Agility was the first one to contact me and give me all the quotes, which was perfect. They never put anything extra on the price. They were very professional. The moving coordinator was very thorough and went over everything. They emailed and called me. When the movers came to do the inventory, they were very patient in answering all my questions and concerns. They made sure to ask what my needs were and actually respected them. It was a very good experience.
I needed them earlier during moving day and they were able to accommodate me. They were supposed to arrive on the 3rd, but they were able to come on the 2nd. They were able to have everything ready in three hours. The productivity of the movers was excellent. They were very well-coordinated and well-organized. It was perfectly coordinated and they were communicating all along the way even afterhours. I'm very happy and satisfied with their service.
Agility is very good and I would recommend them. They work with you. They try to go wherever you need to go to get all your stuff the way you want it.

Wow, what a great experience from the owner and all of the staff. We had both a business and home to move on very short notice during the peak season. Not only did they get it done, they did it completely professionally. They took the time to wrap furniture very well to ensure that it wasn't damaged and made a very stressful time much easier to deal with. We hope we are in our forever home, however if we do end up moving I know only one company that I will call.

I have used Agility Van lines twice and my daughters have used them, moving from Connecticut to North Carolina. I dealt with Shane on the items we were moving and he was extremely helpful in preparing me for the move. Their prices were very competitive. The movers arrived on the pickup dates they told us and also arrived on the delivery dates they gave us. The moving crew were very professional and wrapped our furniture extremely well, with three moves, not one thing was broken or damaged and we had a lot of items we moved from TVs, couches, desks and glass kitchen items, I was very satisfied. Also Denise was very helpful in communicating on the date and time the movers were coming, she followed up with us after they did the pickup and also after the delivery to make sure everything was done well.
If you are looking for an honest, professional and quality moving experience, then Agility Van lines is the company. We are moving from Ct to NC and doing it in 3 moves, Agility Van Lines did our first 2 moves and we will be using them for our final move. I spent a lot of time researching moving companies, and they are one of the Best!!

After 45 years living in Ohio we decided to move closer to family in the Chicago area. The process was very stressful but working with Agility Van Lines was not. Their people, Shane and Denise in the office and our move team of Richard, Steven, Trevor and Kendell were friendly, easy to work with and dependable. Our original movie date had to be pushed out 2 months but once we were ready Shane was able to give us dates that fit our needs. The 3 day pack, load and unload went smoothly even though the weather was extremely hot and humid. Based on quotes I received from others their prices are fair. Overall, I highly recommend Agility.

Trevor, Kendall, and Steven arrived early for our delivery from storage. Even though the temps were very hot, they worked quickly and efficiently to move our items into our new home. They took extra care to ensure our new driveway and doorways were not marred in any way. Not only were they very efficient, but they were also very personable. Would recommend this team for your moving needs.

My experience in dealing with the president of the company when I called to inquire about making arrangements, as well as the person who appeared to be administratively responsible for scheduling and so forth, I thought they were superb. I was moving halfway across the country, from Cincinnati, Ohio to Boston.
It was easy as far as the process of getting a quote and scheduling my move. Although, my experience with the crew during my actual move was about 50:50. I had a number of boxes that I chose to pack myself in advance, but some of those and a number of other things, they packed during the several hour time period when they were loading the truck.
All in all, I think they exhibited incredible customer service. I also found the ease of navigating the website useful. As someone who was director of quality assurance and safety and health in a large medical organization for a number of years, that had been my responsibility. And I had not had a previous experience with a moving company that came anywhere close to Agility. For companies in general, they truly warranted the review that I'm giving them now as my experience was excellent.
I was somewhat surprised when I read the posted reviews previous to my signing on with Agility, and that clearly served as part of my decision for choosing them. And having used them, I think I made the right decision and for the right reason.

I have helped my 90+ year old parents move from Pennsylvania to Cape Cod Massachusetts in 2024 and then back to Pennsylvania just last week in 2025. Both times Agility Van lines was instrumental in making the move as easy as possible for them and myself. They were professional, courteous and efficient for both ends of both trips. They took good care of all the items and furniture, and helped set things up in the destinations willingly and promptly on both cases. Overall I am very pleased, as are my parents. Obviously we were pleased after the first move and they did everything positively on the second move to remind us why they were the right choice for our moves. Hopefully our moving is done for a while, but they can rest assured they would be our first pick again, and I recommend them to be yours as well without any hesitation.

