Amazing experience. From getting the quote, to the COI, to the move everything was so smooth. The best part of the move were the two movers they assigned us. Movers were good. Was told they would be here the 18th, then told they would be a day early. Waited all day for them to run in to issues. Communication last night on the 17th was bad, was told 15 minutes before they were going to show that their helper was 2 hours away and if I could help or find help for labor. That was absolutely insane and frustrating considering the money I shelled out for a divorce I'm already having to pay a lot for. However the movers themselves were good. Wrapped everything neatly and moved it into the truck. Logistics need work. Considering i live on a military post why they would send undocumented workers is beyond me. Protect your workers better. The price I was originally given was way lower than the price I had to pay at pick up. $800 to $2100. Also, Cash App? Zelle? That's absolutely insane. That whole transaction felt like a scam but you already had the stuff packed so I didn't have much of a choice.

Very smooth. Men were nice and worked very hard. Customer service person was very helpful. Wrapped everything with care. Very delicate work and nice men who were happy to help! They were easy to work with and friendly. They helped with taking apart furniture and were quick to take things down to truck. They were not pushy when we had questions about price and were very patient.

This company is a scam factory. They gave me a price, I confirmed it every day, then the night before the move, they suddenly doubled it. When they arrived, they tried to double it again right on my driveway. They wanted cash only, no receipts, no paper trail. The crew DEMANDED a tip before leaving. And now I completely understand how they get any “good reviews” — because they try to strong-arm customers into leaving 5-stars or paying extra money to make problems “go away.” They acted like they were doing me a favor after lying about the price. They are not honest movers — they are opportunists looking for cash and coverage. If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. Stay far away from this company.

Do not use this company. They are also known as Midland Vanlines. The owner Bluntly states that he make his money on the pick up. Ask for a picture ID from anyone who is quoting you. They will use fake names so they can change them when their 1sr fake name gets known.

Dimetry and Brian were actually early to our appointment! They were extremely patient with us while confirming how much we had to move, and were very accommodating when it came to ensuring maximum space was utilized. Had an amazing experience moving from FL to NY with Perfectly Fast Moving! Everything was done very professionally. This company is quick but also quality oriented. John was very helpful and nice to talk to, made this whole process very smooth.

We contracted Perfectly Fast Moving for our move from Colorado to California. There were many issues with their estimates and service. We researched multiple moving companies and chose Perfectly Fast Moving (PFM) due to their reviews, price, and the coordinator/sales person we worked with, Jacob **. We contracted them on 11 July with an estimated price of $7650, of which we paid a $950 deposit (this price included a 4th of July promotional discount). Jacob performed a verbal inventory of every piece of furniture and all household goods via phone, including corrections for a missing box spring and night stand, and reached an estimated volume of 1285 cubic feet (cf). We were promised a professional, ‘white glove’ service and that all of your movers had at least 10 years of experience. Jacob assured us that he would be there for us as our move coordinator from beginning to end of the process.

My, this is so sad! I want to say to all the people that have experience such bad service from this company Perfectly Fast Moving LLC, I am so sorry to see this. When people treat others wrong and deceive them, my question to them is and particularly this is addressed to Perfectly Fast Moving LLC, how would you like it if a family member of yours was treated the same way your company has treated other customers as well as myself. You did a terrible move for me, damage to my furniture, and then I did a claim and you only had to pay $204.86, and that was going to break your bank account evidently. Well I want to say I hope that the $204.86 and the money that you all have taken away from other people does everything you wanted it to do.

Quoted and paid 2k. Pick up was charged another 2k. Delivery was forced to Zelle 2500. Not a reputable business. Will charge more each step. May take 2 weeks for delivery. Or they can fast track for fee.

I was so upset with these people. When our things were delivered the boxes were smashed and several items were either missing or broken. To file insurance became difficult and would defeat its purpose. I've had my guitar for many years and my husband put much time to build his models only to arrive broken. Boxes were marked fragile or glass however they did not care. I would be careful in deciding to use them or not. We will never again.

Do not trust Perfectly Fast Moving. After booking, I spent weeks trying to reach my sales rep (he never answered) and the corporate office (no clear answers). Only 3 days before my move, they finally called — not to confirm, but to inflate my price to nearly 3x the original quote, despite the rep’s repeated promises the price would not change.

