I was a little worried about how long it would take me to clean up after the movers because they used a lot of packing supplies to protect my things for the long trip too. It only took less than 20 minutes to get rid of the broken cardboard boxes, empty shrink wrap rolls, and other trash! Good job, guys!

I thought I had found a great company, however it was a lie from the beginning. There was a lot of information that was not the truth or changed. The “estimate” changed by almost $10,000 the morning of our move. We had to unload our own truck since only one man showed up to deliver. I filed a claim for lost bolts for tables and damaged furniture. However now the company they used to handle claims- no longer deals with Pan Tran Vanlines. Of course now it’s past their deadline. So they make you wait to hear from claims and then they never call, then when you follow up they don’t deal with the company anymore.

Be aware of someone talking to us. When they are trying to get your money they will say anything to get your business, Now I was aware of the 3 day cancellation policy but Mr. ** was very friendly and charming over the phone, my move was planned for May 2024, and I wanted to save as much as I could by booking early and this was my first mistake, this man called me quite a bit and I felt comfortable enough with him. After talking to him so much he shared what I thought was some personal things in his life and so did I.

We had to pack up and relocate over a long weekend, and it was a daunting prospect. We had a couple very hefty objects, and they handled them with surprising deftness, sustaining just minor dings and scratches in the process. Moving over 500 pounds of furniture from one basement to another was no easy task. Yet everything went off without a hitch. That's why I'd hire them again.

THEY TOOK THE DEPOSIT WITH THE CONTRACT AND NEVER DID THE JOB!!. That's their business model for making money. They don’t have ANY legitimate moving business!! This is a completely sham moving company. Please be aware that they do fraud business and they outright cheat people. They’ll provide a quote and then make you sign contract and then, steal the money from you. They are brokers and once the contract is signed they don’t take any responsibility. They used some other company for the dispatch and the movers came without any packing materials that they had signed up for in the contract. And then, they start misbehaving with you. It was almost scary and they act like goons when you talk to them. EXTREMELY RUDE!!. The customer service is this disgusting even before they have started the job!!. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! THEY WILL LOSE ALL THEIR BUSINESS IN FUTURE!!!

An excellent experience with their movers and the crew were cautious with my sculptures and double packed them. They also put them in big crates so they would be thoroughly protected. I was relieved when I got the pieces intact!

Throughout the days of moving and packing, this group was absolutely on top of their game. My wedding watch was among my possessions that they treated with the utmost care. I was amazed by how punctual everything was delivered to my new property in, despite it being 220 miles distant.

All in all, the team demonstrated professionalism, organization and punctuality. Everything was checked to make sure it would function correctly before the changeover, and it did so without a hitch. Thanks for the assistance.

Wow, the Pan Transit Van Lines was amazing! The top staff they sent was prompt, cordial, and highly competent. To ensure the relocation was proceeding smoothly, the supervisor was contacted multiple times. The manager discounted me 15%.

The movers were punctual, kind, and professional. Our 17-foot pod was loaded in just an hour. The service was top-notch; I appreciate it. When I used their services, I received first-rate care for my belongings. They are quite competent and accommodating. Thank you very much.

Do not do business with Pan Transit Van Lines!! They are an unethical and a horrible business, with crooked employees. Unbeknownst to us, they outsourced our move to another moving company called “Colonial Van Lines”. The movers originally said they would pick up on the day-of by 3PM. Then they changed it to between 11AM-2PM. Then they changed it to 2PM-5PM. They did not show up until 10:30PM that night(!!) after lying to us multiple times on where they were coming in from. They were also supposed to bring two people to help with our move. But only one person showed up, the driver. Who spoke broken English. Who proceeded, along with the dispatcher from Colonial to force us to sign a Waiver of all Liability, with ZERO explanation as to why they were requiring that we sign this document.

Moving with pets can be crazy, but this company made it easy. The movers were really patient with my nervous cat and hyper dog. They even brought treats and water bowls, making the whole process stress-free. A moving company that cares about our pets is hard to find.

