What is Fiesta Auto Insurance?

Fiesta Auto Insurance is an insurance broker whose representatives speak both Spanish and English in order to best serve Hispanic and non-Hispanic policyholders. The company is not a direct insurance provider, which means it works with other insurance providers to find plans within its network.

Fiesta Auto Insurance coverage

Fiesta works like a typical car insurance provider: You can get a free quote on its website, then you'll call to finalize your policy. It offers policies that meet the minimum insurance requirements in each state it serves. The basic plan offers the following:

  • Bodily injury liability coverage
  • Property damage liability coverage
  • Collision coverage
  • Comprehensive coverage
  • Uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage

You can also buy additional coverage for more protection in case of an accident; Fiesta even offers policies for drivers who frequently travel back and forth between Mexico and the U.S.

Fiesta is an insurance broker rather than a provider, so your policy might be serviced through companies like GEICO, State Farm, etc. However, all purchases and claims are filed through Fiesta. These claims can be filed online, via phone or by fax.

Fiesta Auto Insurance quotes and costs

According to Fiesta's website, its auto insurance costs can be as low as $1 per day. You can get free quotes on Fiesta's website by filling out a form with:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your ZIP code

Then an agent will walk you through policies and providers that fit your needs. Once you've picked a policy, you’ll make your first payment to start coverage. Fiesta’s discounts vary depending on your provider, but you can get deals for installing safety features, being a good student, completing a safe driving course and bundling multiple policies.

If I could go ahead and give less stars I would. This place is the absolute worst. They don’t care about the customers they don’t care about the needs of the customers, they don’t give you all the information upfront and they claim they do. They are scam artists who just steal money. And when you call them out on it, they simply say oh yes, we did give you all the information even though they gave you no information. They will charge you 300+ dollars to start a policy that might only cost you 50 bucks. So if you’re struggling with money or if you just wanted to keep extra money in your pocket go anywhere else.

This place needs to go out of business. It’s absolutely atrocious. Their management is rude. The people that work for them lie to keep themselves from getting in trouble or to keep themselves from having to give any information on how to help yourself. They are absolutely cruel, uneducated, and they have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Go anywhere else if you can.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When signing me up for insurance my broker failed to sign me up properly later resulting in my car not being covered. I attempted over a month to get ahold of the broker and when the insurance company finally decided to get the broker involved they mysteriously answered and just so conveniently responded back to my numerous emails with the excuse of being out of the office a couple of times. Completely unprofessional and not worth the headache. Crazy. Ce pay all this money for services and don’t even get the proper services we paid for. PATHETIC.

I have been insured with Fiesta in Albuquerque for a few years. I have no tickets, No Dui's. What I thought I had for insurance, I did not. My auto was stolen, they claim not covered. I'm confused. I got it back. Paid out of pocket for towing and repairs. Then noticed I have $250 deductible in my paperwork?? What is this for? Every couple of months, without notice, my premiums increase without notice. So, for a 25-year-old car that apparently has no coverage.

I'm paying $140 per mo. Cancelled and went to Allstate. Fiesta gave me a penalty of $118 +/- $10 for their trouble of having me as a client. Hope this helps you make an informed decision when you are looking into getting insurance. They are useless. Not recommended in any way. I would say the only thing they are good at is taking the payment out of your account in a timely manner. Aside from that, don't count on them for anything else.

I was hit by a driver that has this insurance. When I asked for her identification and insurance card I was presented with a passport and a Fiesta insurance card. I asked fiesta insurance how are they giving insurance to people that they know are driving without a license. They told me that is not against the law to provide insurance to people without a driver's license. I explain to them I understood that however you knew that she was going to be a driver. I explained that on the insurance card that lady's name was listed as a driver. I called that lady that hit my car a ** because that's what she is. She's from Mexico. The manager at the Garland office proceeded to call me racist.

I have never got an answer on why they are writing insurance policies when they know good and well that who they're writing a policy for will be driving without a license. That is against the law. This insurance company should get in trouble for breaking the law by writing policies to people that they know will be driving a vehicle without a driver's license. I would not get insurance with this company. I myself only had to deal with this company because of their mistake by providing insurance to somebody knowingly that did not have a driver's license. I personally have never been treated so poorly by a manager that apparently does not care that they're breaking the law then had the audacity to call me a racist. This place needs to be shut down.

Hello. Just wanted to say the people are friendly and fast. I would do my search before handing them over anything. I did a mistake of signing up with them and I didn't even have my insurance for 15 hrs before I had to cancel and they kept my $300 and on top of that for additional bill. My car was parked in my driveway overnight till they opened at 9 and I cancelled it because I couldn't cancel my old insurance yet. I did a mistake of signing up early and they kept all my money. They even give you a cancellation fee that the sales rep doesn't know what is going to be until you get a bill. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Read all the policies and what they charge. My mistake in rushing things and they shouldn't keep my money I work hard for and I'm a part time mother of 2. They should give me back my money.