This company pretends to be a 5-star long-distance mover but is just a broker. They promised professional crews, uniforms, unloading, and reassembly. Instead, they outsourced my move — the final driver showed up with a Craigslist hire, inflated fees, and refused to unload unless I paid him directly via Zelle. He left my belongings on a playground. The move dragged on for over a month, multiple items were damaged (including a leather couch), and I even received another customer’s belongings. My $8,000 insurance claim returned only $100. In the end, I had to hire others to finish the job. This company lies, outsources, and extorts. Please take negative reviews seriously — this is a pattern. Use movers with fixed, upfront pricing so you don’t risk having your items held for ransom.

Never ever ever use these guys for moving. 1st, I was overcharged at pick up because of "the way they stack things" and it "taking up more room than originally accounted for". Then I received my things. Most of my boxes were dented though luckily everything was fine inside. However, my folding table came cracked and damaged. They then tried to charge me again for the drop off more than when they picked up. Luckily I got that money back but as a young women having large men show up who don't speak the best English and demand money for services is scary. And they lost my vanity mirror and TV and gave me nowhere near compensation to replace them. I am so frustrated and angry. Do not book with them or Coastal Moving for whom they are contracted out of.

Edit 9/15/25 This company admitted wrongdoing, and the owner of the company tried to offer me $350 to take this review down. This company is shady and operates illegally. Do not use this company for any reason, they will hold your items hostage and extort you for more money before releasing them. Original: THIS COMPANY EXTORTED ME for over $2600 MORE than the agreed price, and their agents BLATANTLY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE ESTIMATE AND CONTRACT, misleading and misrepresenting their pricing. They held my things hostage and refused to deliver them until I paid this extorted price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had multiple representatives CONFIRM AND AGREE A PRICE, I even have it in writing but everyone I spoke to at the company said they didn't care, and I wouldn't get any of my things back until I paid the extorted price.

WARNING: Do not use this moving company. They charged us more than double the original quote, disappeared for days with no communication, and our delivery took 10 days instead of 3. When our things finally arrived, many boxes were crushed, items were broken, and we are still missing a bookcase and multiple boxes. To make matters worse, we received a box that wasn’t even ours. Six weeks later, we still don’t have our missing belongings and no resolution. Dishonest, careless, and completely unprofessional.

Do not use this company, I don't believe the good reviews. Look at bad reviews. They all say similar - At first I looked at reviews and believed them, everyone has a few bad ones and they will tell you that - Problem is they have an F- from BBB when I found this out it was too late to get my money back. They swore it was all a misunderstanding with BBB over payment - Yeah right - After giving them list 3 times they swore they would not charge me anymore but they never updated list to reflect my list - Driver shows up and wants more money before even setting foot in the house even though I have less than original list, I'm prepared for this and he calls his boss I assume - comes back and loads up with 2 people but I now have a very uncountable feeling with them which proved to be correct.

I was very concerned about my move but Mike and Islam helped me and my move went smoothly. They would text me updates. They issued me a refund when I was accidentally charged for the drop off of my things. The movers themselves were quick and personable.

The moving team from Perfectly fast moving did an incredible job from start to finish. They showed up right on time and immediately got to work with a professional and organized approach. Mover destroyed 75” TV, end table and never delivered king bed, when they finally did it was 8 days later, said it was on a different truck. Complaints went unanswered, no one has even responded back after 2 emails and several calls. I can’t prove they took items, but there appears to be missing jewelry as well. I gave up trying to get in touch with anyone. Don't use these unprofessional movers. They are horrible at best. Please save yourself the aggravation.

Worse moving company I have ever hired. Everything the sales person told me was a lie. The sales guy Jacob told me they had their own truck (lie), told me I would not have to pay cash (lie). They demanded Zelle and cash payments or else would hold my items hostage, told me he would be my personal concierge (lie), told me I would get my preferred day (lie). I had to be on the phone for hours to make them pick up on my preferred day. Told me my stuff would be delivered the next day (lie). I had to again be on the phone calling and texting to make sure my items would indeed be delivered the next day.

