I have used Agility Van lines twice and my daughters have used them, moving from Connecticut to North Carolina. I dealt with Shane on the items we were moving and he was extremely helpful in preparing me for the move. Their prices were very competitive. The movers arrived on the pickup dates they told us and also arrived on the delivery dates they gave us. The moving crew were very professional and wrapped our furniture extremely well, with three moves, not one thing was broken or damaged and we had a lot of items we moved from TVs, couches, desks and glass kitchen items, I was very satisfied. Also Denise was very helpful in communicating on the date and time the movers were coming, she followed up with us after they did the pickup and also after the delivery to make sure everything was done well.
If you are looking for an honest, professional and quality moving experience, then Agility Van lines is the company. We are moving from Ct to NC and doing it in 3 moves, Agility Van Lines did our first 2 moves and we will be using them for our final move. I spent a lot of time researching moving companies, and they are one of the Best!!

After 45 years living in Ohio we decided to move closer to family in the Chicago area. The process was very stressful but working with Agility Van Lines was not. Their people, Shane and Denise in the office and our move team of Richard, Steven, Trevor and Kendell were friendly, easy to work with and dependable. Our original movie date had to be pushed out 2 months but once we were ready Shane was able to give us dates that fit our needs. The 3 day pack, load and unload went smoothly even though the weather was extremely hot and humid. Based on quotes I received from others their prices are fair. Overall, I highly recommend Agility.

Trevor, Kendall, and Steven arrived early for our delivery from storage. Even though the temps were very hot, they worked quickly and efficiently to move our items into our new home. They took extra care to ensure our new driveway and doorways were not marred in any way. Not only were they very efficient, but they were also very personable. Would recommend this team for your moving needs.

I have helped my 90+ year old parents move from Pennsylvania to Cape Cod Massachusetts in 2024 and then back to Pennsylvania just last week in 2025. Both times Agility Van lines was instrumental in making the move as easy as possible for them and myself. They were professional, courteous and efficient for both ends of both trips. They took good care of all the items and furniture, and helped set things up in the destinations willingly and promptly on both cases. Overall I am very pleased, as are my parents. Obviously we were pleased after the first move and they did everything positively on the second move to remind us why they were the right choice for our moves. Hopefully our moving is done for a while, but they can rest assured they would be our first pick again, and I recommend them to be yours as well without any hesitation.

Wonderful company, great customer service starting with Denise and Shane. The movers were great, took care in wrapping my furniture and carefully packed my belongings and unpacked them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a long distance move or even local in Florida. Billie Jean and Maurice did the move from start to finish and TJ was also involved on the Florida end.

From beginning to end, all ran smoothly. From booking to delivery from Fl to NY. They were helpful in helping me determine the cost with no surprises when delivering. All paperwork was explained, and emailed for me to look over. All ran according to plan, with communication along the way. I was impressed with driver and helpers. The company can be described in three words: professional, honest and responsible. I have used their services on two separate occasions and was thoroughly impressed both times. The entire process, from receiving a very competitive moving estimate to delivery was seamless. I knew how much I was paying and for what... No gimmicks or hidden fees whatsoever. The staff in the office and the delivery crew were very knowledgeable, friendly, cooperative and timely. I was matched with Agility through a simple online search. Understandably felt nervous planning an interstate move. From my initial phone inquiry to final delivery, I received nothing less than total reassurance, professionalism and excellent service. I did all my own packing but furniture was protected by Agility. Daniel stayed in touch with me throughout their transmit. He and Marcus worked tirelessly ensuring our move was seamless from pick up to delivery. Not one box or piece of furniture was damaged. I had a three-bedroom house moving from Pennsylvania to South Carolina. The crew thoroughly wrapped and boxed each piece of furniture. When unloading, they put everything where we wanted and set up the beds. The crew was super friendly. My girlfriend will be moving her things down shortly and we will request the same crew. I picked this company due to the ratings I saw when checking out long-distance movers. The price was reasonable and the service excellent.

The 3 men that moved us from NC to Ohio were so pleasant, friendly, really knew how to move our furniture and helped us put boxes from the first floor to the second floor. 2 of the men moved us from Ohio to NC. So they were familiar with the house and us. Great great job.

