Horrible experience. Thomas ** was representative and blatantly lied to me. Final cost was $20,000 over estimate. They subcontract to a random moving company (Express Movers) who damaged multiple items and delivered items two weeks after promised time after coming the day before they said they would making out packing difficult. Thomas was then non-responsive. Would never use them again or recommend to my worst enemy.

We booked with Bronze Star, to move us from Florida to Ohio. We were given an estimate of 3800.00. They the worked with a second party mover Express Movers who then added on their cost for a total price 8436.28. Big difference! Took 4 weeks to get most of our stuff. 6 months later got a few other things. Still never got some of it. Some things weren’t ours. The guys that picked up and delivered were very nice. Very disappointed in their company.

I used Bronze Star Moving and Storage for my recent move within the city, and overall, it was a positive experience. The movers were friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. They arrived on time, handled my furniture with care, and worked quickly to ensure everything was packed and moved in a timely manner. The best part? No hidden fees or surprises—the price they quoted me upfront was what I paid. However, I found their rates to be slightly higher than other companies in the area. While I don’t mind paying extra for quality service, a small discount or promotional offer would have made the experience even better. Despite the price, I would definitely use them again. If you value reliability and professionalism over cost, Bronze Star Moving and Storage is a great choice.

Believe the negative reviews regarding poor communication with Bronze Star (this site and others). I sent an email requesting a refund nearly two weeks ago to both their billing email and my coordinator and haven't gotten a response at all. I called last week and was told I would hear from them today (apparently billing only works the first and last Tuesday of the month- eye roll). So, nearly the end of the day and I hadn't heard anything- so I call again- now they say billing only works the last Tuesday and Thursday of the month- which means they would have been working when I sent the original email... when I mentioned I was told something different, I just got the runaround and was told over and over after every question that "billing will respond when they can"- oh and also they only communicate by email. So who actually knows when billing works?
In any case, I recognize that I am outside of the refund window with my request, but common courtesy and good business practice should prevail if this were a decent company and at least respond to me. In addition, I had a floating/ unknown move date a couple months from now- so zero work other than providing my quote has been done toward this move (which is actually no longer happening since we decided to sell all our belongings due to unfortunate circumstance). A good business would also look at a refund request situation based on the individual circumstances and I would hope would refund our money in this case. However it remains to be seen if this mysterious billing department will actually respond.

I had to move on incredibly short notice due to a last-minute change in my lease, and I was in full panic mode. Thankfully, this Bronze Star Moving and Storage saved the day! They were able to accommodate my request and squeezed me into their schedule, even though I booked just two days before the move. The crew was amazing—super professional, quick, and careful with my belongings. They even helped me disassemble and reassemble my bed frame, which was a huge relief. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. If you’re in a bind and need a moving company that goes above and beyond, don’t hesitate to call these guys!

I’ve moved several times over the years, and this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. From the initial booking to the actual moving day, everything was seamless. The team showed up on time, introduced themselves, and got straight to work. They packed my belongings with extreme care, making sure everything was properly secured. What really stood out was how efficiently they worked—without compromising on safety. They even managed to get my bulky couch up a tight staircase without a scratch! Not only were they professional, but they were also friendly and easy to talk to. If you need a moving company that truly cares about your belongings, this is the one to hire!

I cannot say enough good things about Bronze Star Moving and Storage! The crew was so friendly and made what is usually a stressful day feel manageable and even fun. They worked quickly but never cut corners, making sure that all my fragile items were wrapped and packed securely. The team also went above and beyond by helping me move a few heavy items to my storage unit that weren’t even part of the original plan. It was such a relief knowing that my stuff was in good hands. If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking team, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They made moving day a total breeze!

Bronze Star Moving out of Florida claims over the phone they are the moving company when they are actually a broker. First lie! Then we told Crystal over the phone about weight equipment and household and garage. Even gave her size of storage 10x25 which wasn't even full. She sent an estimate over for that. We signed and paid upfront $1094. First sign of a broker/scam. Then a few days before the move Chris sends a text to me and says he needs pics. I sent him exactly what is in storage cause you can see it all in one pic plus what was in the house and garage. Then they gave us a second estimate almost doubled amount saying now the move was 1200 cubic ft instead of the 600 they initially quoted. We were fine with that and then the local guys show up and we showed them the photos too. They said just looking at the photos it was more like 1900 not 1200 so Bronze did a bait and switch for sure by not evaluating properly.
So now we have to keep our storage for $213 a month for a few more month now costing us more again. They said in the contract we signed it states bulky items over 150lbs are extra costs and it is not in the contract anywhere. So again a lie. Watch who you are dealing with as the people in the office during initial call don't know what they are doing or how to calculate the space. Our house didn't even have any bedrooms with furniture anymore. 3/2 only one king bed, dresser and armoire couch sectional and 2 recliners. We were told weight equip was no issues and it ended up having to stay in storage. Local guys said no to them. SCAM and too many hands in the pot. Deal with actual moving companies, not brokers and check them out carefully before signing anything.

I've now used Bronze Star Moving and Storage twice, and can whole-heartedly recommend. The first move had a couple of hiccups, but Yosef was very easy to deal with from start (quote inquiry, booking, etc.) to finish, and I really appreciated how he handled everything, which is why I decided to go with Bronze Star Moving and Storage again.
The quote/booking experience was just as easy the second time around, and the team (Anthony, who was there last time, and Frank) were great. They were warm, friendly, and helpful (as was the case the first time), and I definitely noted the extra care with the more fragile items, as well as with a staircase that had recently been replaced that the condo owners were a bit concerned about. The move went really smoothly throughout, and I'm grateful to the team for having made a somewhat last minute (although happy!) move less stressful. I'd absolutely use Bronze Star Moving and Storage again in the future.

I’ve used Bronze Star twice. Once for an in interstate move of a 1BR apartment up the West Coast and I used them again for a 1BR move from the West Coast to the Midwest. The first move was fine, but in the second move, they picked everything up in one truck, but somewhere along the way they separated my things and only one truck delivered. After quoting me delivery in two weeks, they continue to not update me as to the status of the other truck, and it’s coming up on a month now. “They’re on their way” is all they tell me, no matter how much I call asking for (at least) an estimate on delivery. I continue to get replies saying that they’ll call me back without any calls to update.
Company seems to take no accountability at all, claiming not to have any ability to help me figure out what is going on, despite their business being moving and their drivers being the ones on payroll who is picking up their client’s possessions. They act as if they personally have nothing to do with fulfilling their part of the moving contract. I paid them in full when the first truck arrived thinking the second is not too far behind. This was a mistake on my part as now, there is no benefit for them anymore to make sure my property is returned to me. Not the absolute worst service there is since the first move was fine, but all bets are off if anything odd at all happens to occur during your move. Definitely would NOT recommend this company at all. Do better, Bronze Star.

