I recently used Perfectly Fast Moving for my house move, and I couldn’t be happier with the service Vlad and his team provided. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. Vlad took the time to walk me through the process before they got started, which immediately put me at ease. They handled everything—from heavy furniture to delicate items—with care and precision. Nothing was damaged, and everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home.

What really stood out to me was how seamless and stress-free the whole experience was. The team worked quickly without ever cutting corners, and their positive attitude made what could’ve been a stressful day actually enjoyable. Vlad clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in every aspect of the move. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Perfectly Fast Moving to anyone, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future moves!

Updated Review: They picked up our belongings on June 25th and promised delivery by July 2nd. As of July 8th, nothing has arrived — our items are still sitting in a warehouse and haven’t even been shipped. The most frustrating part? Complete lack of communication. They were very responsive before pickup, but ever since, they’ve stopped answering calls and texts. We’ve been left in the dark with no updates and no timeline. To make matters worse, they charged double the original estimate on the day of pickup. I would not recommend this company to anyone — the experience has been stressful, dishonest, and extremely disappointing.

Original Review: Nikita and Valerii were exceptional—very professional, punctual, and efficient. They arrived exactly when promised and made the moving process quick and stress-free. They handled all items with great care and attention. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable and high-quality moving help.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Nikita and Oleg! They were absolutely amazing during my recent move. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and positive attitudes made a potentially stressful situation so much easier. Nikita and Oleg were not only punctual but also incredibly efficient. They handled all my furniture and apartment items with the utmost care, ensuring everything was wrapped and secured for transport. Their teamwork was impressive, and they worked seamlessly together, making the entire process smooth and quick.

What stood out the most was their friendly demeanor. They were always ready with a smile, making the long day feel much lighter. They went above and beyond, even helping me rearrange some furniture in my new place until I was completely satisfied with the layout. If you’re looking for reliable, hardworking movers who genuinely care about their clients, look no further than Nikita and Oleg. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving assistance. Thank you, Nikita and Oleg, for making my move such a positive experience! You guys rock!

I had the task of moving a three bedroom townhome from Illinois to Florida. Having done it once before I was completely dreading it. I was able to get in touch with Perfectly Fast Moving from a friend that used them. They let me know what to expect, and that they had their own trucks, so I would just be dealing with them only, which was a major factor in my decision. Move day came. They were in and out within under five hours, which surprised me because I thought I had a lot more. I was also surprised how neat everything fit into the truck. I moved for work and I was going to be in training for two weeks before I made it to my home. They were able to store my furniture for 2 1/2 weeks and then delivered which was very convenient.. I will absolutely use them again if I ever move. Hopefully it will be somewhere here in Florida. Now ready for the cold again anytime soon.

      Reviewed Nov. 4, 2025

We contracted Perfectly Fast Moving for our move from Colorado to California. There were many issues with their estimates and service. We researched multiple moving companies and chose Perfectly Fast Moving (PFM) due to their reviews, price, and the coordinator/sales person we worked with, Jacob **. We contracted them on 11 July with an estimated price of $7650, of which we paid a $950 deposit (this price included a 4th of July promotional discount). Jacob performed a verbal inventory of every piece of furniture and all household goods via phone, including corrections for a missing box spring and night stand, and reached an estimated volume of 1285 cubic feet (cf). We were promised a professional, ‘white glove’ service and that all of your movers had at least 10 years of experience. Jacob assured us that he would be there for us as our move coordinator from beginning to end of the process.

Our scheduled pickup day was Monday, 11 August (2025) at our home in Colorado with a planned delivery day of Friday, 15 Aug at our home in California with a backup day of 16 Aug. That gave us three days to travel to California to be there in time for the delivery (we didn’t request this date, in fact, we would have preferred an extra day or two to make the trip). We were assured by Jacob that the only cause for delay would be a weather incident and that the delay would be one day at most. We called Jacob a few times between 11 Jul and 8 Aug to clarify details about the pickup and delivery. He always replied promptly during this period.