Wonderful company, great customer service starting with Denise and Shane. The movers were great, took care in wrapping my furniture and carefully packed my belongings and unpacked them. From beginning to end, all ran smoothly. From booking to delivery from Fl to NY. They were helpful in helping me determine the cost with no surprises when delivering. All paperwork was explained, and emailed for me to look over. All ran according to plan, with communication along the way. I was impressed with driver and helpers. I was looking for movers online. I read through what was said and decided that Agility sounded like it would meet my needs. I have moved many times, and used the nationally known lines and I've had trouble every single time. I had been using new companies to do some other work around my home and they had gone over the top. Agility isn’t a brand I’ve heard of before, so I thought of trying them.
They were on time, incredibly polite, and helpful. I'm an old lady. So, to have some extra little help along the way was really nice. Not big stuff, but just making sure I got out and got back to the car safe. They did no damage to my belongings at all. They found some damage when they were getting ready to take the furniture out, but they showed it to us before they ever moved the furniture. So, I know they didn't do it. I appreciated that they were careful to look and careful to show us.
It was a very complicated move because I was moving things from Florida and North Carolina to Suffolk, Virginia. But they were able to work it out. And when I first set the dates, I had expected to be able to move into the apartment. But it turned out that I couldn't move in that day. So, they moved things into storage.
They took all of their quilts off all the furniture, and then they wrapped them in paper so in the next move they wouldn't get damaged. That was above and beyond the call of duty. I was incredibly impressed. As someone who has moved many times, it was the best move I've ever had. I don't have one single complaint. It all went perfectly. Everything that happened was just the way they had talked about.

The company can be described in three words: professional, honest and responsible. I have used their services on two separate occasions and was thoroughly impressed both times. The entire process, from receiving a very competitive moving estimate to delivery was seamless. I knew how much I was paying and for what... No gimmicks or hidden fees whatsoever. I was matched with Agility through a simple online search. Understandably felt nervous planning an interstate move. From my initial phone inquiry to final delivery, I received nothing less than total reassurance, professionalism and excellent service. I did all my own packing but furniture was protected by Agility. Daniel stayed in touch with me throughout their transmit. He and Marcus worked tirelessly ensuring our move was seamless from pick up to delivery. Not one box or piece of furniture was damaged. I had a three-bedroom house moving from Pennsylvania to South Carolina. The crew thoroughly wrapped and boxed each piece of furniture. When unloading, they put everything where we wanted and set up the beds. The crew was super friendly. My girlfriend will be moving her things down shortly and we will request the same crew. I picked this company due to the ratings I saw when checking out long-distance movers. The price was reasonable and the service excellent.

The 3 men that moved us from NC to Ohio were so pleasant, friendly, really knew how to move our furniture and helped us put boxes from the first floor to the second floor. 2 of the men moved us from Ohio to NC. So they were familiar with the house and us. Great great job.

Right from the beginning, when I first spoke to Richard I knew my move would be as stress free as possible. He walked me through the process, we face timed, so he could see my inventory. Now this inventory, as well as the move date, changed several times, but each time he was patient and supportive. When I didn't talk to Richard, I spoke to Denise. She was fabulous and alleviated my fears and apprehension. Now there is Shane, the owner. He even called me on a Sunday to tell me the men who loaded the truck would be the same to unload. The office staff was patient, professional, and supportive. What more could anyone ask? Now the actual movers were two of the nicest men I have ever met. Richie and Reese, took care with all my belongings from beginning to end. You hear horror stories about movers, but not Agility. I would give them 10 stars if that was available to me. When choosing a moving company, choose Agility. You won't be sorry.

The moving crew for Agility was just amazing. Ontario, Ian, and Josh were very hard-working, extremely careful, good communicators and true a pleasure to be around. Our belongings arrived in excellent condition. Denise, the main POC, is also just great - thorough, good follow-through, and understanding. She always worked diligently to answer my questions and keep me informed. Shane, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable of the business and helped me make an informed decision. His estimate was what we paid - no surprises at the end, as can happen with other companies. He was responsive and as good as his word. I highly recommend Agility Van Lines for your moving needs.

I have never moved this far before and never hired movers. Shane from Agility put me at ease and made the experience painless. The moving team of Teddy, Nate, and Lucas were amazing! After researching what we were moving and prepping the furniture they went into high gear loading the truck. Then they drove the 500 miles to the new house where they unloaded and unpacked everything. I liked the fact that the same crew did both ends of the job. Teddy seemed to know where everything was on the truck! Amazing job, well done. An easy 5 stars! Thanks guys!