Do your research. They are just a broker. You will be assigned to someone of their choice. You will deal directly with the movers and when the assigned movers get there usually the estimate is incorrect from the broker and you will be handed another estimate, knowing if you don’t sign it then you they will leave. Knowing all well they have you on the hook. Do yourself a favor and go directly to a moving company, there is no need to use a company like Bronze Star.

Horrible moving experience from beginning to end -
2) Upon pick up, the company Bronze Star outsourced our move to failed to provide itemized inventory at point of origin, including any damage. As a result, multiple items were broken and some were lost.
3) Bronze Star was not able to provide updates throughout move, while the actual mover was completely MIA (Tic Tac Relocation).4) The actual mover provided zero communication/updates throughout the move, ultimately missing the delivery window (was expected between 2-5 on a given day), no one showed up, no one called to let us know, and no one picked up the phone.
Bottom line - DO NOT USE THIS MOVER IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND DURING YOUR MOVE.

During the loading process, your carrier provided you with signed paperwork detailing the items loaded onto the truck. Carbon copies of all the documents you signed at that time were also handed over to you. I had expressed to Tom that I was still concerned with the price and would to check out the quote more and crunch the numbers and also expressed concern about the reason for my move falling through and asked specifically "Before I sign anything I want to make sure that there would be no penalties if I was to cancel." I also told him that it was hard to read everything since I was having to do it all on my phone, but he told me "Don't worry about cancelling, if you really need to we can also rescheduled the move, just sign and we can lock in the price."
Weekend happened, I had a look at the inventory of my house and also other financial issues, I decided I needed to cancel. I emailed and was told, "With the holidays coming up there are less business days, so the day Tom signed you up, you automatically fell into our no refund period on the deposit." So even with telling Tom my concerns with cancelling and having trouble reading on my phone, he made no indication that as soon I signed, I was locked in.
They have given me options of just selling my stuff so the move isn't so expensive and are very quick to say "Don't bother disputing the charges, you'll just lose." They are also just trying to get me to take $600 and walk away, that's the most they would give me back. They have predatory business practices and I'm not the first person they have done this to.

Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. We understand your dissatisfaction and wish to clarify some points. You booked a move less than two weeks before needing loading. condition is explicitly stated in the estimate, which you acknowledged by electronically signing. We have also explained to you why you cannot receive a refund. Your job was already dispatched, and the job acceptance form was signed off by your assigned carrier.

I will caution anyone who chooses to deal with this company to do so with grave caution. Take your time and listen very carefully to what is being asked of you and conveyed in turn. My having years of experience in buying these services for both private and government entities, I fully understand the process from inception through claims. Do not be conned by offers of special savings for belonging to different groups or memberships as it's all a ruse to gain your confidence under false pretenses.
I, personally, dealt with a representative named Zoey ** who took my inventory. I must say, she was the best part of the entire experience. The downward spiral began once I was transferred to a Broker named Thomas. Immediately, I knew that he was a liar from the things he stated about his access to active duty military PCS based pricing and his ability to award the same to me, which would be fraud if I were to participate because I am retired.
In addition, he provided me the following information in an attempt to institute shock value: Mayflower: Nov 3, $17,586.00, United: Nov 4, $16,982.00, Beacons: Nov 3, $16,589.00, North American: Nov 2, $15,618.00, Bronze Star: Nov 1/2, $12,500.00, Atlas: Nov 4, $11,766.00. As I groveled at the pricing (I'd already conducted a pricing climate survey); he asked what price did I have in mind. I replied, generally, "under $10K." He asked, how did I feel about $9.5K. He stated that he could preserve that price (ONLY) if I committed on the spot by providing him with my credit card information.
This does three things, all of which are dangerous; binds you to Bronze Star Moving, limits your ability to continue to shop the industry and an inability to review the terms of said agreement before compensatory liability is remitted, with no mentions of means of cancelation. If you were ever to encounter Thomas, it is my opinion based on my personal experience that he has zero integrity, is as cunning as a fox, and lower than the belly of a snake. He's a liar, fast talker; shaker, hollow deal maker - be careful.
For the reasons mentioned above, I chose not to do business with them. There's a review by a gentleman from Michigan. I would suggest that you read it in its entirety. People seldom get upset for no reason, but an assailant oftentimes re-victimize victims by obscuring the reality and substituting the facts with fiction. Keep in mind, one cannot be perpetrator and victim simultaneously; thus, Bronze Star Moving has chosen to perpetuate fraudulent practices onto its customers via unscrupulous means, leaving only victims in its wake.
Lastly, I informed Zoey and Thomas that I was going to leave such a review. Unless it was a strange occurrence, the email address utilized in communications with Bronze Star Moving was blocked as invalid when trying to write this review. I had to utilize a different address in order to do the same. The foregoing is the true Bronze Star Moving Company. I will be filing the same with the BBB, FTC, and my state's Attorney General.
T.

I have no record of any of this and it sounded like you were already speaking to multiple other companies. Wish you the best of luck with your move take care.

My experience with Bronze Star Moving Company was nothing short of a disaster from beginning to end. The initial quote they provided bore no resemblance to the final bill, which was shockingly higher. Their promise and delivery were worlds apart, leaving me in utter disbelief. What added to my frustration was their complete lack of transparency regarding the intricacies of the moving process. They failed to furnish any substantial details about potential additional fees or hidden charges, making me feel deliberately kept in the dark, only to be blindsided by unforeseen costs down the road.
Perhaps the most exasperating aspect of my encounter with Bronze Star was their dismal communication with the carriers they partnered with. This led to a lack of coordination and efficiency, causing my moving expenses to spiral out of control. It seemed as though they had no grasp of the inventory being transported or how to manage it properly.
Before even considering Bronze Star Moving Company, I implore you to meticulously scrutinize every detail in their contract. They employ a cunning policy where the initial quote they provide can only climb higher and never decrease. This effectively means that when they offer you a price, you're essentially signing a blank check for your move. This predatory practice can result in a shockingly inflated bill when all is said and done.
In conclusion, I vehemently discourage anyone from engaging Bronze Star Moving Company. Their deceptive quoting methods, opacity in communication, and disregard for proper coordination with carriers transformed my move into a harrowing ordeal. Save yourself the agony and seek a more reputable moving company that values transparency and fairness in pricing.

