The crew was punctual, professional, and worked with an impressive rhythm that got my three-bedroom house loaded and unloaded in record time without a single casualty. Their communication was excellent, and the final bill was exactly as quoted with no surprises. If you're looking for a company that treats your belongings with the same care you would, look no further.

I had scheduled a pickup with another carrier. I was contacted by person informing me that they were contracted to move my items and gave me Bronze Star contact number for transport and deliver. They also informed me that the initial company was canceling. I rescheduled with Bronze Star. They charged more than initial company. When I contacted initial company they informed I was not canceled. I contacted Bronze Star to get a refund and they charged me 15 percent even though I was scheduled to move 1.5 months out. The individual I spoke to was the one who informed me I was canceled from initial company. I will be follow up regarding the refund and business practice.

This company is a broker not a moving company. They will quote you 1 price and you then the moving company comes in, it will be a total different price. Plus this company is not transparent. Very rude and when you ask to speak to the manager the employee will lie and say she is the boss. I lost 1000.00 with these people. Don't do the same! If you're not happy with them you are only given 72 hours to request a refund and that is if they choose to give you your refund. And you have to submit the refund in writing! Not a good way to do business!

Moving out of state, we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. The moving team was efficient, handled everything with care, and showed great respect for our belongings and the property. They made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend.

They will quote you one price then raise it a few days before the move when you send a picture and they "realize" you have more cubic feet than they thought. But assure you that you only have to pay for what you use. Then the mover comes and says you have even more cf and ups the price again. Was told they could deliver in 2 -3 days because they could only drive so far (my move was 591 miles and the limit was 400 in one day), but 4 days later I'm being told it could be up to 9 more days because I didn't pay for priority shipping which I was never told about. Their contracts are full of "gotchas" that make it impossible to argue with and the last minute price raising makes it impossible to find another company.... Plus by that point you are past the refund time.

Bronze Star Moving and Storage has helped us several times now. They are always prompt and extremely careful with everything they move. The guys are always very accommodating asking questions about how we want things done. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move from one home to another or even emptying out storage units. They are great!!!

By far the worst moving company ever established from fake price quotes to get your NO REFUNDABLE deposit, to very disrespectful 3rd party dispatched movers (WE HAUL MOVERS), being hung on, calls blocked, and illegal holding personal property hostage, pick up and drop off dates constantly changing, truck size purposely being under pack to force more money out of clients, just a nightmare all around the board. Please, please, please, Do Not believe their fake quotes, truck storage size lies, and fall for the "NOW WE HAVE BOTH YOUR DEPOSIT AND PROPERTY SO YOU'RE AT OUR MERCY PLOY! EXTREMELY AND AGAIN I say extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and dishonest. Shop around first for other service providers! Save yourself a world of disappointment and headaches!

I used the moving and storage space for my move on 8/5/25. These guys were awesome! Very friendly and organized. Louis, Dangelo, and Frank were awesome. I really can't say enough good things about these guys. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Hired Bronze Star Moving and Storage for a big family move, and they were fantastic. We contacted Bronze Star Moving and Storage for a quote on moving us from Colorado to Texas. We thought they were a moving company and not a broker and they gave us a quote as if that is what they do. We signed a contract and they immediately pretended to get us a truck to move us stating the truck was doing another move in our area which was delayed and they could book us in that slot. As the process progressed they ended up having We Haul Movers contact us. We ended up paying Bronze Star over 5K for the referral and then We Haul over 19K to move us 800 miles. If you are looking for a broker then use Bronze Star. If you are looking for a mover, steer clear of them. They are deceptive