They arrived right on time, brought all the necessary packing materials, and handled everything with great care. Every item was wrapped, secured, and loaded professionally. Please please please find another moving company. I moved from Tennessee to north Caroline in April. Made reservations, went over item list and paid deposit in February. 2 weeks before move had heard nothing from company for confirmation to set up time and go over final inventory list. All of this happened the day prior to my move and doubled in price even though some items were removed from inventory list. Meaning I had much less to move then originally planned. They showed up 3 hours late. With no notice. Was expected to received my items within 3 days and it was a full 7 days before they delivered to me. Again no notice until morning of and 2 hours late.

Basically a scam and take your stuff hostage. BEWARE. Slimy business practices. Horrible team–if there's even a team over there. They WILL charge you double/triple more than they quote and find ridiculous things to add to that. They were about 3 weeks late for a 1-week job. Fully unresponsive phone number...until you dispute your charges. Then they suddenly call you begging. They request unsolicited tips for load and unloading otherwise they'll threaten not to do a "good" job of unloading. They'll ask deposits to be paid in cash or Zelled, else they'll threaten to not unload your stuff. They are the complete opposite of "perfectly fast moving". They are "horrible and slow moving".

What you get with this company, Lies! Damage! 20+ days waiting for your furniture, BROKERS and RUDE "dispatchers". Classic bait and switch company with aggressive tactics once they get your 30% deposit and get to your home on move day, thinking you have no option other than agree to give a tyrant screaming on the phone MORE money!! While the movers looked like some guys off the street. No uniform, no business truck, just a regular little moving truck without a lift or a ramp. The little fellow moving stated they only get paid $15/hr and that after one month and all the similar experiences he was quitting,

After initial estimate, you expect to pay way more than initial estimate.

Very bad experience. I spoke with Jacob who seemed friendly and willing to help but then failed to communicate with me after I paid a deposit. The price Jacob gave me was fair, and included a discount, but then when the movers came to pack everything, the price was doubled because my original estimate did not have an accurate inventory. If you are unhappy with the new price, then they will just keep the deposit. There is also never an update on where your boxes are; I called and spoke to Michael twice and both times he said someone would call me and then they never did. The only update I received was from Sam through text message that said the drivers were on the way; my suggestion to this company is to provide an update every day on where the boxes and truck is located, otherwise it just feels like a scam and they took your money and your belongings.

So I was excited about my move. The representative was Jared. He signed me up for the move and I gave a 650.00 deposit. 3 months before my move event dictated I have to cancel my move. Even though I was past the day cancellation period, I thought giving them 3 months' notice, they would be good business operators and give me my deposit back. I was also told by the representative at the time of booking that their policy was not written in stone. That if in the event I did have to cancel, that would t be a problem. They are reviewing at this point and will make a final decision, but I hold little hope they will be honorable.

BEWARE, DON'T USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. All our belongings were damaged and the boxes were crushed. They did nothing but lie from my first contact with Sales Rep Roman. They wouldn't answer the phone because they had call screening. See photos.

We made the mistake of calling this company first our move from Seattle to Billings Montana. We paid for premium service and received 4 guys that were mad about having to help us. This was after the office told us that they would pack up our junk drawer if needed. My wife and I are senior and she is disabled, so to start out this way was to say the least disheartening. The guys that picked up our stuff only one spoke English and was hard to communicate with, I've never been prejudice against anybody but this was ridiculous. Before they picked up we were told we had to pay an additional 1200 dollars, which we did. We told the office exactly what we had to move and when they got there their list was different from what we gave the office. So after they loaded up we were informed that they wanted another 1800 dollars or they wouldn't take it. After the fact? What could we do? We paid it and off they went.

I hired this company kind of in a rush because I needed to move my stuff out of the apartment I shared with my husband. I took photos of everything I needed to move, sent them over, and they gave me an exact estimate. The price worked for me, so I went ahead with it. They moved everything into storage and gave me 1 month of free storage, which was super helpful. I’m hoping to find a new apartment during that time, and once I do, they’ll move everything again for me. There were no issues at all-just wanted to say thanks for helping me out during a tough time. That’s pretty much it!

Simply horrible experience. Movers were inept. Slow to load, long delay to get delivery because items left in a storage unit for weeks. When that truckload finally arrived it was dark and unloading was rushed. We could barely read bill of lading. One truckload left behind in a different storage unit they claimed didn’t exist. Many items did not show up at all. Insurance was worthless. Tip: look up Carmack for claims.

