It's so annoying to open my MSN browser and find nothing but negative articles on Trump... The content is so pro liberal/progressive rhetoric and not even close to factual news. Get a clue, we don't want pro Trump anti Trump, we just want the facts and a news service we can trust. This has backfired and you have lost your credibility. Whoever creates a neutral and factual news medium is going to win big.

President Trump took the time to call a widow of a fallen soldier. If she feels he was not "sorry enough", that is her business. We do not care! What we do care about is the tax plan he championed on TV last night which I cannot find a stitch of info on. I also care about the newfound documents about Hillary and Obama's deal with the Russians about the sale of USA uranium to them. Not to mention you dropped the Las Vegas investigation like a hot potato, when it is far from over. I attribute this to your laziness! You need to get real reporters, who do the time to look into stories, rather than go for everything anti Trump! Pity your site, it will fail, if it fails to change.

I've been a MSN customer for a long time, through all their editions. It seems like every time they put out a big spiel about how the upcoming edition is so much better than the previous version. The longer you have it the worse it actually becomes. This newest edition, Windows 10 seems like the very worse than all the previous editions Microsoft has put out. Never & I mean never have I had a upgrade that freezes so much as windows. When I had a Windows 7 computer I downloaded a upgrade. I had it for a week and found out that it was crap. Then I contacted my brother-in-law who is a computer geek & he told me not to download it, and if downloaded, to erase it & go back to Windows 7.

But, I had already did that then. I eventually had to buy a new computer & it came already loaded with Windows 10. The more I use it & have it the worse I hate it. I know this, that the next computer I buy will not be a Microsoft computer. I'm fed up. I'll be buying a Apple. I'm tired of all the freezes & lock ups with Microsoft products, I'm done with Microsoft & their products. So if you're thinking about downloading or buying Microsoft, look elsewhere. Unless you enjoy having to deal with aggravation, indigestion, and just pain in the butt crap. If you like all that then go ahead & buy a Microsoft product. But, the longer you have it, you'll find out like me. Microsoft sucks!!

Despite that Hillary Clinton lost the presidential election almost 10 months ago, and holds no position in the government, or the democratic party whatsoever, today, MSN.com despicably selected one article about her, of course one that denigrates and take down her once again. The article in question is titled “SUBPOENAED BY THE FBI?"

At first I was surprised I had not heard about that, one would suppose that this article refers to something actual, important, something that would INFORM you of current events. Well, don’t think that way; you could be not farther from the truth. The article in question was selected by msn.com editors from a fake news site and inserted to pursue an unsaid agenda against Hillary Clinton, maybe even the Democratic Party, and maybe divert from Trump current issues and difficulties. The link identify the source with the phrase “by Swingstate”.

Want to know who is Swing-State? OK, google swing-State.com you will see a list of titles on that page, most of them detrimental to Hillary Clinton. Among them: 5 Reasons Hillary Clinton Would Be A Terrible President, 10 Ridiculous Things Hillary Clinton Has Said On the Campaign Trail, Who Will Most Likely Destroy the U.S. Economy – Trump or Hillary? Of course, the article concludes that would be Hillary, And even one against Bernie Sanders: 5 Reasons Bernie Sanders Would be a Horrible President.

No names, no physical address, nothing other than the titles. At the bottom of the page you will see a link: About. Click on it… It will take you to another page whose only information is printed below, and it has a link in blue color that says Swingstate. About Swingstate - "We are asking questions that others are afraid to ask."

The question now is: WHAT KIND OF JOURNALISM IS PROMOTED AT MSN.COM WHEN THEY SELECT THE MOST IMPORTANT NEWS FROM FAKE sites like Swing-State?!! In the front page of MSN.com, the picture of Clinton has a link taking you to one of the aforementioned articles. I mean, msn.com editors must be very proud of their discovery... and their promotion of fake news sites.

MSN News Comment Section - I feel that MSN or maybe the "Washington Post" is trying to control what the majority is trying to hear and read. We have witnessed fake news and bad news reporting, an agency trying to sway public opinion one way or another. I feel it is the super rich who are controlling the news. I am upset that we citizens cannot make a comment on a topic, stupid or not, some have no other way to communicate with others and looked forward to reading the comments. Me I personally I liked to read the comments, it made news articles worth reading and comments they were putting out made it fun reading. I believe that they got rid of the comments because somebody got their feelings hurt.

