The Pan Transit Van Lines did a fantastic job. They were able to move all of my heavy training equipment without any problems, and they set up my new home gym to my specifications. The results they produced were exceptional.

The staff was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make me satisfied with their ideal service. Everyone on the crew had a positive mood and appeared to be having a good time on a moving day. The relocation went off without a hitch because of their efficiency, quickness, and helpfulness.

Outstanding service! The guys came early, smiled warmly at me, and immediately began to work. A two-man team that got along nicely. They were cordial and courteous, and nothing appeared to bother them. Before I knew it, everything was loaded into the van, the inventory was quickly completed, and the event had come to an end. So please accept my sincere gratitude for making the process painless.

This company is a fraud. When I have time settle down in Texas I promised with my heart I will sue this company. I booked my moving trip with sale rep Scott. cost me $6057. I called back and would like to add more stuff add to the moving truck. A week later I change my mind and I want to cancel add on inventories to the truck and would like to keep my original price of $6057. I got proof in email that I cancel and would like to go back to my original quote of $6057 and they even emailing me back stating they will put back to original pricing but that not the case!

Three-man crew arrived on time and worked diligently and efficiently to complete the relocation. They were careful with our belongings and kept us updated on any issues they encountered. Highly recommended them!!

They quote a low number, then right before pick up day they hit you up for more money then when the actual movers show up BAM, the price doubled. They know at that point you don’t have a choice. The DOT should revoke their license, I will file a complaint with the Florida State attorney. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, or you will regret it!

First, I am surprised to see reviews about their honesty. The sales rep manipulated my husband. He changed our initial estimate citing it is in case you went above the limit and when we mentioned we make sure we stay with original number of boxes and filled the lower possible amount in the truck they refused to change the estimate.

The sales reps for this business are their biggest downside. At best they are ignorant of what actually happens between the customer and mover, and at worst they knowingly lie to get you to sign. Consistently in the reviews, the first quote given by sales rep is extremely low, then a week before the move, the sales team calls again and doubles the quote when they go over the same inventory again. Customers pay a downpayment during the first phone call, which the business forces you to do over the phone with them so you cannot read the contract carefully or internet reviews, then the customer feels obligated to stay with the company by the second phone call a week before the move when they raise the price because there are no refunds of their downpayment after 24 or 48 hrs and it's too close to moving to hire a new company.

Absolutely fantastic. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and so careful that I'm not sure they even touched the floors, let alone any walls. Took excellent care of my stuff. Would recommend them to anyone.

Please stay away from this company! This was my first major move, and it has been horrible. The sales person should do a better job at conveying the process to your customers because I was under the impression that my items would at my new place on a certain date. They come to get your items, then they have no way of tracking where it is in the process of service. I'm moving from Nashville, TN to NYC. They knew I needed my items so later than August 15th (The day I'm writing this post) so they came to get my items from my storage unit on August 12th. A sub-contractor took my items to their storage facility in Birmingham AL.

The men were so hardworking and optimistic that they made any situation appear manageable. We had some apprehensions regarding the move, but with your help and that of your coworker, everything went down without a hitch. Despite the fact that we want to never move again, we will definitely recommend your company to our friends and relatives.

Hired movers from here on my mother’s recommendation and I am over the moon! Was definitely not expecting to be surprised this way. Jack moving crew was quick and handled all my valuables cautiously. I have nothing but good things to say about them!

Pan Transit Van Lines storage facilities are protected against pests, so you don't have to worry about unwanted critters entering your belongings. A really strong and secure building to keep things safe and protected.

Contracted them to move from San Francisco to Philadelphia. I moved out but 25 days later and my stuff is still in California. I have moved 6 times in the last 7 years, and only left positive reviews on Yelp- I turned to CA for a cross country move, and unfortunately chose Pan Transit. Pricing. Pan Transit came in with a very low price, which I was worried was too good to be true, and it was. I paid a 26% increase in the lead up to my move as my items changed slightly, which was steep but I accepted. However on move day, the movers wanted me to pay an ADDITIONAL 26% for LESS STUFF than was on my itemized list (75% of which they had the exact dimensions of). Combined, that was 59% OVER the initial quote.

Pan Transit Van Lines is someone I'd recommend to my closest companions instantly. I know they deserve it; they can be trusted fully for your delicate, fragile and expensive items. Don't forget to ask for Daniel from the team while hiring them.

