They were advertising same day checks, and the customer service rep made it seem like I could get a check today... So I paid 300 dollars for them to file my taxes, despite the 29.99 start up fee, because I was in dire need of a check... I would not have signed the paperwork or filed with them if it wasn't for the same day check. After all was done though, I was told I have to wait till the 29th to get my check!! Today is the 17th and I have no food or money till then... I never would have paid them 300 dollars without the lure of the same day check, as I could of got my money faster through another company, like TurboTax, and wouldn't have to had paid 300 dollars!!! I totally got scammed, and don't know how I'm gonna survive till the 29th!!! I'M VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Seriously Fiesta Insurance are scam artist and I would not recommend them to anybody. They rip you off. Different people do different things especially Bakersfield branch off of Ming Avenue. Horrible service. I will never go there again and if there was an option to do no stars I would pick that option.

I needed car insurance so I gave Fiesta a try. I must say it was the worst experience. I was quoted one price then when the bill was due I was told almost a 50-60 dollars difference. I was told it was due to not having the right documents that would award me the discount. So I presented every thing I was told to that would allow me the discount. I noticed they made copies and sent them over. Was also told I would receive a callback but didn't. The people or new guy working is very unprofessional. There is no sense of urgency. No sense of accountability.

I decided to purchased an auto policy from Fiesta Auto Insurance because the owner of the business was my classmate and come from same country therefore I thought she won't rip me off or hurt me. I never heard about Fiesta in USA before but I recognize the business owner. On June 16th, 2014, she sold me a full insurance policy for $2000,00 with a decent coverage that I paid her cash money. I made my research and find that I paid too much over for the insurance and I went to her to have a copy of my policy, she couldn't find it at the moment and she told me that her daughter will get me a copy as she was the one who wrote the policy. I had the copy but totally different than what I had before. I forgot my copy in New York.
I had an incident back January and I been told by my lawyer I only have $10000 only for property damage when I thought I have $100.000/300.000. I have my passenger window that had broken from an attempted robbery on December 29th last year and there wasn't no glass coverage when I thought I have coverage. Fiesta/Infinity don't fix my window.
They changed everything on my behalf without my consent, I am asking why did I paid $2000 for a policy when I don't have no coverage. Because of my age and the time frame I had been driving my car insurance should be lower. I don't know for here in New York, every year my insurance getting lower every year. Even my sons don't paid $2000 for insurance. I felt rip off and a kind of fraud. Now they charged me 2581,00 for a policy. Please I need a response.

The worst! My car been in the auto shop for over a month sitting there with thick dust because of lack of response and duties from Fiesta Insurance. I pay my full coverage every month to be treated like this. So sad, if only I would of known. I have been on foot along with a child and disabled brother. You can keep calling the insurance Fiesta Company but they lied about getting things done when they say they going to get things going for you.

Omg! I got insurance with Fiesta Auto. They always put me on hold and tell me they will call me right back. I even got, I promise I will call back after this corner. I am handicapped, so it's hard for me to keep going in. I have had insurance with them 2 months, I'm finally done with them. I'm looking for a new carrier. I also inquired about a refund of the money that I put down as a deposit. They stated it wasn't a deposit and is non refundable to me. Fiesta Auto insurance sucks!

The worst I swear. Went there to get a quote and they told me “It will take a while. Just call us and we can do it on the phone.” I called 3 times, 20 minutes listening to their stupid advertisements each time and I didn't even got what I want.

AMAX is the worst company you could ever possibly want. I took out a policy over the phone. Come to find out when I had a claim they forged all my documents from application all the way through process! They forged my name to refusing PIP and UM coverage. I have eight forged documents in my hand. The mgr of the branch admitted to doing it. The funny thing is on the documents it is the head of operations stamped name that he went over all this documentation with me being present orally and written. The only time I have ever been to their office was once to pick up a copy of the fraudulent documents. Never have met the man or the agent before that.
Absolutely criminal and fraud at its worst. I am going to file criminal charges against them. I hope someone will hold them accountable for what they have done! They should be shamed in every way possible. If you have a policy with them I would get copies because you may have been frauded as well!