While packing our furniture to move from Colorado to Texas I had valuable jewelry stolen - a very sleek job!! We had considerable damage to our furniture and received pennies on the dollar for the repairs we had done. One desk was completely destroyed when only 1 guy unloaded the furniture in Texas - he definitely needed a helper. We DO NOT recommend this moving company.

As of July 8th, nothing has arrived — our items are still sitting in a warehouse and haven’t even been shipped. The most frustrating part? Complete lack of communication. They were very responsive before pickup, but ever since, they’ve stopped answering calls and texts. We’ve been left in the dark with no updates and no timeline. To make matters worse, they charged double the original estimate on the day of pickup. I would not recommend this company to anyone — the experience has been stressful, dishonest, and extremely disappointing. I would give them a 0 star if I could.

I was called prior to arrival, very professional and transparent with cost. I was given an approximate 1-10 days of arrival with my belongings to my new house. Everything was wrapped efficiently and with care. They spent approximately 4 hrs to move everything into the truck. They were very kind and helpful. Everything was itemized and accounted for.

When we first spoke with Michael and started the moving contract, I told him that my building requests paperwork (COI). He said that they will take care of it. 3 days before my moving day, I found out that they didn’t do anything about it. I forwarded the template to them, they had to send it to insurance company, after many phone calls and back and forth they were not able to fill out one page form right way. I wasn’t able to move out on the date I planned. I had to find another company last minute, overpriced. I just wait now over the weekend and hope that the new company can fill out one page form correctly, with a detailed template at their hand.

Rudik and Mark were both very professional. Showed up at the agreed upon time period and gave updates when they were close by. Rudik made sure to go over all the forms before signing. Once packing started, it was quick and efficient and had no issues whatsoever. 5/5, would recommend to anyone for their moving needs.

This company lied and cheated! They gave an initial estimate which was very reasonable. The final estimate was a bit more but ok cause we added a few items. Then they show up try to almost double the sq. feet. When I wanted a refund they refused said I was past the window. They walk through take a video on moving day and try to add 700 sq feet despite us removing many large items. They added things that were on the original estimate and then dropped it when I refused and went to their company. They dropped the sq feet some but no one measured a thing. The 1800 sq foot truck was half full in the end. They said 14 business days for delivery. Now it is 30. They lie and cheat saying it is in the fine print. They refuse to give a copy of the final estimate despite four or more requests. Do not use them!

This was a very communicative team, it was a very easy transaction, and they were very timely. They were very professional and were done with my move in a very efficient manner. I would recommend Nikita for another move. Thank you, Nikita and team, for your help! I appreciate it.

Everyone was transparent and easy to work with throughout the whole process. We booked months in advance during the off-season and got a great rate. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we kept that great rate, even as our schedules changed. Everyone was great the day of and made sure we knew the additional fees. I thought they had very reasonable rates and made sure we knew about everything before committing.

This company is not Better Business Bureau accredited like they say and they are not a carrier. They told me specifically they are not a broker. They lied to me. I received no response to my refund request. This is strange considering that they would not stop texting and calling me before this.

Roman and David were very friendly and professional. They took extra care with all the packing items that were odd shaped. They are quick and efficient and took extra care with loading while it was raining. Roman took extra time in explaining the process and was very patient with me.

Slava did an outstanding job unloading my truck when I arrived in Prescott. He worked fast but carefully, making sure all my belongings were handled with care. He placed everything exactly where I asked and didn’t waste any time. I truly appreciated his positive attitude and professionalism throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

My experience started out fine, but future correspondence and/interaction went downhill after that. I was on the phone with Jared on 4/28/25 for approximately 30 minutes going over every detail of the contract. That made me feel pretty secure with the company. At time of the call I was told that I would receive a call on Friday 5/15/25 to confirm my requested date of 5/16/25 was secured. I followed up with an email later to ask how long before I could expect my items once they were picked up and he replied back with "5 to 7 days." I wanted to make sure that I would be in Tennessee when they arrived.

