Our experience with this company was horrible. We were upcharged on the day of our move for a heavy item (piano, included in our original quote) and direct delivery (our delivery was not direct -- proven by air tags in the load -- and came 2 days later than originally promised). Oral promises made (such as a refund for cubic footage overestimated) were not kept. Our original quote was several thousand dollars less than what we were forced to pay (and disappeared from their online format, making it impossible to prove what we were originally promised). Damage to our load was extensive -- broken glass, broken TV, furniture scuffed and damaged etc.). Do not choose Perfectly Fast Moving!

If you are planning a move, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY: PERFECTLY FAST MOVING. They upcharged us 100%, threatened more upcharges, and, without notice, didn’t deliver our belongings on the multiple days they said they would. We reached out to them repeatedly for weeks, mostly with no response. We might have never received our belongings if we hadn’t filed two police reports and a complaint with the D.O.T.. Their business model: give the client a low price in writing, 2. once they have the customers belongings, emphasize it was just an ‘estimate’ and proceed with upcharges every step of your move, and 3. demand cash or a postal money order on delivery. The service exceeded my expectations. All my furniture and household items arrived undamaged, and the unloading was completed exactly as I requested.

To anyone considering using this moving company, please read this first. As a current employee, it breaks my heart to say this, but I feel an ethical obligation to warn potential clients away. We are forced as sales agents to lie to clients and pretend we don't use middlemen, but this is 100% a broker company. We subcontract the work out, and the movers who show up are often completely unvetted and ill-equipped for the job.

The experience was fantastic and loved the moving guys, and the truck went above and beyond. The only issue I have is that we had moved our stuff out outside and the job was started 2 1/2 hours late but once they got here, they far exceeded my expectations with both the truck and the guys.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I hope others read this before trusting them with their belongings. The process began with what felt like a bait-and-switch. I was given an estimate, but when the packing crew arrived, my price suddenly doubled. I had no choice but to move forward because my move was already underway. Even more frustrating, when my shipment arrived, the truck appeared much closer to the original estimate than the inflated amount I was charged. No one has contacted me to review the actual cubic footage or explain the charges.

Igor, Bryan and Victoria are wonderful. The team is fast and efficient. They’re actually a carrier that can handle your moves, not a broker. No surprise cost when pick up. Recommend to everyone and I will definitely do business with them again in the future.