Right from the beginning, when I first spoke to Richard I knew my move would be as stress free as possible. He walked me through the process, we face timed, so he could see my inventory. Now this inventory, as well as the move date, changed several times, but each time he was patient and supportive. When I didn't talk to Richard, I spoke to Denise. She was fabulous and alleviated my fears and apprehension. Now there is Shane, the owner. He even called me on a Sunday to tell me the men who loaded the truck would be the same to unload. The office staff was patient, professional, and supportive. What more could anyone ask? Now the actual movers were two of the nicest men I have ever met. Richie and Reese, took care with all my belongings from beginning to end. You hear horror stories about movers, but not Agility. I would give them 10 stars if that was available to me. When choosing a moving company, choose Agility. You won't be sorry.

The moving crew for Agility was just amazing. Ontario, Ian, and Josh were very hard-working, extremely careful, good communicators and true a pleasure to be around. Our belongings arrived in excellent condition. Denise, the main POC, is also just great - thorough, good follow-through, and understanding. She always worked diligently to answer my questions and keep me informed. Shane, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable of the business and helped me make an informed decision. His estimate was what we paid - no surprises at the end, as can happen with other companies. He was responsive and as good as his word. I highly recommend Agility Van Lines for your moving needs.

I have never moved this far before and never hired movers. Shane from Agility put me at ease and made the experience painless. The moving team of Teddy, Nate, and Lucas were amazing! After researching what we were moving and prepping the furniture they went into high gear loading the truck. Then they drove the 500 miles to the new house where they unloaded and unpacked everything. I liked the fact that the same crew did both ends of the job. Professional, courteous, on time, and very respectful of the property. No hidden fees or surprises. Contract was extremely thorough so no misunderstandings. Always communicated well before arrival and in transit. I have used agility twice and will use them again, if needed. Booked Agility through Consumer Affairs and worked with Shane. They are amazing. They helped me every step of the way even to the point when my contract fell through and I had to cancel. I was planning a move from Chicago to South Carolina so I contacted various moving companies to get a quote for the cost. I found each moving company told me something different, and the cost varied widely. Finally, I called Agility and Richard explained every detail about costs, what the different types of estimates meant, how other movers don't tell you everything you need to know. I learned a lot from him, and with their trucks they would move only my furniture and not put my belongings on an 18 wheeler with other person's furniture; they would focus on my move only. You can trust Richard and Agility to take care of you and your belongings.

Everything about this move was fantastic! They were completely transparent with their pricing and expectations. They were also cheaper than quotes I received from several other companies. Richard and Shane always responded timely to my many questions. The movers themselves were prompt, thorough, professional, and all around great people to work with. This was my first professional move but I have no doubt I would use Agility again if I have another long distance move.

Agility was fantastic. Their drivers were friendly. They were great. However, I thought the quote they gave was high. I had other quotes which were lower, but Agility's reviews were so much better. What I loved about them was they picked up my stuff and it stayed in that truck. It wasn't transferred to another truck or to storage. I couldn't say anything better, but I would recommend them to other people.

I did my due diligence and chose Agility Van Lines out of thousands of moving companies. I was also looking for someone affiliated with ConsumerAffairs and the Better Business Bureau. The process to get the quote was very efficient. On moving day, there were two gentlemen that helped who were very kind, considerate and patient. Everything arrived intact. It came off the truck the same way as it came on, so nothing was disturbed. I was very pleased.

