Their customer service is second to none. “The product quality is outstanding, exceeding my expectations compared to my previous insurance company. I was paying 350 and to renew the policy it jumped to 369 $/ month. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.” I actually have 4 vehicles insured by this agency. I highly recommend this business.

She did everything we needed even more she sent all my paperwork to my new address it wasn’t hassle for her. Most associates have attitude or something, she didn’t complain. She did the most to get us the best deal. If anyone wants great quality service, call Savanna on San Mateo. Thank you

I am only giving one star so that I can write the review. Fiesta Auto does not even deserve that. Our local scammed our son who unfortunately trust people to be honest. Fiesta Auto Insurance was anything but transparent and seen an easy target adding on junk coverages to an already inflated policy. The worst part is my son (with disabilities) informed the representative in the Porterville office that he wasn’t expecting the cost to be so high. She proceeded in "haggling" the fee asking him how much he expected. The price came down a whopping $100. Thinking he got a deal he signed the forms. His actual insurance cost was $98. The “brokers fee” $200! Double his rate. When we tried to cancel not even 20 minutes later we were informed the manager was not in the office. The next day again the manager was nowhere to be found. When we finally got her they would not cancel the policy. Extremely shady, fraudulent practices forcing young drivers to give up money they could be using for food while in college.

I went in to do a name change and update registration. They quoted me $408. She let me it may be a little more. They won’t know until they actually do the registration. I came in a week later. I paid $428. I didn’t think anything of it since she warned me. Then she told me after the fact that they do not have the tags and registration there. I would have to come back 2-4 days later. They will call me when it’s in. I already paid the money so there’s no reason to argue about it. I did not get any type of communication until Saturday which is at that point 5 days later. And she let me know that via text in all caps I still owe $27? I asked to speak to a manager. I reiterated what I just said above. And Guadalupe ** said that it was still more than the $428 and if I wanted to have the registration released to me I had to pay the additional amount.

I asked to speak with a manager. And she let me know that all managers are busy and they will reach out to me later. Guadalupe didn’t know I can see who texts me. It shows her name above. She attempted to text me saying her name was Brenda and she was the manager and the amount of $27 was due and there was nothing she can do about it. When I text her back letting her know I knew it was Guadalupe. She didn’t respond afterwards. I go into the office now 10 days later to finally get my registration, I hand my card to pay the $27. And she lets me know that there’s a $6 debit/credit card charge? Needless to say they tried to squeeze me for as much money as they could. I will never do business with Fiesta insurance ever again. They are all owned by the same person. Save yourself time and money and go anywhere else!!!!’

I did business with this insurance company for almost 3 years. They made a mistake and overcharged me for two policies when I was literally paying for one. It is taking me almost 5 months and still cannot get the money that they fraudulently took out of my account. I’ve had to hire an attorney and the cost of something that was 200 and something dollars is now turning into thousands of dollars. This is the worst insurance company. I do not recommend them. Do yourself a favor and do not even do any business with them. They will just take your money and you will have to fight to get it back when it’s their fault that the money was fraudulently taken out of an account in the first place.

I do not like to share bad experiences, but I feel it is my civic duty to do so. This tax company may do ok for basic tax preparation, but God help you if what you need veers off into any special knowledge of California tax laws. They totally disregarded the detailed information I provided them, and stuck to what they wanted, or what they knew. I am a non-resident, and not required to pay taxes on earnings of domicile state (and it makes since since I can not collect on any benefits here, such as unemployment etc...).

Fiesta filled out my taxes so I would end up paying double in each state. I tried to explain, and they wanted to argue. I tried to go back and amend, but it only got worse. I vote in another state, I have driver's license in other state, and I have permanent address in another state. I also provided proof of employment with company who contracts with California State Hospitals, but to no avail. I have appointment with another tax preparer tomorrow. I also called Fiesta's corporate help line, someone said they would look into it, and call me back. They never did call; surprise, surprise. It is my fault I suppose. I should have read reviews.

