My husband used Lifeline Screening once in November 2024. In November 2025, we were charged again for $197 and when I called to find out why, they said we were on automatic renewal.

The automatic renew is where is not fair, they hide behind the small box to click that says I've read the details then they charged me again and I tried to cancel and they would not refund, don't do this. It's not work this?

Their technology is horrible. I went in on May 22, 2026 for blood tests. It is now June 10th and I still do NOT have my results! I have been calling them for the past week. The first person I talked to said he would correct it and send me an email with the results within 3 to 4 days. On the fourth day I started calling every day and was told that the results were in and they would send them by email! to me. I never got an email. The last time I called them I asked for a supervisor or another phone number to call. I was told there was no one else to contact. I last time I called them (June 10th) I was told they would mail my results and I should receive the in a week to 10 days! Almost 1 month later! That is NOT acceptable!!!

Been on the phone for over an hour. Didn't realize as a life membership you cannot schedule your own appointments, you must call them. Not only that, I couldn't log into their website. Phone # not recognized, email not recognized. Even though I am on the phone with them verifying that information, which they had on their end. Who runs a business like this. After fighting with them on the phone I finally was able to get my CC refunded. I'm so glad I did after doing a little further digging.

I wish I saw all these reviews before I fell for this scam of a lifetime!!! I had 4 tests done last year.. Peripheral artery, carotid artery, AFib and aortic. The peripheral and carotid came back as mild buildup. I had it done 2 months ago and all the testing came back normal with no buildup. This Life Line is a scam..My doctor told me that it cannot be normal after a year and 1/2 if there was mild build up that long ago! The testing cost me $186 each time that I go and now I know it's all bullshit and it's like they are stealing my money! Wake up like I did and have the tests through your insurance company..At least you know your Dr's tests are accurate.

My Husband got some exams done, okay perfect. But his results never showed up on his portal, so we had to contact a lifeline agent online. We tried calling multiple times, but they would take so long to answer and would eventually just hang up. I spoke with an agent online. They said they would send the results through the mail but sent my results, not my husband's. Here I go again talking to an agent, they said they'll send his results through the mail, and again they sent my results, not his. How hard can it be to send results accurately through the mail. So here I go again contacting an agent to send his results, and hopefully they send them this time. It's kind of frustrating of how many times I needed to contact someone to help me with this matter that looks like can't be done correctly.

Thank you for sharing this message. It's important to note that our screenings are not looking at your heart, we screen the vascular system. The comprehensive stroke and heart disease risk screening focuses on the carotid artery in your neck for plaque buildup, abdominal aortic aneurysm, peripheral arterial disease and atrial fibrillation. None of our screenings involve looking for blockages around the heart. We're so glad you're doing well and had it taken care of.

Beware. They sign you up for automatic renewal and screw you for about $200 dollars a year. I will never deal with this company again.

They are dishonest! Make sure you read MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS. You are enrolling in the Membership Program & "you hereby consent to receive all disclosures, notices and other communications, in electronic form". I NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE COMMUNICATION!! It further says you are "will automatically be billed to the Member’s designated credit or debit card on a monthly or annually recurring basis". Would have been nice if they would have notified me of the AUTOMATIC BILLING! They did not, therefore no refund was given! They must scam a lot of people with this... No electronic communications of any sort & then say, "it was in the membership you agreed to". They aren't upfront! Beware!

I should have verified that the blood tests would not be 'finger sticks'. Beware. After one week still waiting for results. Lap Corp would have provided results within a few days.

I booked an appointment in Florida about 30 days out, several days later it turned out I would need to leave Florida before the appointment. I contacted customer service and asked for my credit card charge to be reversed. I was told we don't do that and they would give me a gift card, to which I responded what good would that do me. Basically, I was told tough luck. Be careful before you book, I'm out the full charge.