The drivers were awesome. They were respectful to me, my property, and to my personal belongings. They communicated well. They took a lot of pride in making sure that everything was wrapped properly and that I was confident that everything was going to be moved and no damage or items weren't gonna get lost or anything like that. They were awesome. The two movers were wonderful. I really appreciated the way they were.
I had actually misplaced the check that I was supposed to give them the day that they packed everything, and I was out of state because I was moving some stuff from Georgia to Maryland. I left the check in Maryland. I was freaking out. Are they gonna just drive away? I was trying to call the bank and trying to figure out what my other options were. I needed to go run to some random bank and try to get another check. But the owner calmed me immediately and said, “Don't worry about it. You could just give it to us when we get to the other side. It's not a problem.” That was a nice thing for him to do. It all worked out great, I got peace of mind. His understanding was just so gratifying, it just lifted a weight for me that day.
And what about the check, what if it's lost? What if somebody else tries to cash it? And thank God, when I got back to Maryland, it just happened to be sitting on the ledge at the top of the stairs. I just didn't grab it. It blended in with the top of the ledge because it's in a white envelope.
For the quality and the service that I had, it was worth every penny. I read through the entire website, read all the reviews. They're definitely the ones.The ladies that I talked to when the check got misplaced or when I was confirming things, they were just like, “No problem.” They always answer the phone timely and I get timely call backs. Everything was great.
It took longer than I thought it was gonna take, but that's because they were so caring of every single piece that they were moving. I didn't know what to expect. I thought it would take a lot less, but no. I was just so impressed by everything.
I grew up a military brat so I moved that way, but this is the first move where I've had to hire movers myself and go through that process. Normally, my parents handled all that other stuff. I told Agility that if they needed customers to even call me directly to get my experience, I'd be happy. They were so awesome. They really were so great. I even kept their name and number. My next move, I'll be calling them.

On March 11, 2025 I moved from Virginia Beach, Va to Philadelphia, Pa. I used Agility Van Lines as the moving service and Steven, Kendo and Trevor (the moving crew) was professional, punctual, and patient. I can’t say enough about the care taken to ensure my furniture was not damaged. I am very particular and the team was very patient and complied with my request to use paper booties and listen intently as I explained how I wanted items loaded. They followed my schematic of my new apartment and placed the furniture and boxes precisely where indicated on the drawing. The price for this excellent service was very reasonable. I have already written about how great my movers were. However, if I had not spoken to Michael who was an honest agent I would have never chosen them I was so happy to have spoken to someone who was honest and smart. Moved from Ocala FL to Clarksville TN. I included packing in my move, which was well worth it. Everything was handled and protected wonderfully. The movers which were different crews at each end were absolutely wonderful. Not a slacker in the group. We had hired a company that ended up being not accredited. Paid the deposit, did all that sort of stuff and when it came time to do a move, never got ahold of them. I went into ConsumerAffairs and the website and looked for accredited moving companies and Agility was the number one rated company. We had already boxed everything. It was more or less counting the number of boxes and the larger pieces of furniture. The gentleman was very happy with my inventory list. A lot of it was already pre-done before they came out and looked at it.
We were told that we would get a four-hour blocker window. During that four-hour blocker window, they would call us an hour ahead of time. We were called two hours in that window with the one-hour lead and they were here on time, dressed in uniform, very nice. Two gentlemen came in and knocked it out that I had so much of it already lined up ready to go right outside the door. They were very quick and careful with the material and we got down to here with the delivery. Nothing was broken, nothing was lost. Everything was the same thing. They gave us a four-hour window, called us an hour ahead of time, and everything was done the way they said it would happen.

Late last year I had to make plans for an interstate move. The move involved lots of furniture and my life’s accumulation of “stuff”. I couldn’t do it myself, so I began to search for a professional moving company. To say that I was apprehensive would be an understatement. I had heard all sorts of horror stories about delivery delays, lost or damaged belongings, bait and switch quotes, tacked on fees and even items held for ransom. When I conducted internet searches for the best companies, the lists varied considerably. I looked at company reviews and did as much research as possible. I finally narrowed my search down to three companies and I spoke to representatives from each one. I liked all three but I had to make a choice, and I was filled with anxiety. What if I made a mistake?
I finally decided on Agility Van Lines. Their rates and best practices were easy to understand, they answered all of my questions without hesitation and everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. Once I committed to Agility I was kept informed about the process and the moving date. The driver and his helper arrived on time and went straight to work. All furniture was properly wrapped in blankets and, whenever needed, other items were prepped with bubble wrap. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. They consulted me whenever something was in doubt and got the truck loaded in a reasonable amount of time. The same guys who loaded my belongings—Daniel and his team—were the guys who showed up at my new home two days later. It was a relief to see familiar faces and to have a good relationship in place. Daniel and his assistant made sure that everything was carefully unloaded and placed exactly where I wanted it.
But there’s more to my story. I still had miscellaneous things in storage in my old residence that I wanted to move, so I reached out to Agility again. I was able to schedule another pick up and delivery for a partial load. The new crew—this time Ontario and his helper—were able to meet my friends (way down south) and carefully pack everything for the trip. The second crew was just as phenomenal as the first—efficient, friendly and understanding of what needed to go where when the truck got here and was unloaded.
So, on a scale of 1 to 10, I want to give a 10 to all of the folks at Agility who helped me—John at the start, then Denise who kept me informed about everything before, during and after the move, and Shane, who worked with me up to and including the second move. I can recommend this company to anyone who is considering a move and demands excellence.