I want to start by saying this company is not honest or upfront with their business dealings. I was set to move on a specific day in June and was given a great quote so my wife and I decided to go forward with the booking. We were told that we were going to move on that specific day but on the contract, there was a two-day window. We inquired about this and were assured that we would move on that day. In between booking and the move date, I added some additional items to the move and paid an additional deposit to confirm the move. Fast forward to the day before the move and I was told that the drivers would be there within a certain time period. On the day of the move, no one showed up.

This company was my knight in shining armor! I had to hire a moving company and I was time bound. Unfortunately, not one company agreed to accommodate me except for this one! And their service was extraordinary too! They come with the complete package!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. From the time the agent spoke to me the rest is bad. Everything he said I should lookout for in other companies that's what they did. The quote given ended up being $850 more than stated, was told they weren't a broker and that's what they are. My contract says agreed upon date 23 June 23, stuff still hasn't been delivered. Now I'm being told that that date means that's the first available delivery date, actual date could be 7-14 days later.

They were prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. They worked together efficiently and effectively, making it a pleasure to work with them. We will confidently refer our current and potential clients to Pan Transit Van Lines.

Where can I even begin? Using Pan Transit was the biggest mistake I've ever made when it comes to moving. My husband called them to hire them months ago & we thought that the price was incredible for moving from NJ to PA. We paid our initial deposit and proceeded. My husband realized that we had extra items that needed to be added on so we called them back to do an add-on. They made us pay an ADDITIONAL deposit but we agreed, as we did have more items. We called them on Thursday to confirm our move on Friday & we received confirmation from both the customer service rep & the sales person that our move would be on Friday.

These movers did it all, from packing to unpacking, and they nailed it! They relocated my two-bedroom apartment move flawlessly. Seriously, folks, these guys are worth every penny. Save yourself the hassle and let them take care of everything!

If you want the cheapest provider, then Pan Transit might be it, but beware: you get what you pay for. After getting quotes from 3 movers, including pan transit, I picked them as they were substantially cheaper and promised to get my goods to my new home in 7-10 days. I made the deposit and very quickly there were warning signs. The customer service agent calling to confirm my bill of lading, hung up on me when I started asking too many questions about the process. Then the mover showed up a day early so I had to rush my packing done. Then my stuff disappeared. After I arrived at my new home a week later, I had received zero updates on where my stuff was. I called at left multiple messages, none of which were returned. Finally after 2 weeks of radio silence I filed a BBB complaint and finally got a call back from a CS agent informing me that it would be yet another week and no they couldn't give any specific ETA.

On the day of the move, their team arrived right on time, armed with all the tools of the trade. They tackled the job with contagious enthusiasm and laser-like focus. They were moving ninjas, swiftly maneuvering through tight corners and handling my fragile items with expert care.

I had a very bad experience with my moving with Pan Transit Van Lines LLC. The company gave an estimate for 62 items (2 - 2 SEAT SOFA, 1- 6PC SOFA SECTIONAL, 2- BED FRAME, FULL; 1- BED FRAME, TWIN; 2-BOX SPRING, FULL; 1-BOX SPRING, TWIN; 40-BOX, LINEN/MEDIUM (3.0 CU. FT); 4- CHAIR, KITCHEN; 1- CHEST, SMALL; 1- MATTRESS DBL/QN; 1 -MATTRESS TWIN; 2- MATTRESS, FULL; 2-NIGHT STAND; 1-T.V. FLAT SCREEN- 33-60; 1-TABLE, KITCHEN (SM.)) accounted for 650 Cuft from Illinois to Prosper TX, and collected $1051 as deposit out of $3351 actual price later when the truck company did stop by they specified that the Pan transit gave wrong estimate and not even 20 items (6 pc sectional sofa, 2 - 2 SEAT SOFA,1- CHEST, SMALL; 1- MATTRESS DBL/QN; 1 -MATTRESS TWIN; 2- MATTRESS, FULL; 2-NIGHT STAND;) that was listed cannot fit in the 650CUFT and they gave me an estimate of around $9000.

Nothing was misplaced or damaged throughout our move across town or across the nation. Henry paid close attention to my needs and satisfied all of my requests. The workers took a great deal of care and pride in their job.

Throughout the relocation process, Kevin delivered exceptional service. They provided consistent aid at a time of need; therefore, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Despite the significant snowstorm, everything was delivered on time and in excellent shape.

I was blown away by the services that Pan Transit Van Lines offered to load, unload, pack, and unpack. Their team used high-quality packing materials to keep my things safe, and their attention to detail was amazing.