Very bad first experience. Not always good to go through a middle company (which is what Fiesta is). It was my first time getting car insurance, so I went through Fiesta Auto Insurance in Madera. I paid my first monthly payment and starting fee of $200. Things went normal at first: I got my next bill in the mail, went in and paid it off three days before the due date and also upgraded my insurance policy for a total of $138. Two weeks later, my insurance was canceled because Fiesta never submitted my payment to Reliant General, the company through which they were giving me insurance. My bill for my next payment never came in the mail... It took a while before I found out I was driving without insurance.
I went into Fiesta and the first worker put the blame completely on me. He tried to send me on my way, but I refused. I spoke to a second worker and started a new policy for $79. He did give me $63 back because my last policy didn't work. At this point, I still believed the last policy cancellation was my fault. I then received a cancellation fee in the mail from Reliant General for $45 along with a warning for "collection proceedings". I would later receive a verbal warning "We will send our collectors." After some investigation, taking time and energy out of my days, I finally found out the fault was on Fiesta. To this day, no one has admitted fault and apologized for it.
Over the next two months, I tried to get in contact with the manager/accountant, Andrea, (who actually works at an office in a different city, Dinuba), to fix my $45 cancellation fee. In the last few weeks, I was playing a little game of phone tag with her, as she would never call me back. Andrea finally did part of her job and contacted me. She never admitted mistake or apologized, but when asked why my payment wasn't submitted, she simply stated, "I don't know why." Also, she decided not to pay my $45 fee, telling me that the $63 refunded was meant to pay that, although I also had to pay $79 for a new policy through them and she knew the failure to submit the payment to Reliant General was the mistake of her company.
Even after all the frustration and being cheated out of some money (paying $45 cancellation plus $79 for a new policy), I cannot break away from my current Fiesta policy as I have invested too much money already. Extremely bad first experience. I was expecting something completely different. At least I didn't get in a car wreck during those 2 1/2 weeks I was unknowingly uninsured.

I got a one-year auto policy with Fiesta and paid in full for the whole year policy. But the agent did not make my full payment to the company and until my husband got to an accident, that’s when we find out that we don't have insurance. We only have one month of insure for the whole time we thought we were insured.

I am a college student and I decided to go and pay my insurance before I went to college to study for a history finals. Bad idea! This lady, who said she was new and that she just had three days working there, took almost 40 minutes to make my payment. Incredible! OMG! I told her to hurry up in a polite way. Yet, she did ask for her but took 40 minutes to only make the payment for me. Next time, I will just do it online or something. This happened in Oxnard, CA.

I would like to share my experience with Fiesta insurance as well. Well, mine wasn't that bad like other people. I had insurance with A-MAX for the last 2 years and one day, I just walked into Fiesta (just as a window shopping) to see if I can get better rates than what I've been paying. There was an Asian guy working in there, I believe his name was Alex. He was a very nice and sweet guy. He gave me a quote cheaper than what I was paying at A-MAX. I told him I want the insurance but I asked him if they take debit card. He said, "we take it next door at the MetroPCS store". He said it's the same owners for Metro and Fiesta.
So he took me to MetroPCS store next door to swipe my card. While he was charging my card, he asked me what kind of phone service I have. I told him I have Metro service. The next thing he started was showing me Metro phones and that salesman was a very cunning guy. He sold me an insurance policy as well as a Metro phone, it was right around Christmas time. After when I was done, he gave a nice gift bag with some gifts in it. I liked the idea. I'm with Fiesta for the last 2 months, my payments haven't gone up or anything. I'm fairly happy with them. No complaints from me. I highly recommend it, thumbs up and like it.

