Lisa answered the call promptly. My Tacoma had had the wiring harness destroyed by a mouse. I was unfamiliar with the claim process, but Lisa explained the steps clearly and put my mind at rest, despite the impending six thousand dollar repair. The claim number appeared on the Grange site as soon as I was able to log on. The promised text came immediately and now I know to wait for the adjuster to contact me. Most reassuring throughout. I recommend Grange to anybody needing reasonable, affordable auto insurance. The processes they have in place for the customer are well constructed & flawless.

After losing my husband, I needed to call today, to make changes on my auto policy and also had a lot of questions about how those changes will reflect on the monthly premium. I spoke to Ms Brenda and she was professional, patient, caring, and very knowledgeable. Every time I called the Service Center, they have been professional, prompt, and have excellent customer Service. I have had Grange Auto & Homeowners Insurance for years, and no regrets! You will not be disappointed with Grange Insurance.

After driving 46 years I had to turn in my first auto claim due to no fault of my own. I was clueless and was getting nowhere with the other drivers insurance. Everyone at Grange was helpful and answered all my questions. They were quick to respond and kept me informed. I can't begin to thank each of them enough. They touched my life with their kindness in handling my claim. I 100% recommend Grange!!

Grange Insurance has a super complicated phone menu... difficult to reach right person. GRRRRRR....no menu option to add a car. I did not want to "file a claim", nor was it a "billing issue". I should not have to understand an Insurance company's whole business structure to reach an agent. When I finally reached a customer service person, the service agent spoke English and solved my problem now. As a hard-of-hearing person, I often can not understand people who do not speak English as their first language. They were knowledgeable and polite. They gave great advice, even when it meant less money in their pocket. As an example, Road Assistance coverage was not needed on my new car, as it was covered by manufacturer. It was obvious that their customer service was here in America, not in some foreign nation, as I prefer.

I called Grange Insurance inquiring about a new roof discount. I spoke with Ashley who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and then some. I am a first time homeowner and am still learning the ins and outs of owning a home. Ashley was able to guide me through making sure I had all the discounts available but most importantly she made sure my house value and coverage was sufficient with today's market. She made any changes needed, informed me more about escrow and even went as far as to check my auto policy to ensure I was getting all available discounts. Ashely was extremely refreshing in her customer service approach. Her knowledge was exceptional and her assistance was outstanding. In today's world, highly uncommon unfortunately.

Costumer service was the best. They calmed me down, answered my questions, sometimes two or three times because I was flustered. They kept me calm after my collision, told me exactly what was going on and how it would be handled. Great job!!

Called to report a claim. Had the incorrect policy number. Jessica was very patient while she found the correct number. She filed the claim very quickly. I was very happy. Her voice was very pleasant and clear.

The customer service agent was very professional and understanding to the issue I had with my car. He was a big help in reaching out to the collision car repair to set up the estimate to have my car looked at.

I just called to file a claim for roof damage from storms. The agent I talked with, PAULA, couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. She took all necessary information and started the process. I am more hopeful after talking with her that the process will go smoothly. I have never had a major homeowners claim with any insurance company and will report back as to how Grange Ins. handles my claim. JMH

Car was totaled. Easy to make a claim and Grange took it from there. Arrangements to get my vehicle from tow company and rental was done within minutes over the phone. Grange handled communication with other driver's insurance.