Dear Jason,
We understand your frustration and concerns regarding your recent moving experience with Bronze Star Moving Company. We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication and inconvenience you encountered during this process.
First and foremost, we want to clarify our pricing structure, as outlined in the Binding Moving Estimate provided to you. This estimate is designed to lock in the cost of the specific services and items listed at the time of the estimate. Any additions to the inventory or additional services will naturally result in a revised estimate. Our goal is to ensure transparency and avoid any surprises when it comes to billing. You received a Binding Moving Estimate from Bronze Star Moving. We have two options in moving estimates. We can give a binding estimate or a non-binding estimate. A binding estimate does not ensure you would not pay more after you reserved. What it does is it locks into place what you can be charged for ahead of time knowing what pricing looks like upfront. Meaning if you add items, and additional services to be preformed the carrier cannot just charge what they want to. You are locked into the pricing of packing materials, and the tariff (price per cf). Here is exactly what is stated in the estimate under (Understanding Your Estimate)
By signing this Binding Estimate for Services, customer is acknowledging and agreeing to the following:
This BINDING estimate is based upon the specific list of items to be moved and services ordered as listed on the estimate. If the inventory is correct, remains unchanged, and the services to be performed do not change, then the estimated cost will remain the same. However, if additional inventory is added or if extra services are added, then the estimated cost will change. Make sure everything you are planning to move is listed on your articles list. If additional services are needed make sure they are listed on this estimate. Additional services included, but are not limited to, packing, storage, long carry, shuttle, stairs fees and expedited delivery. This document is an estimate only; it is only binding for the specific services and items listed here within; any deviation of the services listed and ordered will result in a new estimate being issued. In such cases, a revised written visual estimate must be executed prior to any services being performed.
Sarah did a quality assurance call and before the movers arrived was able to add and increase the shipment of what was going with he quality assurance manger. In your case, the increase in the total cubic footage and the need for additional packing materials were unexpected changes that arose on the day of loading. We fully understand that you were not on-site to witness these changes firsthand, but our driver did his best to explain the situation to Sarah, who was present during the loading process. You refused to listen when things were being explained to you and unless the movers did the additional tasks for free you were not interested in hearing anything anyone had to stay. You became loud and rude in the manner in which you spoke to everyone.
We appreciate that you may have felt frustrated and upset during this process, but we always aim to provide clear and respectful communication with our customers. It's essential to maintain a cooperative dialogue to address unexpected situations effectively. We understand you were not even at loading to see what the increase looked like making it extremely frustrating for you to listen or and questions and listen to the answer's. Sarah was also trying to explain this to you as she completely understood what caused the increase to ever take place at the loading.
We value your feedback and will use this experience as an opportunity for continuous improvement. Our carrier has a wealth of experience and is well-regarded in the industry, as evidenced by recommendations from the US DOT investigator.
We regret that the situation ultimately led to the refusal of loading. We hope you find a moving company that aligns better with your expectations and needs. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us. We wish you and Sarah the best in your future moving endeavors.

Bronze Star fits our needs. We were looking to do a cross-country move from Los Angeles to New York and the initial estimate they gave me was much better than all the other estimates, which were accurate estimates. There was an inaccurate estimate, which had to be by design. I contacted the saleswoman, whose name is Mia, and told her I have this concern before I decide to go with them. I said I'd read bad reviews that they’re contracting work out to smaller companies who can't meet the promises that they're making to their potential customers. She said it was a great question and that if I keep asking questions like that, I’m gonna have such a good move. At this time of year, since they're so busy, they don't contract work out. And we signed based on that.
A few days before my move, I got a call from Bronze Star and they told me to send photos of all of the items that I have. I said I was gonna send photos of the items that I had already outlined for them. According to them, I was gonna need way more space and I said it was fine so I paid for the additional space. Then, I was trying to get a pickup date and they kept telling me it was gonna be between this window of time. They were gonna follow up and let me know sooner.
At first, it was a week out and then, it was three days out. Through this process, I was realizing that they contracted the work out to a third-party company that couldn't fit our needs. They told me they were gonna pick up our stuff and there was a 30-day free storage. They were gonna take it to Brooklyn and store it until we drove across the country. We would have a delivery scheduled for the 15th. I called Bronze Star and they started screening my calls. It's a small company. They didn't wanna deal with me anymore so I decided to call the third-party company because I found out who that was. It was not their fault. Bronze Star made these promises but the third-party didn't have a facility in New York. They had this operation and we were gonna be on their next truck.
Our things got here on the 24th so my wife and I got no stuff. It's Bronze Star’s fault but they didn't care. Once you give them the money, they subcontract the work out and they just keep telling you to talk to the other company as if your contract is with them. It's infuriating to be baited and switched over and over again. Part of the issue with going with a third party company is that your contract isn't their contract. I had already paid for the number of flights of stairs that Bronze Star would have charged me for. But the company wanted an additional $400 and they've got my stuff on a truck held hostage, so there's nothing I can do besides come up with another $400 for them. I called Bronze Star. They haven't picked up and won't return my calls.
Bronze Star claimed they might have found my amplifier but they still won't get back to me about it. It’s an antique worth $5,000. Bronze Star's insurance company is gonna say they don't wanna cover it because Bravo, the other moving company, should cover it. But then, their insurance company is gonna say that I have a contract with Bronze Star. It's gonna be a big ordeal.
Bronze Star's rep says one thing and something else happens. The price is $3,000 more than it was to be, which is par for the course with a moving company. All these other moving companies wanted to have a walkthrough with me and photos of all the stuff upfront. Bronze Star i a pointer company. They have a fleet of salespeople who get you to think that they're gonna be the ones handling the move, and after they subcontract the work out, you've got no customer support. I call their dispatcher and he has no idea what's going on. A few of them were condescending and rude. They eventually told me, six hours before the movers came, what day they were gonna come. I've got a baby at home. It's crazy. I thought that I was spending good money to avoid these potential pitfalls. But I could have saved myself a ton of money hiring a guy with a truck.

