I am very satisfied with the service level that was provided by Richard. He was patient and provided me with several LTC options to consider. Richard answered all of my questions and guided me through the application process for the Long Term Care policy that I chose.

I really want to have something to review before I ever talk to someone. I feel that the attitude that we have to talk before I can have something to review is antiquated. Dan was excellent but please give me something to look at so I have a clue before we talk.

We would Highly recommend this company, and hopefully you will get Sam for all your needs. She was Awesome, very professional, friendly, and patient helping us to understand everything. Big Thanks to Samantha ** who we consider a friend now :)

Great experience and extremely informative. We had a series of meetings before I knew what I wanted and the process was very flexible. I'd definitely recommend LTC Consumer if you are thinking about LTC insurance.

Richard responds very quickly to emails. He is always prepared for meetings and does his research so that he has all the information that is needed. He is very knowledgeable about long term care. He guided me through the process and answered all of my questions.

Carl's experience was obvious and I felt confident with taking his advice regarding long term care insurance. Making something that could have been overwhelming much easier. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

I've submitted my application and feel comfortable that I had the information I needed to make a good decision. Lucy was great at explaining everything. A friend told me I waited too long and was too old to qualify for LTC insurance. Wrong. Make the phone call. Get the information for yourself.

LTC and Richard have been excellent. He did a good job of explaining all options and taking us step-by-step through the process of getting Long Term Care insurance. I was a skeptic going into this process, but my experience was awesome and concluded with my total satisfaction in a great product. I had not used an insurance broker prior to this encounter and I had a lot of questions about short and long term care products offered by various insurers. I mean a LOT of questions. It look several weeks and many video chats, emails and phone calls, but Dan was patient, informative and compassionate. He answered every question I had and honestly did not try to push me towards a particular product. My sister, who is a geriatric nurse, reviewed all of the information with me and she also had questions.

I was working with Dan ** on possible LTC insurance. I reached out to my financial advisor who has been my advisor for a very long time, so she knows all of my current investments. She told me that she didn't think LTC insurance was a good fit for us. I reached back out to Dan **, and I told him about the conversation that I had with my advisor. I thanked him for him for working with me and providing all the info. He had a horrible response back to me in just a few minutes. I'm going to quote everything he said. He said "Whatever Gordy...sure would like to see where you're getting that kind of return...". I had told him that my investments were getting 17% interest, and I had documentation on it for a loan. I contacted the Executive Director of LTC Consumer, and I left him an urgent message. He still has not returned my call. This is not a business that you want to work with!!! I will never reach out to them in the future, and I hope this review helps others.

LTC insurance application was very formidable for me because I did not have full understanding of the terms or the process—-it is like no other type of insurance and can be quite costly. I looked at so many plans and spoke with a number of agents but finally contacted the individual who was able to guide me through all the information in a very organized fashion and was efficient and patient through all my questions. What I originally interpreted as an impossible goal was finished in about a week or less with her guidance and I feel confident about the decisions made at last!

I have had nothing but an A++ experience with Kathy. She always takes the time to more than adequately research what is available for my needs. Her knowledge of the plans is amazing and she is able to explain it in a way that is easily understood by a "layperson." I am very glad she is my rep!

Dan found a couple of different plans for me when I was contemplating long term care insurance. He was knowledgeable and kept in contact with me even though I was taking my time studying and deciding which way I wanted to go.

These products are complicated and he really understands them and can give you clear explanations and guidance.

Jeff was very helpful and the process went well. We had the opportunity to fill in most of the requested information before the second call to go through the application. The pdf form we used to fill out was a bit clunky, with various size fonts and the final appearance when printed off was strange. Other than that, Jeff was knowledgeable and helpful throughout.
