole move, and really answered all my questions throughout, and I had a lot LOL. I can say enough about these guys, and they saved me money on pickup too, which was really great.

I recently had the pleasure of using Southern Elite Van Lines for a long-distance move, and I cannot say enough great things about the entire experience. From the very first phone call to the final delivery of my items, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. A special shoutout goes to Chris, the salesman who guided me through the entire process. From the moment we spoke, Chris was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to understand my needs, explained every detail clearly, and made sure there were no surprises along the way. What stood out to me most was his patience and willingness to answer every single one of my questions, no matter how small. Lack of communication. Will not answer my texts or return my phone calls. Pick-up date was scheduled for: 4/11/25 -4/12/25 without any time windows. I have called and texted numerous times with no response to neither. I feel that have been ghosted and need answers. Deposit have been made but no service have been provided. Very poor customer service and lack of communication. Absolutely no excuse for this type of behavior (besides death, which I would understand) otherwise, it is extremely unprofessional.
This is a complete and total misunderstanding Annette originally booked removed for April 24 25th when at the last minute, she realized that she booked for the wrong dates we made every accommodation for her to get her picked up in the timeframe that she needed at the last minute we were able to pick her move up. Everything was picked up on time. Everything is scheduled to be delivered. Annette is going to update her review because of this misunderstanding

Liars!! They quote you one thing but add more when supervisor calls. They say they don’t subcontract their work and that workers in Southern Elite Van Lines uniforms and trucks. Not true!!! Some men in a Ryder truck showed up 6 hours late arriving at 10:30 pm speaking Arabic NOT wearing Southern Elite Van Libes uniforms. Then subcontracted the delivery making me pay an additional 350 cash!!! And then I have boxes missing in my Christmas tree missing! The delivery driver did not return any of my phone calls or text messages when I realized I still missing stuff. Do not use them for moving unless you’re planning on spinning an additional $2000.

Our recommendation is DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We experienced unfair and deceptive selling practices from Southern Elite Van Lines, LLC, primarily from the salesperson named Sam ** and one named Charles, the "dispatcher." After a detailed inventory video call to establish a more accurate estimate, the dispatcher, Charlie, charged us approximately $500 over the original estimate. I was told the total resulting cubic foot reflected the maximum cost.
However, upon arrival of the moving crew, the lead mover told me he would charge me if our goods exceeded the previously established and more accurate cubic foot estimate. The lead mover also tried to charge us for a television packaging box, which was already included in the calculation. We were also informed our goods would not arrive at the destination when promised when we agreed to use this company.
Essentially, the salesperson will tell you anything to secure your business, even if they know they cannot guarantee those things will happen. We were told the moving crews were company employees and would arrive in company uniforms. This is false. They are hired contractors who came in a rented cargo box truck. The moving crew arrived exceptionally late, two hours after the time window of 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Southern Elite Van Lines refused to refund our deposit.

Your move was scheduled from North Carolina to Florida — an interstate move crossing multiple states. As outlined in the signed contract and confirmed during the Quality Assurance call, all long-distance moves are provided with a delivery window, not a guaranteed overnight delivery. This is an industry-standard practice — similar to how shipping carriers consolidate packages for efficiency. While our delivery times are among the fastest in the industry, guaranteeing next-day delivery for a long-distance move, at no additional cost, is simply not logistically possible.
Your inventory was thoroughly reviewed during a detailed video walkthrough, and the estimate was accurate based on the information provided. There were no additional charges added to your move. Everything was in line with the walkthrough and your signed agreement. The team was ready to perform the move exactly as scheduled.
All of our movers are direct employees of Southern Elite Van Lines and they arrive in company uniform using company-owned trucks that are properly registered, maintained, and cleaned. Some trucks are purchased secondhand from companies like Ryder or Enterprise, but they are fully serviced and operational and newer model trucks. The truck assigned to your move was empty, clean, and ready for your pickup. The condition or branding of the vehicle has no bearing on the quality or success of the move.
We’ve attempted to contact you to help clarify the situation and resolve any concerns, but unfortunately, our calls have gone to voicemail. If you're reading this, please don’t hesitate to call us directly — we’d love the opportunity to speak with you and resolve any misunderstanding.
We’re truly sorry for the confusion regarding the delivery timeframe, but we were fully transparent from the beginning. Everything was set up properly, and our team was ready to complete your move as agreed. We genuinely hope to hear from you soon and find a way to make things right.

Move from Ga. to Fla. Poor communication after accepting their contract. Didn't arrive when scheduled nor any communication of the delay. Quoted a price based on video and pictures of storage. When picking up had to pay extra $900.00. Spoke to several people and still no explanation of returned call. Was afraid of this happening so was very careful of providing all I could for accurate quote. End result was, "Oh well not our problem." I had even asked for extra cushion on pricing just in case and was told I would be good with the quote. Sent final video of storage before move date again to be sure of pricing. I can say that the movers that delivered my things were very nice and tried to fix the things that were damaged when they unloaded.

Great company to use, excellent customer service and affordable prices. I moved from South Carolina to Florida. They charge me $2900.00 to move a three bedroom apt. All my belongings were very well wrapped and got here in a mint condition. The movers were very professional. Cordial and helpful. I definitely recommend their service.