Trust the reviews you have read! Pan Transit Van Lines is a terrible company! We contracted the company to move our daughter from Ohio to Florida. We provided lists, measurements and photos of what was to be moved. The day of the move the cost increased $1,000 and we had to leave behind 1/3 of her items that we had to trailer down ourselves. We all know they are a broker, but we had four different movers along the way. Each one found a way to buckle and dime the cost up.

They were accommodating to my schedule, which was very appreciated. They worked with me and ensured everything went properly even though I had to modify my moving date at the last minute. I got the greatest help possible.

I can already feel the positive effects of that! Three people who were highly accommodating to my parents' needs were really kind, careful, and flexible. Thank you so much for everything that you and your team did for our family on this entire trip.

Already said this a few times and will say it again and again – this is a remarkable moving company that genuinely concerns itself with providing its customers with awesome service! Folks, don’t waste your time and check them out now!

Using this firm made my move so much easier than I had anticipated. Professionalism shone through as the movers skillfully dismantled and reassembled our stuff. Everything seemed so familiar as if they had done it before. They were efficient without compromising quality as they reassembled my daybed, two double beds and a baby cart.

Despite the fact that they had all relocated, everyone was really pleasant and helpful, and they worked together to ensure we made up to the deadline. They are at the top of our list if we ever have to relocate again.

While moving with children can be a stressful process, one firm made it enjoyable. My kids actually looked forward to the packing and unpacking processes, thanks to them. It lightened up a situation that may have been stressful.

His team's expertise helped me to keep my piano safe as they were moving it and encountered a tricky situation. They also surprised me with a welcome box filled with food and other things I needed in my new house.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - Reading reviews about brokers they were all negative but with continuing conversation with Pan Transit "Sales Rep", he said they were a Hybrid Moving Company. FALSE! they are just a broker. I am only giving them 2 stars as they did refer us to a decent moving company out of Las Vegas (BTW, I moved from Phoenix to Michigan).

I was misled by this company. They quoted one price. Once they loaded the furniture, the price almost doubled. They said they would deliver one day, then changed their minds. They do not guarantee a delivery day so enter at your own risk. Additionally, items will go missing, so don’t ship anything that can’t afford to lose.

Household goods picked up at **. Delivered to storage in Ionia, MI. Several items not accounted for including firesafe holding personal papers. NEED these papers, they contain army discharge, birth, marriage and death certificates and other family information such as funeral trust.

Jack and Max both show greatness. They exceeded my expectations, especially since this was my first time using moving services. Their effort was obvious because they even managed to remove a door to fit our sofa without any harm. Amazing!

James and Jack assistance throughout the move has been much valued. My wife and I were both really satisfied. Every member of your team has been nothing but professional, punctual, and thorough. We had plenty of time to relax and take it easy while they worked.

Booked a whole house move from CA to AZ. They quote a price and as the other people have said, call you 2 days before and double the price. Then they cut off all communication. The 3rd party movers have all my things and I do not know the whereabouts of them now. I'm just hoping nothing is stolen or broken. Please stay far away from this company.

My husband Anthony and I Just go with this company. Moved from West Covina California to Sugarland Texas. STOP GOING WITH THIS COMPANY AND DEAL DIRECT WITH MOVING COMPANY INSTEAD!! Because all this company does is takes your deposit money, find a 3rd moving company and promised all kind of stuff and don’t takes any responsible for their words. It been 3 weeks now I haven’t have my stuff and they said probably a month or so? Lolz. Just do yourself and rent an 4 of the 16 feet containers from moving company and cost your even less than what I’m paying $13k right now.

The movers were so efficient and kind that we asked them to stay and help us unpack, and they came on time and ready to work. Nothing was damaged or scratched by them. Because of their assistance, they have earned my highest recommendation.

3 guys wrapped and padded every piece of furniture, ensuring nothing was damaged. They labeled each box clearly and thoughtfully, making it easy for us to find essentials upon arrival. Even the way they stacked the boxes with heavier items on the bottom to prevent crushing.