Hello Sir,
We apologize for the inconveniences you've experienced during your move. We understand your concerns and frustrations. It seems there was a misunderstanding regarding the estimate and the services provided. The estimate provided by Mia is based on the services you order and the inventory list you provide. Any changes or additions to the list can result in a revised estimate as per the regulations set by the US Department of Transportation. We want to clarify that once you exceed the initially provided list, your price may increase, and you should receive a revised estimate from the driver during the loading process. We understand the challenges you faced with timing and communication, especially during peak moving season.
Our aim is to provide exceptional customer service, and we appreciate your feedback. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We want to ensure your move experience is resolved to your satisfaction.
Thank you for choosing Bronze Star for your move, and we apologize for any difficulties you encountered along the way.
You received over 20 emails before loading and durning transit time in route going 2800 miles, and made updates to your list going. When the movers arrived you increased items that were to be moved. Your estimate did have a shuttle fee already included in those estimate and you listed the flight of stairs fee. We also prepared your COI. Mia did a very good job ensuring all fees were listed up from and your delivery window was explained prior to loading as well.
By law the movers have up to 30 business days to deliver in peek season especially. When you are doing a long distance move over 1000 miles you would not be loaded and delivered that distance by any reputable company either being they have to use agents local to both your pickup and delivery. Throughout the corse of your move you have been provided exceptional customer service, and we have met and responded and replied to all of your requests. Moving is stressful however when people get upset we know they will rate us based on how they feel and we understand however we have done our absolute best to accommodate all of your requests.
Please let us know if you have any questions or how we may further assist you.
Thanks,
Bronze Star

What a nightmare it has been dealing with these people. I was quoted one price with 1st phone call and another after sending pics of my storage units (I understand that)! Then, when the actual movers showed up it was double the original price. Called and talked to a supposed supervisor (Chris) who didn’t help at all. I talked to several people prior to the movers showing up to clarify that my items would be taken to my new location in another state. The moving company kept saying they were just verifying pick up of my goods. I was told by a couple of people at Bronze Star that it was just a “Miscommunication“. Needless to say my household goods are still in Michigan while I have relocated to North Carolina.
I cannot get the Supervisor (Chris) from Bronze Star to call me back. The moving company (Arena Moving) tells me everyday they don’t have a driver yet and by DOT regulations they have 21 days to deliver. So unbelievably ridiculous-STAY AWAY from BRONZE STAR. Once they get their money, you are on your own. Here I am in my new house with no furniture or personal belongings that I need for work or life for that matter.

Hello Sheryl,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and we apologize for the challenges you encountered during your move. After carefully reviewing your case, we would like to address your concerns.
We remember your move, and we understand that there were changes made to the inventory at the last minute, which significantly impacted the final cost. Our team provided you with the revised estimate based on the additions made during the quality assurance call before the move. While we do our best to estimate accurately, any significant changes to the inventory naturally affect the final pricing.
The binding estimate provided to you clearly states that the cost remains the same if the inventory remains unchanged, but it will change if additional items or services are added. We strive to be transparent with our customers about the pricing process, and we regret any miscommunication that may have occurred.
Regarding the delivery schedule, we do our best to provide an average timeframe, but delivery windows are ultimately determined by the driver's schedule and logistics. We understand that you had expectations for a specific delivery date, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay.
We see that you've been in communication with your driver directly to work out the delivery details. This approach allows for more efficient updates since the driver knows their schedule and can provide accurate information.
We genuinely value your business, and we want to find a way to help resolve any outstanding issues and improve your impression of our company. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly if there's anything else we can do for you.
Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we hope to address any remaining matters to ensure a better moving experience for you.

Bronze Star Moving told us that they wouldn't be the cheapest we would get and wouldn't be the most expensive, but it would be the best service. However, the experience was terrible. Our $2,400 quote turned into over $4,000. We named everything that we needed to move, sizes and quantities of stuff. They said, "You're gonna get a call from the driver. When you get close to the moving date, they're going to go over everything, let you know when they're gonna be there." We got another call, who we thought was exactly what this woman told us, and at that point, our price had increased by $1,000. We had two twin-sized beds, two box springs, and two frames. They said they only knew we had two mattresses. They were charging me $10 for each bag that is a protective bag for those items. They didn't bring those with them but we got charged for them.
The actual movers were very nice and courteous. They showed up in rented U-Hauls. They didn't have any fleet trucks. They packed everything and put it in the truck as it was intended. They picked our stuff up and we asked for a five-day lead so that my husband could get to Florida. They did that but it changed when it was being taken off of the big truck. We had put it on a little truck so we had another $400 charge on top of that. They said they couldn't get the 18-wheeler that was in by our house, which they could have. Then they wanted me to unload the 18-wheeler and put it on my own truck at a parking lot. I said, "No, go get your own truck, charge me the $400, and come here and do the job I paid for."
When they came and delivered, the gentleman showed up at 5 o'clock at night and didn't get done until 8 o'clock 'cause he was by himself. They broke the end table for the bedroom and lost two bookshelves. All our bins were broken. He said, "I'll look into it. I'll call you back." But I haven't heard back since and can't get in touch with anybody.

Hello Judy,
We are sorry to hear that your moving experience didnt meet your expectations. After carefully reviewing your case, we wanted to address some of the points you raised. When we checked how everything went the day following pickup you had let us know you were very pleased and would be leaving us a good review, I'm just not sure what happened from pickup to delivery.
Your initial estimate was based on the inventory provided by your husband during the call with our representative, Taylor. However, during the quality assurance call before the move, you made several changes to the inventory, effectively doubling the number of items to be moved. This naturally led to an adjustment in the estimated cost, as the cubic footage increased with the additional furniture.
Regarding communication with the driver, we do our best to keep you updated throughout the process. However, tracking the trucks in real-time is not feasible, and we rely on the drivers to provide updates. They usually give a 24-hour notice before arriving and call an hour before the delivery.
As for the packing of mattresses, the $10 charge per mattress slipcover is for added protection during the move. It is an optional service, and you could have avoided the charge by getting the slipcovers yourself from a nearby store, and the movers would have put them on for you at no additional cost. We apologize for any confusion in this matter.
We wish we had been made aware of your concerns earlier, as our team is always ready to address any issues during the move. We are saddened to hear about your dissatisfaction with the experience, as you seemed pleased with it during the call with our customer service team the day after loading.
Had we known about these concerns, we could have taken steps to rectify the situation before delivery. We value your feedback and want to ensure that we provide the best service possible for our customers.
If you have any further questions or need assistance with anything related to your move, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can improve your perception of our services.