They were great. We had two guys and they kept me informed when they were going to come and they called when they were a couple of hours out. However, the moving day didn't work out too well. They didn't come. We had to have our neighbor wait for them the next day. But they gave us a discount. This one was in Florida, but the crew that we had when we got to Tennessee was very good. It's also not cheap to move, but they were reasonable.

From the 1st conversation with Shane at Agility Van Lines through delivery this company has been accommodating and a pleasure to work with. A sense of peace of mind that no "bait and switch" or property being held "hostage" at delivery was a concern while shopping for a moving company. Agility Van Lines provides that peace of mind with no undesirable games with your property. The delivery team lead by Daniel **, are truly a great group of hard working, friendly men that can get the job done!
They set everything back up at the new location and did so without the snowy weather impeding their efforts! They laid runners at the entrance Foyer and used shoe covers to prevent bringing in the snowy elements. They split their team with some men on the inside to take boxes to various room locations and hook up beds and furniture while others remained outside to unload the trucks. Great experience for arranging a long stance move for the first time alone. Shane was very friendly, professional and informative of the whole process. While purging and organizing items, he was very prompt in responding to questions about items I wished to add to my move. I was impressed with the Agility Van Lines person I was talking to because he seemed to have his act together. He could give me a quote and he told me how many boxes I could have. As for customer service, I could reach somebody all the time. That was really a good thing about it.
The crew was very courteous and nice, just pleasant to be around. They did the job. They didn't sit around and it was always the two of them working at it. It was three drivers, three guys. They were able to get it quicker and it worked out fine for me. I was willing to pay because I'm a senior and I'd call the professionals and they did a professional job.

I liked Agility Van Lines because they are family-owned, they are local, and they are a smaller business. I try to do all my dealings with smaller businesses. They also have a great website. I hired them for a long-distance move from Florida to Ohio. I needed to store all of my things for two months and they also did a little packing because I couldn't take apart beds. Settings things up with them was really easy. I called, talked to Sean, and told him what I had. Then we discussed if the date got closer, I would get a better count of what I had because I had just started packing at that point. And then in about a month, I called him back and gave him some additional updates as to the number of boxes and some additional things that we decided to take that we weren't going to take originally.
They crew who came for the pickup and delivery was awesome. We had six different guys, three on each end. They were very kind, respectful, and funny. They packed our stuff and put them in the storage, then took our stuff out of storage and brought them here. Everything was in perfect shape when we got our items. When I first started talking with them, I was worried that things were going to get broken. But the way they packed them, it was absolutely phenomenal. The TVs were bubble-wrapped in cardboard and you couldn't have broken them if you wanted to. You would really have to try to mess it up to break something. Agility's reps were also very communicative. They called and informed me where they were and how were going to do the move. Then they told me the date that they were going to pick up our things. Everything that they told me was 100% true and there were no issues at all.

I worked with Shane to get as accurate as possible estimate for this move. We did FaceTime and looked at all the big pieces of furniture that had to be moved. I got 3 estimates and for some reason, I felt Shane was being thorough and honest about the cost. I had read lots of reviews about moving companies. Shane ASSURED me that his truck and his crew would be moving us, it wasn’t going to be contracted out to someone else. Billie Jean and Juan arrived with the truck and after reviewing the contract, they got right to work. All I can say is these 2 men did an outstanding job moving all my furniture which contained some very heavy pieces. They also re-boxed boxes marked fragile to further protect my fragile items.
Two days later, as agreed upon, they arrived in SC and I was thrilled to have Billie Jean and Juan back to unload. I stressed a great deal about this move, who to go with, etc because this was all new to me. All I can say is I can highly recommend this company! Everything arrived undamaged, on time and the communication with everyone was excellent. I called Shane later that day to let him know how happy we were and wanted to recognize the two workers he had sent.