Maybe I should contact some of these writers and start my own paper just so people have a place to vent, it's far better than what they are doing now. People now, are beating and killing one another. Let them voice it out in your comment section, maybe you'll find a few bad apples that way too. MSN I am so sad to see you do this, have you decided to refute freedom of speech too. It's almost exactly opposite of what you would expect a paper to do, reporting at its best, lol... Please, put the comments back in. Currently looking for another site that will let me speak freely.

Recently, MSN has removed the comment section from the bottom of their articles. Most of their articles are from the Washington Post, who we know are so far left on the liberal scale you think you're falling off the earth. Anyway, obviously they are afraid of hearing the truth of their garbage posts and won't allow anyone else their opinion. Here is what is at the bottom of their articles now: "MSN has temporarily removed commenting on our websites while we explore better ways for you to engage in discussion on the issues you care about." They should either allow the public opinion to be heard or not be able to publish at all.

Before I could always post in the comment section which they now have removed. They say "try this or that." Why? They removed it themselves and won't put it back. Also just noticed that MSN disabled comments... so they can say stupid stuff, but dare not let their own readers say anything at all.

MSN, you push far leftist media constantly that doesn't serve your subscriber-ship well. It's not balanced whatsoever. You are the Microsoft that told me/us to upgrade to Windows-10. I/we had to have an MSN account. I find that disturbing as well considering the almost monopoly you have in the software industry for computer operating systems. And what's your answer, feed everyone the leftist push garbage day in and day out. You took the "Join the Conversation" piece down because things weren't quite going your way as you were lambasted day after day for your leftist agendas and Trump hit pieces from the far left media sources you post.

The Kelly Ann Conway / CNN piece which had plenty of negative comment about the leftist media certainly showed you how ineffective your agenda's are working. You want to make "Join the Conversation" better as you state on the disclaimer as to why it's not available right now, then stop pushing your stupid far left media agendas. The American people are smarter than this. Even the younger ones whose minds you're attempting to pollute, a lot of them eventually figure you people out in time. Your product is bad and it's why I'm here with your one star rating.

I tried 2 times today to prove I was the person. They wasn't having any of it. I phoned up the company and they want £150 for me to have my account again. I don't have that kind of money. I set up a new email and politely asked them to send my L Ron Hubbard stuff to my new email. They refused. They sent me a link so I clicked on it thinking that maybe they have given me my stuff that I paid for to me. Opened it up to find **. I won't go into details as it was disgusting. I kept trying to phone them up asking for my L Ron Hubbard stuff and the stuff I paid for only for them to hang up on me.

Thankfully National Express forwarded my traveling details. I am back in the church Thursday so will ask if I will have to pay for the course again. I cannot believe MSN. I would highly recommend not using MSN at all. Some of you may think I waste my money but think of it this way... How about if you brought something and they took it from you? Something you were into. It only takes one time for you to be hacked then they demand money of you. I highly recommend not using this email. Use Gmail or Yahoo.

I took the time this morning to create a page because, I wanted the world to know my opinion about MSN news coverage about President Trump since early in the campaign. It's a bunch of BIAS garbage. They need real journalists that don't hold an opinion of the man and actually report, WITHOUT all the suggestive language. It's VERY obvious whoever the journalist is does not approve of the President. It's time to move on from the scandal of the campaign, and report without all the demeaning rhetoric used against the President.

Americans need to unite behind this man so he can actually get some work done. I can not STAND reading MSN news, it never ceases to amaze me how I can read one thing about an occasion and then I see a totally different view somewhere else, OR if I actually watch what they are reporting on, it's not that big of a deal. It's ridiculous. Trump HAS NEVER held public office. In my opinion he can spout off and be angry if he wants, and I do not think any less of him. MSN, I am DONE with you. I can get REAL news, with a REAL analysis, elsewhere.

It's holding my messages and millions of others people's information hostage and there is NOTHING one can do. I am complaining here but I know there were thousands before me and it will end up being just another complaint without any action. We, the people, are powerless against these giant bullies and that's the way they want it.

Hotmail went further today: It forced me to add my complete birth date and my preferences where I shop, the color of my underwear, my favorite food, etc. And then said: "Thank you very much. You still can't get in!!!" Even to get into the consumer affair pages I had to allow this application to view my email (which had to be an account I currently have with Giant bullies) and give consent to this site to do whatever it pleases to my data! I have to consent to have you view and MODIFY all my data. Is there ANY privacy left or do I need to drop out of the Internet all together?? I hope you all go to hell. Crooks.