I would not recommend this moving company or any other, you want my council: do everything by yourself with Penske or UHaul. Why because they give you a estimate by phone then you pay a large deposit in my case I pay 1,000. The estimate was 2,800. The split payment were $900 day of pick up and $900 delivery day. But this is a complete scam because when the guys arrived the day of pick up they use a Uhaul truck. Yea and after they load the truck with your stuff they say the price increase with the excuse of cubic feet your stuff used.. This guy also wanted a 10% of tip when no paper say you have to give 10% of tip. Yea I give tip but not the 10%. That is a lot, plus the increase. No sir.... so if you read this never never call this moving company. They just a broker between the other company.

Upon further review, I did locate this client's file. This client scheduled the move with us. Her carrier arrived at the loading before anything was loaded and updated her revised Bill Of Lading in which the client signed and agreed to the increase in the price for adding an additional 400 cubic ft of inventory. The original list she gave us was coming out to 400 cubic ft of space she has the inventory listed at the bottom of the signed estimate from Bronze Star agreeing that the inventory she submitted was true and correct to her knowledge. In our Binding estimate, it states what a binding estimate means. If the clients are given an accurate list of inventory and pre-ordered services like packing, flights of stairs, long carry, storage etc. the price by law cannot change however unfortunately she added additional items to be moved on the date of loading and she required additional services like staires, and other packing not indicated in the first estimate. This client was happy with the service and unhappy with the delivery time frame. The client asked "How much do you tip drivers & and they said 10% of the total cost of the move it was in no way shape or form required and if the movers decided to give you a break on the full price if you tipped them well that is custom in America as well as good etiquette. There is nothing to resolve with the client as all issues were addressed from the very first estimate to the delivery. We did not underprice this job as we did price this job based on the exact list given to us by the client. We entered the inventory provided to us by the client. We are also responsible for dispatch-provided updates and customer service. If the client has any issues we would help assist her in filing a claim. Her Items were delivered in a timely manner and all her items arrived safely to her. The crew assigned worked extremely hard to meet this client's expectations and unfortunately, the increase was due to the client forgetting many pieces of furniture and booking last minute after canceling with Nationwide. The client was aware we are listed as both a broker and a carrier on the FMCSA and I am unsure as to what the actual issue was here with her move. She was taken good care of and not overcharged for the added services she requested last minute with her driver at loading and we as her broker have been extremely attentive and sincere in assisting this client.
Binding Estimate mean:
By signing this Binding Estimate for Services, the customer is acknowledging and agreeing to the following:
This BINDING estimate is based upon the specific list of items to be moved and services ordered as listed on the estimate. If the inventory is correct, remains unchanged, and the services to be performed do not change, then the estimated cost will remain the same. However, if additional inventory is added or if extra services are added, then the estimated cost will change. Make sure everything you are planning to move is listed on your articles list. If additional services are needed make sure they are listed on this estimate. Additional services included, but are not limited to, packing, storage, long carry, shuttle, stairs fees, and expedited delivery. This document is an estimate only; it is only binding for the specific services and items listed here within; any deviation of the services listed and ordered will result in a new estimate being issued. In such cases, a revised written visual estimate must be executed prior to any services being performed. Delivery time frames and optional services and prices are all upfront in the first estimate the clients receive.
Herein represent the entire understanding and agreement between Bronze Star Moving and Storage, and the customer with respect to the subject matter. This supersedes all other negotiations, understandings, and representations, (if any), made by or between such parties, including any representations made by any estimator. In the event of any conflict. Between the terms of any/all estimates and the bill of lading, the terms of the bill of lading will attain priority. This agreement may not be amended, supplemented, or waived orally. If the agreement is altered in any way it must be in writing, signed by both Bronze Star Moving and Storage and the customer, by making specific reference to this agreement.
The client signed the same exact inventory given to us by this client and agreed to the additional charges and understood why there was a increased price with the driver at loading. As you can see below everything is open for pricing and the clients are aware how important it is to give an accurate description of items being moved and the services they will want to be performed.Optional Accessorial Services and Additional Fees (if applicable to the move): It is customary for the carrier to offer additional service options to the customer. Optional services include, but are not limited to, storage, packing, materials, unpacking, appliance servicing, shuttle, long carry, rigging hoisting and lowering, wooden crating, exclusive use of vehicle, guaranteed delivery, etc. If customer orders an additional service or an additional service is required to complete the move then the charge for the service will be added to the final bill. I was mislead and lied to about space allocation and cost reimbursement. I contacted Mia, Ross, Thomas and billing representative via email, text, calls and all communication they have hindered or shutdown. I asked for cancelation of services from all affiliated with Bronze Star Moving and Storage with documentation as well as reimbursement. None was granted. Before trusting this company with your move search them on Tik Tok, Google, Yelp and the FMCSA to get videos and real customer reviews. I will be moving forward in means of settling my dispute with them by taking legal action.

0 STARS!!! This site does not allow 0 stars! They do not come to your house nor does the company they assign to your move. They do not support the customer...they just collect their portion of the cost!! The movers showed up with 2 guys and a box truck for a 3 level house, 3600sf, 3 car garage, outdoor furniture, and a 10x12 shed. They had to go get boxes every evening. Which was all told to Bronze star and they didn't pass the info. They assigned a company called level moving llc...another company that is good. It took Levels 5 days to pack. They hired 2-3 guys on different days from online to help pack us. When in the contract I signed it stated the people coming to the house are checked before allowing to work...not. Levels had to empty the truck 4 times into storage because they did bring a tractor trailer.
I asked for 2 to 3 mo storage until we found a house in our new location. It took them 3 weeks to deliver partial load because they didn't have the personnel to bring it. They require final payment before off loading and about halfway through they said, "Oh by the way, we couldn't get everything so the rest will be here in 3 days." 1.5 months later the rest was delivered. Both deliveries had to call in help from online to help unload. The cost of our move almost doubled in cost because Bronze star is not a good company and they hire small companies that cannot handle large loads. Over 25 boxes weren't even packed full, some wasn't wrapped. And all the issues I had our "broker" said there was nothing they could do...thanks for the...never mind.
Once we unpacked everything and found missing, broken items, we made a list and sent it to levels Trucking LLC and Bronze star. Bronze star stated they don't have anything to do with claims and gave me a name and number. They told me the company doesn't exist. I called Bronze star and they said, "Sorry that's the name we were given and contracted with." STILL NO RESOLVE!!! DO NOT USE THESE 2 COMPANIES if you want your stuff all in one price and want supported! Oh and by the way Bronze star, save the ** answer you write at the end of any of the bad reviews! You are supposed to be the professionals! Stop blaming the customer!! BTW, This site doesn't even recognize levels llc!!

