It was the first time I moved with any moving company and then I just get too relaxed for next few days after my move. Then one simple email and the stuff turned up at the new place all reassembled and put where I need it. They were very professional. I recommend them to all.

They did an amazing job, and made sure all my stuff was safe while in transport. The service was quick, and they went above and beyond. It was a pleasure to have them, and the conversation was great. This was my 2nd time with Alltrust, and so I definitely highly recommend them. I will continue to use their service in the future!

When I received a call with my quote, the representative Luis on the phone clearly described the entire process. He was very attentive and friendly. Then David, Alex, and Jeffrey assisted with our move. The guys showed up at the early end of our scheduled time slot and were courteous and professional the entire time. They move quickly and they make sure to really take care of your belongings. The price for what you get is unbeatable.

I was very happy with how fast and careful they were with my stuff. The movers, Aleksei, Sergei, and Eric were cheerful and friendly and easy to work with. I moved from Miami to Chicago, and it was no problem! I mostly hired the movers to move my belongings to the truck but these guys were able to load everything and move it to Chicago. I will use them again.

Their team were extremely professional, friendly, fast, efficient and organized. They managed to complete a 2 bedroom home to pack in 5 hours, with all furniture wrapped and all boxes labeled. I made a few requests which they were happy to accommodate. They all worked very hard and had the huge truck unloaded and items set appropriately in the house in under 3 hours! I recommend their services and would use them again.

Movers Alex and Sergey were very friendly and efficient. They were both knowledgeable, patient and personable. They took pride in their jobs and wanted to make sure we were happy with the setup of all our furniture Pieces. We had movers last month. They were punctual, fairly priced, and very respectful of our staff. Despite the fact that they were a little late, they kept us updated. A two-person crew accomplished everything in two hours. This was a fantastic team effort.

These movers are so professional, Hector, Alex and Sergey was great! I felt immediate peace when I spoke to Tina on the phone. She was very helpful. Vanessa made the initial contact to let me know the time frame and he was not only professional, but also made me feel at ease with having to move my whole apartment. My experience with Alltrust was the worst. I tried to get my deposit of $5,440.00 returned because I cancelled my move with Alltrust the next day. Tina-Marie called me back to persuade me not to cancel. I told Tina-Marie that I was canceling the move and wanted my deposit back of $5,440.00 returned. Tina-Marie told me that Alltrust would return my money because they already received my cancellation email within the correct time period. She said she would put the cancellation through with no further action required on my part.

From the start, the procedure was simple and the staff was fantastic. They put forth a lot of effort and did it in a professional manner. They even carry certain items that could not fit in the vehicle on their feet. They come highly recommended from me.

The Alltrust Moving & Storage services are both of excellent calibers. I was astounded by how they geared up in masks and took extra precautions during COVID season. The gentlemens Hector and Alex were really kind and knowledgeable.

The movers were great and took exceptional care of all of our items. They were communicative and so helpful. These guys are amazing. Customer service making sure the customer is happy. But sometimes very difficult to get them on the phone. I felt the move was very reasonably priced. Recommend!

I have moved many times in my life, but this company has made my last move a very relaxed experience. They even offered to let me check the truck at the end to make sure nothing was left behind. As they were bringing boxes up they made sure to put boxes and furniture at least a couple inches away from the wall to avoid scratching anything. Recommended!

It was a very hectic day but they used their experience and got down to business. They were very courteous, told me thoroughly about how the move will be executed and consistently asked where things should go according to my requirements. So happy I used their team in our move!

Joshua was very helpful on the phone. He prepared everything what we need before pick up. On moving day, the movers showed up on schedule. They did all the packing, and they showed up with all the right packing materials. We bought them lunch to keep them energized. They successfully moved my stuff and they were pleasant to be around. I was very happy with how fast and careful they were with my stuff. I've moved too many times than I can count in my life and this was the first time I have used professional movers! The movers, Omar, Derick, and Smile were cheerful and friendly and easy to work with. I moved from a second story apartment to a 2 bedroom house, and it was no problem! I mostly hired the movers to move my stove and two guys were able to just lift it and move it up the stairs. I will use them again.

The management was very helpful throughout. Tina were professional took inventory, checked all the items and boxes. Very nice guys. Alex and Andrew did good job packed up everything. But unfortunately some of my items got scratched up. We moved from Los Angeles to Salt Lake City. Also they were 4 hours late. I liked the guys very much, I would give them second chance again.