I contacted MSN for help regarding a problem with the new Office 2016 I had just purchased. The help staff requested access to my computer via letmein.com. I gave him access. Once on my computer he said the problem was with the program I bought. He offered a credit so I could buy the more expensive one and not have to pay twice. He put a form on my screen and asked me to fill it out. He made sure I used the same credit card so I could get the credit he claimed. Once I filled in the form he said since I had paid I could now talk to a technician. I told him I would pay nothing to correct a problem caused by MSN. He said he could do nothing and the charge would go against my account. In other words in order to get a credit of $149 he charge my account $149. I contacted my bank to report this scam and they told me that MSN had not charged the second amount to my account but a third party company did.

It turned out that the support staff member was in cahoots with the supposed tech firm, called myPhoneSupport. I spent two hours trying to get the charge reversed but the firm refused to do so and my bank would not reverse the charge either. So I paid $149 for the wrong program and another $149 to fix that. After I explained to another senior MSN tech staff member, she refunded the first $149 but myPhoneSupport would not even return my calls. Beware when TALKING TO ANY MSN SUPPORT TECH PERSON THAT THEY MAY SEND YOUR INFORMATION OR REQUEST THAT YOU GIVEN IT TO A THIRD PARTY who have no intent to assist you. When I contacted MSN they knew nothing about this firm myPhoneSupport. I will never buy anything again that has MSN on it. I am buying an Apple tomorrow and never looking back. MSN repeated told me it was ordered and I spoke with 3 supervisors and several others to find out where it was and they said maybe my post man stole it or someone took it from my mailbox. My mailbox goes directly into my house. I was told on June 16th that the payment they took would be refunded back to my account in 72 hours, instead they tried to take an additional payment on July 6th, I still had no cd to reload or service. I have made many phone calls trying to resolve this. It finally arrived July 12th. Now no at MSN is capable to install the software. Tech support says it's a billing and password issue and billing and password say it is a tech support issue. I have received 19 emails from MSN asking for details on my account and still no one can resolve this. They took my money and cannot provide service. All I've gotten are meaningless apologies and excuses. They take no responsibility for anything.

On April 6, 2014, I purchased a new ACER Aspire computer, with Win 8.1 installed, from our local Walmart store. On the same day, I emailed Microsoft Support asking for assistance in transferring email from my old MSN account to my new Outlook account. It is now 46 days later, 31 emails to Microsoft Support, 2 telephone calls, 2 chat sessions and a letter to their CEO Satya Nadella (who has not responded in about two weeks), all to no avail as I am where I started on 6 April. On top of all that, it appears that Microsoft may have blocked me from using their support website as I have been receiving the same message for the past 10 days -"Ummm...we seem to be experiencing technical difficulties, but we are working on a solution right now. Please try again later." It would take several more pages to explain the problems that are in the 31 emails, phone calls, chat sessions and in dealing with a sarcastic Microsoft representative. I need the old emails but at this point, am not sure if I will ever retrieve them. What a way to run a business. At this point, I am trying to see if Walmart will refund my money. I guess my next step is to contact the Washington State Attorney General and file a complaint against the Microsoft Corporation.

I've complained on their feedback page over and over for a month or so with the expected... no response. We've all heard people complain about Microsoft. Morning of Thursday 9/12/13, went into computer and all of my MS docs had been changed to MS Office - I couldn't open any of my hundreds of documents. Later that day, my computer all of a sudden showed MS doc icons and could open. Today, I spent all day on the phone (8 different people). I was to get a call back from Microsoft Word within 2 hours and have not. Have had MSN, MS, Norton and an MSN specialists tell me "it has to do with a glitch in the update they downloaded into my computer (and others)." I can not open any attachments with doc or docX - MSN has blocked them.

I can't open any attachments on any old emails from years back. I'm totally out of commission. The last MSN specialist uninstalled MS office 2010 and said MS needs to reinstall the software as the starter version 2010 was causing the issues and she removed that from my computer (remotely) and now I'm not able to open any documents. This is so infuriating and no recourse it seems. Just at MS beck & call. MSN has been nothing but problems for years. I've paid a lot of money for their services which are a total joke. Yes, I can change servers but that means changing my business docs, everything and all.

MSN and MS need to be held accountable for their crappy services. To have to call 8 people, get disconnected several times, and no one seems to know how to deal with any of this. I've lost business today due to this. Worst of all, I'm a bag of nerves, so angry and stressed and there seems to be no way to get satisfaction. MSN and MS are an empire and need to be crumbled - total lack of professionalism, etc.

