⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Experience with Agility Van Lines! I cannot say enough great things about Agility Van Lines. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free, exactly what you hope for when moving. Steven, Reese, and Kendel were absolutely phenomenal. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and handled everything with extreme care and efficiency. Their teamwork was seamless, their attitudes were positive and respectful, and they treated our belongings as if they were their own.
What truly stood out was their attention to detail and work ethic. Nothing was rushed, nothing was overlooked, and every piece was wrapped, protected, and placed perfectly. On top of that, they were friendly, courteous, and made what could have been a very stressful day feel easy and even enjoyable. If you’re considering a moving company, Agility Van Lines is the one, and if you’re lucky enough to get Steven, Reese, and Kendel, you’re in the best hands possible. It’s rather unusual when a person sends a Christmas card to the moving company. Well, I did because this company was so helpful when they moved me out of Florida, I simply have to stay in touch. Everything arrived in one piece and Richie and Reece took extra care loading and unloading my belongings. They were so aware that everything I moved was important to me.
From the very beginning, when I booked Agility with Richard, to all the times I had to change the date, Denise and Shane, were patient with me, and often calmed me down. I cannot say enough good things about Agility. If you are looking for a small, honest, reliable mover, they are who you should choose. They truly are the best and will work with you through the entire experience. Thank you, Agility, you made the move less stressful.

If anyone had told me moving an entire truckload of my things from over 55 years of marriage would be a breeze, I would not have believed a word of it! But, I readily realized it could be done and I have seen for myself what a wonderful job Agility Van Lines and the crew of Cedric, Andre and Shemeer did for me. I am still in awe of the job they did and am so appreciative of the care they took with all my belongings. Not a thing was broken, and everything arrived in perfect order. From the calls from Shane and Denise to the unload at my destination, "smooth" is not even the best word to describe this move. Thank you to my Crew and to everyone at Agility.

From beginning to end it was a great experience working with Agility. We did the estimate by phone video conference. It was more than competitive. The two movers, Steven and Kendel, arrived on time, were friendly, professional and efficient. They were the same guys who delivered the furniture and went above nd beyond in placing the furniture and helping set up things. No surprises. Final bill same as estimate. All in all I highly recommend Agility.

Amazing! From beginning to end, this moving company and its personnel, made my move from New Jersey to Central Florida, as stress free as possible. I researched multiple companies and found Agility Van Lines to be the most transparent, and fair priced of the many I researched. I liked that they are family owned and don't subcontract the job to another company. I picked the package plan that included the packaging of Almost everything, they have a list of certain things that have to be prepped before packing.
Our moving date was confirmed within 48 hours and day of Move was great with the 3 gentlemen introducing themselves and detailing the steps for the Move. The gentlemen were very knowledgeable with the packing, especially when it came to our fragile items, all of which arrived in the same condition. The arrival of our items was on time with no issues. I would highly recommend Agility Van Lines for great quality work and fair pricing.

Ontario, Josh, and Lucas were absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend. I appreciate how much they were willing to work with us in the move from North Carolina to Virginia. They were careful with the furniture, communicative, and friendly. I couldn't understate how much of a pleasure it was to work with them. As far as Agility as a whole, every step along the way everyone helping was extremely friendly which is why we decided to go with Agility in the first place.

When my wife and I decided to make a life changing move, research was essential and we discovered Agility Van Lines. We contacted them and to our surprise we were connected with the owner, Shane. By the end of that business day we had a quote and we moved forward with the process. The movers arrived on time, worked diligently and had our items packed within hours. I just want to say how very impressed I am with Agility movers. I had done some extensive research when I was preparing to move and agility met all my needs. Communication was clear, concise and seamless. Vince answered every question completely and with very clear information. This is a family owned and operated business and it is very clear that they take pride in their work. Even after I placed my deposit, there was no difficulty reaching the appropriate people at Agility. As luck would have it, I needed to cancel my move and my deposit refund was addressed within 5 minutes of my call. When this move does occur Agility will be my choice, hands down!

Excellent experience. We moved my 89 year old mother to independent living out of state and Agility personnel could not have been more professional, from booking to movers. Vince answered all my questions and concerns and the movers worked diligently to make sure my mother was taken care of.

We have use Agility twice - one interstate and one intrastate. Both times, Shane and his team were highly responsive, flexible and efficient. The second move was very last minute and they were able to work the schedule to fit us in. The teams that did the unpacking were upbeat, friendly and very careful with our things and efficient - all at the same time. We had a tight fit in the 26 ft truck on the first move, and the Agility team made it happen.

I've moved many times throughout my life and I have to say that this company is the best I've ever worked with. Shane and Denise were in contact with me before the move with ongoing updates. They also accommodated my time for not only pick-up but for delivery of my items to my new address. The two movers, Alfred and Jose arrived on schedule at both ends and were amazing with the meticulous way they wrapped every piece of furniture - and unwrapped it at the end. They also picked up every piece of debris throughout. My only recommendation would be to send one more person for a move like mine because these two fantastic men needed a break! I had a lot of boxes as well as furniture and they never complained once! I highly recommend this company for anyone who's planning to make a move. You can't go wrong with Agility Van Lines!

