10+ years ago, I used Lexington Law and saw results each months as progress was made. So, more recently, when I needed help again, naturally I went back. I've been a customer for about 8 months now and only 1 item has been removed. Thing is, that 1 item was removed a couple of months ago, and then re-added the following month, so I'm waiting to see if the same will happen again. The only improvement this time that I've seen has been the results of my own actions. I know credit repair can take time, but I'm seriously reconsidering where to direct my money.
Especially since Lexington hasn't even been able to get old data off my report that shouldn't be there. And, when I contacted them regarding a question I had about how a particular aspect of credit repair works, they wouldn't answer - literally hung up on me. I would think at the very least a polite reason regarding why such a question couldn't be addressed would have been appropriate. They used to provide far more customer service than they do now. It's really unfortunate to see.

Lexington Law Company Did a great job in boosting my Credit from 512 to over 805. Which is way higher than I might have thought to make it possible. They kept sending letters to my borrowers and got me out of this gray cloud. They at Lexington Law Company did a great job. I am thankful to them.

Complete waste of money and time. Credit agencies have reached out to inform me they cannot respond to third parties, and I've received a class action lawsuit payout for Lexington Law. No results. Run away.

I have used Lexington in the past and it was helpful however about a year ago I contacted them about a credit issue. I paid them for months and didn’t receive anymore credit letters. I thought the issue was solved until I recently began receiving letters again. I feel I just wasted my money and I paid faithfully every month and got no help! I’m very disappointed.

They fell off in my opinion. Six months with Lexington Law and zero improvement to show for it. I had to start my research all over again. I found help with ** aka ** on IG. His methods helped remove 12 hard inquiries, 5 closed accounts, 8 lates and 2 repos from my report. They were all permanently gone within weeks of reaching out to David. I suggest you do yourself same favors.

MINUS ZERO STARS. Whoever is giving Lexington Law five star must work for the company. I've been paying Lexington Law for 4 months, my credit score never improved. Waste of money. Lexington Law contacts creditors who don't respond. They keep charging you while you wait for a response. But Lexington Law knows that if the creditors don't respond, more than likely you owe the debt. You continue to pay knowing that you will never get a response from the creditors, But Lexington Law tells you should continue to fight the debt. Don't be misled. $140 is $140.

This was my first time ever paying for someone to fix my credit. The first month payment was told to be a fee. The second month 5 removals was done that boosted my score up 20 points. The other 6 months nothing has been moved or touched. So when I requested a phone call from a paralegal she stated that she could only see documents I sent in June. I literally upload every credit report and documents every month when requested so you mean to tell me that I'm continuously submitting documents every month even did settlements myself and debt in documents to show for me to be told they are not getting the documents on top of that.
They are reporting two accounts that I personally got deleted after making settlements. I was then told they have not updated my account to reflect current reports since June. It's is now December going on January. I have spent over $800 for what? 20 points! I do not recommend this company at all. The worse experience ever.

They were doing great! I just decided to do a credit consolidation. They were able to get a few things taken off of my credit. They fought for me in disputes. They helped me get rid of some of the creditors that was on my credit report.

They charge monthly even though I closed my account with them. I have contacted them on multiple occasions. They have confirmed I did cancel. Yet I continue to have this problem. It went on for months until I closed my credit card account to stop them. Each month they charge me after cancellation.

They continue to charge even though I stopped my account with them the same day it was made. I have contacted them on multiple occasions over the last few months. They have confirmed I did cancel. Yet I continue to have this problem. It's been four months. Each month they charge me $25, $33.57 then twice for $140. I have tried blocking the payments. I have contacted them, as I have said. They refunded me $19 one time. I will be sending out yet another email, calling AGAIN, and contacting the bank. I can't even sign into an account, as it was CANCELED and no longer exists. This was confirmed over the phone and in their chat feature in September TWICE.