They were great! I scheduled a pick up for next week, but they called me and said they had availability the next 3 day. 3 guys came, and very quickly took all the furniture. I think it took less than 2 hours for them to haul everything away. Delivery was done 5 days later from Miami to Denver. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with Alltrust who did my move… I was given their name by a friend who was very happy with the move they did for her a few years ago. I have now referred my friend to them who will be using them soon! They called me when the move was over asking me for the quality of their service. I was very impressed!! Very professional in every way!!

Alltrust does not deserve your trust, but they do want your money. This company is the worst. Ever. They are simply a Moving Broker who contracts with the lowest priced contractors. The contractors are treated terribly too. All seems well as the consumer until you sign their quote which has a 3 day moving window. One day you get a random text from their driver who says they are on their way, with no warning or the promised email confirmation. Then *after arrival* they add costs to the final bill; demanding more than DOUBLE the original estimate--padding their other fees in every way they can. They know you are stuck with them because now it's too late to hire someone else. If you can get someone to return your calls they lie about what you will be charged until your stuff is packed.

Moving is a nightmare on its own and my move was last minute and hectic as ever. This team came in and got all my items safe and sound 900 miles away from south Florida. Aleksei and Sergey was great. They were prompt and kind (not to forget patient). Highly recommend these guys! Thanks again boys!

Alltrust Moving started at 7am moving my 4 bedroom house and when I tell you they are done packing and loading in 6 hours. Omar and his crew are the real deal. These guys are truly the best. I mean I'm telling all my friends in Miami and Phoenix. I'll definitely call them again in future.

Had a big move that required 1 18 wheeler truck, everything in the beginning and through the move was on the up and up, hard workers. Hector and his crew were professional. Did have 1 damage issue, claimed it on the damage report, took weeks to get through to someone to find out they haven't even processed the claim. After bickering with them and expressing the one damaged item issued item and was a time sensitive replacement they finally replied back and said they were not responsible but would reimburse me HALF the value of said item out of courtesy. I have to accept it. In conclusion everything was good up until they had to replace damages which was a small small fraction of what we paid $18k to move. So beware, they are not on the up when they damage your stuff.

Gave an arrival call and had everything cleared out in under an hour. The team work flow was seamless. Completely professional and courteous at all times. Very nice guys. Unfortunately some of my items got scratched up but they provided claim form to file a claim. I recommend this service.

This a Professional and high quality moving company! Hector and his crew were punctual and highly efficient. The moving crew arrived on time on the pick up day. They were absolutely delightful to work with. They took extreme care with all of our possessions. They worked quickly and efficiently to get our move completed. Delivery was 15 days later in San Jose. 2300 miles distance and no missing or broken items. I highly recommend this moving company and I will use them on our next move.

Cheaper than hiring some guys and U-Haul myself. The guys arrived early. They sorted the house out and moved everything. When my boxes were delivered, some were crushed. Surprisingly, none of my items were damaged; looks like all that packing they used came in handy. Decent move.

Hector and his team helped me move out of the apartment. I was renting and into a home I own in St Louis. They did a fantastic job during this very difficult time. These guys are the best movers in South Florida. They not only have excellent pricing, but the quality of their work is really high. I am ecstatic with the service I received. They were professional the entire move. The foreman packed everything perfectly. Everything went according to plan. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of my move.

My friend moved from Florida to the Midwest. She had them come out to help her pack and move her stuff. She said they packed her entire apartment in under 3 hours, without breaking anything. When I moved, the company I used, took 5 hours packing everything and broke my 55in TV in the process. I’ll be using them next time for sure.

They quoted me at $6759.00 for my move from San Diego to Denver. A couple of days before the pick up, I got a call from Tina to confirm the inventory list again before the move. I’m glad she called me. I realized I forgot to add 2 items to the inventory list. After paying more money to add the two things. They told me the crew would come between 9am-12pm. They got there a little after 11:30am. I was annoyed because I had some errands I could have done in the morning. Once the crew got there the guys were good; they finished by 7:30pm, and they barely took breaks. I tipped them each $50 bucks to show my appreciation. Alex told me my stuff would be safe at their warehouse until I was ready. When I was ready to have my stuff delivered, they delivered it with no problem.

Extremely pleased with this experience. I was able to book for the next day move. Large truck showed up with 3 guys, Alex driver and 2 helpers. They was on time. Guys was polite, hard working men. Got job done with the packing and loading within 5 hours. I had 2 bedroom house. Delivery was done 10 days later, From NJ to CA. The experience was as good as I could hope it to be, nobody likes moving.