This is our third moving experience with Agility Moving. Our same lead person displayed complete understanding, compassion and hard work to get the move accomplished. The two helpers were careful and worked hard to put the furniture and boxed belongings exactly as we wanted in place. The fellows carefully wrapped and protected all our belongings. We recently relocated from NC to NY. EVERYONE from Agility was awesome. The office staff were great with communication. Helpful, professional and friendly. The movers were outstanding. Agility Van Lines exceeded all of our expectations! We have made over a dozen moves in our married life and Agility was by far the best experience. I had excellent service from my first phone call to my final delivery. Pick up in Florida and delivery in Pennsylvania. Delivery was made within the original time frame I expected. Agility Van Lines would be a great company to hire. They offered an explanation for certain things to look out for when looking for a moving company. Also, their quote was reasonable. I had other people researched the estimate that they gave me, and they also thought it was reasonable. They kept in contact with us during the move. They called us, let us know when to expect the truck. The guys that came and did the move were very professional, courteous. They took care of all the heavy stuff. They packed the large items - the TVs, cabinets and furniture. We did the boxing for the regular stuff like the dishes and clothes. They unpacked everything that they wrapped up. They put back together all the TVs. My wife and I were very impressed with the move.

I was somewhat worried about making the right decision on hiring a moving company. I was moving from Tn to Sc so not just a local move. I got 3 quotes - they were all priced within $800 of each other so the price didn’t sway my decision. I spoke with John from Agility Van Lines and he took his time explaining everything in detail, answered all my questions and emailed me a quote over within a few minutes. Very smooth and easy transaction, next there’s Ms **, she is the lady that keeps you up to date about your move, we picked a date and discussed a window of time. She made sure that I was well taken care. I didn’t mention that this is a family business and you start to feel like family, it’s obvious that you are very important to them! I even received a call from the owner to make sure that everything was squared away.
The best part of the move though is the driver and packers- Billy Jean, Nate and Lucas. These 3 gentlemen are a cut above the rest. They are hard working professionals, personality plus and extremely caring. They took great care in packing my things, nothing broken or damaged. They don’t broker out to another company they pick up your things and the same crew delivers! Hope I won’t be moving anytime soon but I will be sharing my experience with anyone that will listen!! Agility got good reviews so I thought I'd go with them for my moving process. I got quoted almost double with other companies. Agility still had good reviews and lower from the other companies with less reviews, but it was that happy medium of cost versus positive reviews. I had to package everything up, but they disassembled the furniture and wrapped it and took it across state lines to Georgia from North Carolina. It's in the storage unit now. So, there was no reassembly. But, they were very careful and meticulous and methodical with their packing and they were in and out quickly and very flexible with scheduling conflicts.
The crew was very professional. The only thing is they used packing tape to keep the door propped, which completely stripped the paint off the wall. Luckily, it was an apartment, and they come in after each tenant and repaint. At a house, that might look differently or at an apartment complex where they might not give you your deposit back because of that. Everything else was positive.
This was my first move. They were very respectful. I saw another moving company coming right below that created a walkway with padding or mats just so you wouldn't dirty or stuff the floors, which they didn't include. But it was an apartment, so I didn't really care as much in their laminate floors. They're more hardy than other types of floors that and maybe tracking dirt in. If they maybe wear little booties on their shoes, which they didn't do, but these are just miniscule.
Other than those, they utilized as much space as possible in order to cut the price down, even though it ended up being more space than they anticipated being used. They worked with me getting to and from the storage unit. They were very flexible, friendly, and understanding of what I was going through at the time. So, I would definitely use them again.

