I'm content with Lexington Law's offerings, but a key issue stands out: the heavy reliance on online communication and processes, which I find daunting as someone not deeply comfortable with digital platforms. Often, I'm directed to resolve issues via the internet when I'd much prefer speaking to a person who can assist me directly.
I once tried reaching out for help, hoping to speak directly with someone, but I was repeatedly pointed towards online resources. Despite these challenges and the company's push for digital interaction, which shows they are not adjusting to the non-digital demographic's needs, my overall experience isn't drastically marred.
On the whole, aside from this hiccup, I am satisfied with the service provided by Lexington Law.

The initial setup process at Lexington Law was convenient, as everything was arranged over the phone quickly and efficiently. However, since enrolling, I've noticed that communication and transparency could be improved. Often, it's unclear where I am in the process, and I feel somewhat out of the loop. Despite this, I appreciate the overall quality of service provided.

The application process with Lexington Law was quite straightforward and not difficult to manage, which was a pleasant start. Initially, I noticed a significant amount of work was being done on my credit issues, but it seems to have slowed down over time. As it stands now, I'm still evaluating whether to continue with their services. When it comes to customer service, I've found that the basic representatives aren't very informed and mainly recite what I can see in their app. Whenever I have specific questions or detailed concerns, I need to schedule a callback with one of their lawyers who can provide more in-depth assistance.

During the application process with Lexington Law, everything was online and straight to the point. I've never spoken to anyone directly, which was a bit surprising, but they ensure I'm kept informed through regular email updates.
I'd recommend them, giving them top marks for their services. While I've rated their pricing, online tools, and overall experience at the top end of the scale, I'd rate their service quality slightly lower because I sometimes wish I could talk to a person directly. Despite this, I’m grateful for their support.

The application process with Lexington Law was straightforward and took about five minutes, which was convenient.
Since I started working with Lexington Law about six months ago, the guidance I've been receiving has been beneficial. The application process at Lexington Law was smooth. Everything has generally been fine, but recently I've found it a bit more cumbersome to check reports, as the process takes a few more steps than it used to. In terms of service quality, it's good. Overall, I would recommend them and rate their service quite highly.

Lexington Law really does fight to get your credit score up. I used to be skeptical about it because it seemed too good to be true but I trusted my guts that they were the right choice for me. They have helped me a lot. 5 stars from me.

Updated on 10/03/2025: I received some money back for you guys because you guys did not properly give me the service that I was asking you for and you were flagged for taking people's money. I'm going to file a lawsuit and see what I could do about getting my money back for you not properly helping me.
Original review: I hired Lexington Law to help me get my daughter back and to get some legal advice and all they did was take my money and did nothing for me. I would not recommend them to anyone. If anything I would advise not to use their service.

I have had a long hard journey financially and the folks at Lexington Law have been wonderful, compassionate, kind, Knowledgeable and HardWorking. Clearing the inaccurate information and negative items off my credit reports to get my scores up to where they were before the identity theft, etc., happened. I'm a big believer in give to receive and I’m so happy that I gave my heart and soul to my commitments because it certainly paid off. This company has shown me a lot of integrity. It’s shown up to do the right thing at the right time. My credit score was most certainly fixed. They disputed everything for me in the right manner. As I pay for credit repair, it just made things worse. Creditors trying to take me to court now that it was disputed and my credit score actually dropped significantly. And when I have called several times to talk to someone, I said I’d get a call back from someone in that department and never did. Not happy at all with the outcome.

So far, it’s not worth the amount that they charge. They are slow and not doing a very good job. I am still doing the work myself with disputing errors and removing inquiries that I wasn’t aware of. I think they have effectively removed a few inquiries but that’s it.

I started with Lexington Law and made my Monthly Payment every Month. It Did Not Happen Overnight. It Did Happen Though. My Credit was Awful and Embarrassing. I am Back on Track because of Lexington Law. It's the Truth and I am Glad I am a Customer still till this Day.

3.4 stars. My Gramma has more stars than that....Bunch of lies. I recorded my phone calls, they told me all type of sweet words. But they lie and when I said I have recordings, they close my account and told me I could never be their client now or ever. Watch out sneaky bastards here. I like that matter in fact

I signed up for Lexington Law credit repair. I found a better company I cancel within two days. They charge $139 and $19.99. They refund back 19.99 but never refund 139. They say they don't have records of that charge. Well I do. They are stealing money from customers.

I’ve used Lexington Law twice within the past 3-4 yrs. They do remove items off your credit report. It is a bit expensive. I believe it’s went up to $130 a month. My issue is after 6 months or more those items removed are put back on your credit report. I’ve reached out to them to try to understand. I have never received a response.

This typically occurs when a creditor or debt collector fails to verify the information challenged within the 30- to 45-day timeframe allotted for credit bureaus to investigate consumer disputes, especially common with requests for validation. If a creditor doesn't verify within this period, they may remove the negative item, only to report it again once verified. If you encounter re-reported negative information, you have the option to re-challenge the item. Additionally, Lexington Law has specialized methods, such as escalation letters, for re-challenging specific negative items. I am returning client because of the service and the boost in my credit the first time allowed me to go into an "A" car dealership to lease a vehicle with no money down. Which was a phenomenal feat, so I decided to utilize their services again. Try them you will not be sorry. Also, their services provided me better help than most debt consolidation agencies.

Waste of time and money.... Had a single issue of a mortgage that I was not responsible for after divorce and that single issue was never addressed, even with Court paperwork.... They just filed mundane paperwork once a month and collect their fee.

My debt situation got worse, unfortunately. They threw me under the bus and kept charging me to settle with my creditors. Eventually, I wised up and found me a better service. Treeofalpha.01 on Signal app is way better. I got out of debt with a one payment settlement for less deal with Tree's help through Radius Global. Thank God I was able to do this; I finally got debt-free and am now back to an excellent credit rating.

10+ years ago, I used Lexington Law and saw results each months as progress was made. So, more recently, when I needed help again, naturally I went back. I've been a customer for about 8 months now and only 1 item has been removed. Thing is, that 1 item was removed a couple of months ago, and then re-added the following month, so I'm waiting to see if the same will happen again. The only improvement this time that I've seen has been the results of my own actions. I know credit repair can take time, but I'm seriously reconsidering where to direct my money.
Especially since Lexington hasn't even been able to get old data off my report that shouldn't be there. And, when I contacted them regarding a question I had about how a particular aspect of credit repair works, they wouldn't answer - literally hung up on me. I would think at the very least a polite reason regarding why such a question couldn't be addressed would have been appropriate. They used to provide far more customer service than they do now. It's really unfortunate to see.

Lexington Law Company Did a great job in boosting my Credit from 512 to over 805. Which is way higher than I might have thought to make it possible. They kept sending letters to my borrowers and got me out of this gray cloud. They at Lexington Law Company did a great job. I am thankful to them.