Vlad and the team get a 5-Star and did a fantastic job with both pre-show up communication and execution of packing, wrapping and loading my furniture and items. However, the initial communication rep gets 2-Stars and needs much better clarity and communication of what's being quoted. More realistic estimates are also needed. When I spoke to the rep on the phone, he assured me he was quoting me a "Full Service" move and I would barely have to lift a finger. After I spoke with the QA rep the week before my move, I had doubts I was getting full service, which turned out to be the case, after I spoke with another rep several times to confirm details. QA gets 3-Stars, because that's when 100% clarity should be achieved. The rep who followed up with me several times gets 4-Stars, because she was very proactive and clear about what was being agreed to.

I would give this a NEGATIVE 100 if possible. This is the worst experience of my life. First they said they don't subcontract out their work, they use their own employees and vehicles, which was a bold faced lie. They then got a contractor whom they have had known theft problems with and let him into my home. This guy took my belongings to an undisclosed location and then HELD THEM FOR RANSOM. He called me several times asking for money and also asked PFM for money before he would even allow access to my belongings. Over the next 3 months my property was held 'somewhere in the midst'. This wasn't just one person, it was many families over a few states and PFM kept quiet about it. They even stopped answering my calls for awhile until the police were involved. This is a known case in Colorado and many other states.

Everything was explained and done efficiently and quickly. I would definitely use this service again. They came in, wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped, quickly stored boxes in the truck, disassembled certain pieces and next thing you know we were good to go. The beginning stages of getting set up with this company was great. I got a call because I was looking into movers and put in my info on a moving company site. Richard reached out to me and we went over how they use square footage so they can price my stuff out accurately and I was quoted an estimate of $2,500. I got the quote from him and put a deposit down (deposit $640) after going over all the prices and procedure. Day of moving which was 4/22/25. The movers came and mentioned there would be an additional $300 charge because from my door to the truck was over 50 feet. He also told me there may be a small price difference due to the amount of stuff. Once everything was packed into the moving truck I was then told it would be an additional $1,250 for the cubic feet I was over, which I do not understand how it changed so drastically as to I was within the same cubic feet per boxes and furniture I was originally quoted.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I was quoted $1,899 for my move and paid a $250 deposit. The company did a full inventory of my items beforehand, and I was told that price reflected everything. The cost upon arrival changed to $1100 additional. I didn’t receive everything until 10 days later after calling being threatened. Then drop off they didn’t put the furniture together, left it and said they would be back. Horrible experience. This review doesn’t even decribe the headache they gave me.

Read on for the review, up here is info gathering for a class action lawsuit. Do you still have your Bill of Lading? On the front most page, there should be a field requiring a signature with a big "SIGN AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE PICKUP DATE." I pointed out to them that when they had my wife and their representative sign it (again, at 8pm, after all of our stuff was loaded) the day of the move, they'd voided their own contract. The lady I spoke to said it was standard practice to sign it day-of. I pointed out that it legally opened them up to class action lawsuits if I could prove that other complaints had the same "standard practice". I was told "good luck with that." Does this apply to you? Did they have you sign that section the day of the move? Would you like to join in on a lawsuit? I have both the time and means to take the lead on it, I just want to gather people. Write ** for info.

We got 3 quotes from 3 different companies. A man named Michael answered the phone and walked through our items to ship. He then proceeded to tell us that we needed to book immediately. I explained that we wanted 3 estimates. He was very clear that only his company would not rip us off. The same day I obtained 2 other quotes. I really connected with one company and chose them. Quoted me $4,000 for a full-service move from CA to MO — ended up extorting us for $12,000 after our stuff was already packed and loaded. Lied about fixed rates, gave us 48-hour notice for move dates, lowballed the space estimate, and pressured us to sign blank documents that even said DO NOT SIGN UNLESS FILLED OUT. Packing was sloppy, disorganized, and rushed. A textbook bait-and-switch scam. RUN.

Horrible experience. This was a move from a military base that I made them aware of. The drivers called me when they were 2 hours out. Messaged me when they were 15 minutes out. An hour later, I had to call them. They had just turned around and left. An hour and a half later, the team lead called me that the driver didn't have the paperwork to get on base but they were flying someone out to drive the truck. Offered me $100 off for wasting my day. The next day the truck shows up and charges me half the remaining fee. An hour after he left, he calls me to tell me he recalculated the footage and needed another $350. When my goods showed up on the other end, the driver wasn't sure what I owed and couldn't explain his scale tickets to me. After some phone calls, he told me I owed $350, but my numbers were only $347. The office is horrible to deal with and IF someone answers the phone, they will NOT call you back.

