I’ve been a Grange Insurance customer for over 15 years. They cover both home and vehicle policies at very competitive prices. Every interaction from start to finish is designed to make you feel listened to and valued as a customer. My most recent claim, **, was handled by adjuster Cassie **. It was a pleasure working with her. She made the process both smooth and seamless. Cassie was always available to provide answers to questions and give updated information. Their website is user friendly and gives customers access to many online resources. Great job Grange. You really put the customer first.

I used to have Grange years ago when I was on my parents' policy, and this week I returned to Grange for a policy with my husband. I had to call Grange to change my email address because I no longer have access to the email that was still on file, and Tracy was so helpful! She was very diligent about confirming my information, and then when she updated my email, she stayed on the line while I double checked and reset my password! I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with Grange.

Outstanding service. My agent (PK **) gave me peace of mind when I had to file a claim. I was hit by the steel cable from the median and flying car parts from a collision in front of me on the highway. The police officer worded his report that I was inattentive. There was no way to avoid the objects coming at me without causing another accident. I was worried this would come back against me and the at fault driver's insurance wouldn't be responsible for my truck. PK reassured me that she would get it resolved. Case closed! They covered my truck. I can't thank her enough.

My representative, Kimberly A, with Grange Insurance Company, was very easy to deal with. Insurance claims can be very hectic, especially when you're using somebody else's insurance company and not your own. She guided me through the process of getting my car fixed. She also went out of her way to make sure I had a rental car for the time that my car was being repaired. She made the process very simple, very stress-free, and that, in my opinion, is what you want when you have been in an accident. Accidents are stressful enough. Kimberly sailed me through it with guidance and expertise. Thank you.

My wife and I were grateful for the assistance provided to us by Grange Insurance - and by our Claims Representative, Ryan **, specifically - when my wife was the victim in a hit-and-run automobile accident earlier this year. She was driving a rented vehicle at the time, and we had declined the insurance offered by the rental company, knowing that our Grange auto policy included relevant coverage. Ryan obtained a satisfactory result for us and, in the process, communicated well with us - including answering our questions - and managed interactions with the rental company.

Kim ** provided excellent service that was prompt and very professional regarding my auto accident claim. I highly recommend working with Kim on any insurance claim issue.

I recently had to file a claim regarding a car accident. I was put in touch with Kelly M. who was absolutely amazing from the start to finish. Very communicative, and helped get all repairs scheduled, paid for, and done so fast. Grange and their team has been an amazing company each time I’ve filed a claim with them. Prices are so so, but the customer service is a joke. They won't let me make any changes to my policy directly but instead constantly transfer me back to the middleman who originally got me the policy.
