• Repeated Administrative Failures: On two separate occasions, certified letters were returned because the office used the wrong address. This gross lack of attention to detail caused immense, unnecessary stress and delayed.
• Shift in Tone: While communication with the lawyers started out well, the tone and clarity of the correspondence eventually started sounding "off," compounding an already frustrating experience.
Sending critical legal mail to the wrong address twice is unacceptable. I hope management fixes these administrative and structural issues so future clients don't experience the same stress.

They've helped me keep my pitbull sue a few people and businesses. But lately, some of their female attorneys seem to have a complex about simple demand letters and listening. I give them their time to speak and they repeat the same thing. And when it's my time to ask for the letter, they ask for more and more and a call back and to put me on hold. I'm no attorney or nothing but they talk to me like I don't know what I'm doing when all I'm asking for is a demand letter so that I can file for small claims. I also had another female attorney tell me that because I'm a CDL holder that taking traffic school for a speeding ticket in my personal vehicle wouldn't be beneficial to do. I don't really believe that not that I've ever done traffic school before, but sometimes I feel like they talk to me so stupidly that I feel I'm not being heard. When I'm asking for simple things.

It was easy to get started with our request. We did have some confusion with what was asked for to continue our request. It got straighten out, but at the time it was frustrating. There was not any contact but through e-mail. Seemed a little less personal.