On Friday, 8 Aug, we received an expected quality assurance call with Alexis. She inventoried our house via 27 short videos and several photographs we made of everything in our house, including boxes from our storage spaces. Several times during this call we were asked to make decisions on the needed space and volume, e.g. “How many cubes do you need?” As people with no moving industry experience who have not moved house for 23 years, we did not know how to make these assessments and we didn’t understand the jargon she used (this is what we contracted PFM for).

Alexis was unacceptably rude and impatient with us. Her new estimate for our move was $10,070.25, for 1600 cf. We had not added anything to our inventory since the initial verbal inventory and estimate from Jacob. Alexis told us that the difference was due to ‘non-stackables’ in our inventory that hadn’t been correctly accounted for. We paid an additional deposit of $800 to secure a full truck (without having a clear idea of what that meant due to her poor explanations and use of jargon).

Disappointed and distressed by this unexpected increase, we attempted to call Jacob. We made several attempts and were unable to reach him. On Monday, 11 Aug (the date of our pickup), we tried to reach Jacob all morning while the moving crew worked. We called another number about mid-day and spoke to Michael, who told us that he was Jacob’s manager and that Jacob had been out sick since the week prior. We explained the situation with the original estimate and quality control’s increase. He said he would help remedy the situation after we had the final numbers from the actual loading of our items.

On 11 Aug, the packing/moving crew arrived at our home in Colorado with one U-Haul truck. The truck could not carry all of our items and they had to rent a second truck before the end of the day. They repeatedly asked us if we wanted to take things which were part of our inventory (e.g. our guest bed). They seemed surprised by the number of pre-packed storage boxes we had despite the fact that they were included in our estimates (and, of course, in the videos we provided). We ended up leaving behind many items that were part of our original estimate due to concerns over the rising cost. We deeply regret that we were forced to make this decision due to PFM’s incompetence and lack of communication.

The final volume shipped was 2200 cf. This is nearly double the estimated volume that Jacob based our initial quote upon and a significant increase over the ‘quality control’ estimate. We did not add items at any point and removed items (the things we left behind) from the final total. At no point did we in any way underestimate the quantity of furniture and items to be shipped from our home. We feel that this was an intentional lowball estimate to sell us on their service and then change the price significantly after it was too late to change course. Our final total price appeared to be $13,520, an increase of $5,540 or 69.4% over the initial price upon which we chose to hire the company. This is an unethical level of price change.

After an incredibly long and stressful day, we finally departed our home at 8:35 pm. This was many hours over Jacob’s estimates of how long the work would take and the crew’s own estimates of when they would be finished. In the final hour before departing when we signed the bill of lading, we did not catch several discrepancies in the paperwork. The document clearly showed a ‘GRAND TOTAL’ of $11,770 and a paid deposit of $1750. It then lists balances due at pick up and delivery of $5885 each. We paid these, in good faith. We were shown the number of $13,520 on a notepad, but that number is not on the bill of lading. That $11,770 grand total is repeated on the second page.

During the transit of our goods, we made numerous attempts to contact PFM and to make our complaints and concerns known to their management. We started with Jacob and Michael. While we were still driving from Colorado to California (2.5 days), Jacob’s voicemail was closed. He was clearly no longer working for PFM. We did manage to contact Michael one time during our drive, after Jacob’s voicemail was closed. We voiced our suspicion that Jacob had been fired for cause (e.g. lying to customers to make sales) and that Michael had lied about Jacob’s illness. Michael admitted that we wouldn’t hear back from Jacob again. Michael said he would call us back once he talked to management. We never heard from Michael again despite repeated calls.

We also called the PFM main office number numerous times. Almost every time we called PFM we spoke to someone and were promised a call back from management. We called four times on 12 Aug, once on 13 Aug, and five times on 14 Aug. We called again on 18 Aug and spoke to Roman. On 22 Aug we spoke to Jora. Each time we were promised a call back and did not receive any.

