I don’t recommend this company. It is not reliable and trustworthy company. They scam their customers. Moreover they overcharge them. They don’t have constant employees. Just hiring from the Craigslist.

We used All"trust" to move from IL to FL. First issue, "Luis" quoted $9,000 but by the time they already had most of our stuff on the truck and we needed to be in Florida within the week, they hit us with the additional $5,000 price. Then the worst thing is that between Illinois and Florida items worth about $3,000 were either broken or "lost", including a set of Bowflex dumbbells. Then for the next 2 Yrs I went back and forth with Alltrust claim resolution outfit, which are also a bunch of crooks. Final settlement for the $5000 over charge and the $3000 of broken, lost, stolen items? $75.

Just wrapped up a move with these guys, and I'm beyond impressed! They turned what I anticipated to be a chaotic day into a walk in the park. Super careful with my antique dresser (my grandma's, so it means a lot), and they had smiles on their faces the whole time. Honestly, moving has never been this easy. Would 100% call them up again.

**** I do have all text, emails as proof. Unfilled delivery dates, incomplete paperwork (both Alltrust & ours copies), Paul changing his tone because he saw a review from BBB. One star is too much! Awful, from being blocked by Elle and Paul. To no communication. Paperwork not signed by ANYONE at Alltrust. Charged for our moving supplies. Quote $7K. Charged $13K after refusing to deliver our items. Paul only changed his attitude towards my husband when he saw they were reported to the BBB. These new reviews with 5 stars are fake profiles. Paul screamed at me. Claims he didn't. Elle has no backbone and blocks you when you demand answers. STAY AWAY!! Check the BBB where legit complaints are filed not fake reviews.

Absolutely awful experience. This is a broker company. Sales reps (Mike **) will lie to you in writing and claim that it is not. The AllTrust DOT# did not match what was printed on the unmarked truck that showed up to move my stuff. All disassembled furniture was marked as individual pieces to falsely inflate the number of items. The movers pushed me sign forms before actually completing them including the extra packing materials form and inventory/broken item list. They ignored the inventory list from our estimate entirely and packed small boxes instead.