I did a long distance move with Agility Van Lines. It was the first time I've ever used a moving service, and I was quite pleased. We stayed in constant contact and they kept me informed all the way as far as the quote. The movers were right on time, and they wrapped and packed everything real good. I moved into a storage unit, and they even left some of the padding on some of my furniture so it wouldn't get damaged being in storage. Agility Van Lines was wonderful, and I have recommended them to three other people who are moving long distance. My sister used another moving company, and they took two weeks to get her stuff to her. I moved from New Jersey to Georgia and Agility Van Lines did it in a day and a half. Their price was good as well.

The thing that I liked about Agility Van Lines was that the gentleman who answered the phone was very polite. We turned it into a FaceTime. He walked me around the office and introduced me to the other young lady who was working there that day. Just showed me some of their setups and walked me through everything. Moving day, I was concerned, though. I had not received a call from the actual person or people who were supposed to be moving me. When I called the office, the rep was very apologetic. She contacted them for me and called me back and gave me their timeline.
Moving day, I expected them earlier than they got there. They did not get to my home until after 2:00. But once they got there, they got busy right away. Moved things out in the order they needed to get on the truck. I was there till 9:00. It took a little while, but I expected that. The moving crew was great. They were careful with my stuff. They were understanding about moving everything. They were nice to my little dog, and my little dog loved them, which is unusual. They made sure that I had a place to sit somewhere while I was hanging out, watching them move. If they had any questions, they asked me.

Convenient, frequent, and available communication from initial contact, while shopping rates with a variety of moving companies, to bidding goodbye to the 5-man crew that carefully packed, transported, and unpacked two 26 ft. trucks of our precious, and valuable household belongings. We recently hired Agility Van Lines for our move from NJ to Jupiter Florida. I received quotes from six moving companies and I received varying costs. I felt Agility was the way to go, as they do not utilize subcontractors or booking agents. I liked the fact that my items were in their possession at all times. They are accredited, we're on time. The workers were all professional. Courteous and hardworking. They were upbeat and personable. They made a trying time pleasurable considering we moved during hurricane Milton. Found this moving company on Angie's List. Spoke with Shane the owner multiple times prior to booking. Once booked the process was seamless and everything he walked me thru happened just that way! When I was in Florida, we were moving to South Carolina back in April, and I went online and looked for local movers that were near us. I wasn't looking for a broker. I was looking for an actual mover. The way the business works is if you're a broker and you're trying to get my business, you're gonna hire out guys to move me. If you're a van line, then you have a full time or part time staff that work for you that moves. So, I had Agility and two others, and one of them disqualified themselves because they really were a broker. There were two I had left, but I liked the guy I was working with from Agility and the price was very fair compared to the others. I was price-oriented and I wanted the people that were moving me to own the company.
I did the inventory, Agility gave me a price, and then we signed off on that. The crew was great. The kid that ran the crew was good. He had a couple of people come and packed with him. Then he had a guy move with him, and then when he got here, they had three trucks show up and help him unload. They happened to be in the area, dropping off other furniture, so they came here to help him make it a quick unload. They were done in two hours loading our stuff in the house.
We didn't have any breakage, so that was good. We weren't missing anything. The only thing that was different than I expected was my original bid was that my golf cart would fit into the van, and my golf cart did not fit in the van. So, I had to pull that behind my car up here, but that was no biggie. It was about $200, so it wasn't that big a deal. Overall, I liked the people that I work with on the phone and the crew that came out. So, we were satisfied. Considering some of the other people I interviewed, I’d definitely recommend Agility.

I really like that Agility Van Lines is a family-owned company, and they had a lot of very good reviews. I was moving from one state to the next. So, I was looking to do a move from Boston to Atlanta, Georgia. I filled out some information on Angie. Agility was very attentive and they reached out right away. Shane gave me a call and he walked me through the process and asked me about everything that I had, and what I would be taking with me and what I wouldn't. He explained everything to me in great detail, how much things would cost, what were the additional costs for, and what was complimentary. He provided me with a discount. Based off of the information I gave him, he gave me a quote. He gave me some dates. He let me know the turnaround time.
After that, I was contacted again by Denise. She's the front desk associate. I was contacted by her to finalize the information after I signed the contract. She narrowed down the timeframe of days that they would be coming to get everything. After that, she kept in touch just to give me an exact date. The first time, it was between Friday and Sunday. And then she called me on Thursday to confirm it'll be on Sunday for sure and that they'd be there between this time and this time. She kept in touch with me the entire time. When the guys were on their way there to me, she called the men who moved my things. They called me to check in.
The three crew members were awesome. It was almost like my brothers were moving me. The interactions were great. I packed my belongings. They came in, they broke down two of my beds and reassembled them. I didn't receive anything broken. Nothing was damaged. There was one box where I put a bottle of bleach, and the bottle opened. So, that wasn't on them. That was me, and it was just some towels that were in there that got ruined. Other than that, I had no issues at all. They weren't slamming things around. Agility did a very good job of offering me a discount. I didn't expect that at all. And because I was moving from state to state, I was getting some extremely high quotes. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount that I paid and the quality of the service. I paid less than $3,000.

