Kyle is very attentive and helpful. He is out of his way to help an elderly who was mistreated by the crooked Travel Agency and Philippine Airlines. We are still pursuing legal action against them. What they did was totally unethical and dishonest. Hope we will find out the result soon.

Attorney's letter lit a fire for the contractor to comply. Within 4 days after the letter went out, contractor took care of the problem.

Updated on 07/23/2026: Was reached out to by member resolution, the kicker is that they won’t help you if you have a cancellation request on file. In order to get assistance you have to agree to stay a member… Never ever be a member of LegalShield
Original Review: LegalShield partners with substandard law firms that don’t return calls, or answer concerns. I was a member 10 years ago and left for this same reason… I figured they can’t still be this horrible, and I was wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to my ex wife and that’s saying something.

I've had Legal shield off on for over 40 yrs on mostly.....unfortunately in this world of business. Good idea to LAWYER UP to help hold accountable any scams fraud and whatever else some may throw your way.....no matter the knowledge you can research online..there is nothing. What a great pre-paid legal help service to have at a reasonable low monthly fee, the law firm they gave me from Montgomery, AL Are courtesy, knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and very professional, this law firm did a will and a power of attorney which is totally free with the monthly fee, should you need any minor or major legal help, call LegalShield.