Before my move, I called several moving companies and spoke to several people started getting breakdowns of how they would pack and move us from Connecticut to South Carolina. I was lucky to connect with agility and Shane, the owner of Agility Van Lines Inc. Shane is the president of the company. I did most of my negotiating and estimates with him directly., he told me about his company that’s been in business for 10 years and his employees that are responsible and reliable and somehow I trusted him from the first 10 minutes I spoke with him. Then the day of the move came Steven called me on my cell from his Cell said an estimated arrival time is about 30 minutes. 27 minutes later he was in my driveway with Kendall and Trevor‘s.
They started packing everything after inspecting the house and getting a game plan on where to start and where to finish. Steven explained the plan & how he would execute his plan. They did precision work. They cared about our property they packed. Our dishes are silverware are special belongings with pride and care. After spending the day packing everything in our house and boxing it, they arrive promptly the next morning at nine at 9 AM of course after calling me at 8:30 and said we should be there by nine. Steven was always prompt. His crew was ready they loaded the truck like engineers I had some heavy items and some delicate items. Everything was placed in the truck like it was their own personal property.
My Wife and I departed the next morning for South Carolina. We planned on taking two days to get there. I talked to Shane & Denice about this beforehand. They said no problem. "My drivers will be there whenever you want them to be during the drive." Steven texted and called me a couple times to update me on his position what time he wanted we wanted him to arrive & Shazam. We pulled in half an hour later in the moving truck pulled in. They came and checked out our new house. Made some measurements before attempting anything and then started unloading. Steven was in charge and Kendall and Travis both worked diligently to get it done quickly and as precisely as we wanted.
Prior to hiring Agility Van Lines Inc. I had a couple conversations with Shane and then I read probably 500 surveys of people that they’ve moved across the country, of course after that, I read 500 surveys from the competition and none of them were close to how good Agility Van Lines Inc. surveys were or reviews. I must say what Shane promised. He delivered. Denise who works for the company as well has been in contact me throughout the move almost like her and Steven were talking to each other every hour around the hour. Thank you Steven Kendall Travis Shane Denise for a perfect move. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I would recommend you to friends and family and will certainly use you for the next move.

Professional, courteous, on time, and very respectful of the property. No hidden fees or surprises. Contract was extremely thorough so no misunderstandings. Always communicated well before arrival and in transit. I have used agility twice and will use them again, if needed. It’s reassuring to have contact with the owner of the company who is actively participating in day-to-day activities.

Booked Agility through Consumer Affairs and worked with Shane. They are amazing. They helped me every step of the way even to the point when my contract fell through and I had to cancel. Shane immediately refunded my deposit. They are the best. I recommend them highly to anyone who wants a mover who is there from the beginning to the end

I normally don't do reviews!! But my household move from Indiana to Florida was a big event and I'd like to share my experience. To start, I checked online and was flooded with responses - calls, emails and texts, to the point I looked to professional friends for advice and cautions. With those cautions in mind I found Agility Van Lines and asked a friend who has shipping responsibility at her employer, for her opinion. Here are her words: "My coworker said that this kind of company is the best deal. I have checked their background and their DOT and licenses are valid and ok, and with great reviews for long distance move. Shane Young is the owner. It’s a family business."
I was able to contact Shane. He described his company and how he works and I felt I trusted him from the outset. The estimate was very reasonable. There were a few follow-up calls and each resulted in new revised paperwork to document our understanding. There was the usual upfront payment to seal the agreement with the expected half remainder payments at pickup and delivery times. I paid the full amount as I could not be in Florida, where our daughter would accept delivery. Pickup in Indiana was handled by a crew of 6. They were professional, friendly and showed care in everything they did, the packing and transporting. I don't know how to better describe them.
A few days later they called and scheduled their delivery time in Florida, some items to the apartment and some to a nearby storage facility. Our daughter, also, had nothing but praise for them. In summary: We now have a lot of work to do, to reorganize our lives here in Florida, but the Move - the pickup, the delivery, the peace of mind and the professional staff at Agility Van Lines helped immensely. I highly recommend Agility Van Lines!