I then re-entered the correct password and was told that someone tried to access my account and it needed to be verified... Fine... I had the security code sent. After entering the code, it now says that since someone has tried to access my account, I must change my password. No one has tried to access my account but me. Called MSN explorer tech support and was given a case # and transferred to some stupid rude person. I proceeded to tell him my issue and told me it was nothing that he could do but change the password.

Why should I change my password when nothing of malice has occurred?? He then lied and said that since the security upgrade, everyone would have to change their password eventually. I then stated I have 5 MSN accounts and was not asked to change any passwords on those accounts including my primary. I then asked where I could obtain this information of changing of password or if he could email me the update. I mentioned the only email I've received about the email changes is you would need to sign into each attached account manually versus automatically as in the past. It did not mention changing of passwords. When I mentioned that I had been a customer for over 10 years. His reply, "GOOD FOR YOU"! Very unprofessional, rude, and clueless.

Needless to say when I asked for the proof and called him on his lies, he hung up after I waited on hold for 20 min. to have my issue resolved. These people obviously have no clue of their jobs. Maybe if they would route the calls to the contact centers in your respective country it would be a little better as I am sure that no one at this place receives diversity or sensitive training. You pay your money to MSN for what? This is one of the reasons Google has surpassed them in the email arena. This is a scam and MSN needs to take care of this!!! Apparently because this is a "free" account MSN doesn't care. Oh another question that the online form was asking was for "any other passwords that I have used in the past"... Now I just want to delete this account and not have anything more to do with MSN. I thought MSN was a free service. Why is MSN allowed to ripoff their customers? Both me and my son have had our email accounts halted, and when we phoned them to resolve the matter, they said for a one-time payment of $66, they will correct it. When I said no, it's a free service, they then put the phone down. I then phoned the UK Tech Support Team to complain about them, and they, too, ripped me off by keeping me on the phone for 18 minutes, which was costing me $1.53 per minute. When I started to demand to talk to someone higher, they, too, then put the phone down on me.

I feel, for a free service, this shouldn't be allowed. I've had read on the forums, and it seems I'm not the only one. To me, it's wrong that they have the control to do this to their customers, and I think something should be done about it. I did send a message to Martin ** and his team to look into it, but I know he's a busy man so probably won't get around to it; hence, why I have signed up to this site.

She has had some health problems and my Uncle took over her affairs. He told me about the billing and I was shocked to see it on her BofA statement years later. We have tried to cancel the $21.95 charge and MSN said they needed the email address to pull up billing. We asked BofA if they could help cancel it and no luck there.

Today, I called the number from the debit card statement and they had two options - Press 1 for Windows support or 2 for Xbox. No billing, no anything. I pressed 1 for Windows and got a young woman who told me, "We have nothing to do with billing. Hold please, and I will transfer you to someone who can help." Ten minutes or so later she said she found the department and she would transfer me. Another few minutes later and I got the "billing department." Another 20 something girl told me she had no idea why anyone would send her a call for a billing dispute and gave me the original telephone number I called.

I was so frustrated at that time I asked for the corporate office number. She gave it to me and told me to talk to the operator and she would find someone for me to talk to. About 5 minutes later I called the corporate office and asked for the operator. Three times it disconnected me; just hung up. Did they blacklist my Grandma's number? I will call from my house later and see. Bill has probably made enough money from her to hang gold thread drapes in that mansion of his. She's sick and could use this money many other ways. I now understand why she didn't want to talk about it.

The first one got hijacked and the rogues who took it were sending out emails as if from me to all my contacts with a viral infection included. I had to close the freaking account to stop it. The second account has just now been blocked by MSN and try as I might, they won't recognize me and let me recover my own account, saying it appears that someone else is accessing it.

Maybe someone is, as I lost the first account that way. Half the account recovery questions were asinine and I could not recall some specific answers. After spending much time trying to fill in the recovery form, the form reset twice and the information was lost because the site could not be accessed. It was down for maintenance for extended periods intermittently.

Only the real user (me) would spend so much time trying to recover the account and yet they failed to recognize this. I even put in my security queues correctly as my daughter's middle name, but this and some other sure answers were not enough for them. There is no other way to contact them and no room on the form to comment or ask questions. Microsoft sucks. I give up and will never again use Hotmail.com or Internet explorer and Windows. You're lying there, listening to the enemy machine guns and you know you're not getting out. Your family is half way around the world, 12,000 miles away, and you'll never see them again. As the world starts to fade in and out, you know that this is the day. Then, over the machine gun noise, you faintly hear that sound of a helicopter. You look up to see a Huey coming in. But it doesn't seem real because no MedEvac markings are on it. Captain Ed Freeman is coming in for you.