Ruslan and Alex from Perfectly Fast Moving were a great team! Timely, patient, kind, efficient and professional movers! They were careful with my belongings which was super important as I have a lot of fragile items. They were accommodating to my needs helping me feel confident about my move- best Moving experience I've had!

Movers did an excellent job going above and beyond to get the job done even after we added more and more items for them. Very polite and respectful of our property. So I have to update my review because I said I would. Miraculously after getting my review my television is “found”. They said “if” they deliver it can I take down the review. So here’s my update. I still would NOT recommend nor use this company again. Why did it take a bad review for them to try and correct their mistake. I still can’t get over the 12 dollar offer to pay for my lost/stolen TV. That doesn’t even cover the 60 dollars they charged me to “crate” it. Oh yea be aware they charge you 40-80 dollars to wrap your tv or art work with a 2 dollar Home Depot box. Very unprofessional service. Also if you do happen to make my same mistake please check anything they need to assemble. Bed came apart as soon as my daughter load down the first night.

Matthew & Mois were fantastic. They were careful and very meticulous with our items. They were also able to add a few items to our move which we very much appreciate. Additionally they were both very efficient with moving the boxes to the truck. Without a doubt the best movers we have used so far. 100% recommend them to anyone that is moving. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. I will use them again in the future.

Booking the move was a good experience, very communicative, but the estimate that the sales person gave me was like half of the actual price. That was a surprise. However, the packing crew was really clear with expectations. They covered everything really well and pack everything I needed. It really was a lot. I appreciate the work that Roman, David and Brian did when packing. My move is long distance, so I am hoping my unpacking experience goes smoothly and there are no more surprises.

Professional and friendly. Very helpful. Worked with me and outlined all the steps. Took time to make sure the fees were appropriately charged. Brought help with them and when they needed more they made sure that they got the additional help. Worked steadily even though the weather was miserable and made time adjustments as needed.

Nothing went well or how it was discussed over the phone when booking my 900 mile move. They came late, not prepared, and understaffed for my move. Delivery time was also late and understaffed. I helped extensively on both ends of my move. A number of my items were lost and a lot of items were damaged. After 8 weeks of back and forth discussions on my missing and damaged items they quit communicating with me. There was a clear neglect of care for my property while it was in their possession. 100 year old dining set had damage on EVERY SINGLE piece. A very expensive bedroom set had several missing parts and everything delivered was scratched and dented with some broken. Many other items missing and broken.

Quick and easy. Moving from South Texas to North Carolina on short notice. They are picking up our things on Tuesday, storing it until the new house is ready, then delivering it all for cheaper than getting a U-Haul and doing it ourselves. No high-pressure sales tactics. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

These guys came out and did what they promised. They pack and broke down bulky items, and moved the boxes. I'm happy that there were no surprise upcharges that I kept hearing about. Another nice thing about these folks are that they answered the phone en route, and gave me notice 3 days before their arrrival and then 1hr before the scheduled move date. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

This moving company is tremendous! Crew showed up on time, energized and ready to work. Quickly and efficiently wrapped and loaded all my items. They brought extra boxes for my TVs and mirrors, and had a mattress cover for our brand-new King bed. Once they delivered they quickly unloaded the truck, brought everything up to my penthouse suite. After the work was done, we all enjoyed sandwiches from the local deli! I'm referring Perfectly Fast Moving to all my family and family! Go Yankees!

Moving team was very prompt and professional, walked me through the entire process. They cleaned up after themselves, very respectful and professional, they carried on very professional conversation not being nosey. I was actually in a meeting at the time they were here and they did not disturb me at all, I knew they were here but they were very quiet, minimum movement while they worked. Good in-person experience with staff at both the pick-up and delivery locations. Unfortunately, the timeline of delivery was very unclear. Delivery was roughly five days after expected. Additional, they only accepted cash delivery payments, or Venmo in some cases, this was never relayed to me before they arrived.