Later found out that was charge as broker fee and did not apply on my premium deposit. Canceled the very next day. Talked to other agent. He said he canceled it and told me to wait 3 week for refund. It will send it to my mail. Waited a month. Today I went and talked to them about that. They said they didn't canceled my premium and they would not able to refund. Total was $494. We have had our auto insurance with Fiesta for nearly two years. Our payment due date has always been the 26th of the month and we have consistently paid our policy premium in the Sanger, CA office with our debit card. Recently, we attempted to make our payment on May 26th, 2019 at our local office. We discovered that the office was closed in lieu of the Memorial Holiday.

On Monday, May 27th, 2019, (Memorial Day) we went to the local office to make the policy payment. Unfortunately, our vehicle was hit by a white car at my wife's employment before she got off work on the morning of the 27th. We reported the incident to our local office and renewed our policy, as usual every 6 months. We were informed to obtain a police incident report, which we obtained from the Sanger Police department. We then contact the claims department for Fiesta Auto Insurance and initiated the claim.

The next day, we received a telephone call from the claims adjuster's office in Texas informing us that the policy expired in November 2018 and the the policy was cancelled at 1 am on the morning of the 26th of May, due to non-payment on the 25th of May. After reviewing our policy details, we believe the company committed breach of contract by cancelling our policy immediately following the due date and not complying with the "Cancellation and Renewal Section" of the contract located on page 19.

The section identifies the terms and reason(s) that the policy may be cancelled by the company. Under the 3rd paragraph of the Cancellation and Renewal section it clearly states, "We may cancel this policy by mailing notice to you at the address shown on the Declaration Page or by delivering the notice to you. We may cancel this policy only for the following reasons: 1. Nonpayment of premium, in which event we will give you at least 10 (ten) days notice".

It has been nearly a week since this occurred and we are still fighting with the claims office in Texas about the policy due date and the fact that the office decided to close on Sunday, May 26th, 2019, without soliciting prior notice by mail, email, text or message to their clients. We did not realize they were closed for Memorial Day until we went to the local office and discovered a paper notice taped the the agents desks that stated the office will be closed on May 26th, 2019 for Memorial Day.

We will continue to contact the claims office in Texas and stand our ground about the due date and the fact the office was closed (on our regular scheduled due date) on Sunday, May 26th, 2019, when we always make the policy premium payment. Additionally, we will seek legal representation and solicit names to join in a class action lawsuit for Breach of Contract. Any customer nationwide that believes they fall under similar or identical circumstances is requested to contact us by email to ** and provide your request to join the class action suit in the subject line. Please attach your complaint and a contact name, address, email or telephone number to receive future affidavits and copies of the court proceedings. We sincerely hope that the owners and organization offices receive and review this complaint. Steven Lund, Sanger, CA.

I needed car insurance so I gave Fiesta a try. I must say it was the worst experience. I was quoted one price then when the bill was due I was told almost a 50-60 dollars difference. I was told it was due to not having the right documents that would award me the discount. So I presented every thing I was told to that would allow me the discount. I noticed they made copies and sent them over. Was also told I would receive a callback but didn't. The people or new guy working is very unprofessional. There is no sense of urgency. No sense of accountability.

I decided to purchased an auto policy from Fiesta Auto Insurance because the owner of the business was my classmate and come from same country therefore I thought she won't rip me off or hurt me. I never heard about Fiesta in USA before but I recognize the business owner. On June 16th, 2014, she sold me a full insurance policy for $2000,00 with a decent coverage that I paid her cash money. I made my research and find that I paid too much over for the insurance and I went to her to have a copy of my policy, she couldn't find it at the moment and she told me that her daughter will get me a copy as she was the one who wrote the policy. I had the copy but totally different than what I had before. I forgot my copy in New York.

I had an incident back January and I been told by my lawyer I only have $10000 only for property damage when I thought I have $100.000/300.000. I have my passenger window that had broken from an attempted robbery on December 29th last year and there wasn't no glass coverage when I thought I have coverage. Fiesta/Infinity don't fix my window.

