I have a business that is in need of coverage for anything and I hire employees as well. So, it's not me just directly involved, we're dealing with the client's personal items. I checked out a few different companies and their premiums were high. They weren't really responsive in telling me why they needed these things. Simply Business was manageable with my paying range and gave me a quote that was reasonable. They were pretty spot on. I typed in what type of industry I was in, and they let me know what type of coverage I pretty much would need. I don't have a deductible. We sent in a request as we had an incident with the scratching of a stove. They told us to send the info. We sent the serial number and all of that and we haven't heard anything back. Please have them call me as soon as possible, so I can get this client taken care of. She's not gonna stop till I get this thing done.

To have a custom quote, the phone call was required but a live option chat would have been nice to have and to use.

Everything was great as far as it was very easy to find the right product, sign up for it, and to get the policy started. Everything was very straightforward and simple, which fits their name.