Easy to sign up, less easy to cancel...Live chat has a button where you would hit send to reply and it is actually a cancel chat button. I had to talk to multiple people to cancel but it was done. I paid $420, nothing was done. I have avg 690 credit, I just was looking for some small stuff to be taken off and they did nothing for the 3 months

I'm on my 3rd month at $140 a month, premium tier. They've sent letters in my first month and only sent updates around the end of the month when another payment was close to coming out. The updates are more frequent now, but nothing has changed. I called and they escalated my account. But why do I have to call after 60 days to receive any movement on my account? After paying my 3rd month they sent me a letter for ME to fill out and Notarize, and to have ME send to the creditor? Why am I paying for a service, if I have to do the leg work?
I could've easily downloaded a sample letter online and sent it on my behalf and saved over $400. I would not recommend this service. The creditor actually responded and the update showed Lexington analyzing the response for 2 months? Going into month 4, pretty sure nothing will change. It will be my final month. Looks like a waste of funds and time. I'll submit the letter they should be submitting on my behalf. And continue to call and follow up with my fingers crossed.

I thought they were a good reputable company, but as soon I told them I no longer needed their services, I'm talking the next day, one of the creditors they supposedly removed from my report sent me a bill. I would have used them again in the future but not now, not at 99 per month.

I have contacted Lexington multiple times via email but have not received any responses. After deciding to cancel my membership, I was charged an additional $74.64. Despite this, my credit score has not changed, nor has anyone from your team reached out to me. I have experienced poor service and have been overcharged. For over a month, I have requested a call, but no one has contacted me.

They have been helping for some time now and they help me when credit report is giving me a hard time. I Bankrupt 2009. It was still on my credit report 13 yrs later. They have been on it ever since. Thank you LL for what you do and still do for me.

I hired this company for 3 things on my credit report that should have been handled quickly. One was a false charge/stolen identity. Another was I returned an item to a retailer...has a return receipt and was still billed for the item. And lastly a dentist office billing me for services not received. In a matter of a year I was charged more by Lexington Law than the 3 accounts would have been to pay off and nothing was removed or disputed.

Lexington Law got 2 collections account deleted. The BK 13 and debt consolidation was handled by Credit Savvy the famous credit hacker on Instagram. ** did the clean up and helped me secure a vital home loan.

Poor results. I am required to contact and do all the work with the different credit bureaus. If I pay a monthly fee for Lexington Law to do the work I hired them to do, I should not have to do their work for them

This company will gas light and breadcrumb. I’ve been with them over two years and it’s been over a year that not only can they not give an answer but also they have wasted my time telling me, "Oh call back in 30 days so we can charge you for another month." Don’t even think twice. Run away fast unless you like giving your money away for no results. Took advantage of a single pregnant women. May God bless you. I’ll be praying for y'all.

Avoid Lexington Law at all costs especially when you're paying for those. They charged me $500 upfront to help me review and fix my credit. Once I paid they just said they couldn't help me in my case and kept the money.

I regret ever signing up for Lexington Law. They make it very difficult to cancel and it is very difficult to call them directly. They offer a call schedule which is normally 2 weeks out. You can fix your credit score yourself without wasting your money on Lexington Law. I don't see any value in all of the money I spent with Lexington Law.

I very much appreciate the credit repair service through Lexington Law. This is the 2nd time I have used this service to clean up my credit report. Working with creditors and credit bureaus can seem daunting and time consuming. Lexington Law challenges creditors to accurately repot to credit bureau's, and may challenge the credit bureau's to expedite removal of events. My credit report score increased with the work they have done. Also, I love the app. All of which made monitoring progress easy along with great credit education, suggestions, and expedited work on my credit report. Overall my experience with this company has been very positive. From customer service to emailing attorney/paralegal, and monitoring the progress through the app. with this company credit repair seems seamless and fluent. I recommend Lexington Law to anyone looking to clean up their credit report.

I called in for an intake and they stated they could not provide me services. What a joke of a credit law firm. The paralegal sounded like she didn't know what she was talking about. I will find another company!