My original moving company, Atlanta Movers, canceled with no notice. The sales guy, Phillip ** was able to get me a crew on short notice (of course at a high ass charge btw it was last minute so I get it). I am in NC not Georgia where the move was happening, so to say the least I was beyond stressed. They came and picked up my fiancé's stuff on 6/8 in Savannah, GA and delivered it on 6/22 in Santa Fe, NM. The driver Russel was great.

My husband and I have moved three times with them. Even with some bumps along the way, we always come out with an overall positive experience. They arrived and carried out the whole move with care, courtesy, and efficiency.

I wish it could be an A+ review but I don't sugarcoat anything. The guys that loaded my stuff were great. After everything was in the truck, I gave the leader my card to run the payment and he told me he can’t take my card. When I called customer service, she told me they sent me an email the day before. I was so busy I didn’t get to check my email. I had to leave to get money orders to give them. Had that not happened, they would have gotten an A+ from me.

When David sent me a text with their DOT information, I didn’t know what DOT was. He took the time to inform me about brokers and how to find someone on the DOT website. The information he gave me really took the risk out of hiring an unknown mover. Excellent service.

Super helpful; The text message communication is great (thank you to whoever I spoke to!!) I’ve had to call a couple of times but they always seem to text back. Every rep I spoke to gave me some good information about moving, very nice people. When the crew showed up, I thought there might be a issue with the language barrier because I could tell he was still learning English; but he wrote out whenever we didn’t understand each other. What more could you ask of them? I’ll call them again without a doubt. Highly recommended.

William had great follow-up from the estimate till the end of the move. On the day of our move, the crew were excellent-strong, efficient, and friendly. They are seriously far better than the other movers.

I called a couple of long distance moving companies and they was the one that had good pricing and they get soonest schedule for me. The movers was excellent. They got my stuff up in timely manner. The only confusion was delivery time frame. They said time frame on my move 7-21 business days. I got my stuff from North Carolina 9 days later. Good service. Nothing was broken.

I called them in February 2021. I was moving from California to Arizona. My sales representative was Paul. He was very accurate with my inventory. He put all the items on the list. So then 4 days before my move I got call from them again. The quality assurance lady was going with me through my house again to make sure everything was correct. I had more boxes which I packed. Movers came on the day what they said. They were fast, disassemble all big furniture and packed with moving blankets. They even helped me to pack some of the boxes. Delivery was without any problems. They even gave me 1 month of free storage. Overall good experience. Would recommend them.

I was moving from Florida to Colorado. My movers Alex, Sergio, and Hector were able to pack everything on time within the time frame with my building in Florida. Then they said it will be delivered in Denver Colorado in 7-12 days. But there was some delay. It took them 4 days more to get there. But the company gave us a discount for the inconvenience. So overall good experience. And the good thing about them was everything came with no damage.

I had to move beginning 2021 from Los Angeles to Chicago. They gave me 3 day window for my move day. But customer service representative was always in contact with me. 2 day before Vanessa representative called me and said they will arrive between 10-2pm. Movers came 3 hours later. They said traffic was bad. But then I had problem with my building, movers said, "We will do the best to try move out everything." So finally they made it. So guys was very professional and fast. Their names Alex and Alan. Delivery was 3 weeks later and everything was smooth. So overall my experience was good. I'll Recommend this company to my friends. Thank you.

They were diligent and ethical. Movers took extra responsibility with my fragile items. Alex and Anthony packed my belongings and protected all furniture with pads in the good way. I very happy with their service and attitude. Definitely recommend them!

This moving Company has good qualities, reasonably priced, efficient, and personable. I would normally not allow someone, other than myself or family, to move my personal belongings and fine china, but for a small fee, they wrapped everything up perfectly and it arrived at my new home without a scratch. I would recommend them to family, friends and anyone else in need of a moving service.

All these positive reviews are fake unfortunately. I don't know who they pay or if ** (customer rep) writes them all. Avoid this company at all costs, seriously! It has been 4 months since our items were picked up on 6/21 in San Francisco and our items have still not been delivered to Virginia and Alltrust continues to provide zero timeframe for a delivery date. We are now 68 days beyond our first date of delivery and no date. I call and email this company everyday and can not get a response from anyone on a delivery date. The Customer Rep Vanessa has refused to connect me with the Owner on multiple occasions, no one in sales picks up the phone. This has been a nightmare. They are fully aware that we have been living with our 15 month old child out of 2 suitcases for 4 months now, without a crib, no baby clothing, no furniture, or any of our personal belongings.
