    I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Brooke! She was incredibly kind, kept clear communication throughout, and addressed every concern I had.     Even though this was not my insurance company, having to get a hold of them and filing a claim for their person they cover my insurance agent. Olivia ** was extremely helpful. You could tell that they care about the customers experience and needs was greatly appreciated for the experience and provided anything and everything I needed and sometimes before I could even think I needed it thanks, Olivia.

      Today I received outstanding customer service from a representative named Laura. She spoke very clearly and was very congenial, professional, and helpful. I was requesting some documentation regarding our homeowner's insurance. She was very knowledgeable and readily obtained the documentation. She even sent it directly to the party requiring the documentation, thus saving me the process.

      Well, the party needed additional information after that, so I once again called the Grange customer service line. This never happens, but I actually was greeted by Laura again. She knew exactly where to find the additional documentation that had been requested and once again sent it directly to the party for me. She is a valuable asset to Grange Insurance and I do hope that she is given the recognition she so greatly deserves. Thank you Laura.

      Comfortable process to submit a claim with Grange Life is interesting, and homeownership really takes "interesting" to a new level. Calling Grange today and submitting a claim for an adjuster to inspect a concern we have discovered with the foundation of our home was truly not how I wanted to start my week. The customer service provided and the shared concern made this process easy to understand, along with the next steps.

      Today's attempt to make an online car insurance payment proved to be a frustrating experience, as the process repeatedly stalled. Rather than risk an accidental double payment by repeatedly clicking the "make payment" button, I opted to call the provided 800 number. It was there that I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with Paula **. From the outset, Paula seemed very knowledgeable and remarkably helpful, guiding me through the initial steps with ease. After gathering my necessary information, she informed me that she would need to transfer me to the IT department to resolve the issue. However, upon checking, she discovered there was a significant wait time for technical support.

      To expedite the resolution, I proposed a rather rudimentary troubleshoot: closing all my applications, shutting down my computer entirely, and then logging back into the Grange website to attempt the payment again. To her credit, Paula patiently agreed and waited while I executed this plan. Once I was successfully logged back in, I re-entered all the required payment details, with Paula attentively following my every step. To our shared delight, this time the payment processed without a hitch. Paula was able to verify the transaction, confirming that my payment was successfully made. We both concluded that some minor, temporary technical glitch had likely been the culprit behind the initial failure. Throughout the entire ordeal, Paula maintained a demeanor that was both exceptionally friendly and highly professional, demonstrating the kind of competence and knowledge that truly reassures a customer during a frustrating situation.

      By default was brought to Grange through a Broker that I previously trusted for 20+ years - who then sold out to a Regional Broker that is not personal nor proactive for Clients. Terrible response and follow ups from Client inquiries and burden of maintaining competitive rates falls on Client. Grange - for 2 years in a row - raised rates without timely notification of review so I could Accept and Approve new policy prior to Renewal, or Decline and seek like coverage at competitive rates elsewhere. Broker also failed in this support stating they could not see in their system what Grange had included in the renewal policy. 2-3 months of the runaround to find I could save nearly $2000 annually by taking my policies elsewhere. Transparency builds Trust and this process was anything BUT transparent and was extremely difficult to Cancel the policies.