The men who did the moving and loading the truck from the starting point to the final delivery point were great. It was the same crew from start to finish. But for anybody that would reach out to use Agility Van Lines, there were four stops that they had to make and the back office as far as keeping me informed toward the end of that move could have been better. So you have to make sure you contact Agility and stay in touch proactively with their office to find out when the delivery of your items would be made. In my experience, there was a little uncertainty near the end as far as the order.
There were a number of days that I sat and waited with the expectation of delivery at site two, only to find out the day before at a very late hour that, "Oh, I'm sorry. We're not coming to destination two. We're gonna be at four tomorrow," when my anticipation was two. So they did tell me. But it was at the very last moment. So I had to hustle and drive 150 miles to be at the next location, which I didn't anticipate. That was the only little glitch. If I reached out to them more frequently rather than simply relying on what I had heard and sitting for five days, I would have been better suited at the end. But overall, it went pretty smoothly. They picked it up, packed it well, and it all got delivered. Every piece wound up at the right destination. The crew was great. They were very nice and cordial. They were very willing to help and do whatever we asked.

When I spoke with the rep from Agility Van Lines, he was more like a professional mover and he explained the difference between a broker and a mover. I liked that they were the moving company and they didn't go through a third party. All of the employees worked for them, therefore, the price was what it was. It didn't change with the broker that couldn't guarantee anything.
Aside from that, they were able to meet my timeline and they were very good during the pickup and delivery. The move was about 250 miles and the drivers were excellent. All in all, Agility's reps were very detailed and thorough. They followed up with me to make sure that I was being serviced and I liked the fact that they put pictures. I took my iPhone and went from room to room so their rep could see everything that I had so that they could make a decent quote.

I was 100 percent satisfied with this company. They took care of my stuff, and I would absolutely recommend them. They were professional and took care of my antiques. I really did my research when looking for a moving company to work with. In the past I have had such awful experiences with movers. I was so lucky to have found Agility Van Lines. They were so responsive and thorough answering all of our questions. They invited my husband and I to come in person to their offices to meet them. We were moving from a vacation home in Virginia to a condo in Florida. The movers arrived and from the moment they did to the moment they left they were courteous, respectful, hard working and wrapped each and every one of our pieces of furniture with such care. Moving Furniture long distance to another state. Did an excellent job. Staff and Movers professional from estimate to wrapping furniture, covering wood furniture with blankets, loading truck and delivery. My furniture was protected and everything arrived to the new destination without a scratch. Would use them again! I would recommend Agility Van Lines.

I would recommend Agility Van Lines to anybody who came to me as a referral. I did a lot of research. For the cost, Agility Van Lines came in very competitive, and the service too. I was very concerned because I heard a lot of negative stuff about various movers. So, I was very cautious in my research. The experience was incredible. I moved from Maryland to Florida. Agility Van Lines delivered on time, walked me through the whole process. The owner and I talked over the phone when I was initially looking for a mover. He explained the process and we went through my inventory. He kept in touch with me a lot. Denise was the person who I dealt with during the couple of days before the move. I had a good team of movers that showed up. Good communications.