Dear Ron,
Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent move. This site is not misleading your account of your move is missing huge parts and it misleading to the public. We will be updating and uploading all paperwork signed by the client and the full video footage of the house and what was actually going.I am extremely grateful your driver came out prior to loading and introduced himself to you, so that way you knew who they were prior to the pick up. They only do that if they have some time and because he stop by your house prior to the loading he had to give you a revised estimate based on the items that you were showing him at that point that we’re going you increased for four truckloads plus full packing for four truckloads of inventory and you were only assigned one truck. He had to scramble to find trucks in order to move your items last minute I will be updating review, showing what you actually did an added.
It seems there may have been some miscommunication regarding the scope of your move. Adding over 2,000 square feet to the job can significantly impact the logistics and planning involved. The mover assigned to your move had to quickly adjust and bring in additional trucks to accommodate the volume of items you had. We acknowledge that this may have caused delays and inconveniences.
We also want to clarify that you were given the option to keep the price the same as your original quote if you stuck to the service you initially ordered. However, due to the increased inventory, the driver had to revise the estimate based on the actual items being moved. It's essential for accurate inventory information to be provided to ensure a smooth moving process.
Regarding the issues with missing and broken items, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. It is always our goal to handle our customers' belongings with care. We encourage you to reach out to the appropriate parties for the claims process. We are here to assist you in any way we can help you file claim forms for the items.
We understand your frustration however you played the biggest role into why it was unpleasant and kept the movers loading until 3:30AM Your feedback will be taken into consideration to improve our processes and communication in the future.
If you have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. We value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

Well, for all the talk from Nickolas about how they are different and don't nickel and dime you...they are the SAME as the other companies that Give you a good price then Bait and Switch, and have the Moving company charge for everything that needs to be "packaged". It adds THOUSANDS to the estimate. Nickolas stated it was all included as long as it fit in the allotted area. When I called in the day of the move, he was "not available" and Quartz (not sure of spelling) came on the phone. Since all calls are recorded, I said listen to it. No inventory was ever discussed, just the size...400 cubic feet for a set price. Nope, not open to discussion. Beware, the price they give you with a big military discount is just a teaser...you WILL pay THOUSANDS more!!!

Dear Lupe Pacheco,
We apologize for any confusion or miscommunication regarding your recent move and the pricing associated with it. We appreciate your feedback and would like to address your concerns.
Our aim is to provide transparent pricing and ensure that our customers understand the costs involved. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding the packaging charges. We strive to offer competitive prices and avoid unexpected fees whenever possible. However, certain items may require additional packaging for safe transportation, which could result in additional charges.
Based on your description, it seems that there may have been a lack of clarity during your communication with our representative, Nicholas. We apologize if the inventory discussion was not adequately addressed. We take your feedback seriously, and we already reviewed the call recording to ensure that our representatives provide accurate info to you. Unfortunately you didn't want to take the time and review it. You said you received multiple quotes from other movers and you know the space you would need. You told him 400 cubic feet of boxes. However you also informed him you know how moving works and if we cannot give you a better price then do not waste your time. You were short with him not allowing him to get or give you information. We should t have booked this job all together. If you check the bottom of your estimate you will see the packing materials ala-carte is listed and can be ordered upon demand by any client. You did not wish to go over a thorough inventory with you and you did not tell us nothing was packed into boxes at all what so ever and you listed everything in boxes for the estimate. So I would assume you would have had boxes for the driver at loading being that is what you listed for the 400 cubic ft. Instead you had many Glass pictures, canvas pictures,TVs, and mirrors, including all box-able items needed to be packed, and full-packing was not ordered on your order for service either.
We understand that you mentioned not having anything packed or in boxes during the move. In such cases, it is essential to communicate your specific packing needs to us beforehand, especially if fragile or valuable items are involved. This allows us to make appropriate arrangements and provide you with suitable packing services or advice. We apologize if this aspect was not adequately addressed during the planning process.
We regret any inconvenience caused by the increase in pricing due to last-minute packing requests. We acknowledge that your specific packing needs were not communicated to us at any given point before the driver arrived for pickup. We send you a verification email as well as a quality assurance email specifying you would be responsible for packing all of your box items. We sent that email after leaving a voicemail when the clients do not answer their phone. We apologize if this led to a situation where additional charges were incurred because you had to add packing services that were not ordered prior to the loading. We did review all the increases in packing and it was accurate they did not charge any unnecessary fees for packing.
To improve our services and ensure better communication, we will review our procedures and reinforce the importance of discussing packing requirements with our customers in advance. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to enhance our processes moving forward. We will more than likely require pictures or Facetime be done either on the date of scheduling the move or in the update call for quality assurance. We do give our clients the right to wave that but as in this situation this could have been avoided if we knew you have nothing packed.
We strive to provide excellent customer service, and we regret if we fell short of your expectations in this instance. We were always available for you and you being in a rush to just schedule the move based on pricing we did not think you would not have had your boxes packed prior to the driver arriving. We appreciate your business and will take your feedback into consideration to improve our services.
If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to assist you.

They got to the storage unit that I had my unit in, asked me how much poundage, and I told them, it was 9,500 pounds. When it got there, they said, "No. We do it in cubic feet." They found out it was 1,400 cubic feet and they had only allocated 1,200. They were going to charge me another $1,000 that morning or else they weren't going to move the stuff out of my storage unit. So I left stuff there to get it down to the original bid. I also didn't hear anything from the people that they have subcontracted it until two days before they were going to be there at the house. There was also damage. They took pictures but I still haven't heard anything from them. I've told my friends never to use Bronze.

