And another huge thumbs‑up to Grange Insurance for having a real, live person take my initial claim information. It made the whole process start smoothly — no frustrating AI loops or automation walls, just actual help when I needed it most.

I submitted a home claim with Grange for a plumbing repair. The intake process was very easy and I was contacted by an adjuster the same day as they knew the situation was urgent. I am grateful for their guidance and support; I do not feel rushed in conversations and everyone I've spoken with has been very helpful. They've made this process pretty easy.

Called in today to add a new vehicle to my policy and couldn’t have had a better experience. The representative (I believe her name was Sara) was pleasant, efficient, and actually caught that I hadn’t updated my marital status after getting married — a simple fix that ended up saving me money. She walked me through all the next steps clearly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. This is exactly the kind of service that makes you feel like you’re in good hands. Even though this was not my insurance company, having to get a hold of them and filing a claim for their person they cover my insurance agent. Olivia ** was extremely helpful. You could tell that they care about the customers experience and needs was greatly appreciated for the experience and provided anything and everything I needed and sometimes before I could even think I needed it thanks, Olivia.