Agility was very responsive on getting back to me and getting me a quote and they were attentive where I reached out to a lot of people and they weren't getting back to me. I’ve used Agility three times. And the first time, it was local. It was just Orlando to Davie, Florida. To get a quote and schedule our move, I called the company, and I talked to a representative. They asked questions and sent me some documents to fill out with furniture, boxes, and size of rooms. Then within 24 hours, I got an email with the estimate back to me.
The crew during pick-up and delivery was super friendly, super polite, very attentive, and was telling me what they were doing and why they were doing it, because I was like, “You don't need to wrap that. It's not an expensive piece of furniture.” They were like, “It's our policy. We wrap everything.” They were cleaning up after themselves and not wanting to make messes and asking permission to use the restroom. They were very helpful young men. I was really impressed with how Agility handled everything. I was informed in the process the whole way. If they ran into traffic, I was called and notified that they would be arriving at a different time due to traffic. Everything was smooth. There was good communication.

I used Agility Van Lines for a move from Virginia to Texas. I was planning on doing all of the packing. So, it involved making an appointment with one of the people from Agility, but it was the owner doing a Zoom, and going around each room, showing how much furniture I had and estimating how many boxes I would have, how many garment boxes, and how many dish packs. And because I've moved before, I already knew the lingo and knew how many boxes I was gonna have. You could have a smaller move like a one-bedroom apartment, and Agility has a minimum. They thought that I would just come under that minimum. I went a little bit over because I underestimated my boxes. Then they just charged me for the extra boxes.
The foreman and the crew during pickup and delivery were the best part, which was shocking because I've had multiple issues in the past and I wanted to get into with people not treating my contents like their own contents, which I somewhat understand. For instance, I had to buy all new legs for the feet of my couch. And that's what led me to take the feet off this time. I flipped the couch. My husband and I took them off because when the other company put them back on, they didn't even care if the hole was there. They stripped the screws. I couldn't even get some of these feet off. I had to hacksaw them off. That happens when someone's trying to take a bed apart and then put it back together.
The ones from Agility were a team of a gentleman and his two crews. They were the ones who loaded my stuff in Virginia and unloaded my stuff in Texas. They were fantastic. The lead guy was the one who was handling all the paperwork and telling the other two what to do. They were very experienced, too. They probably didn't need a lot of direction, but they were very careful and respectful. Overall, my move with Agility was great.

We were moving from Florida to Tennessee and we had two box trucks' worth of stuff. I had gotten a few quotes, and I also asked our Realtor who she used when she moved, and she gave me Agility Van Lines' name. I pulled up their website online, and then I was directly in contact with them via phone. I talked to Shane and told him what I have and where it's at. I sent him pictures so he could look to see what's in the storage unit and gave an approximate of how many boxes and what the furniture was. He took that, came back with a quote, and it was competitive. It was in the same range of the other quotes I got.
I'm glad I called Agility Van Lines. The management was good, and they have good customer care. If they had to change a date, they’d let us know upfront, and they were there. They were very efficient and on time. I dealt with Shane a few times. He was very good to deal with and he answered our questions. The crew that did the pick-up and delivery were excellent as well. They were hard workers and always in a good mood and smiling. They had positive attitudes.

We moved from Arlington Heights, IL to Columbia, SC on February 26, 2024. In January, I put out a request for moving information and John from Agility Van Lines called me the day after my request went out. I then checked BBB, found they had a superb rating, and called John back. We did a video tour of my home and I was provided with a final estimate which was exactly what we ended up paying. A three man crew arrived exactly on time and they acted almost like family as they carefully loaded our furniture. Due to timing restrictions in our Retirement Community, they had to stop loading at 4:00PM and return the next day to finish. They left about noon on Tuesday and arrived at our Columbia home on Thursday morning. This was our 5th move and by far the smoothest we have ever made. I highly recommend this company to anyone making a move!

Agility Van Lines made our move a memorable event. Millard was the lead person who presented himself and the company very professional. In total there were 4 movers who immediately impressed us with their organization and respect for our possessions. Millard supervised every step of selection, wrapping and loading. They were timely and our move was seamless. We had a situation where we needed to store all our possessions. This allowed to use the services of Agility twice in a very sort time which they were both cooperative and understanding. They were tireless in their efforts to help and supplied us with great assistance and direction. Having the opportunity to use them and see the quality and professionalism made calling them and using them for the second move. Should the opportunity arise where we move again I wouldn’t hesitate calling them.