Hello Mr. Miller,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback regarding your recent experience with our services. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.Upon reviewing your case, we found that the driver who arrived at your storage unit accommodated the additional pieces you had without charging you any extra fees. We have thoroughly examined the provided paperwork, including the estimate and inventory update, and they clearly indicate that you were not charged for any additional items. In fact, you signed an inventory update form acknowledging that you would be responsible for any excess space beyond the allocated 1,275 cubic feet. I can provide you with the signed contract Estimate provided to you by Bronze Star as well for your convenience.
During your updated inventory you signed stating you were fully aware that if you did exceed the 1275 Cubic ft you would be required to pay for the additional space. Your driver decided to move the shipment with your added pieces. Everything stated here in your estimate and all provided paperwork provided shows you were never charged more. Please send me the bill of lading showing you were charged more because I have found no such thing whatsoever.
Regarding the issue with the initial confusion about poundage verses cubic feet, we apologize for any misunderstanding you may have had. Your estimate was always signed off for cubic ft in the top left-hand corner it says's "Price Per CF $4.00 per cubic ft. which may have occurred during the estimation process. While there was a discrepancy in the allocated space, our driver decided to move your shipment with the additional pieces at the same price as agreed upon in the estimate. We have not found any evidence in the bill of lading or other documentation indicating that you were charged an additional $1,000.
We understand your frustration regarding the lack of communication from the subcontracted team. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We kindly request you to provide us with the necessary details and pictures of the damage so that we can investigate the matter further and take appropriate actions to address your concerns. We value your feedback and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We still have your second move coming up when you select the dates.
If you may please send the Bill to me showing any increases in pricing.
Thank you for choosing our services, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

I hired Bronze star thinking they would be the main company I would be working with for my move. Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with them. I had a big move from IL to another state and all they did was quote my overall move and a virtual walkthrough for the whole process. I had put down almost a 2K deposit when in the end they didn't help me at all during my move.
They had to hire another company to move my items and I had to pay them the remaining amount. It would of been best to just hire one company within state and pay them the full amount, I could of saved myself some money and A LOT of stress. The 2 people I had previously spoke with did not return my messages or calls when I had more questions regarding the move, even though customer service did call me regarding my concerns. I thought it wasn't professional not returning my calls of emails from the main people that asked for my money. I wouldn't use them for another move.

On 3/11/2023 I was quoted a price of 3247.00 (by Ross) to move stuff from my 2 BR condo in Acton, MA to a storage facility in Englewood, FL. On 3/24/23, Frank called to go over specifics. He then quoted 5,767.00 which seemed reasonable as I had almost finished packing and had a more realistic idea of what I was moving. The movers showed up on 3/29/23. The crew chief took one look at my living room and immediately said I had way more stuff than he was told and I would have to pay more. He then videoed the other rooms and came back with a price of 7268.50. The extra was all in cash, of course.
Then a different truck with a different crew shows up in Englewood and demands another 800 dollars as my storage units were more than 50 feet from the door. Cash again. They claimed this would take them 2-3 hours more than if they could unload directly into the unit. It took them 90 minutes. On top of everything, my stuff was treated like trash. Boxes clearly labeled fragile were dumped upside down. At least one piece of furniture is broken. I emailed all of this to Bronze Star moving and Storage a week ago and have gotten no response.

Dear Katherine,
Thank you for your reply. I understand your concern and would be happy to review the original list of items to compare it with the updated one. It is true that there was an increase in the number of items, and you did sign and pay for the additional reservation to upgrade to a bigger truck. The original estimate of 82 pieces rose significantly to 147 items, which contributed to the adjustment in pricing.
We do allow clients to add boxes and extra small items, but in your case, the increase went beyond the original estimated space of 598 cubic feet to 915 cubic feet after your quality assurance call. Additionally, when the movers arrived, they discovered even more pieces, exceeding the second update provided by Frank. I want to emphasize that we can only provide binding pricing for the services ordered and the total number of items. By comparing both estimates, it becomes evident why there was an increase in cost.
At the time of loading, there was another increase, which further highlights the importance of notifying us about any changes. We encourage all our clients to inform us promptly about any additions during the loading process. If the additional items or services were not included or if nothing was added beyond what was already listed in your Bronze Star Estimate, you could have chosen to keep the original arrangement and pay the same rate.
I want to remind you that you signed a Bill of Lading prior to the arrival of the movers. This document detailed all additional service fees and prices for adding other items or services. After you added the items during the quality assurance call, we updated your estimate, adjusted the list and space, and sent the same copy to your driver, who also signed off on it. By law, your driver was required to revise the estimate again on the day of loading to accommodate the additional items.
I want to assure you that you were not forced to pay more, nor were you obligated to add those items. You had the option to retain the original arrangement and pay the same rate. As a moving company, we are bound by the guidelines of the US Department of Transportation. If you had contacted us when this issue first arose, we could have ensured that the charges were accurate, or you could have chosen to leave out the items that were not included in the updated estimates. By law, we cannot allow your driver to load non-listed items on the truck, as they must provide a description of all items being transported. These rules are set by the US Department of Transportation, and any revisions or edits to these regulations would need to be addressed through the appropriate channels.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We strive to provide transparent and accurate services to our customers. Please rest assured that any charges incurred had to be paid upon delivery. I will send you the rules and regulations below for your reference.
Thank you for your understanding, and if you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Bill Of Lading Laws on fmcsahttps://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/sites/fmcsa.dot.gov/files/RightsandResponsibilitiesBooklet_2022Update.pdf
Bill of Lading
Your mover is required by law to prepare a bill of lading for your shipment. The bill of lading is thecontract between you and the mover for the transportation of your shipment. This document is issued
at prior to loading and or the pickup date. The information on the bill of lading is required to include all the
information and charges associated with the transportation of your shipment. The driver who loads your
shipment must give you a copy of the bill of lading before or at the time of loading your shipment. The
Bll of Lading is an important document. Do not lose or misplace your copy. Keep it available until your
shipment is delivered, all charges are paid, and all claims, if any, are settled.
The bill of lading requires the mover to provide the service you requested and requires you to pay the charges for the service. It is your responsibility to understand the bill of lading before you sign it. If you do not agree with something on the bill of lading, do not sign it until you are satisfied it is correct. The bill of lading serves to identify the mover and specifies when the transportation is to be performed. Be sure that the portions of the bill of lading that note the dates when pickup and delivery are to be performed are completed and that you agree with the dates on the bill of lading. It also specifies the terms and conditions for payment of the total charges and the maximum amount required to be paid at the time of delivery for shipments moving under a binding estimate. In the case of shipments moving under non-binding estimates, the bill of lading will not include a final calculation of charges because that cannot be determined until the shipment is weighed. However, the bill of lading must contain all relevant shipment information – except the shipment weight which will be determined after the shipment has been weighed, and any unforeseen charges that occur in transit or at the destination.