Agility Van Lines provided exceptional service with our booking, on moving day (packing and loading of the truck, and on delivery day. Shane explained every detail before we booked our moving date. He was patient, thorough, and provided a very reasonable price. We had many questions and reached out to Shane and Denise many times and they were always available to answer any questions. The day of the move was an extremely smooth process. The 3 young men packed all of our belongings very carefully and made our move stress free. They were so polite and accommodating. On delivery day, all of our items arrived in perfect condition. The delivery was just as seamless and stress free as the pickup and packing of the items. I used Agility Van Lines for a move from IL to TN. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and efficient and precise when obtaining my information. On the day of the move, the crew (Billy **) arrived and introduced themselves to us. They worked very well with each other and were very friendly and cordial. Two days after they loaded our possessions on the truck they unloaded them in TN. This process was performed in a very proficient way. I appreciate the professional way my moving process went from the beginning to the end.

I have used Agility for two different moves this year, and I was satisfied both times. Shane and Denise in the head office were a pleasure to deal with, and the movers themselves - Juan and John for the first move, and Nate, Javaris, and Jean for the second - were efficient, hardworking, and courteous. They are not a broker, so you know what you’re getting. I went back the second time because I found the Agility to be trustworthy and conscientious and was thoroughly happy with their service. I would use them again a third time without hesitation.

I just completed my move with Agility Van Lines and the experience was outstanding. The three gentlemen that arrived were professional, courteous and funny. Marc was the lead and he was awesome. He took care of the paperwork and offered guidance to the other two when it came to packing items and packing the truck. The move into my new apartment was seamless; they assembled my furniture as needed and took away the boxes and wrapping. They also moved the remaining items to a storage shed and again Marc was outstandery 😉 I was sweating it and didn’t know if everything would fit, but Marc had it all figured out and all items made it. I hope I never have to move again but if I do, I’ll select Agility!

When I was thinking of moving, I went on Google and called a couple of moving companies… they wouldn’t talk to me, because I was only thinking about moving. I called Agility and Shane not only talked with me he took the time and gave me an estimate. Then checked in on me for almost six months. The day came for our move and his moving team took care of our furniture and everything as if it was theirs. Talking with Denise, was such a pleasure.. She made all the ins and outs so easy. This company and their team made our moving experience very easy, we didn’t have worry about our furniture and belongings once they were in Agility’s care. Thank you

I had a positive experience at every step of the way with Agility Van Lines. From Shane and Denise in the office to my movers Jenson and Nick everyone was extremely professional, honest, and kind. They were upfront and realistic about costs when providing an estimate and made sure to disclose what additional fees (stairs, boxes, etc.) may be added on move in/ delivery day so I know what to expect going into it. On the date of my move Jenson and Nick packaged all of my items extremely well- none of my items were damaged or broken in the move. They were also very efficient.
I’ll note that I did have a sofa that was too large to fit through my doorway. My movers tried everything they could to get it to fit and even moved it back down stairs for me so that I could store it in an alternate location. There was also some very minor paint damage on the door frame that they repaired free of charge by going to Home Depot and getting a color matched paint. I think this really demonstrates how everyone working at this company is willing to go the extra mile to make sure people are satisfied with their move. I would recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to use them in a future move.

Can’t say enough how great all 3 movers, two trucks treated us. Incredibly difficult move, two completely full trucks. Very heavy furniture, plus a piano. Cedric, Edwin, and Alfred, worked 2 days, nearly 100 degrees unloading. Asphalt 116 degrees, 2 days loading. Be kind, get a cheap cooler, keep it full of ice and water. 7th move, this was by far the easiest on us. Agility, great folks.

Agility was the first one to contact me and give me all the quotes, which was perfect. They never put anything extra on the price. They were very professional. The moving coordinator was very thorough and went over everything. They emailed and called me. When the movers came to do the inventory, they were very patient in answering all my questions and concerns. They made sure to ask what my needs were and actually respected them. It was a very good experience.
I needed them earlier during moving day and they were able to accommodate me. They were supposed to arrive on the 3rd, but they were able to come on the 2nd. They were able to have everything ready in three hours. The productivity of the movers was excellent. They were very well-coordinated and well-organized. It was perfectly coordinated and they were communicating all along the way even afterhours. I'm very happy and satisfied with their service.
Agility is very good and I would recommend them. They work with you. They try to go wherever you need to go to get all your stuff the way you want it.

Wow, what a great experience from the owner and all of the staff. We had both a business and home to move on very short notice during the peak season. Not only did they get it done, they did it completely professionally. They took the time to wrap furniture very well to ensure that it wasn't damaged and made a very stressful time much easier to deal with. We hope we are in our forever home, however if we do end up moving I know only one company that I will call.