I was planning a move from Chicago to South Carolina so I contacted various moving companies to get a quote for the cost. I found each moving company told me something different, and the cost varied widely. Finally, I called Agility and Richard explained every detail about costs, what the different types of estimates meant, how other movers don't tell you everything you need to know. I learned a lot from him, and with their trucks they would move only my furniture and not put my belongings on an 18 wheeler with other person's furniture; they would focus on my move only. You can trust Richard and Agility to take care of you and your belongings.

They recently moved me from Florida to Indiana and everything went very smoothly. Everyone in the office was very helpful and they delivered everything they promised. The delivery guys were also great. They were courteous, fast and efficient. Everything in good shape on arrival and NO hidden costs. Would recommend to my grandmother.

Richard helped me out a lot with the move to Florida. I've never moved state to state before. He was there to talk about any apprehensions I had. Moving is not an easy thing to do, but the people at Agility helped me out very very very much.

Everything about this move was fantastic! They were completely transparent with their pricing and expectations. They were also cheaper than quotes I received from several other companies. Richard and Shane always responded timely to my many questions. The movers themselves were prompt, thorough, professional, and all around great people to work with. This was my first professional move but I have no doubt I would use Agility again if I have another long distance move.

Agility was fantastic. Their drivers were friendly. They were great. However, I thought the quote they gave was high. I had other quotes which were lower, but Agility's reviews were so much better. What I loved about them was they picked up my stuff and it stayed in that truck. It wasn't transferred to another truck or to storage. I couldn't say anything better, but I would recommend them to other people.

I did my due diligence and chose Agility Van Lines out of thousands of moving companies. I was also looking for someone affiliated with ConsumerAffairs and the Better Business Bureau. The process to get the quote was very efficient. On moving day, there were two gentlemen that helped who were very kind, considerate and patient. Everything arrived intact. It came off the truck the same way as it came on, so nothing was disturbed. I was very pleased.

The drivers were awesome. They were respectful to me, my property, and to my personal belongings. They communicated well. They took a lot of pride in making sure that everything was wrapped properly and that I was confident that everything was going to be moved and no damage or items weren't gonna get lost or anything like that. They were awesome. The two movers were wonderful. I really appreciated the way they were.
I had actually misplaced the check that I was supposed to give them the day that they packed everything, and I was out of state because I was moving some stuff from Georgia to Maryland. I left the check in Maryland. I was freaking out. Are they gonna just drive away? I was trying to call the bank and trying to figure out what my other options were. I needed to go run to some random bank and try to get another check. But the owner calmed me immediately and said, “Don't worry about it. You could just give it to us when we get to the other side. It's not a problem.” That was a nice thing for him to do. It all worked out great, I got peace of mind. His understanding was just so gratifying, it just lifted a weight for me that day.
And what about the check, what if it's lost? What if somebody else tries to cash it? And thank God, when I got back to Maryland, it just happened to be sitting on the ledge at the top of the stairs. I just didn't grab it. It blended in with the top of the ledge because it's in a white envelope.
For the quality and the service that I had, it was worth every penny. I read through the entire website, read all the reviews. They're definitely the ones.The ladies that I talked to when the check got misplaced or when I was confirming things, they were just like, “No problem.” They always answer the phone timely and I get timely call backs. Everything was great.
It took longer than I thought it was gonna take, but that's because they were so caring of every single piece that they were moving. I didn't know what to expect. I thought it would take a lot less, but no. I was just so impressed by everything.
I grew up a military brat so I moved that way, but this is the first move where I've had to hire movers myself and go through that process. Normally, my parents handled all that other stuff. I told Agility that if they needed customers to even call me directly to get my experience, I'd be happy. They were so awesome. They really were so great. I even kept their name and number. My next move, I'll be calling them.

On March 11, 2025 I moved from Virginia Beach, Va to Philadelphia, Pa. I used Agility Van Lines as the moving service and Steven, Kendo and Trevor (the moving crew) was professional, punctual, and patient. I can’t say enough about the care taken to ensure my furniture was not damaged. I am very particular and the team was very patient and complied with my request to use paper booties and listen intently as I explained how I wanted items loaded. They followed my schematic of my new apartment and placed the furniture and boxes precisely where indicated on the drawing. The price for this excellent service was very reasonable. I highly recommend Agility Van Lines.

Shane ** & his Agility team have been excellent to work with during a big move out of state! Explained everything in detail, responsive, FaceTimed for an accurate quote and Shane went above and beyond to help me. While I haven’t made many out of state moves before, Agility Van being a carrier vs broker made me feel much more comfortable too. My parents made similar move to FL last year and also had a great experience. Highly recommend!
