The service exceeded my expectations. All my furniture and household items arrived undamaged, and the unloading was completed exactly as I requested.

To anyone considering using this moving company, please read this first. As a current employee, it breaks my heart to say this, but I feel an ethical obligation to warn potential clients away. We are forced as sales agents to lie to clients and pretend we don't use middlemen, but this is 100% a broker company. We subcontract the work out, and the movers who show up are often completely unvetted and ill-equipped for the job.

The experience was fantastic and loved the moving guys, and the truck went above and beyond. The only issue I have is that we had moved our stuff out outside and the job was started 2 1/2 hours late but once they got here, they far exceeded my expectations with both the truck and the guys.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I hope others read this before trusting them with their belongings. The process began with what felt like a bait-and-switch. I was given an estimate, but when the packing crew arrived, my price suddenly doubled. I had no choice but to move forward because my move was already underway. Even more frustrating, when my shipment arrived, the truck appeared much closer to the original estimate than the inflated amount I was charged. No one has contacted me to review the actual cubic footage or explain the charges.

Arthur and his colleague were extremely attentive, careful and considerate. They worked quickly and efficiently and took great care with everything.

Slava and his crew were on time, quick, and took of everything easily.

I was so stressed for my move today but the guys made everything seamless. I wasn't as prepared as I should've been and the guys came on time and ready and ready to tackle my chaotic mess. I honestly didn't deserve such a good team but they handled it so professionally. I was moving out of a very hard building to maneuver around but they took their time to walk through and communicate where everything was going. I even had an emergency happen but when I let them know my family was going to make sure payment went through, they completely understood and weren't even worried about it. Definitely fair priced based on what they had to deal with. And now my heavy items are moved and no damage was done! I can't thank them enough!

Jacob and team were fantastic! Easy to communicate with and took great care with our things. They ensured that they communicated every step and did not miss anything. They worked very quickly but still with great care. The work they did moving from a 3-bedroom townhouse to another was great with a great price! Would definitely recommend and use them again.

The guys were super friendly. There were some mishaps on my original date. It was a very busy day for them. But the guys called me the next morning, apologized, and came to pick up my items in a timely manner the next day. Very professional too.

The moving team took great care wrapping our furniture and packing the truck. Good group of movers. We under estimated the size of our stuff and they were able to accommodate it and pack the truck accordingly.

Igor, Bryan and Victoria are wonderful. The team is fast and efficient. They’re actually a carrier that can handle your moves, not a broker. No surprise cost when pick up. Recommend to everyone and I will definitely do business with them again in the future.

The reason behind their selection was their directness in all their dealings. They came on time, did the work in an efficient manner, and took good care of all my items, including some boxes full of my precious collectibles. Everything was delivered in the same condition as I packed it.

I spent several hours on the phone with Victoria getting everything clarified for my move. I was told someone would be in contact a week before the move to do a video call and then 2 days prior to verify. I put a deposit of $1575 for a $4000 quote that included every item of furniture in my home. I then heard nothing. The move was scheduled to be picked up May 31 and dropped off next day *additional charge*, June 1. As I hadn't heard anything, I reached out on May 30th. Victoria assured me that everything was all set and good to go. That evening I received a call from Karl letting me know that they would NOT be here on May 31, they would arrive at 10am on June 1. I was also told at that time that it would not longer be delivered next day and would instead arrive 3-5 days later.

My carefully organized schedule collapsed immediately. Because we started late, traffic became significantly worse, and what should have been a short drive turned into a miserable crawl across the city.

Very reliable moving company. Everything was packed and delivered safely.

Lora in sales quoted me $7100 for my move, including packers. I anticipated it would be a little higher as I added on a King size bed and kitchen set. The movers arrived with a U-Haul truck and packers from another company out of Phoenix, AZ. After packing and loading began, I was given a new estimate due now that was $5200.00 more!

Slava and John were very efficient, friendly, and professional. They packed the truck like a Tetris game and could not have gotten a dime more into it. They worked well together, asked my opinion on everything. On the other end, they unloaded very fast, put together the furniture, even moved a curio for me three times until I got into just the right place. I recommend them highly.

DO NOT USE PERFECTLY FAST MOVING!!! You will see on BBB and other reviews that they have many complaints that are very similar to my experience. I moved from Portland, OR, to Oakland, CA. My initial quote, after walking through my 2-bedroom house & single-car garage listing every item(boxes, storage bags, furniture, and odd pieces), Andy ** told me that for that amount of items it would be 960 cubic feet and was going to be close to $7K. I let them know that I couldn't afford that. He put me on hold, and after coming back, told me he could give me a discount, and it would be $4K. Being unemployed and living on savings, I thought I couldn't walk away from that. Plus, they would give me 45 days of free storage (which I am grateful to this day). I was then told I had to put down a $1K deposit towards the move and sign the moving estimate document.

Dmitry and Brian were our movers and they were so quick and efficient moving things out of our 2 locations. Do not hire this company for your move. They are unreliable and they lie about their prices. I initially negotiated a very well priced move. The day before my move, they contacted me to go over my inventory, my inventory increased, so they charge me an additional $500 on top of my original price of $2500 but on the day of my move, the movers try to renegotiate and charge me an additional $2700, tagging on fee, after fee. I argued with their dispatcher about the fees, and had no choice to agree to some sort of price because I had to move. I agreed on a payment, but, on delivery day they wanted to charge me even more! When I refused to make any more payments, the delivery guy left all my stuff in the front entrance. Didn’t tell me He left, So all my stuff was sitting there for almost 45 minutes unattended. Do not use these people. They are liars and they will gouge you for every single dollar.

This company has been a horror. The movers were inexperienced and negligent. Our one-of-a-kind family heirlooms were broken. At first the manager said they would pay for repair and to provide an estimate. When we did, at a cost of almost $1600, we were ghosted. When we went above his head to the GM, were offered only $500 only. After some thought, we decided to take their offer and the response was, "F.them"! Now we will have to sue in small claims. Ours is not the only horror story. Get past the paid promos and you'll find this company is truly awful.

We had a bunch of delicate items, including glass shelves and artwork, and they packed everything carefully and efficiently. You could tell they have strong attention to detail. The whole move across state lines felt organized from start to finish.