He's not MedEvac so it's not his job, but he heard the radio call and decided he's flying his Huey down into the machine gun fire anyway. Even after the MedEvacs were ordered not to come, he's coming anyway. He drops it in and sits there in the machine gun fire, as they load three of you at a time on board. Then, he flies you up and out through the gunfire to the doctors and nurses and safety. And, he kept coming back--13 more times until all the wounded were out! No one knew until the mission was over that the captain had been hit 4 times in the legs and left arm. He took 29 of you and your buddies out that day. Some would not have made it without the captain and his Huey. He was a Medal of Honor Recipient, Captain Ed Freeman, United States Air Force, who died last Wednesday at the age of 70 in Boise, Idaho. I have been a paying customer for years so I filled out the forms to retrieve my information and was informed that my MSN account was retrieved. The PIN # is of no use. I cannot reset a password.

It has been about 1 week and I cannot get this issue resolved. MSN has my correct credit card information; a list of my current emails and files saved and credit info. They do not have adequate phone service for those of us who pay to use the email system. This is a terrible business practice! MSN is truly disappointing and will not be my choice in the future. I cannot retrieve any of my work files, school files and lots of needed information as I am embarking on a career to do freelance work. My potential clients' information is in that account. My name is Jan ** and I have been ringing MSN to cancel a direct debit. First, I rang Microsoft as it states Microsoft MSN on my bank statement. This was about 15th January 2011. I was told that I needed another number and they transferred me to another number, where a voicemail said they were closed. On 10th January, I emailed Microsoft Online Customer Service. Hector ** replied on 11th Jan. asking for a copy of my bank statement to show their reference number. I scanned this through on 15th Jan. He emailed back on 17th, saying it was handled by their TechNet Subscription Department and gave me a phone number 13 20 58 saying option 3, option 3.

This I tried and was told that this was not the area I needed. The other number Hector gave me was the same number, but option 2 and 1. When they tried to transfer me again (bearing in mind, during these calls I had been cut off twice), I asked for the number they were transferring me to in case I get cut off. I was then put through to Raymond and I thought I was getting somewhere as he said he was trying to do it for me. Then after 23 minutes, I got cut off. When I rang the number, he told me 1800 134 995 (unable to connect). I rang again on Jan. 21 (5 times), the first time, I was put through to a voicemail. Second call, to Emmie for 12 minutes who couldn't help. I was given another number 1800 494 1962 (unable to connect), then another number 800 386 5550 which I also tried with a 1 at the front (wouldn't connect).

I tried again today twice for Tan and Raymond. They also transferred me to a voice where I cannot answer the questions she asked or to get to cancel accounts. She told me it was closed and gave me the hours they are open, which is midnight and I am ringing midday. Then, it hung up. The only thing I have found out today (as we didn't even know what the money was being taken out for) is my husband has an MSN email account which he doesn't use and doesn't want. It is coming up for the money to be taken out again soon and we would like it stopped. I would like a direct line, a form we could fax or an email (correct email address we could contact). This is costing us too much time and too much money to have this much hassle over; one would think as a simple request.

My e-mail address book was hacked by a spammer that I blocked. The spam continued, so I replied to one of the messages that was sent. The spammer must have resented this, so they contacted one of their low life form people, and hacked my address book, and sent the same spam for discount medications to everyone in my address book. MSN has yet to take responsibility for this. Their solution is to go to justanswer.com, and pay their technicians to fix their screw up.

Apparently, they have some system that disables the block sender function in your e-mail account . There must be some special fee that the senders pay, to bypass this function. They're collecting from both ends, privacy and security is pitiful. If they don't remedy this at no cost to me, I'm looking to delete my account with them, and switch to another, but that may be just jumping from the frying pan into the fire. I want to be fair to MSN, who was my ISP for several years. The people who work for them as classified employees are top notch, for the most part. But, as they say, it's the system. Because of file storage problems, mainly, I did a "system restore" on my aging HP Pavlion PC, which lost my ability to connect with MSN, in favor of AOL.

So I took the path of least resistance and signed up for AOL. But I needed to contact MSN to discontinue service, and was always being told the service was temporarily unavailable and engineers were working on it. This has gone on for more than a week, so I called their 800 number. The woman I finally got to talk to spoke with a thick foreign accent, and too softly.