I wanted to come write a review for my move FL to PA. I hired these guys to come out and load my storage unit in Florida. So because I was already in PA everything had deadlines and timeframes. I flew into Daytona beach airport and the driver even called to make sure my flight was one time. I met the driver at my storage unit and they pulled up 5 mins later. They wrapped all my furniture with blue blankets and takes up my boxed a little better for me. They finished everything in like 2 hours and they left. These guys work hard to make sure my stuff didn’t get scratched up. They packed the tuck so well.
It took them 4 days to get back up to PA. I was surprised at how fast they did make it. When they got to my house in PA they even reassemble my furniture for me. They brought my boxes and bins into the rooms they were labeled for. I wasn’t expecting them to do what they did. Especially because the furniture was already disassembled by me and my dad when we put it in storage from my house in FL but they knew I needed help especially putting Amazon bunk beds together for my kids' room. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you guys for such a good experience Moving!!

I didn't know Bronze Star was a 'broker' where they get my business and pass me along to someone else. I'm quoted a 'fair' price then movers come and it's six thousand dollars more than quoted. And you pay or they keep your deposit, abandon you, or you pay like a ransom! My stuff stayed in the state I was moving for almost three weeks until others were moving here. They trashed my stuff on a semi along with several other people's stuff and I finally got my stuff. Broken and damaged stuff was THROWN on top of other stuff. An analogy would be if you're in the grocery store and bagger puts eggs on the bottom of bag and tosses canned good or heaviest thing in the store on top of the eggs as if they will survive!!!
By the time I received my stuff it had been on and off a truck at least four to five times and with absolutely NO care whatsoever. The men that delivered got to my house at 4pm negotiated for an hour on paying them and paperwork. They started moving me in at 5pm and left at 5 AM... Yes that's right... 5AM in the morning!!! I hope I never have to use a commercial mover ever again!!! Worst experience and movers ever.

Hello Pam,
I'm sad to hear your experience was less than amazing. I am sorry I am just now hearing of this issue. I do want to take some time to explain things to you a little more clearer. When you do interstate moving, very rarely does the company local to you is the same company for loading, and or shipping. A lot of carriers have 1-10 trucks and they service many states. So the likelihood of the date you need is a day they have an open truck to pick up is very unlikely. With that being said, the local agent adopts your estimate as their own. They are the physical movers and crew. When you schedule the move initially with Thomas you sign a copy of your estimate, then you sign a Bill Of Lading that has the company servicing your move and their information listed. After reviewing the calls no one in my office told you that they were the company servicing your move. We did ensure you had a COI for the building you were moving to, and we made notes for the freight elevator at the delivery. All accessorial fees were included upfront in the first estimate, so there were no hidden fees. Thomas did a very good job explaining the service you would receive and explained that the local agent for SC would be servicing the move. He did also explain to you the difference between what a broker is, what a local agent is, and a carrier is. We also allow our clients no date change penalties. The reason we are able to do that is that we have local agents close by that can service your move with a 1 week's notice. The local agent signs a carrier agreement that binds them into the price per cf and the price of service fees like packing, etc. You did a follow-up call with our Quality assurance manager, that call is intended to go back over the inventory once more before loading so any packing, or additional items may be added so you and the driver are aware of that prior to the pick-up to avoid any stress on the day of the actual move. In that call, your packing and size, and inventory list went up. Frank did have to update the full packing because it is $1.00 per cf. So when the volume of your move increased so did the full-packing price. We set all updates to your carrier and yourself. We made sure you had signed and had copies of all up-to-date inventory and edits to the estimate. We then notify your driver and crew so they could be prepared with the additional packing materials. You received a call on 01/the 06th with the contact information of your driver his name and company. So you signed 3 times a bill of lading provided with your carrier's information. Bronze Star is listed as a carrier and a broker. We had our SC carrier assigned to the loading and all information was disclosed at the time of scheduling. Even after the quality assurance call when your driver showed up, he did a video walk-through with you and more items were added at the loading. You decided to still take the additional items and a revision prior to the start of service was given and signed to add those items. You did call customer service after loading to look at what the delivery would be. Unfortunately, unless you fill a full entire semi going over 500 miles we have to do what is called a consolidated move. On the revised paperwork given at loading your first available delivery date was for 01/16. By law based on that carrier's tariff, they have up to 30 business days to deliver your items by law starting Jan 16th. Courtney in customer service explained the delivery and we also have it listed in the estimate as the estimated time for delivery. Now I do see on the day of delivery the long carry fee of $75.00 was due to be returned back because it was an unnecessary fee that did not apply to you at the time of drop off. Also, I can see on your file you called in with damaged items at delivery. I would like to personally say I am sorry for this experience and a little shocked because the carrier assigned to your move was not a new business. They service a lot of our east coast moves and they always do a very good job I would like to speak with you regarding this matter and offer a refund. This unfortunately was not brought to my attention before this review. I do care for each and every client and sometimes depending on the situation I try to assist in helping my clients. If you would like to discuss a solution that would work for you I would also like to help you personally file claims for any damaged items from the move. Please feel free to respond to us directly so this matter can be directly handled and taken care of. I am so so sorry for any inconvenience and I will also speak directly to your carrier about refunding an appropriate amount for the unnecessary long carry fee and the damages. I apologize for the delivery taking until 5 AM. I am not sure about the details on why it took this long for the delivery but we will get to the bottom of this. My direct line is 561-228-1983 and please feel free to email me as well at info@bronzestarmoving.com
My apologies,
Jillian Collins

I moved from Arizona to Nebraska, and the movers were nice guys. It cost more, but that wasn't their fault. I had a lot more boxes. I was also planning on getting rid of some furniture, which I didn't have a chance to do, so that was extra stuff too.

I did an estimate online and Bronze Star Moving & Storage Inc. gave me a phone call within a few hours and gave me a good price. So, I scheduled over the phone. It was easy. And they were good with communicating what the next steps in the process were. The crew came in, did their job, left. It was simple. When they picked up my stuff, they did a good job packing it up, making sure that everything was protected and would not be damaged. They wrapped with blankets, which was great. It was quick. I would recommend Bronze Star to anybody who needs a moving company.

They worked with me and understood my needs. The team took their time but worked efficiently to get the job done within the time frame. Wrapped my things for extra protection and loaded and unloaded with care. Very much worth it!

Hello, it was a pleasure working with you! Moving is a highly delicate and stressful process, and we greatly appreciate your feedback. Please tell your wife she was a delight to work with; the movers really appreciated her complimentary lunch. Until next time!