As stated above, we were very clearly promised delivery on 15 or 16 Aug. After days of calling, we received a new estimated delivery of 19 Aug. There had been no weather events between Colorado and California during the intervening period and we were not offered an explanation for the delay. The estimate then changed to 21 Aug, and then 22 Aug, and finally 23 Aug. We hadn’t planned on being without most of our clothes and other items for such a long period due to Jacob’s clear and confident estimates. We had planned to spend four nights with family in California and that turned into 11 nights. This caused us considerable stress and additional costs.

On 23 Aug, the driver of our shipment arrived without a crew. He waited for about thirty minutes before he started unloading by himself. Around two hours later, two workers arrived. It was unclear if the driver knew them and if they were PFM employees. Another hour or two later, two more workers arrived. One of those workers told us that they had answered the Craigslist ad that the driver had posted. This was hardly the white-glove, experienced crew we were promised.

The driver claimed it was impossible to bring our refrigerator into the house. We had to disassemble it ourselves so that his crew could move it into the house. This was clearly his job, he simply didn’t want to do it. In the end, his clumsy attempts to move it into the house resulted in damage to the exterior of the unit. He also assembled some of our furniture incorrectly despite being given clear instructions.

Due to the extremely late delivery, it took much longer than we initially expected to unpack all of our boxes. We had planned to focus on unpacking during the week of 16 to 22 Aug and had multiple work trips planned for the following weeks that significantly slowed our progress on unpacking. This caused further stress and expense.

As we unpacked, we discovered many issues with the work performed by the packing crew in Colorado on 11 Aug. Several of our items were damaged by direct application of packing tape to furniture and materials. Many items were broken or damaged due to poor packaging. Some boxes and most of the furniture items were professionally packed, so we speculate that only half of your Colorado crew was hired through Craigslist. It is clear that all of them did not meet the qualifications promised.

We requested compensation and restitution for the damages, stress, added expenses, deceptive business practices, dismal customer service, and numerous lies detailed above. PFM has not called us back. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and PFM has ignored all of their inquiries. We are considering legal action and, potentially, a class action lawsuit. If you have had a similar experience with Perfectly Fast Moving and are interested in working together on a class action lawsuit, please contact me or leave a reply with directions on how to contact you. DO NOT HIRE PERFECTLY FAST MOVING!!!

My, this is so sad! I want to say to all the people that have experience such bad service from this company Perfectly Fast Moving LLC, I am so sorry to see this. When people treat others wrong and deceive them, my question to them is and particularly this is addressed to Perfectly Fast Moving LLC, how would you like it if a family member of yours was treated the same way your company has treated other customers as well as myself. You did a terrible move for me, damage to my furniture, and then I did a claim and you only had to pay $204.86, and that was going to break your bank account evidently. Well I want to say I hope that the $204.86 and the money that you all have taken away from other people does everything you wanted it to do.

You did me a favor though, first of all I have learned my lesson, not to deal with any deceitful companies like Perfectly Fast Moving LLC, and read reviews, and tell people to read the reviews before they consider using your company. I have called from Sept 19 thru - Oct 6, 2025 and no refund deposit yet. The lady I talked with on the phone when I called said it was deposited, but you lied to her, and unfortunately she lied to me because she did not know it was not deposited. I don't know why it was surprising for me to see so many negative reviews. I should have not expected anything less. The same thing many of the customers experienced with more money needed, is what I experience as well. When they arrived to pick up my furniture and delivered it more money was demanded, it was so sad I cried.

I was told by the Team Lead when they picked up my furniture, that the brokers are not truthful and any money I paid the brokers that money Perfectly Fast Moving LLC did not get. But I have to say the Team Leader was nice in what he said they could do to help with cost, but it was just a mess on the back end, because as I see you all just take advantage of people. All I can say is what goes around comes around, and the way you treat others comes back to you. Because it is written you reap what you sow.

My prayer is that you get through it when the karma comes back around to this company Perfectly Fast Moving LLC. And I have truly prayed for this company and the people that work for it. Because you all have spitefully taken advantage of customer. We trusted your company and thought we were going to get the best service, but we got fooled from so many of the reviews I see. Everyone deserves grace, God bless you and your families and this company Perfectly Fast Moving LLC.