They changed everything on my behalf without my consent, I am asking why did I paid $2000 for a policy when I don't have no coverage. Because of my age and the time frame I had been driving my car insurance should be lower. I don't know for here in New York, every year my insurance getting lower every year. Even my sons don't paid $2000 for insurance. I felt rip off and a kind of fraud. Now they charged me 2581,00 for a policy. Please I need a response.

AMAX is the worst company you could ever possibly want. I took out a policy over the phone. Come to find out when I had a claim they forged all my documents from application all the way through process! They forged my name to refusing PIP and UM coverage. I have eight forged documents in my hand. The mgr of the branch admitted to doing it. The funny thing is on the documents it is the head of operations stamped name that he went over all this documentation with me being present orally and written. The only time I have ever been to their office was once to pick up a copy of the fraudulent documents. Never have met the man or the agent before that.

Absolutely criminal and fraud at its worst. I am going to file criminal charges against them. I hope someone will hold them accountable for what they have done! Very bad first experience. Not always good to go through a middle company (which is what Fiesta is). It was my first time getting car insurance, so I went through Fiesta Auto Insurance in Madera. I paid my first monthly payment and starting fee of $200. Things went normal at first: I got my next bill in the mail, went in and paid it off three days before the due date and also upgraded my insurance policy for a total of $138. Two weeks later, my insurance was canceled because Fiesta never submitted my payment to Reliant General, the company through which they were giving me insurance. My bill for my next payment never came in the mail... It took a while before I found out I was driving without insurance.

I went into Fiesta and the first worker put the blame completely on me. He tried to send me on my way, but I refused. I spoke to a second worker and started a new policy for $79. He did give me $63 back because my last policy didn't work. At this point, I still believed the last policy cancellation was my fault. I then received a cancellation fee in the mail from Reliant General for $45 along with a warning for "collection proceedings". I would later receive a verbal warning "We will send our collectors." After some investigation, taking time and energy out of my days, I finally found out the fault was on Fiesta. To this day, no one has admitted fault and apologized for it.

Over the next two months, I tried to get in contact with the manager/accountant, Andrea, (who actually works at an office in a different city, Dinuba), to fix my $45 cancellation fee. In the last few weeks, I was playing a little game of phone tag with her, as she would never call me back. Andrea finally did part of her job and contacted me. She never admitted mistake or apologized, but when asked why my payment wasn't submitted, she simply stated, "I don't know why." Also, she decided not to pay my $45 fee, telling me that the $63 refunded was meant to pay that, although I also had to pay $79 for a new policy through them and she knew the failure to submit the payment to Reliant General was the mistake of her company.

Even after all the frustration and being cheated out of some money (paying $45 cancellation plus $79 for a new policy), I cannot break away from my current Fiesta policy as I have invested too much money already. Extremely bad first experience. I was expecting something completely different. At least I didn't get in a car wreck during those 2 1/2 weeks I was unknowingly uninsured.

I would like to share my experience with Fiesta insurance as well. Well, mine wasn't that bad like other people. I had insurance with A-MAX for the last 2 years and one day, I just walked into Fiesta (just as a window shopping) to see if I can get better rates than what I've been paying. There was an Asian guy working in there, I believe his name was Alex. He was a very nice and sweet guy. He gave me a quote cheaper than what I was paying at A-MAX. I told him I want the insurance but I asked him if they take debit card. He said, "we take it next door at the MetroPCS store". He said it's the same owners for Metro and Fiesta.

So he took me to MetroPCS store next door to swipe my card. While he was charging my card, he asked me what kind of phone service I have. I told him I have Metro service. The next thing he started was showing me Metro phones and that salesman was a very cunning guy. He sold me an insurance policy as well as a Metro phone, it was right around Christmas time. After when I was done, he gave a nice gift bag with some gifts in it. I liked the idea. I'm with Fiesta for the last 2 months, my payments haven't gone up or anything. I'm fairly happy with them. No complaints from me. I highly recommend it, thumbs up and like it.