I asked her to speak up, but still had to plug my other ear to understand what she was saying. I think I did get her to discontinue my MSN service, but I will be looking closely at my credit card statement for a couple months, just to be sure. I also tried to explain to her that I was being blocked in connecting to MSN's accounting service online, in order to cancel.

I couldn't understand her rapid-fire answer, but she seemed to be saying that there should be no problem connecting with them online. Except that there definitely is! Very convenient for MSN to keep on charging for service when it is no longer desired. The phone call was less of a problem (other than what I have already mentioned); when their robot couldn't understand my last name, I was connected rather quickly to someone in a foreign country who I had a hard time understanding. Really! There has to be a better way to communicate with an extremely wealthy organization such as Microsoft. If I still had the actual MSN connection available to me through AOL, I'm sure it would have been a breeze. You may draw your own conclusions from my (and others') reported experiences.

When I asked how I can submit a complaint, I was told that I was speaking to customer service and that is who you complain to.

I further pushed and asked so if I have a problem with the service of the customer service staff how do I complain. I was told that there is no process. The amount of money is not worth fighting over but the fact that the process is not in place to complain is an issue and I was never told that I would be charged for the next billing cycle and how much. My complaint is in regards to the free Internet accounts that Microsoft hosts such as MSN, Hotmail and Live to name a few. Many Nigerian scammers use these domains for their contact addresses in fraudulent emails. Microsoft has implemented a system that is too strict and rejects valid reports when someone tries to notify them that an account is being used to scam people. This is the only Internet provider I know of that has this system which they think is cutting back on invalid reports.

Scammers get around it easily by sending the emails from a different account and then setting up a another account with Microsoft's free email services. The system would then reject a complaint because it would see that the email did not originate from a Microsoft domain even though the reply address is theirs. Sometimes, it even rejects reports and gives a reason that makes no sense.

I'm not alone. If you go to the msntv2 disscussion group you'll find many with the same problem. I would like to know what's really going on with this machine. Thank you for your time. James Raub

It is 1:40p.m. in the afternoon. I was in the middle of reading the article when my computer froze and wouldn't let me page through. Everything else on my machine was operating fine, so I closed the browser and reopened it only to find that the article had been removed and replaced by the [other] article. How about removing that Census article and putting [the other] back. I will be switching homepages until I understand the type of media coverage MSN intends to project. I want to understand who I'm patronizing. I'd appreciate any insight [they] could give me, my family and friends, a couple of who were reading the article with me. Thanks.

I am trying to get this MSN window (for dialup service) off my computer that pops up every time I try to click on a email link from any website, so that I can get the email address. I called the first number, which says it's Microsoft technical support, and refused to give me support because I'm not currently a paying customer, and said they weren't technical support anyway, and gave me another number, and they told me EXACTLY the same thing, AND said they weren't technical support and to call the PREVIOUS number I had dialed.

Finally, I refused to put up with [Microsoft] giving me the running around and lying to me, and refusing to help me with [THEIR] program. Tell me how to disable the window so it's not popping up every time I click on an email link from a website.

I have ad words but when you do a generic search of my site you go to someone elses site!!! Plus my search words go to their site!! This site is and has been registered plus we are inc. and have a tax id.

I spoke to a representative in the ad department but they said they could not help me. My employee Jeff called and he said that they would investigate it. I have ran a campaign this weekend membership drive that was a waste of time and money. All the time on my ad words goes to him! I did contact my lawyer because of the one person telling me MSN could do nothing.

I cancelled MSN internet service in August 2004. Although I was unable to log on using my MSN account, MSN continued to bill the monthly charges to my credit card. Their automated service can not assist me, and their customer service does not answer calls. I placed numerous calls and waited for over 30 minutes without any results. After 6 months, I am still being charged on my credit card. I have had bad experience with this particular card in past disputes and have discontinued the use and paying off balance at present.

I have subscribed to MSN service for 1.5 years. They always charged my account on 27-29 of each month. When I decided to cancel my subscription I did it on the 20th of the month so I do not incur any further charges. At the beginning of the next month MSN charged my account again. Because of that I incurred $35 overlimit fee. When I called the customer service I could not get further than the level 2 billing specialist, Nancy with no identifiable last name. She only gave her employee number 2XMK.

When I told her that I would like to record our conversation so that I have a proof of her refusal to take my complaint to the higher level specialist, she started threatening me that I am prohibited from doing so even if I told her about my intentions. She informed me that my subscription billing date is actually 18th of the month. It was the first time for the 1.5 years that I heard that. The charges always appeared on 27-30 of the months. I also learned that there is a webpage that you can go to see that. This information was new to me.