Well, I am glad that someone spoke up about this insurance company on Balch Springs. But I am sorry to hear what the lady went through and I really feel bad for her. Now my story, I went to the Blach Springs TX location to get a quote on my best friends car, at that time a pregnant lady and this very handsome guy was working. They really took care of us and she got insurance through them. At first, we were just shopping around and we weren't sure that we were going to get the insurance that day, but that gentleman was very sweet and he explained to us that how it's not safe to be driving without insurance and bad things could happen if we got caught and if we get in an accident. Even the lady explained things to us very politely and professionally.
So while my friend was getting her papers signed, I was calling my family and letting them know that we need to come get insurance from these people. They told us that they also have 2 other locations in this area and we would get good service at all their branches. After what that cute guy explained about how risky it is to be driving without a license, I wanted to also get my insurance right away.
So me and my cousin went back to that location a day after and that day some other guy was there. I believe he mentioned his name Alex. He is the short guy with scar on the side of his head. When we walked in, it looked like he was playing a video game the guy seemed nice at first, but than he started flirting a lot and started asking what we were going to do that weekend and trying to invite us to a hotel room party while he was getting our information. But it seemed like he was flirting more and not asking enough questions for the information about me or my car, and he didn't even explain anything like those two people did the day before. I was very happy when Alex told me what my rates were going to be somehow he got my rates about $35 dollars cheaper than my friend, even though I was younger and had a not so good driving record. At that time, I had thought I hit a jackpot but it still felt like that something wasn't right. But I still went ahead and got my policy from Alex.
I asked him how he was able to get my rates so much cheaper than my friend and he said that he knows everything about how to work the insurance system or something like that and also told me that to tell my friend that she can come in and he can save her more money too. I told my friend but she said that she will wait till the next month and then she will go to Alex.
Guess what, just because my friend decided to wait she got lucky and I paid the price. My friend's insurance was fine. She had no problems with hers.My insurance got cancelled and since I always forget to check my mail and don't check missed calls or voicemail, my insurance got cancelled. I found out through the letter that came in the mail that I finally check after three weeks and I called the number that was on the letter, and the lady who answered said that I never signed the document saying that I am common law married. I told them that I am not married and she mentions my cousins name and says aren't you married to him?
I told her no, then she said, she they need proof of homeowner ship and I told her I am only 19. I wish I owned a home. Lady said it says on the document that I am 25 years of age and I also needed to provide ID and since I wasn't able to do that, my insurance has been cancelled. I was very upset than I found out that their Lake June location are open Sundays. So I went there because I wanted to get to the bottom of it and I also wanted to go to metro to get a plan so I figured I'll do both things at one time.
Well, people pay attention to this. As soon as I walked in that place, it smelled horrible. Smelled like a rat died in there. Along with that, there was crazy yelling and screaming going on by this older gentleman in the back room like they didn't even care if customers were listening. It sounded like the old guy was screaming at one of his female employee and she was crying.
Finally a tall skinny guy with glasses, I believe, he said his name was Nick started to help us. Ladies and gentleman it was hard to sit there. He smelled so bad and he seemed very rude and show offish. I told him about the problems I had and he seemed like he didn't care or it seemed like he don't understand English real well cause he couldn't speak it at all.
It seemed like he was hiding something but I needed insurance and as long as he could fix my problem, I was okay with that. But I told him what Alex had done and he didn't even say sorry. After he gets all my information, the first thing he says that my payment should have been 85 not 50 like Alex told you. He asked me for a receipt and Alex never gave me any kind of receipt like the one my friend had gotten from the lady. Then Nick says well let see if I can reissue me a new policy and after he get all my information, he says that my rates are going to be 126 or around that ballpark.
I was like, this is too much. I told him that they just need to refund me the money I paid last month because I didn't even have insurance because of Alex. It seemed like he called Alex and then Nick says that Alex says that I told him lies when I went to him. In the middle of me trying to make him understand the situation that same old gentleman comes and started yelling inside the insurance place at Nick and that lady employee. I had it too much. I told Nick that I was taking my business somewhere else when I was getting ready to walk out the door nick comes running out in a forceful manner asking me to wait so he can somehow get me a cheaper rate. Well, I didn't want to either smell him or listen to his unprofessional language and his tone. I walked out and went to metro next door for me go see what kind of deal I can get to save money and there I saw that same old man. I just walked out. I didn't want to deal with any of these people.
Well let me tell you since I have switched to my father's company, I haven't had any problems, and come to find out when my friend went to go make her payment, she went to the Balch Springs location and all she wanted to do was to just make a payment and after she explained to me who it was, it seemed like that day Nick and Alex both were at that location and they kept asking her if she has time they can find her cheaper rates. She told them many times that she just wants to make her payment but they kept insisting on righting her a new policy which didn't make sense because she had just gotten a policy about a month or so ago. Can anybody explain why these brokers Alex and Nick would do that and what's wrong with keeping yourself and you insurance place from smelling horrible.
I don't live there no more. I have moved away but since I read what happened to that lady because of Alex, I decided to share my nightmare with you guys as well. Be very careful. Even if you go there try to deal with the girls or that cute guy, can't think of his name but he looks either Spanish or Persian. They seemed to have knowledge and know how to communicate. But I still want to know why Alex and Nick would do that. I will be looking forward to an answer.

My mom had of of the worst experience of her life got a car insurance at fiesta auto on balch springs all she wanted was a liability on our old car she is a single mom raising 3 kids. Just like the complaints I have been reading on fiesta insurance. My mom went dealt with a broker name Alex he told her that he is giving her a good deal if she paid for three month it would be even more cheap.
Few weeks later, she gets a letter saying that her insurance is going to be cancelled. She was in shock she had paid 3 month money so she called the insurance company and they say to her that they needed more documents that she need to proof that she was married and that she owned a home. My mother told them she never told anyone those things. They told her that if she doesn't have those proof then her rates would go up 15 dollars. She went to fiesta insurance the next morning and Alex told her that he was doing her a favor by putting those information in the system because he has been doing this a long time and he knows how to give cheap price and he told her don't worry he will take care and her rates won't change.
a month after that, she finds out her insurance has been cancelled because she didn't pay payment. So she went to the different branch over there the lady told her that unless she told them that she was married and that she owned a home there is no way the agent can put that on there, and she also said that it was not showing on there that she pay for 3 month and rates went up because all her discounts was taken away. My mother works very hard to take care of us she doesn't speak good English that's why I feel that broker took advantage of her. I just want to put this out there that people need to be careful about getting insurance from fiesta. My mother is a nice lady that why she doesn't want to go to court but he cheated. I don't know why that person would lie.

Their brokers are liars. They will lie to you to get you to sign up for insurance. Do not use Fiesta unless you feel like getting scammed. Fiesta Auto Insurance lies to their customers to get them to sign up for insurance at lower rates, even though they know the insurance will not be valid. This is theft! This is fraud! Let this be a red flag and please do not do business with this sketchy company! They also do not deal with customer complaints in a respectful manner. I have never dealt with a more rude person in a professional setting.
